2Action mechanism of a mechanical end-anchorage bolt显示文摘Axial compression stress, produced by the pre-tightening force of a bolt, is a necessary condition for surrounding rock to form a whole structure. For this study, we built a mechanical model for an end-anchorage bolt, which represented the effect of a bolt on the surrounding rock in roadways in order to obtain its elastic solution. Simultaneously, we analyzed factors affecting the axial compression of the bolt on the surrounding rock and obtained the axial stress contours of the anchorage area through this elastic solution. The results indicate that 1) the axial compression stress in the anchorage area is proportional to the pre-tightening force and confirms the rule that stress declines sharply with the increase in axial distance from the bolt, with an effective stress radius of 1 m; 2) the maximum axial compression stress declines first and then rises with the increase in depth from the surface of the anchorage surrounding rock and 3) the size of the axial compression area is mainly determined by the length of the bolt.WU Yu MAO Xianbiao HUANG Jinglong SUN Fengjuan YAO Banghua 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,4:3

4Weakly-coupled mode division multiplexing over conventional multi-mode fiber with intensity modulation and direct detection显示文摘Multi-mode fiber(MMF)links are expected to greatly enhance capacity to cope with rapidly increasing data traffic in optical short-reach systems and networks.Recently,mode division multiplexing(MDM)over MMF has been proposed,in which different modes in MMF are utilized as spatial channels for data transmission.Stronglycoupled MDM techniques utilizing coherent detection and multiplex-input-multiplex-output(MIMO)digital signal processing(DSP)are complex and expensive for shortreach transmission.So the weakly-coupled approach by significantly suppressing mode coupling in the fiber and optical components has been proposed.In this way,the signals in each mode can be independently transmitted and received using conventional intensity modulation and direct detection(IM-DD).In this paper,we elaborate the key technologies to realize weakly-coupled MDM transmission over conventional MMF,including mode characteristic in MMF and weakly-coupled mode multiplexer/ demultiplexer(MUX/DEMUX).We also present the upto-date experimental results for weakly-coupled MDM transmission over conventional OM3 MMF.We show that weakly-coupled MDM scheme is promising for high-speed optical interconnections and bandwidth upgrade of already-deployed MMF links.Juhao LI Zhongying WU Dawei GE Jinglong ZHU Yu TIAN Yichi ZHANG Jinyi YU Zhengbin LI Zhangyuan CHEN Yongqi HE 2019Frontiers of Optoelectronics2019,12,1:1
5MOF-derived zinc manganese oxide nanosheets with valence-controllable composition for high-performance Li storage显示文摘Zinc manganese oxide(ZMO)system represents a notable family of mixed transition metal oxides(MTMOs)because of their superiority of the high theoretical capacity,adequacy of natural content,and low cost.However,the methods to match both the reliable synthesis and the designable construction of large-sized two-dimensional(2D)ZMO nanosheets are still considered as grand challenges.Herein,we have successfully realized the preparation of 2D ZMO nanosheets with large lateral sizes up to~20 mm by simple pyrolysis of 2D metal–organic framework(MOF)nanosheets precursor.The growth mechanism of 2D MOF is proposed to be based on the lamellar micelles formed by polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP).The obtained 2D and porous ZMO nanosheets exhibit high specific capacity as well as good rate capability.More importantly,the as-prepared ZMO electrode shows a remarkable capacity increment upon cycling(from 832 mAh g^(-1) at the 2nd cycle to 1418 mAh g^(-1) at the 700th cycle,at 1 A g^(-1)).Through simple adjustment of the calcination temperature,the valence state of Mn species in the yielding ZMO samples can be fine-tuned.Through systematic investigation towards these ZMOs containing different Mn species,the extra specific capacity is revealed to be chiefly on account of the arising of the valence state of Mn upon the cycling process.Moreover,it is disclosed that the higher-valent Mn the pristine ZMO contains,the more additional capacity it gains upon cycling.We believe that this work will inspire more detailed analysis on the relationship between the valence state of Mn and extra capacity.Yu Du Yihan Xu Weiwei Zhou Yaoyang Yu Xinzhou Ma Fei Liu Jinglong Xu Yongming Zhu 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,5:1
