| 1 | Comparison of coalbed gas generation between Huaibei-Huainan coalfields and Qinshui coal basin based on the tectono-thermal modeling显示文摘The geothermal history and the tectonic subsidence history of the Huaibei-Huainan coalfields were reconstructed by using the vitrinite reflectance data, and their correlative restriction on coalbed gas generation of Huaibei-Huainan coalfields and Qinshui coal basin was discussed. The burial, thermal, and maturity histories of are similar between Huaibei coalfield and Huainan coalfield, obviously different from those of Qinshui coal basin. Based on the tectono-thermal evolution characters of Huaibei-Huainan coalfields and Qinshui basin, the process of coalbed gas generation can be divided into three stages: (1) During Early Mesozoic, both in Huaibei-Huainan and Qinshui, the buried depth of Permian coal seams increased rapidly, which resulted in strong metamorphism and high burial temperature of coal seams. At this stage, the coal rank was mainly fat coal, and locally reached coking coal. These created an environment favoring the generation of thermogenic gas. (2) From Late Jurassic to Cretaceous, in the areas of Huaibei-Huainan, the strata suffered from erosion and the crust became thinning, and the Permian coal-bearing strata were uplifted to surface. At this stage, the thermogenic gas mostly escaped. Conversely, in Qinshui basin, the cover strata of coal seams kept intact during this stage, and the thermogenic gas were mostly preserved. Furthermore, with the interaction of magmatism, the burial temperature of coal seams reached higher peak value, and it was suitable for the secondary generation of thermogenic gas. (3) From Paleogene onward, in area of Huainan-Huaibei, the maturity of coal and burial temperature were propitious to the generation of secondary biogenic gases. However, in Qinshui basin, the maturity of coal went against genesis of second biogenic gas or thermogenic gas. | 2 | The impacts of stress on the chemical structure of coals:a mini-review based on the recent development of mechanochemistry显示文摘The chemical structure evolution of coal,which is important for understanding coalification and the accompanying volatile and possible oil generation,is generally thought to be influenced by temperature,time and confining pressure.Though evidence concerning the impacts of stress on the chemical structure has accumulated for many years and some hypotheses have been proposed,the mechanism remains controversial.Recent years have seen a breakthrough in mechanochemistry,which proves that stress can act on the molecule directly to initiate or accelerate reactions by deforming the chemical bonds.The progress in mechanochemistry gives researchers incentive to consider how stress works on the chemical structure of coals.Preliminary quantum chemical calculations have been performed on the macromolecule of anthracite to explain the mechanism of gas generation during the deformation experiments at low temperatures.This paper briefly reviews the evidence regarding the impacts of stress on the chemical structure of coals and introduces the recent achievements in the mechanism research.To further investigate this problem,more work should be undertaken by researchers from both geology and quantum chemistry fields. | Quanlin Hou Yuzhen Han Jin Wang Yijing Dong Jienan Pan | 2017 | Science Bulletin2017,62,13: | 5 |
| 3 | Distributed antenna wireless communication system coverage design and field trial over higher frequency band显示文摘This paper aims to examine the architecture design of a distributed antenna based Gbps wireless communication system using the high frequency band.In order to analyze the feasibility of the higher frequency band applications,the cumulative distribution of simulated user throughput in a cellular is investigated firstly.It shows that capacity improvement can be obtained using higher operating frequency band,especially in hotspot scenarios.Secondly,the architecture of the distributed antenna system(DAS) is introduced to overcome the disadvantages of weak coverage and rank deficient for the traditional multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) systems using higher frequency bands in line-of-sight(LOS)environments.In addition,a software-defined-radio(SDR) based Gbps wireless transmission system with scalable hardware architecture is designed and implemented.Finally,a demo of outdoor DAS coverage for high data throughput application is given.Field trials show that 1 Gbps data rate and a large coverage in outdoor environments can be achieved over 6.05 GHz.It is proved that the Gbps DAS system at a higher frequency band can be a successful model for future wireless broadband coverage in hotspot scenarios. | Xu Zhan Liu Jienan Zhou Shidong Chen Xiang Wang Wenqi | 2016 | 仪器仪表学报2016,37,S1: | 4 |

