1The involvement of wheat U-box E3 ubiquitin ligase TaPUB1 in salt stress tolerance显示文摘U-box E3 ubiquitin ligases play important roles in the ubiquitin/26 S proteasome machinery and in abiotic stress responses. Ta PUB1-overexpressing wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) were generated to evaluate its function in salt tolerance. These plants had more salt stress tolerance during seedling and flowering stages, whereas the Ta PUB1-RNA interference(RNAi)-mediated knock-down transgenic wheat showed more salt stress sensitivity than the wild type(WT). Ta PUB1 overexpression upregulated the expression of genes related to ion channels and increased the net root Na+efflux, but decreased the net K+efflux and H+influx, thereby maintaining a low cytosolic Na+/K+ratio, compared with the WT. However,RNAi-mediated knock-down plants showed the opposite response to salt stress. Ta PUB1 could induce the expression of some genes that improved the antioxidant capacity of plants under salt stress. Ta PUB1 also interacted with Ta MP(Triticum aestivum α-mannosidase protein), a regulator playing an important role in salt response in yeast and in plants. Thus, low cytosolic Na+/K+ratios and better antioxidant enzyme activities could be maintained in wheat with overexpression of Ta PUB1 under salt stress. 2Energy-level dependent H_2_O_2 production on metal-free,carbon-content tunable carbon nitride photocatalysts显示文摘Light-driven production of H_2O_2 from water and molecular oxygen could be a promising way for obtaining both solar fuels and fundamental chemicals. During that process, the H_2O_2 yield is strongly dependent on the reaction pathway associated with two-electron reduction of dioxygen by the photo-generated electrons. Herein, we synthesized a series of metal-free, carbon-content tunable carbon nitride photocatalysts(named C_3N_4-Carbon) by a facile hydrothermal reaction and subsequent thermal treatment at appropriate temperatures. The energy levels of the C_3N_4-Carbon catalysts vary with the carbon doping level, which is conveniently tuned by changing the initial glucose concentration during the hydrothermal reaction. The surface carbon species evolve with the carbon content and the nitrogen atoms in the structure of carbon nitride are partially substituted by foreign carbon atoms based on XPS measurements. The optimal catalyst leads to the highest H_2O_2 yield of 1271 μmol L^(-1) in an acidic aqueous solution(pH 3) after a reaction period of 4 h, twice higher than the pristine C_3N_4. In addition, the largest formation rate constant and the smallest decomposition rate constant of H_2O_2 are obtained on the optimal one according to the kinetics analyses. The decomposition tests of H_2O_2 indicate that the formation rate could be a dominant factor impacting the H_2O_2 yield. The conduction band position of the optimal catalyst is positively shifted to 0.06 V versus RHE, which is more favorable to the reduction of dioxygen to H_2O_2(O2/H_2O_2 at 0.69 V versus RHE). 3A new numerical simulation model for high pressure squeezing moulding显示文摘High pressure squeeze is the most popular moulding process applied in modern moulding machines.Because of the unique characters of moulding sand and nonlinearity of squeezing process,the mechanical model is of key importance for computer simulation.Drucker-Prager/Cap is a typical soil mechanical theory model and it was used to simulate the squeezing process in this study,while ABAQUS software is used to simulate dynamic stress/strain evolution during the process.The simulation agrees well with the experimental results.We conclude that Drucker-Prager/Cap is an appropriate model for the squeezing compaction of moulding sand,and that the associated nonlinearity can be solved well with ABAQUS software.Li Hua Wu Junjiao Huang Tianyou Makino Hiroyasu 2011China Foundry2011,8,1:3
4The effect of biomass pyrolysis gas reburning on N_2O emission in a coal-fired fluidized bed boiler显示文摘The fossil fuel consumption and pollutant emissions in a coal fired fluidized bed boiler could be reduced by biomass pyrolysis gas reburning.The influence of three kinds of biomass pyrolysis gases on the emission of N_2O in a laboratory scale fluidized bed was investigated using the mechanism of GRI3.0 in this paper.The results showed that:the effect of sawdust pyrolysis gas reburning on N_2O was more significant than that of rice husk and orange peel under the same conditions;the increase of initial oxygen content from 1% to 8% in flue gas would restrain the decomposition of N_2O;the N_2O decomposition was enhanced by increasing reaction temperature from 1073.15 K to 1323.15 K,and the decomposition rate may reach 99% at 1223.15 K.HU XiaoYing DONG ChangQing YANG YongPing ZHANG JunJiao 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,14:2