6Effects of Rectangular Wing Vortex Generators on the Thermal-Hydraulic Performance of Louvered Fin and Flat Tube Heat Exchanger显示文摘In this paper,a novel composite heat transfer enhancement technique comprised of louvered fins(LFs)and rectangular wing vortex generators(RWVGs)is proposed to improve the LF side thermal-hydraulic performance of louvered fin and flat tube heat exchangers(LFHEs).After validation of the LF side pressure dropΔP and heat transfer coefficient hLFof the baseline by experiments,the numerical method is applied to investigate the influential mechanisms of the RWVG parameters(the number N(7 to 15),attack angleβ(30°to 90°),height H_(VG)(0.8 mm to 2 mm)and width W_(VG)(0.8 mm to 1.2 mm))on the performance of the LFHE in the velocity range of 3 m/s to 10 m/s.Results show that thermal-hydraulic performance of the LFHE is significantly impacted by the RWVGs,and according to the performance evaluation criteria(PEC),the LFHE achieves its optimal thermal-hydraulic performance when N=7,β=45°,H_(VG)=1.8 mm and W_(VG)=1 mm.Compared to the baseline,the maximum,minimum and average increments of PEC for the optimal case are 13.85%,4.67%and 8.39%,respectively.ZHANG Jinglong HU Xingjun LUO Yufei HUI Zheng WANG Jingyu YU Tianming 2023Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,2:1
7Schisandrin B exerts anticancer effects on human gastric cancer cells through ROS-mediated MAPK,STAT3,and NF-κB pathways显示文摘Schisandrin B(Sch B)is a monomer with anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects,which are isolated from the plant Schisandra chinensis(Turcz)Baillon.We investigated the anti-gastric cancer(GC)effects of Sch B and its underlying molecular mechanisms.The Cell Counting Kit-8 assay was used to determine the effects of Sch B on the viability of GC and normal cell lines.Hoechst/propidium iodide staining and flow cytometry were used to assess the apoptosis induction of Sch B.Western blotting was used to evaluate the effects of Sch B on downstream apoptotic proteins.The DCFH-DA fluorescent probe was used to assess the regulatory effects of Sch B on reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels and related signaling pathways in GC cells.The results showed that Sch B could regulate the phosphorylation level of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)by upregulating ROS accumulation in gastric cancer cells,and then reduce the expression of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)and phosphorylated transcription 3(p-STAT3).In addition,Sch B downregulated the cell cycle proteins cyclin-dependent kinase 2/4/6 and cyclin D1/E,and arrested cells in the G0/G1 phase.Moreover,it also inhibited cell migration,which was reversed with Nacetylcysteine pretreatment.In summary,Sch B has killing effects on GC cells by upregulating the production of intracellular ROS and regulating the MAPK/STAT3/NF-κB signaling pathway,leading to the migration arrest and apoptosis of GC cells.TIANZHU LI YU ZHANG TONG ZHANG YANNAN LI HUI XUE JINGLONG CAO WENSHUANG HOU YINGHUA LUO CHENGHAO JIN 2023BIOCELL2023,47,1:0

9Effect cf Nano-ZnO or Nano-Y_2O_3 on Sintering Property of Fused Quartz Ceramics显示文摘Fused quartz ceramic was prepared using high purity fused quartz powder as starting material,separately introducing 1%,2% and 3%( in mass,the same hereinafter) nano-ZnO or nano-Y2O3as additive,molding at 50 MPa, firing in reduction atmosphere at1 300,1 350 and 1 400 ℃ for 1 h,respectively. Apparent porosity and cold modulus of rupture were tested and fracture morphology was analyzed by SEM. 10Microstructure and mechanical properties of transient liquid phase bonding DD5 single-crystal superalloy to CrCoNi-based medium-entropy alloy显示文摘This study focuses on the transient liquid phase(TLP)bonding of DD5 single-crystal superalloy to Cr Co Nibased medium-entropy alloy(MEA)using a BNi-2 filler alloy.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the TLP-bonded DD5/MEA joint were evaluated,and the microstructural evolution mechanism was investigated.The formation of the isothermal solidification zone(ISZ)depended on the diffusion of the melting-point depressants(Si and B elements)from the liquid filler into the DD5 and MEA substrates,as well as the dissolution of the substrates.Boron diffused along theγchannel of DD5 and reacted to form M_(5)B_(3)boride,herein referred to as the diffusion-affected zone(DAZ I).Similarly,the Cr_(5)B_(3)boride precipitated in the Ni-rich MEA matrix adjacent to the MEA substrate(i.e.,DAZ II).Additionally,a coherent orientation of[0]_(BCY)//[011]_(FCC)and(002)_(BCY)//(200)_(FCC)was detected between M_(5)B_(3)boride with a body-centered tetragonal(BCT)structure and the face-centered cubic(FCC)matrix.The performance of the joint was dominated by the properties of the bonding seam.As the bonding time increased from 20to 80 min,the athermal solidification zone(including eutectic microstructure)was gradually replaced by the ISZ exhibiting excellent plastic deformation capability,and the shear strength of the joint was improved.The maximum shear strength(752 MPa)was achieved when the eutectic-free joint was bonded at 1050℃ for 80 min.The fracture morphology revealed a mixture mode,indicating the initiation of cracks in the DAZ II,mainly propagating in the ISZ,and passing through the DAZ I.Shiwei Li Jinglong Li Junmiao Shi Yu Peng Xuan Peng Xianjun Sun Feng Jin Jiangtao Xiong Fusheng Zhang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,1:0

