1Genome-Wide Identification of Zn_(2)Cys_(6 ) Class Fungal-Specific Transcription Factors(ZnFTFs)and Functional Analysis of UvZnFTFI in Ustilaginoidea virens显示文摘Transcription factors(TFs)orchestrate the regulation of cellular gene expression and thereby determine cell functionality.In this study,we analyzed the distribution of TFs containing domains,which named as ZnFTFs,both in ascomycete and basidiomycete fungi.We found that ZnFTFs were widely distributed in these fungal species,but there was more expansion of the ZnFTF class in Ascomycota than Basidiomycota.We identified 40 ZnFTFs in Ustilaginoidea virens,and demonstrated the involvement of UvZnFTF1 in vegetative growth,conidiation,pigment biosynthesis and pathogenicity.RNA-Seq analysis suggested that UvZnFTF1 may regulate different nutrient metabolism pathways,the production of secondary metabolites,and the expression of pathogen-host interaction genes and secreted protein-encodi ng genes.Analysis of the distributi on of differe nt fungal TFs in U.virens further dem on strated that UvZnFTFs make up a large TF family and may play essential biological roles in U.virens.SONG Tianqiao ZHANG Xiong ZHANG You LIANG Dong YAN Jiaoling YU Junjie YU Mina CAO Huijuan YONG Mingli PAN Xiayan QI Zhongqiang DU Yan ZHANG Rongsheng LIU Yongfeng 2021Rice science2021,28,6:4
2Advances in Utilization of Agricultural Waste Based on Production of Edible Fungi显示文摘Along with the rapid development of edible fungus industry in China,the traditional mode of production giving priority to wood chips will be severely limited,and using agricultural waste distributed widely,having large yield,and containing high content of organic matter to produce edible fungi has good economic and ecological benefit. In this paper,based on the analysis of characteristics of agricultural waste in China,the present situation of application of agricultural waste in the production of edible fungi at home and abroad was introduced,and the main problems existing in production of edible fungi by using agricultural waste in China at the present stage were pointed out. 3N_2O emission from nitrogen removal via nitrite in oxic-anoxic granular sludge sequencing batch reactor显示文摘Bionitrification is considered to be a potential source of nitrous oxide(N2O) emissions, which are produced as a by-product during the nitrogen removal process. To investigate the production of N2O during the process of nitrogen removal via nitrite, a granular sludge was studied using a labscale sequence batch reactor operated with real-time control. The total production of N2O generated during the nitrification and denitrification processes were 1.724 mg/L and 0.125 mg/L, respectively, demonstrating that N2O is produced during both processes, with the nitrification phase generating larger amount. In addition, due to the N2O-N mass/oxidized ammonia mass ratio, it can be concluded that nitrite accumulation has a positive influence on N2O emissions. 5Dynamic wheeled motion control of wheel-biped transformable robots显示文摘Most existing biped robots can only walk with their feet or move by wheels.To combine the best of both worlds,this paper introduces the dynamic wheeled control including wheeled locomotion and in-situ wheel-to-foot(WtF)transformation of a full-sized wheel-biped transformable robot SR600-II.It can traverse on flat surfaces by wheels and transform to footed stance through its switching modules when facing obstacles.For wheeled locomotion,the kinematics considering upper-body lumped center-of-mass(CoM)constraint is first derived.Then,the dynamics of wheeled locomotion is modeled as a wheeled inverted pendulum(WIP)with variables related to the pose of upper body.After that,a parameter-varying linear quadratic regulator(LQR)controller is utilized to enable dynamic wheeled locomotion.For WtF transformation,the WtF balance constraints are first revealed.Then,a WtF transformation strategy is proposed to tackle the problem when robot transforms from wheeled balance state to in-situ biped stance state.It enables the robot to pass by the transition stages in which both wheels and feet touch the ground and to maintain its balance at the same time.Simulations and experiments on the SR600-II prototype have validated the efficacy of proposed dynamic wheeled control strategies for both wheeled locomotion and in-situ WtF transformation.Chao Zhang Tangyou Liu Shuang Song Jiaole Wang Max Q-H.Meng 2022Biomimetic Intelligence & Robotics2022,2,2:1

