| 1 | Linking deep CO_(2) outgassing to cratonic destruction显示文摘Outgassing of carbon dioxide from the Earth's interior regulates the surface climate through deep time.Here we examine the role of cratonic destruction in mantle CO_(2) outgassing via collating and presenting new data for Paleozoic kimberlites,Mesozoic basaltic rocks and their mantle xenoliths from the eastern North China Craton(NCC),which underwent extensive destruction in the early Cretaceous.High Ca/Al and low Ti/Eu and δ26Mg are widely observed in lamprophyres and mantle xenoliths,which demonstrates that the cratonic lithospheric mantle(CLM)was pervasively metasomatized by recycled carbonates.Raman analysis of bubble-bearing melt inclusions shows that redox melting of the C-rich CLM produced carbonated silicate melts with high CO_(2) content.The enormous quantities of CO_(2) in these magmas,together with substantial CO_(2) degassing from the carbonated melt–CLM reaction and crustal heating,indicate that destruction of the eastern NCC resulted in rapid and extensive mantle CO_(2) emission,which partly contributed to the early Cretaceous greenhouse climate episode. | Zhao-Xue Wang Sheng-Ao Liu Shuguang Li Di Liu Jingao Liu | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,6: | 5 |
| 2 | Carbonated Big Mantle Wedge Extending to the NE Edge of the Stagnant Pacific Slab:Constraints from Late Mesozoic-Cenozoic Basalts from Far Eastern Russia显示文摘It has been suggested that the carbonated mantle reflected by Mg-Zn isotopic anomalies of Cenozoic intraplate basalts from East Asia coincides with the stagnant West Pacific slab in the mantle transition zone.However,the northern boundary of such carbonated domain beneath East Asia is uncertain.Late Mesozoic-Cenozoic intraplate basalts are widespread in far eastern Russia and thus provide an opportunity to examine this issue.Here we report major-trace element contents and Sr-NdMg-Zn isotopic compositions for 9 Late Mesozoic-Cenozoic basaltic samples from the Khanka Block and Sikhote-Alin accretionary complex.They are characterized by large variations in SiO_(2)contents(41 wt.%to 50 wt.%)and CaO/Al_(2)O_(3)(0.50 to 0.97),enrichments of large-ion lithophile elements(LILE),positive Nb-Ta anomalies and strongly negative K,Pb,Zr,Hf,Ti,Y anomalies in primitive mantle-normalized trace element spider diagram.Furthermore,the rocks show good correlations of Ti/Ti^(*)with Hf/Hf^(*),La/Yb,Fe/Mn and trace element contents(e.g.,Nb).In addition,they have lighter Mg and heavier Zn isotope compositions than the BSE estimates,coupled with depleted Sr-Nd isotope compositions.These elemental and isotopic characteristics cannot be explained by alteration,magma differentiation or diffusion,but are consistent with the partial melting of carbonated peridotite.By and large,the Late Mesozoic-Cenozoic basalts from far eastern Russia bear very similar geochemical characteristics as those Na-series Cenozoic basalts from eastern China.The extended region of Mg-Zn isotopic anomalies is roughly coincident with the stagnant West Pacific slab beneath East Asia,and all of these alkali basalts can be generated from mantle sources hybridized by recycled Mg-carbonates from the Pacific slab stagnant in the mantle transition zone.We infer that(1)the carbonated big mantle wedge extends to the NE edge of the West Pacific slab and may have also appeared in the Late Mesozoic due to the effect of the Paleo-Pacific slab beneath this region,and(2)decarbonation of stagnant slabs in the mantle transition zone is a key mechanism for carbon outgassing from deep mantle to surface via intraplate alkali melts. | Ronghua Cai Shan Xu Dmitri AIonov Jian Huang Sheng-Ao Liu Shuguang Li Jingao Liu | 2022 | Journal of Earth Science2022,33,1: | 2 |
| 3 | Galvanic corrosion behavior of die cast AZ91D magnesium alloy in chloride solution显示文摘The galvanic corrosion behavior of die cast AZ91D magnesium alloy coupled with H62 brass, 316L stainless steel, A3steel and LY12 aluminum alloy of different areas in 3.5% NaC1 solution was studied. The free corrosion potentials, galvanic potentials and currents of these galvanic couples were measured. The galvanic effects were determined by the mass loss and regression method using three points. The results show that: (1) In these four kinds of couples AZ91D acts as the anode, whose galvanic corrosion behavior is mainly controlled by the cathodic polarization; (2) The free corrosion potentials of these four kinds of couples change a liffle with time and cathodic/anodic area ratio (CAAR); (3) The galvanic potential of AZ91D/LY12 moves positively with the increase of time and CAAR; (4) The galvanic currents increase with CAAR, but there is difference in the current change between different couples; (5) The anodic dissolution rate of the magnesium alloy increases by 2-3 orders after being coupled with these four kinds of metals and the galvanic effects of these couples have such a relation as γH62>γ316LS.S>γLY12 >γA3. | ZhensongTong WeiZhang JiuqingLi JinGao JiquanHe JiZhou | 2004 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2004,11,2: | 2 |