12Genetic segregation analysis of unsaturated fatty acids content in the filial generations of high-linolenic-acid rapeseed(Brassica napus)显示文摘Alpha linolenic acid(ALA)is an essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that can improve human health.Rapeseed is the second largest oil crop in the world but the ALA content in its seed fatty acids is only about 10%.Two rapeseed germplasms YH25005 and R8Q10 with high content(up to 21%)ALA were developed by intervarietal crossing.They were used as the maternal parent(P_(1))when crossed with a low ALA parent SW(P2)to produce the seeds of the F1 hybrid,F2,and backcrosses to P1(BCP1)and P2(BCP2).A multigeneration joint segregation analysis was conducted to determine major gene t polygene effects of the content of three major unsaturated fatty acids including oleic(OA),linoleic(LA)and ALA.The results showed that,although some genes favorable to ALA accumulation were not allelic in R8Q10 and YH25005,all the inheritances of OA,LA and ALA in YH25005×SW and R8Q10×SW followed a genetic model of‘two pairs of additive major genes t additive-dominant polygenes’.It is suggested that the contents of OA,LA and ALA are closely related and the major genes in the parent SW containing loss-of-function mutations in FAD2 and FAD3 loci had strong effect to reduce ALA and elevate OA.However,total genetic effect of the polygenes was greater than that of the two major genes,especial on ALA content.It indicated that it is necessary to employ a larger F2 population to find the plant that accumulate enough minor-effect polygenes for high ALA content.The results are useful for high ALA rapeseed breeding and future work of gene mapping.Xiaohan Zhang Jinglong Lian Chunyan Dai Xiaoli Wang Mingzheng Zhang Xing Su Yaohua Cheng Chengyu Yu 2021Oil Crop Science2021,6,4:0
13Deformation micro-twinning arising at high temperatures in a Ni-Co-based superalloy显示文摘Deformation twinning is an important deformation mechanism in nickel-based superalloys. For superalloys, deformation twins are generally observed at low or intermediate temperatures and high strain rates;however, the appearance of microtwins(MTs) at high temperatures has rarely been reported. In this study, transmission electron microscopy(TEM) was used to study MT formation in Ni-Co-based superalloys following compression at 1120 °C/1 s. The deformation behavior was discussed in detail to reveal the mechanism of MT formation. 15Quasi-in-situ Observation of Interfacial Behaviours:Recrystallization and Grain Recombination during Micro-deformed Diffusion Bonding Process显示文摘The interfacial behaviours of micro-deformed diffusion bonded joints were systematically revealed.There were two typical bonding interfacial characteristics:“bond line”and migrated grain boundaries.“Bond line”was featured as fine grains and phases on the interface.The critical temperature of joint characterized by“bond line”was 950℃.The increased temperature 1000℃was a critical temperature which interfacial characteristic“bond line”eliminated.The second type was characterized by interfacial migration over 1000℃,in which the bonding interfaces were composed of straight grain boundaries,triple junctions,and protruding and expanding interfacial migrated grains.Additionally,two different interface migration and joint forming mechanisms were observed with elevated bonding temperature:recrystallization and grain recombination.The first one was the discontinuous dynamic recrystallization mechanism,which was observed in the joints bonded at 950℃and 1000℃.The second mechanism was the grain boundary migration mechanism based on the grain growth mechanism,of which the typical bonding temperature was 1050℃.The joint was bonded under two kinds of grain boundary migration,including strain-induced interface grain boundary migration and interface grain boundary migration at triple junction.Yu Peng Shiwei Li Feng Jin Yipeng Chen Wei Guo Jiangtao Xiong Jinglong Li 2023Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,12:0
