1Sedimentary Characteristics and Paleoenvironmental Records of Zabuye Salt Lake,Tibetan Plateau,since 128 ka BP显示文摘This paper for the first time reveals high-resolution core records of Zabuye Salt Lake in the interior of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.According to 1346 samples taken continuously,relatively accurate ^(14)C,U-series disequilibrium and ESR ages have been obtained,thus revealing that the lake core ages from 0 to 83.63m of hole SZK02 are~800 to over 128 ka.In the paper,the lake core sedimentary characteristics(including the lithologies and mineral assemblages)are analyzed in detail and correlated with ostracod assemblages I to XX and sporopollen zones A to I,and on the basis of an integrated analysis of theδ^(18)0 values of authigenic calcium-magnesium carbonate and environmental proxies of minerals,sporopollen and microfossils in the lake core,a correlation has been made of oxygen isotope change between this lake core and the Greenland GISP2 and GRIP and Guliya ice cores,and the climate of Zabuye Salt Lake since 128 ka BP is divided into the last interglacial stage (including substages e,d,c,b and a)of oxygen isotope stage(OIS)5,early glacial stadial of the last glacial stage of OIS 4,interglacial stadial of the last glacial stage of OIS 3,late glacial stadial of the last glacial stage or Last Glacial Maximum of OIS 2 and postglacial state of OIS 1;in addition,6 Heinrich (H_6-H_1)events,Younger Dryas event and 8.2 ka BP cold event have been recognized.ZHENG Mianping YUAN Heran LIU Junying LI Yanhe MA Zhibang SUN Qing 2007Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2007,81,5:10
2Preparation and properties of tungsten-doped indium oxide thin films显示文摘Tungsten-doped indium oxide (IWO) thin films were deposited on glass substrate by DC reactive magnetron sputtering. The effects of sputtering power and growth temperature on the structure, surface morphology, optical and electrical properties of IWO thin films were investigated. The thickness and surface morphology of the films are both closely dependent on the sputtering power and the substrate temperature. The transparency of the films decreases with the increase of the sputtering power but is not seriously influenced by substrate temperature. All the IWO thin film samples have high transmittance in near-infrared spectral range. With either the sputtering power or the growth temperature increases, the resistivity of the film decreases at the beginning and increases after the optimum parameters. The as-deposited IWO films with minimum resistivity of 6.4 10 4 cm were obtained at a growth temperature of225 C and sputteringpower of 40 W, with carrier mobility of 33.0 cm 2 V 1 s 1 and carrier concentration of 2.8 10 20 cm 3 and the average transmittance of about 81% in near-infrared region and about 87% in visible region.Li, Yuan Wang, Wenwen Zhang, Junying Wang, Rongming 2012Rare Metals2012,31,2:9
3SARS-CoV-2 promotes RIPK1 activation to facilitate viral propagation显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),is the ongoing global pandemic that poses substantial challenges to public health worldwide.A subset of COVID-19 patients experience systemic inflammatory response,known as cytokine storm,which may lead to death.Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1(RIPK1)is an important mediator of inflammation and cell death.Here,we examined the interaction of RIPK1-mediated innate immunity with SARS-CoV-2 infection.We found evidence of RIPK1 activation in human COVID-19 lung pathological samples,and cultured human lung organoids and ACE2 transgenic mice infected by SARS-CoV-2.Inhibition of RIPK1 using multiple smallmolecule inhibitors reduced the viral load of SARS-CoV-2 in human lung organoids.Furthermore,therapeutic dosing of the RIPK1 inhibitor Nec-1s reduced mortality and lung viral load,and blocked the CNS manifestation of SARS-CoV-2 in ACE2 transgenic mice.Mechanistically,we found that the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of SARS-CoV-2,NSP12,a highly conserved central component of coronaviral replication and transcription machinery,promoted the activation of RIPK1.Furthermore,NSP12323L variant,encoded by the SARS-CoV-2 C14408T variant first detected in Lombardy,Italy,that carries a Pro323Leu amino acid substitution in NSP12,showed increased ability to activate RIPK1.Inhibition of RIPK1 downregulated the transcriptional induction of proinflammatory cytokines and host factors including ACE2 and EGFR that promote viral entry into cells.Our results suggest that SARS-CoV-2 may have an unexpected and unusual ability to hijack the RIPK1-mediated host defense response to promote its own propagation and that inhibition of RIPK1 may provide a therapeutic option for the treatment of COVID-19.Gang Xu Ying Li Shengyuan Zhang Haoran Peng Yunyun Wang Dekang Li Taijie Jin Zhuohao He Yilun Tong Chunting Qi Guowei Wu Kangyun Dong Jizhou Gou Yang Liu Tongyang Xiao Jing Qu Liang Li Liang Liu Ping Zhao Zheng Zhang Junying Yuan 2021Cell Research2021,31,12:6
