| 2 | Robust Assignment of Airport Gates with Operational Safety Constraints显示文摘This paper reviews existing approaches to the airport gate assignment problem(AGAP) and presents an optimization model for the problem considering operational safety constraints. The main objective is to minimize the dispersion of gate idle time periods(to get robust optimization) while ensuring appropriate matching between the size of each aircraft and its assigned gate type and avoiding the potential hazard caused by gate apron operational conflict. Genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the problem. An illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness and efficiency of the algorithm. | 3 | Room-temperature ligancy engineering of perovskite electrocatalyst for enhanced electrochemical water oxidation显示文摘Perovskite oxides are significant candidates to develop electrochemical catalysts for water oxidation in consideration of their high catalysis capacity,low costing and excellent stability.Rational design of coordination structure and overcoming poor electronic transport are regarded as critical factors for outstanding perovskite-based oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalysts.Herein,we report a mild chemical oxidation method to realize ligancy engineering from strongly-correlated brownmillerite Sr2Co2O5 to perovskite phase Sr2Co2O5.5,along with abundant oxygen vacancies formation and greatly boosted electric conductivity,which helps to form the active species of Co hydroxide/oxide on the surface of catalysts.The coupling effect of catalytic kinetics and unimpeded electronic movement brings high OER activities in Sr2Co2O5.5 with a low onset potential and a small Tafel slope.Our work not only displays in-depth understanding into the relationship among catalysis performance and multiple physical degrees of freedom,but also paves a new path to develop high-efficient electrochemical catalysts. | Junchi Wu Yuqiao Guo Haifeng Liu Jiyin Zhao Haodong Zhou Wangsheng Chu Changzheng Wu | 2019 | Nano Research2019，12，9： | 4 |
| 4 | PD-L1:expression regulation显示文摘Programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1),expressed on the surface of tumor cells,can bind to programmed cell death-1(PD-1)on T cells.The interaction of PD-1 and PD-L1 can inhibit T-cell responses by decreasing T-cell activity and accelerating their apoptosis.Various cancers express high levels of PD-L1 and exploit PD-L1/PD-1 signaling to evade T-cell immunity,and immunotherapies targeting the PD-1/PD-L1 axis have been shown to exert remarkable anti-tumor effects;however,not all tumor patients benefit from these therapies.Therefore,study of the mechanisms regulating PD-L1 expression are imperative.In this review,we explore regulation of PD-L1 expression in the contexts of gene transcription,signaling pathways,histone modification and remodeling,microRNAs,long noncoding RNAs,and post-translational modification.Current developments in studies of agents that block PD-L1 and correlations between immunotherapies targeting PD-1/PD-L1 and PD-L1 expression are also summarized.Our review will assist in understanding of PD-L1 expression regulation and discusses the implications of reported findings in cancer diagnosis and immunotherapy. | Yu-Jie Zhou Guoli Li Jiyin Wang Mengyuan Liu Zihan Wang Yu Song Xulong Zhang Xi Wang | 2023 | Blood Science2023，5，2： | 3 |

| 16 | Corrosion Rate of Hydrogenation to C110 Casing in High H_2S Environment显示文摘The corrosion behavior of C110 bushing at high temperature and high pressure with a high H2S / CO2 was studied, and a basis for the materials selection of sour gas well bushing was provided in H2S, CO2 and saline coexisting environment. Under acidic condiction, hydrogen atoms greatly entered into the material and caused the material properties changed. Weight loss method was used to study the corrosion rate of hydrogen charging samples and original untreated samples in simulated oil field environment. PAR2273 electrochemical workstation was used to examine the electrochemical performance of samples untreated, hydrogen charging after reacting in autoclave. The corrosion product film was observed through SEM. The experimental results show that sample with hydrogen charging has a much more obvious partial corrosion and pitting corrosion than the untreated blank sample even the downhole corrosion speed of bushing is increased after being used for a period of time. Polarization curve shows the corrosion tendency is the same between sample with or without hydrogen charging and corrosion tendency is reduced by corrosion product film.
