| 1 | Variation at the transcriptional level among Chinese natural populations of Arabidopsis thaliana in response to cold stress显示文摘The Arabidopsis 25K GeneChip (ATH1, Affymetrix) was used to make a survey of the variation of the transcriptional profiles among 5 Chinese natural populations of Arabidopsis thaliana under cold treatment. In normal growth condition, the expression level of 2.26% (513 genes in the population from Jiujiang, Jiangxi, JXjjx) to 6.52% (1482 genes in the population from Tongliang, Chongqing, CQtlx) genes was 2-fold higher than that of Col ecotype. Under cold treatment, the expression of 12.84% (2920 genes in the population from Chenggu, Shaanxi, SXcgx) to 19.46% (4426 genes in the population from Qinghe, Xinjiang, XJqhx) genes was up- or down-regulated by at least two-fold that of their controls. In general, most of up-regulated genes might be the genes essential for plant surviving at low temperature, such as genes in CBF pathway and the genes responsible for synthesizing molecules accumulated for cold tolerance. However, each natural population had some specific genes induced under cold treatment. The data indicated that some of the cold-responding genes were differentiated among the populations distributed in the natural habitats with different climate conditions. CBF3, one of the key tran-scription factor genes in cold responding pathway, showed significant differences in expression among populations. The sequence analysis indicated that the changes in its regulation region caused the dramatic difference in the expression pattern. | 4 | Electrochemical impedance characteristics of LC4 aluminum alloy treated with ZH1 technique显示文摘ZHI technique was used to form a corrosion resistant layer on LC4 alloy. The composition of the layer was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It is found that the layer is composed of oxides of metals on the substrate, such as Al2O3, ZnO, MgO2, CuO, and MnO2. The electrochemical impedance spectrums (EIS) of LC4 aluminum alloy specimen were measured in NaCl solutions to study the mechanism of the corrosion resistance of the alloy treated with ZH 1 technique. The results show that in NaCl solutions the capacitance of the Helmholtz layer and space charge layer of the oxide coating formed on the surface of LC4 alloy is less than that of a normal metal electrode while its ohmic resistance is relatively greater. At the same time, the thickness of the Helmholtz layer is 1-3 exponentially greater than that of a normal metal electrode. Compared with a normal metal electrode, all these characteristics make it more difficult for charges to transfer between the solution and the surface of the electrode. That is why the polarized current density of LC4 alloy treated with ZHI technique kept small in 3.5% NaCl solution within a wide range of potential, and why the polarized curves of LC4 alloy treated with ZH1 technique changed a little in 3.5% NaCl solution of different pH values. Moreover, according to the capacitance of the space charge layer (Csc) obtained at different potentials in 3.5% NaCl solution, 1/C2sc-E curve was laid out. It is found that there does not exist a simple linear relation between 1/C2sc and the potential. | 5 | The dynamical model and quantization of the Schwarzschild black hole显示文摘The mass of the Schwarzschild black hole, an observable quantity, is defined as a dynamical variable, while the corresponding conjugate is considered as a general- ized momentum. Then a two-dimensional phase space is composed of the two variables. In the two-dimensional phase space, a harmonic oscillator model of the Schwarzschild black hole is obtained by a canonical transformation. By this model, the mass spectrum of the Schwarzschild black hole is firstly obtained. Further the horizon area operator, quantum area spectrum and entropy are obtained in the Fock representation. The results showed that DSS was susceptible to pitting Corrosion and Corrosion fa- tigue. Both Intergranluar Corrosion cracking and transgranlular corrosion cracking initiated at the bottom of pitting holes. Furthermore, the corrosion fatigue properties of DSS in 3.5%NaCl solution may be relatived to complex electrochemical and mechanical coupling effects between the three phases (austenite, ferrite and medensite), where martensite and ferrite were anodic in the corrosion cell and could be prone to cracking under certain condition. | S. | 20 | Experimental Study on Inert Gas-assisted Laser Cut Veneer Based on LOM显示文摘Based on the LOM(Laminated Object Manufacturing)process,an inert gas-assisted laser method for wood cutting was proposed.The carbonization degree of wood surface was improved by the introduction of helium(He)gas,and the influence of process parameters on the carbonization layer of wood surface was solved,it was significance to reduce the post-processing of LOM and improve the quality of forming workpiece.The cherry wood veneer was used as the experimental material,under the condition of the same process parameters,the wood was cut with or without inert gas-assisted,and the influence factors of kerf quality were studied by variance analysis.The results showed that under the same condition,compared with traditional laser processing,the kerf width was obviously reduced in the inert gas-assisted cutting.Because the He gas had oxygen-isolation and flame retardant effect,which prevented heat accumulation and conduction.The micro morphology of the kerf surface showed that the flatness was better in the inert gas-assisted cutting.As the excess heat was blown out by the cooling and purging of the gas,the phenomenon of oxidation and burning was reduced,the range of HAZ(heat affected zone)was reduced,and the carbonization phenomenon was obviously improved.The surface quality of kerf was improved effectively.According to the analysis of variance,in addition to the effect of laser power,cutting speed and inert gas flow on the cutting width,the interaction between inert gas flow and laser power,laser power and cutting speed were also the main factors which affected the cutting width.The feasibility of the combined inert gas and laser processing to improve wood cutting quality has been verified through experimental research,which provided a certain reference for the followup research on improving the wood processing quality. | Qingwei Liu Chunmei Yang Qian Miao Yifan Liu Jiuqing Liu Wenji Yu | 2020 | Journal of Renewable Materials2020,8,12: | 0 |