5Characters Selection and Assessment for Spathiphyllum DUS Testing Guideline显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to provide technical standards for domestic Spathiphyllum variety description and resource evaluation.[Methods]Through field trials and character surveys of the collected 83 Spathiphyllum varieties,after several revisions by fellow experts,and with reference to the Guidelines for Testing the Specificity,Consistency and Stability of New Plant Varieties:Spathiphyllum(TG/135/3)issued by the International Union For The Protection of New Varieties of Plants,the DUS testing guidelines for Spathiphyllum have been developed,and statistical analysis and other methods were used to study the traits for the guideline.[Results]Thirty two testing traits,including 11 mandatory traits,8 basic traits,10 new traits,and 3 optional traits were finally determined;five traits including plant height,plant width,and leaf length were divided into 7 grades,and 9 traits such as leaf width,spathe length,and spathe width were divided into 5 levels;and the observation method and trait code of the trait spathe depth were adjusted.[Conclusions]The development of this guideline provides a basis for judging the specificity,consistency and stability of Spathiphyllum varieties,and is of great significance to the breeding and protection of Spathiphyllum varieties.Peng ZHANG Jiangmin WANG Xiaohong YANG Yanfang LIU Junjiao GUAN Qingmei HUANG Jin MAO Jianhua ZHANG 2021Agricultural Biotechnology2021,10,5:1

9A Study on Numerical Simulation of Core-Shooting Process显示文摘In order to evaluate the main factors influencing the core-shooting process and to optimize the design of core boxes, the fluid-particle (air-sand) model has been built based on the two-phase flow theory. The fluid phase, air, and the particulate phase, sand granules, have been treated as a continuum. By using this model, it is possible to simulate the flow and compaction behavior of sand particles during the core-shooting process. To benchmark the calculated results, the shooting process has been recorded with a digital high speed camera, and the inlet condition of sand particles has also been achieved by using the camera. 11Synthesis, characterization, crystal structure and antitumor activities of a novel demethylcantharidato bridged copper(Ⅱ) phenanthroline complex显示文摘A new polymeric demethylcantharidato (DCA) bridged copper(Ⅱ) phenanthroline (phen) complex ([Cu(DCA)(phen)] n ·nH2O) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and electronic spectra studies, molar conductivity measurement, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with crystallographic data: a = 12.4537(4), b = 9.3897(5), c = 30.1264(10), and Z = 8. In the crystal structure, the octahedral coordinated copper(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by demethylcantharidate ligands into a one-dimensional zigzag-like structure with the Cu···Cu separation of 6.1719, along with phen ligands attached to both sides of the chain alternatively. Interdigitation of the chelating phen ligands of two neighboring chains via hydrophobic interaction and van der Waals forces along ac plane forms two-dimensional polymeric bilayers with discrete water sandwich layer between the adjacent polymeric bilayers. 13Genetic Diversity and Genetic Structure of Maize Inbred Lines from Yunnan Revealed by SNP Chips显示文摘[Objectives]The genetic diversity and population genetic structure of 107 inbred lines of maize in Yunnan were analyzed,in order to provide technical support for maize germplasm innovation,genetic improvement of germplasm resources,variety management,and lay a solid foundation for exploring genes related to fine traits in the future.[Methods]The 107 maize inbred lines generalized in Yunnan were selected,and 45 backbone inbred lines commonly used in China were used as reference for heterotic group classification.On Axiom Maize 56K SNP Array platform,maize SNP chips(56K)were used to scan the whole maize genome,and the NJ-tree model of Treebest was used to construct a phylogenetic tree.Principal component analysis(PCA)was conducted by GCTA(genome-wide complex trait analysis)to reveal the genetic diversity and population genetic structure.[Results]In the 107 Yunnan local inbred lines,5533 uniformly distributed high-quality SNP marker sites were finally detected.Based on the analysis of these SNP marker sites,Nei s gene diversity index(H)of 107 maize germplasm genes was 0.2981-0.5000 with an average value being 0.4832,and polymorphism information content(PIC)values were 0.2536-0.3750 with an average value being 0.3662.The minimum allele frequency value was 0.5000-0.8178 with an average value being 0.5744.The analysis of population genetic structure showed that when K=6,the maximum value of△K was the maximum,which meant that the inbred lines used in this study could be divided into six groups.They were Tangsi Pingtou blood relationship group,PB blood relationship group,335 female blood relationship group,Zi 330 and the Lüda Honggu blood relationship group,unknown group 1 and unknown group 2.No inbred lines were divided into other heterotic groups.Among them,37 inbred lines from the 2 unknown groups could not be classified into the same group as the 10 known heterotic groups in China.The results of principal component analysis showed that the 107 maize inbred lines generalized in Yunnan could be clearly distinguished from the backbone maize inbred lines commonly used in China.Most of the maize inbred lines in Yunnan were concentrated near the reference backbone inbred lines.But some Yunnan inbred lines were far away from the reference inbred lines commonly used in China.[Conclusions]The maize germplasm resources in Yunnan area were rich in genetic diversity,including multiple heterotic groups,and there was a rich genetic basis of breeding parents.They could be clearly distinguished from the backbone inbred lines commonly used in China,and some of them had a long genetic distance from the backbone inbred lines.The resources which have good application potential can be used to create new heterotic groups.Junjiao GUAN Peng ZHANG Sheping LI Junhao LU Qingmei HUANG Xiaohong YANG Jianhua ZHANG Zhuke KANG 2021Agricultural Biotechnology2021,10,2:0
