| 1 | Configuration model of partial repairable spares under batch ordering policy based on inventory state显示文摘Rational planning of spares configuration project is an effective approach to improve equipment availability as well as reduce life cycle cost(LCC). With an analysis of various impacts on support system, the spares demand rate forecast model is constructed. According to systemic analysis method, spares support effectiveness evaluation indicators system is built, and then, initial spares configuration and optimization method is researched. To the issue of discarding and consumption for incomplete repairable items, its expected backorders function is approximated by Laplace demand distribution. Combining the(s 1, s) and(R, Q) inventory policy, the spares resupply model is established under the batch ordering policy based on inventory state, and the optimization analysis flow for spares configuration is proposed. Through application on shipborne equipment spares configuration, the given scenarios are analyzed under two constraint targets:one is the support effectiveness, and the other is the spares cost. | 2 | Electroacupuncture effect on neurological behavior and tyrosine kinase-JAK2 in rats with focal cerebral ischemia显示文摘OBJECTIVE:Electroacupuncture effect on neurological behavior and the expression of tyrosine kinase Janus kinase 2(JAK 2) of ischemic cortex in rats with the focal cerebral ischemia were investigated in this study.METHODS:The model of focal cerebral ischemia was established by the heat-coagulation induced the occlusion of the middle cerebral artery.The electro-acupuncture was applied on Baihui(GV 20) and Dazhui(GV 14),and AG490 was applied by intracerebroventricular infusion.The expressions of JAK2 mRNA and phospharylatedJAK2(p-JAK2) in the ischemic cortex were observed by in situ hybridization and western blotting.RESULTS:The expressions of JAK2 mRNA and p-JAK2 were rarely found in sham surgery group.In model group,the expression of JAK2 mRNA and JAK2 phosphorylation had increased.After 1 day of cerebral ischemia,the expression had reached its peak.After cerebral ischemia,the expressions of JAK2 mRNA and p-JAK2 were consistent with the neurological deficit score.Electroacupuncture treatment and AG490 intervention were able to improve the neurological deficit score after cerebral ischemia,and down-regulate the expressions of JAK2 mRNAand JAK2 phosphorylation.CONCLUSION:After cerebral ischemia,the excessive expressions of JAK2 and the JAK2 phosphorylation would be one of mechanisms by which the brain injury got worse.The therapy of electro-acupuncture could reduce the expression of JAK2,and inhibit JAK2 phosphorylated activation,so as to block the abnormal activation of signal transduction pathway which was induced by JAK2. | Rong Liu Nenggui Xu Wei Yi Kangbai Huang Minzhi Su | 2012 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,3: | 15 |
| 3 | System optimization-oriented spare parts dynamic configuration model for multi-echelon multi-indenture system显示文摘In order to optimize the spares configuration project at different stages during the life cycle, the factor of time is considered to relax the assumption of the spares steady demand in multi-echelon technique for recoverable item control(METRIC)theory. According to the method of systems analysis, the dynamic palm theorem is introduced to establish the prediction model of the spares demand rate, and its main influence factors are analyzed,based on which, the spares support effectiveness evaluation index system is studied, and the system optimization-oriented spares dynamic configuration method for multi-echelon multi-indenture system is proposed. Through the analysis of the optimization algorithm, the layered marginal algorithm is designed to improve the model calculation efficiency. | 4 | Design and synthesis of self-healing polymers显示文摘Self-healing polymers represent a class of materials with built-in capability of rehabilitating damages. The topic has attracted increasingly more attention in the past few years. The on-going research activities clearly indicate that self-healing polymeric materials turn out to be a typical multi-disciplinary area concerning polymer chemistry, organic synthesis, polymer physics, theoretical and experimental mechanics, processing, composites manufacturing, interfacial engineering, etc. The present article briefly reviews the achievements of the groups worldwide, and particularly the work carried out in our own laboratory towards strength recovery for structural applications. To ensure sufficient coverage, thermoplastics and thermosetting polymers, extrinsic and intrinsic self-healing, autonomic and non-autonomic healing approaches are included. | 5 | Mission-oriented dynamic optimization model of carrying spares for warship redundant system显示文摘Redundancy is a common structure for warship system,and it is an effective way to improve the reliability of the system.In this paper, warship system is taken as the object of study,based on the system reliability equivalence principle, a spares demand rate calculation method for redundant system is proposed through structure transformation. According to the system analysis method, the general modeling data structure of spares support echelon and system indenture is established, and the mission success probability is taken as the optimization target to build the dynamic optimization model of carrying spares during the process of multi-phase. By introducing the Lagrange multiplier, the spares weight, volume and cost are transformed to the single target of the spares total scale, and the initial Lagrange factors and its dynamic adjustment policy is proposed. | 9 | Effect of Coated PHB on Properties of Abradable Seal Coating显示文摘As pore-forming materials, the coated poly-p-hydroxybenzoate(short for PHB) and h-BN can be applied in the preparation of abradable seal coatings at high temperature. The characteristics of coating such as morphology, thermal stability and composition were studied by SEM, EDS and FTIR. The results show that the modifi ed PHB will change the remained carbon amount, porosity and pore morphology of the coating, which can affect the properties of coatings.