4In-flight observations of electromagnetic interferences emitted by satellite显示文摘Using the data from STAFF/TC-1, this paper for the first time analyzes the electromagnetic interferences of Chinese scientific satellite. The electromagnetic interference of satellite exists mainly below 30 Hz, but can extend to 190 Hz with an obviously decreasing power spectral density. The electromagnetic interferences at frequencies below 190 Hz have good correlation with the solar aspect angle. The electromagnetic interferences at frequencies between 190 and 830 Hz have also correlation with solar as-pect angle. However, the electromagnetic interferences at frequencies above 830 Hz have no correlation with the solar aspect angle. The correlation coefficient between solar aspect angel and electromagnetic interferences is around 0.90. The larger the solar aspect angle, the stronger the satellite electromagnetic interference. When the solar aspect angle increases from 90.6° to 93.6°, the electromagnetic interferences at frequencies <10 Hz increase by 8 times and those at frequencies 190―830 Hz increase by 60%. This close association of electromagnetic interferences with the solar aspect angle indicates that the solar aspect angle is the main factor to determine the electromagnetic interferences. The electromagnetic interferences of satellite in sunlight are larger than those in eclipse. The electro-magnetic interference produced by solar panel occupies about 87% in the low frequency band (<100 Hz) and 94% in the high frequency band (>100 Hz) of the total electromagnetic interference produced by satellite. 5Effects of dopant content on optical and electrical properties of In_2O_3: W transparent conductive films显示文摘The In 2 O 3 : W (IWO) films with different W content were deposited on glass substrate using direct current sputtering method. The structure, surface morphology, and optical and electrical properties were investigated. Results showed that both the carrier concentration and carrier mobility were increased with the doping of W. The IWO film with the lowest resistivity of 1.0×10 3 cm, highest carrier mobilityof 43.7 cm 2 V 1 s 1 and carrier concentration of 1.4×10 20 cm 3 was obtained at the content of 2.8 wt.%. 14Nuclear RIPK1 promotes chromatin remodeling to mediate inflammatory response显示文摘RIPK1 is a master regulator of multiple cell death pathways,including apoptosis and necroptosis,and inflammation.Importantly,activation of RIPK1 has also been shown to promote the transcriptional induction of proinflammatory cytokines in cells undergoing necroptosis,in animal models of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)and Alzheimer's disease(AD),and in human ALS and AD.Rare human genetic carriers of non-cleavable RIPK1 variants(D324V and D324H)exhibit distinct symptoms of recurrent fevers and increased transcription of proinflammatory cytokines.Multiple RIPK1 inhibitors have been advanced into human clinical trials as new therapeutics for human inflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases,such as ALS and AD.However,it is unclear whether and how RIPK1 kinase activity directly mediates inflammation independent of cell death as the nuclear function of RIPK1 has not yet been explored.Here we show that nuclear RIPK1 is physically associated with the BAF complex.Upon RIPK1 activation,the RIPK1/BAF complex is recruited by specific transcription factors to active enhancers and promoters marked by H3K4me1 and H3K27ac.Activated nuclear RIPK1 mediates the phosphorylation of SMARCC2,a key component of the BAF complex,to promote chromatin remodeling and the transcription of specific proinflammatory genes.Increased nuclear RIPK1 activation and RIPK1/BAF-mediated chromati n-remodeling activity were found in cells expressi ng non-cleavable RIPK1,and in creased enrichment of activated RIPK1 on active enhancers and promoters was found in an animal model and human pathological samples of ALS.Our results suggest that RIPK1 kinase serves as a transcriptional coregulator in nucleus that can transmit extracellular stimuli to the BAF complex to modulate chromatin accessibility and directly regulate the transcription of specific genes involved in mediating inflammatory resp onses.Wanjin Li Bing Shan Chengyu Zou Huibing Wang Meng-Meng Zhang Hong Zhu Masanori Gomi Naito Daichao Xu Vica Jean Manuel Lauren Mifflin Zhaodong Hou John Ravits Junying Yuan 2022Cell Research2022,32,7:1
