1江苏省SO2排放环境库茨涅茨关系研究--基于半参数面板数据模型分析显示文摘以江苏省为研究区域,通过验证环境库兹涅茨曲线的存在来分析经济增长、城市化对SO_2排放的影响.采用1991-2013年江苏省市级面板数据,结合参数及半参数固定效应回归同时对经济增长/城市化与SO_2排放关系开展研究.研究发现了经济增长与SO_2排放之间存在着倒U型曲线关系,但是对于城市化与SO_2排放,二者的倒U型曲线关系并不存在.经济增长与SO_2排放之间环境库兹涅茨关系的存在表明了经济的持续发展能够协调并解决其与SO_2排放之间的困境.同时,这些研究发现有助于推动社会经济发展与环境污染关系的研究.王远 王春春 赵静 钱一潇 KUBOTA Jumpei 何彦旻 朱晓东 2016中国环境科学2016,36,10:11
2Global signatures of protein binding on structured RNAs in Saccharomyces cerevisiae显示文摘Protein binding is essential to the transport,decay and regulation of almost all RNA molecules.However,the structural preference of protein binding on RNAs and their cellular functions and dynamics upon changing environmental conditions are poorly understood.Here,we integrated various high-throughput data and introduced a computational framework to describe the global interactions between RNA binding proteins(RBPs)and structured RNAs in yeast at single-nucleotide resolution.We found that on average,in terms of percent total lengths,~15%of mRNA untranslated regions(UTRs),~37%of canonical non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)and^11%of long ncRNAs(lncRNAs)are bound by proteins.The RBP binding sites,in general,tend to occur at single-stranded loops,with evolutionarily conserved signatures,and often facilitate a specific RNA structure conformation in vivo.We found that four nucleotide modifications of tRNA are significantly associated with RBP binding.We also identified various structural motifs bound by RBPs in the UTRs of mRNAs,associated with localization,degradation and stress responses.Moreover,we identified>200 novel lncRNAs bound by RBPs,and about half of them contain conserved secondary structures.We present the first ensemble pattern of RBP binding sites in the structured non-coding regions of a eukaryotic genome,emphasizing their structural context and cellular functions.YANG YuCheng UMETSU Jumpei LU Zhi John 2014Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,1:7
3Impacts of land use changes on groundwater resources in the Heihe River Basin显示文摘Land use and land coverchangeshave a greatimpacton the regionalhydrologicalprocess. Based on three periods ofremote sensing data from the 1960s and the long-term observed data of groundwaterfrom the 1980s,theimpactsofland use changeson the groundwatersystem in the middle reach ofHeihe RiverBasin in recentthree decades are analyzed by the perspective ofgroundwater recharge and discharge system. The results indicate that with the different intensities of land use changes, the impacts on the groundwater recharge were 2.602×108 m3/a in the former 15 years (1969-1985) and 0.218 ×108 m3/a in the latter 15 years (1986-2000), and the impacts on the groundwaterdischarge were 2.035×108 m3/a and 4.91×108 m3/a respectively.W hen the groundwater exploitation wasin a reasonable range lessthan 3.0×108 m3/a,the land use changescould controlthe changes of regionalgroundwater resources.Influenced by the land use changes and the large-scale exploitation in the recentdecade,the groundwaterresourcespresentapparently regionaldifferencesin Zhangye region. 5Mechanophore activation enhanced by hydrogen bonding of diarylurea motifs:An efficient supramolecular force-transducing system显示文摘Macromolecules are efficient as mechanical transducers for mechanically induced chemical bond cleavage reactions.Although various classes of polymers have been studied as effective mechanical-force transducers for mechanophores,alternatives to polymer chains,that is,small molecules,have rarely been studied.In this paper,the role of hydrogen bonding as small-molecule mechanical-force transducers for the activation of mechano-responsive molecular units(mechanophores)in the bulk is investigated.The introduction of diarylurea linkage motifs,which are known as strong hydrogen bonding groups,enhances the mechanochemical activation of the fluorescent mechanophore tetraarylsuccinonitrile(TASN)as effectively as the attachment of a typical macromolecular transducer.Electron paramagnetic resonance measurements of mechanically activated TASN with diphenyl urea motifs demonstrate its higher carbon–carbon bond dissociation ratio compared to that of TASN without diphenyl urea motifs.This efficient supramolecular-forcetransducing system represents a new concept in the field of mechanochemistry,namely,the enhancement of mechanochemical bond scission by simply changing the substituents of a mechanophore,even in small molecules.Jumpei Kida Daisuke Aoki Hideyuki Otsuka 2021Aggregate2021,2,3:1

9Ig SF11 regulates osteoclast differentiation through association with the scaffold protein PSD-95显示文摘Osteoclasts are multinucleated, giant cells derived from myeloid progenitors. While receptor activator of NF-κB ligand(RANKL)stimulation is the primary driver of osteoclast differentiation, additional signaling further contributes to osteoclast maturation.Here, we demonstrate that immunoglobulin superfamily member 11(Ig SF11), whose expression increases during osteoclast differentiation, regulates osteoclast differentiation through interaction with postsynaptic density protein 95(PSD-95), a scaffold protein with multiple protein interaction domains. Ig SF11 deficiency in vivo results in impaired osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption but no observed defect in bone formation. Consequently, Ig SF11-deficient mice exhibit increased bone mass.Using in vitro osteoclast culture systems, we show that Ig SF11 functions through homophilic interactions. Additionally, we demonstrate that impaired osteoclast differentiation in Ig SF11-deficient cells is rescued by full-length Ig SF11 and that the Ig SF11-PSD-95 interaction requires the 75 C-terminal amino acids of Ig SF11.