14Synthesis and ultraviolet/aggregation-induced emission investigation of novel tetraphenylvinyl hydrazone derivatives: efficient multimodal chemosensors for fluoride ion显示文摘Herein,three novel tetraphenylethylene hydrazone chemosensors TC12,SC16,and TC16 are prepared for the selective detection of F−.Two NH and one C=N units are incorporated into the sensors for better colorimetric responses,whereas the tetraphenyl unit is in charge of the aggregation-induced emission effect.Among them,compounds SC16 and TC16 form stable gels with some organic solvents.All the tetrahydrofuran/H2O solutions of the three compounds exhibit aggregation-induced emission effect,whereby the fluorescence emission increases by varying degrees with the volume of poor solvent water.Moreover,good aggregation-induced emission effects are observed in the self-assembly of SC16 and TC16.As a sample chemosensor,TC12 in tetrahydrofuran responds to F−selectively with high sensitivity,with the colorimetric and fluorometric detection limits of 8.25×10^(−7) mol·L^(-1) and 2.69×10^(−7) mol·L^(-1),respectively.The reversible gel-sol-gel phase transition and color changes indicate that both SC16-dimethyl sulfoxide and TC16-ethyl acetate gels specifically respond to F-with good sensitivity.The detection results are well supported by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,fluorescent spectroscopy,and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance.More importantly,the driving forces of gelation are visually clarified through the single crystal X-ray analysis of compound TOMe.Wenting Yin Linqi Shi Mengjiao Liang Yaodong Huang Junjiao Yang 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,12:0
15Effect of rare earth Nd^(3+)doping contents on physical,structural,and magnetic properties of Co-Ni spinel ferrite nanoparticles显示文摘Rare earth(RE)low doping has a significant influence on the structural,morphological,and magnetic properties of spinel ferrite nanoparticles.Therefore,rare earth neodymium(Nd)oxide was fully doped into spinel ferrite with a composition of Co_(0.80)Ni_(0.20)Nd_xFe_(2-x)O_4(x=0.0,0.05,0.10,and 0.15)using the sol-gel auto combustion method.Structural analysis of the synthesized samples with low doping of Nd using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Rietveld refinements reveals a pure single-phase cubic structure,while the second phase appears with increasing content of Nd^(3+)at x=0.10 and 0.15.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM)show well-shaped spherical grains within the nanometer range of the pure Co_(0.80)Ni_(0.20)Fe_(2)O_(4) sample,while larger grains with the presence of agglomeration are observed with doping of Nd^(3+)into the spinel ferrite nanoparticles.The magnetic parameters,i.e.,saturation magnetization M_s,remanence and magnetic moments exhibit decreasing trend with Nd^(3+)doping and M_s values are in 65.69 to 53.34 emu/g range.The coercivity of the Nd-doped Co-Ni spinel ferrite sample was calculated to be 1037.76 to~827.24 Oe.This work demonstrates remarkable improvements in the structural and magnetic characteristics of Nddoped Co-Ni spinel ferrite nanoparticles for multiple versatile applications.Junjiao Li Muhammad Yousaf Qaisar Hayat Muhammad Akbar Asma Noor MAK Yousaf Shah Fenghua Qi Yuzheng Lu 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,11:0
16Evaluation of bacterial contamination on three different surfaces within domestic refrigerators显示文摘The objectives of this study were to analyze the number of microorganisms,fungal composition and the correlation between bacterial enrichment and air quality on three internal surfaces(the inner wall,shelf,and basket)of domestic refrigerators.The results showed that the inner wall had a significantly lower number of coliforms(P<0.05),and the range was 0.2−2.5 log MPN cm^(-2).The total bacterial counts and psychrophilic bacterial counts on three internal surfaces in the same refrigerator tended to be consistent.Moreover,the inner wall owned a simpler bacterial community structure.At the genus level of fungi,the dominant flora of both the inner wall and shelf were Saccharomyces spp.and Candida spp.,while Saccharomyces spp.,Candida spp.and Fistulina spp.took superiority in the basket.Specifically,Shannon index and Simpson index,which represent the bacterial community diversity,were the lowest on the wall,and six bacterial species on the inner wall had relative abundance higher than 0.5%of the total operational taxonomic units(OTUs),while for the shelf and basket,there were 12 and 11 bacterial species respectively.Also,there was a significant negative correlation in the basket between the chao1 index and PM2.5.This study could provide guidance for the sanitation and recommend adequate packaging of foods stored in refrigerators.Wenqi Zhang Junjiao Wang Yuanyuan Zhang Keping Ye Yiqing Han Chaowei Wang Cong Qi Xiaoyin Ge 2022Food Materials Research2022,2,1:0
