| 1 | Prognostic value of clinicopathological characteristics in patients with pancreatic cancer显示文摘Background:The purpose of this study was to analyze me effects of all clinical characteristics on the overall survival time,in order to provide a basis for determining the prognostic factor of patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods:A total of 103 pancreatic cancer patients were admitted to the Department of Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy of the Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,between January 2002 and December 2012.There were 68 men and 35 women;the median age was 62 years.Diagnoses of pancreatic cancer in all patients were confirmed by histopathology,cytology,or clinical diagnosis.The Kaplan-Meier method was performed to calculate the overall survival rate.The log-rank method was used to examine the univariate analysis.The Cox regression model was performed for multivariate analysis.Results:The median survival time was 293 days,the 1-,2-,and 3-year survival rates were 27.18%,5.83%,and 1.94%,respectively.Cox regression analysis revealed that age(P=0.015),Karnofsky performance status(PS)(P=0.002),surgical types(P<0.001),and platelet counts(P<0.001) were independent prognostic factors affecting the overall survival of patients with pancreatic cancer.Conclusions:Pancreatic cancer had a poor prognosis,the general physical condition,age,the availability of radical surgery,and platelet counts were factors influencing the overall survival of patients with pancreatic cancer. | Mei Geng Haoping Xu Ruobing Ren Qing Qu Chengfang Shangguan Junwei Wu Jinsong Jiang Hao Li Weiguo Cao | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,5: | 4 |

| 4 | Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation System for Space Manipulator Docking: Model,Stability and Experimental Evaluation显示文摘A manipulator-type docking hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)simulation system is proposed in this paper,with further development of the space docking technology and corresponding requirements of the engineering project.First,the structure of the manipulator-type HIL simulation system is explained.The mass and the flexibility of the manipulator has an important influence on the stability of the HIL system,which is the premise of accurately simulating actual space docking.Thus,the docking HIL simulation models of rigid,flexible and flexible-light space manipulators are established.The characteristics of the three HIL systems are studied from three important aspects:the system parameter configuration relation,the system stability condition and the dynamics frequency simulation ability.The key conclusions obtained were that the system satisfies stability or reproduction accuracy.Meanwhile,the influence of different manipulators on the system stability is further analyzed.The accuracy of the calculated results is verified experimentally. | Simiao Yu Shutao Zheng Yu Yang Zhiyong Qu Junwei Han | 2020 | Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2020,29,1: | 1 |
| 5 | 腔镜下外阴癌腹股沟淋巴切除术的临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the new method of inguinal lymphadenectomy in order to reduce side effects of conventional method for patients with vulvar carcinoma.Methods:Lipolysis and liposuction were performed to subcutaneous fat on inguinal region.We inserted endoscope and filled with CO 2 gases to this field and then resected inguinal lymph nodes with ultrasonic scalpel.The operative field was placed with the vacuum sealing drainage and pressured with soft saline bag after the operation.Results:Many lymphatic vessel,small blood vessels and hanging lymph nodes in the subcutaneous tissues of inguinal region were revealed after lipolysis and liposuction and lymph nodes can be easily removed.The follow-up so far showed that healing of the incision was good and there was no lymphedema of patient's lower limb and inguinal region.Conclusion:Endoscopic inguinal lymphadenectomy can resect the lymph nodes and keep most of the lymphatic vessels.So this technique has less influence on the lymph backflow of lower limb and inguinal region and can avoid the huge incision of conventional method.This method is worthy of further study. | Qiang Wu Yuzhong Wu Zhihua Sun Yibing Zhao Henghua Shao Junwei Qu | 2012 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2012,11,6: | 0 |
