| 1 | 武汉市青少年应激性生活事件和吸烟行为的关系显示文摘目的 :了解武汉市青少年应激性生活事件及其与吸烟的关系。方法 :采用匿名的方式 ,在武汉市 11个区随机抽取 2 2所中学初一至初三的学生 6994名 ,进行问卷调查。应激性生活事件的测量采取记数的方式 ,分别统计家庭、学校和小伙伴三个方面的正性和负性生活事件数 ,作为生活事件得分 ;吸烟的测量采用 4个变量 ,即尝试吸烟 ,30天吸烟 ,7天吸烟和是否吸 10 0支烟 (吸烟习惯 )。采取单因素 χ2 检验和多因素Logistic回归模型进行分析。结果 :武汉市青少年吸烟主要与家庭和学校方面的负性生活事件正相关 ,而与学校方面的正性生活事件呈负相关。结论 :应激性生活事件与青少年吸烟有关 ,提示我们应大力提高青少年应对生活事件的能力 ,预防和减少青少年吸烟。 | 李燕 Jennifer Unger 龚洁武汉市卫生防疫站 Xinguang Chen Chihping Chou C.Anderson Johnson | 2003 | 中国心理卫生杂志2003，17，2： | 11 |
| 2 | 武汉市青少年吸烟影响因素的路径分析显示文摘目的研究青少年吸烟的危险因素及其对吸烟的影响。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,从武汉市3个城区中抽取普通和职业高中的高一和高二学生共1 168人,1 077人完成了调查问卷。采用探索性因子分析和路径分析方法进行分析。结果过去30 d的吸烟率为10.3%,其中男生为21.0%,女生为1.8%,30 d平均吸烟量为91.3支。结果显示,影响青少年吸烟量的直接因素有4个:饮酒、社会规范、初始吸烟年龄和吸烟朋友数,其他因素都是通过这几个因素间接影响青少年吸烟量。影响吸烟的前4位因素标准回归系数估计值为饮酒(0.354 3)、朋友吸烟(0.305 0)、性别(0.182 0)、多动(0.127 5)。结论今后干预措施应着重考虑预防青少年饮酒、减少吸烟朋友数以及改变青少年对吸烟社会规范的认识,重点人群为男生和具有多动特质的儿童。 | 周敦金 龚洁 曾晶 Qian Guo 夏江 Ping Sun 柳春红 Chihping Chou Carl Anderson Johnson | 2006 | 中国公共卫生2006，22，10： | 4 |

| 19 | FANCA D1359Y mutation in a patient with gastric polyposis and cancer susceptibility: A case report and review of literature显示文摘Gastric polyposis is a rare disease. Not all polyps progress to cancer. Monoallelic mutation in Fanconi anemia(FA) genes, unlike biallelic gene mutations that causes typical FA phenotype, can increase risks of cancers in a sporadic manner. Aberrations in the FA pathway were reported in all molecular subtypes of gastric cancer. We studied a patient with synchronous gastric cancer from gastric polyposis by conducting a 13-year long-term follow up. Via pathway-driven massive parallel genomic sequencing, a germline mutation at FANCA D1359Y was identified. We identified several recurrent mutations in DNA methylation(TET1, V873I), the β-catenin pathway(CTNNB1, S45F) and RHO signaling pathway(PLEKHG5, R203C) by comparing the genetic events between benign and malignant gastric polyps.