| 11 | ZmMYC7 directly regulates ZmERF147 to increase maize resistance to Fusarium graminearum显示文摘The jasmonic acid(JA)signaling pathway is involved in plant growth,development,and response to abiotic or biotic stresses.MYC2,a bHLH transcription factor,is a regulatory hub in the pathway.The function of ZmMYC7,a putative MYC2 ortholog,in jasmonate-signaled defense responses of maize has not been reported.In this study,we found that ZmMYC7 possesses JID,TAD,bHLH and Zip domains and essential characteristics of transcription factors:a nuclear location and transactivation activity.The ZmMYC7mutants showed markedly increased sensitivity to Fusarium graminearum and Setosphaeria turcica.The expression levels of the defense-associated genes ZmPR1,ZmPR2,ZmPR3,ZmPR5,ZmPR6,and ZmPR7 in response to F.graminearum infection were downregulated in ZmMYC7 mutants,while ZmPR4 and ZmPR10 were up-regulated.ZmMYC7 interacted with members of the ZmJAZ family,including ZmJAZ8,ZmJAZ11,and ZmJAZ12.ZmMYC7 physically interacted with G-box cis-elements in the ZmERF147 promoter in vitro and transcriptional activation of ZmERF147 by ZmMYC7 was inhibited by ZmJAZ11 and ZmJAZ12.ZmERF147 mutants were more susceptible to F.graminearum infection than inbred line B73with concomitant down-regulation of all defense-associated ZmPRs except ZmPR4.These findings indicate that ZmMYC7 functions in maize resistance to F.graminearum and sheds light on maize defense responses to pathogenic fungi via the JA signaling pathway. | Hongzhe Cao Kang Zhang Wei Li Xi Pang Pengfei Liu Helong Si Jinping Zang Jihong Xing Jingao Dong | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,1: | 0 |

| 15 | 鼻咽癌中血清C反应蛋白水平与临床分期的关系(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of our study was to explore the correlations between C-reactive protein(CRP) levels and clinical stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods:We analyzed 108 cases,among them,68 cases were NPC,20 cases were benign inflammatory diseases of nasopharynx,20 cases were healthy volunteers as control.CRP was determined with immunoturbidimetry(ITM).Results:The mean concentrations of CRP in NPC(19.76 mg/L) were significantly increased compared to that in the control group(6.23 mg/L),while were significantly lower than that in benign inflammatory group(45.63 mg/L);The mean concentrations of CRP in T4 group(25.58 mg/L) were higher than that in T1 group(17.35 mg/L),T2 group(18.65 mg/L) and T3 group(15.61 mg/L).The mean concentrations of CRP in N3 group(28.04 mg/L) were higher than that in N0(17.62 mg/L),N1(21.27 mg/L),N2(18.62 mg/L) respectively,the mean concentrations of CRP in IV(25.74 mg/L) were higher than that in I(14.20 mg/L),Ⅱ(16.10 mg/L),Ⅲ(23.01 mg/L),respectively.Conclusion:The serum CRP level is associated with the occurrence of NPC and benign inflammatory disease of nasopharynx.In NPC,the CRP level has positive relationship with the TNM stage. | Chunling Jiang Jingao Li Fan Ao Yang Qiu Yulu Liao | 2010 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,2: | 0 |
| 16 | Restoration of formation processes of dolomite reservoirs based on laser U-Pb dating: A case study of Ordovician Majiagou Formation, Ordos Basin, NW China显示文摘To address the issue of non-unique interpretation of dolomite reservoir diagenetic and porosity evolution in the previous qualitative or semi-quantitative studies, we investigate two dolomite reservoir types, i.e. weathering-crust karstic reservoirs and mound-beach reservoirs, in the Ordovician Majiagou Formation, Ordos Basin by using in-situ laser ablation U-Pb dating as well as carbon and oxygen isotopic composition analysis. The results show that:(1) According to the dating of 8 reservoir samples, the Majiagou Formation experienced 5 diagenetic stages(Stage 1: deposition of matrix dolomite or penecontemporaneous dolomitization, in 444.0–494.0 Ma;Stage 2: dogtooth-or blade-shaped dolomite cementation, in 440.0–467.0 Ma;Stage 3: dolomitic silt filling, in 316.5–381.0 Ma;Stage 4: crystalline dolomite filling, in 354.0 Ma;Stage 5: crystalline calcite filling, in 292.7–319.0 Ma).(2) Supra-salt weathering-crust karstic dolomite reservoirs went through several diagenetic processes including penecontemporaneous dolomitization, compaction, weathering-crust karstification, packing, and rupturing in succession. Gypsum mold pores formed in the phase of hypergenic karstification and were filled with such minerals as dolomitic silts and calcites, and thus the porosity decreased from 10%–40% to 3%–8%.(3) Sub-salt mound-beach dolomite reservoirs went through the diagenetic processes including penecontemporaneous dolomitization, compaction, subsea cementation, penecontemporaneous corrosion, infiltration backflow dolomitization, packing, and rupturing. The porosity of reservoirs was originally 10%–30%, decreased to 0–6% due to seawater cementation, rose back to 5%–15% owing to penecontemporaneous corrosion, and finally declined to 2%–6% as a result of crystalline dolomites and calcites packing. Two 3D models of lumbar intervertebral disc respectively with a real human nucleus and with the nucleus removed were developed and validated using published experimental and clinical data. Then the models with a stainless steel nucleus prosthesis implanted and with polymer nucleus prostheses of various properties implanted were used for the 3D finite-element biomechanical analysis. All the above simulation and analysis were carried out for the L4/L5 disc under a human worst-daily compression load of 2000 N.