8Optimization of Fermentation Conditions of Lepista sordida Mycelium显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to optimize the fermentation condition of Lepista sordida mycelium. [Method] The effects of carbon sources,nitrogen sources,pH and incubation time on the dry weight of mycelium in L. sordida fermentation were investigated. [Result] The descending order of the influences on L. sordida mycelium growth was: carbon sources>incubation time>pH>nitrogen sources. Based on orthogonal experiment, the optimal fermentation condition of L. sordida mycelium was determined as: fermentation medium of 3% corn powder and 0.2% yeast extract, pH of 6.0, and incubation time of 8 d. 12Functional Analysis of Phosphate Transporter OsPHT4 Family Members in Rice显示文摘The transport of phosphate between cytoplasm and subcellular compartments is critical for plant metabolic regulation.We conducted bioinformatic analysis,heterologous expression in yeast,gene expression pattern and subcellular localization analysis to characterize the possible functions of OsPHT4 gene family in rice.Together with the PHT4 genes from higher plants,OsPHT4s can be classified into six distinct groups.OsPHT4;1-OsPHT4;4 are targeted to chloroplasts,and OsPHT4;6-1 and OsPHT4;6-2 are located to Golgi apparatus.OsPHT4 proteins can mediate inorganic phosphate(Pi)transport in yeast.In addition,dynamic transcriptional changes determined by qRT-PCR revealed different expression profiles of OsPHT4 genes in response to phosphate starvation,salicylic acid,abscisic acid and salt stress treatments.These results suggested that OsPHT4 proteins are involved in Pi distribution between the cytoplasm and chloroplast or Golgi apparatus and also involved in stress responses.Li Ruili Wang Jiaoling Xu Lei Sun Meihao Yi Keke Zhao Hongyu 2020Rice science2020,27,6:1
13Cooperation Oriented Computing:A Computing Model Based on Emergent Dynamics of Group Cooperation显示文摘Traditional way of problem solving tries to deliver data to program.But when the problem’s complexity exponentially increases as the data scale increases,to obtain the solution is difficult.Group cooperation computing model works in an inverse way by delivering program to data.It first models each single data as individual and data unit as group of individuals.Then,different cooperation rules are designed for individuals to cooperate with each other.Finally,the solution of the problem emerges through individuals’cooperation process.This study applies group cooperation computing model to solve Hamilton Path problem which has NP-complete time complexity.Experiment results show that the cooperation model works much better than genetic algorithm.More importantly,the following properties of group cooperation computing are found which may be different from the traditional computing theory.(1)By using different cooperation rules,the same problem with the same scale may exhibit different complexities,such as liner or exponent.(2)By using the same cooperation rule,when the problem scale is less than a specific threshold,the problem’s time complexity is liner.Otherwise,the problem complexity may be exponent.Jiaoling Zheng Hongpin Shu Yuanping Xu Shaojie Qiao Liyu Wen 2015国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2015,,B12:0
14A rare-earth spectral traceability anti-counterfeiting detection technology显示文摘In this paper, a rare-earth spectral traceability anti-counterfeiting detection technology is proposed. Configure rare-earth samples No.1, No.2 and No.3 with different doping ratios. The spectral signals of these three samples are collected and integrated into a sample library. The traceability anti-counterfeiting detection is to compare the spectral information of the samples to be tested with the established sample library by selecting specific wavelength points for light intensity values. If the sample to be measured meets the light intensity range of the established sample library at a specific wavelength point, the sample model will be output. If it does not meet the light intensity range, the sample to be tested is fake. After testing, the anti-counterfeit rate of samples No.1, No.2 and No.3 can reach 100%. 