| 12 | Polymorphism study of nine SNPs associated with subjective response to alcohol in Chinese Han, Hui, Tibetan, Mongolian and Uygur populations显示文摘Heavy alcohol drinking is a major public health problem,causing a large disease,social and economic burden in societies.Subjective response (SR) to alcohol is an intermediate characteristic of heavy drinking.A variety of candidate genes have been reported to be associated with SR to alcohol.In this study,we investigated nine single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) related to SR to alcohol in healthy individuals from five Chinese ethnic groups,the Han,Hui,Tibetan,Mongolian and Uygur populations,and a total of 584 bloodstain samples were collected.The nine SNPs included four SNPs in alcohol-metabolizing genes (ADH1B,ADH1C,ALDH2 and CYP2E1*5B) and five SNPs in genes of neurobiological pathways (GABRA2,OPRM1,CHRNA3,HYKK and SLC6A4).A SNaPshot analysis method was developed to type these SNPs simultaneously,and all samples were typed successfully.Statistical analyses of the allele frequencies indicated that the frequencies of all SNPs,except for ADH1C,showed varying degrees of difference in the five studied ethnic groups.Tibetans showed the highest frequencies of risk alleles for heavy drinking at most loci.The genetic polymorphic differences found in this study revealed the variation in genetic susceptibility to heavy drinking in the studied populations. | Qingtao Wei Yi Ye Fan Chen Jienan Li Hao Wu Yingqiang Fu Youyi Yan Linchuan Liao | 2018 | Forensic Sciences Research2018,3,2: | 1 |

| 18 | Comparing the accuracy of Demirjian and Nolla methods and establishing a new method for dental age estimation in northeastern Chinese children显示文摘Dental age estimation plays an important role in the field of clinic medicine and forensic medicine.The Demirjian and Nolla methods are common scoring methods for dental age estimation but there was no research about the comparison of accuracy of these two methods in northeastern Chinese children.Hence,in this study,we compared the accuracy of these two methods to explore more suitable method for our studied population.We collected 535 orthopantomograms from northern Chinese children aged from 6 to 15 years and divided them into training dataset and testing dataset according to the ratio of 7:3.The dental age of training dataset were estimated using Demirjian and Nolla methods,respectively.The results suggested that the mean differences of these two methods were 0.24 and−0.40 years,and mean absolute difference were 0.65 and 0.59 years.Then to further improve the accuracy of dental age assessment,the new improved formulas and dental age conversion tables were established after analyzing the relationship between the sum scores based on Nolla method and chronology age in training dataset.According to the new method used in testing dataset,the minimum value of mean difference(0.00)and mean absolute difference(0.49)were obtained,which are largely smaller than that of Demirjian and Nolla methods.The new developed method and dental age conversion scales may be more suitable dental age estimation method for northeastern Chinese children. | Dan Wen Zhiyu Ding Zhikai Tian Wenshuang Wu Weifeng Qu Wei He Chudong Wang Jienan Li Lagabaiyila Zha Ying Liu | 2022 | Forensic Sciences Research2022,7,4: | 0 |

| 20 | Genomic prediction of yield performance among single-cross maize hybrids using a partial diallel cross design显示文摘Genomic prediction(GP)in plant breeding has the potential to predict and identify the best-performing hybrids based on the genotypes of their parental lines.In a GP experiment,34 elite inbred lines were selected to make 285 single-cross hybrids in a partial-diallel cross design.These lines represented a mini-core collection of Chinese maize germplasm and comprised 18 inbred lines from the Stiff Stalk heterotic group and 16 inbred lines from the Non-Stiff Stalk heterotic group.The parents were genotyped by sequencing and the 285 hybrids were phenotyped for nine yield and yield-related traits at two locations in the summer sowing area(SUS)and three locations in the spring sowing area(SPS)in the main maizeproducing regions of China.Multiple GP models were employed to assess the accuracy of trait prediction in the hybrids.By ten-fold cross-validation,the prediction accuracies of yield performance of the hybrids estimated by the genomic best linear unbiased prediction(GBLUP)model in SUS and SPS were 0.51 and 0.46,respectively.The prediction accuracies of the remaining yield-related traits estimated with GBLUP ranged from 0.49 to 0.86 and from 0.53 to 0.89 in SUS and SPS,respectively.When additive,dominance,epistasis effects,genotype-by-environment interaction,and multi-trait effects were incorporated into the prediction model,the prediction accuracy of hybrid yield performance was improved.The ratio of training to testing population and size of training population optimal for yield prediction were determined.Multiple prediction models can improve prediction accuracy in hybrid breeding. | Ping Luo Houwen Wang Zhiyong Ni Ruisi Yang Fei Wang Hongjun Yong Lin Zhang Zhiqiang Zhou Wei Song Mingshun Li Jie Yang Jianfeng Weng Zhaodong Meng Degui Zhang Jienan Han Yong Chen Runze Zhang Liwei Wang Meng Zhao Wenwei Gao Xiaoyu Chen Wenjie Li Zhuanfang Hao Junjie Fu Xuecai Zhang Xinhai Li | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,6: | 0 |