15Curcumin inhibits colorectal cancer development by blocking the YAP/TAZ signaling axis显示文摘Background:Curcumin is a plant polyphenol with antitumor properties and inhibits the development of colorectal cancer(CRC).However,as the molecular mechanism associated is still unclear,our study aimed to explore the underlying molecular mechanisms by which curcumin inhibits CRC.Methods:HT29 and SW480 cells were treated with curcumin or/and Doxycycline(DOX),and cell viability,colony forming ability,migration and invasion were confirmed by cell counting kit-8(CCK-8),colony forming,Transwell assays.And Yes-associated protein 1(YAP)and PDZ-binding motif(TAZ)signaling-related genes or proteins were analyzed using reverse transcription quantitative real-time PCR(RT-qPCR),western blot,and immunofluorescence assays.Then nude mice xenograft tumor model was constructed,YAP and Ki67 expressions were tested by immunohistochemistry(IHC)staining.Results:In our study,we proved that curcumin significantly inhibited the CRC cell viability,cell migration,and cell invasion abilities.In addition,curcumin inhibited YAP and Transcriptional coactivator with TAZ or the YAP/TAZ signaling axis in CRC cells.Further,in the nude mice model,curcumin treatment significantly decreased the size and weight of xenotransplant tumors.Conclusion:Therefore,curcumin significantly inhibited CRC development and invasion by regulating the YAP/TAZ signaling axis.FEI SHA DAISHAN XIN JUN XU ZHIWEI ZHENG WENXIN LIN XIAORUI CAI FEI LIN MINGHAO ZHENG JIAOLING CHEN 2024BIOCELL2024,48,3:0
16Visual servoing-based pneumatic hair transplantation mechanism for robotic FUE surgery显示文摘Hair transplantation surgery is an effective solution for hair loss problems,among which follicle unit extraction(FUE)surgery is more widely used and favored.At present,most hair transplantation surgeries still rely heavily on manual operation by doctors and very few hair transplantation robots with complex structures have been introduced.This paper proposes a pneumatic hair transplantation mechanism for FUE surgery,equipped with a camera,capable of automatically performing both hair implantation and extraction with airflow.This pneumatic method eliminates the complex needle structure,has the function of temporarily storing the follicles inside the needle,thus facilitating the automation of transferring follicles from extraction to implantation.Then a visual feedback system is proposed to accurately position the follicles during the transplantation.The experimental results show that average distance deviation between the actual and target positions is 0.6128 mm and the average deviation of hair implantation depth is 1.7176 mm,which verify the feasibility of the proposed system.Fulin Jia Shenghao Yang Chenxi Han Junye Li Xuanru Han Chao Zhang Jiaole Wang 2023Biomimetic Intelligence & Robotics2023,3,4:0
17Design and analysis of an intra-abdominal wall-lifting device for vNOTES显示文摘Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES)associated with less pain,shorter hospital stay,and outstanding cosmetic results has drawn considerable attention from the academic community.For NOTES,pneumoperitoneum is an essential technology to obtain intraperitoneal surgical space,which,however,can have some serious adverse hemodynamic effects.In this paper,we propose a novel intra-abdominal wall-lifting device that can replace the pneumoperitoneum functionally for transvaginal NOTES(vNOTES).The device consists mainly of two layers of elastic strips,namely,the outer strips that are used to lift the abdominal wall for surgical exposure and the inner strip with a camera mounted that can rotate to provide a wide surgical field of view.With the design,gasless vNOTES can be carried out with 82.74% of the operative field provided by pneumoperitoneum,eliminating all complications associated with gas insufflation.The design principle and kinematic analysis of the device are discussed in detail and validated by experiments.Finally,a prototype is fabricated to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed concept.Jie Wang Yue Zhou Xiao Xiao Jiaole Wang Li Liu 2023Biomimetic Intelligence & Robotics2023,3,1:0
