| 1 | 心肌缺血后处理对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死再灌注损伤的保护作用显示文摘目的 探讨缺血后处理对ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)再灌注损伤的保护作用.方法 2006年10月至2009年1月在北华大学附属医院心内科住院并在12 h内行直接冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的STEMI患者64例,分为对照组(34例)及缺血后处理组(30例).对照组给予单纯再灌注治疗,缺血后处理组采用再灌注30 s/再缺血30 s,交替3次后再持续灌注的方法.比较两组再灌注心律失常的发生率、发病72 h的CK和CK-MB峰值及72 h的CK值动态变化、冠状动脉血流速度(CTFC)、室壁运动计分(WMSI)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、QRS计分法测定心肌梗死面积(QRS-MIS)、心肌呈色分级(MBG)的变化.结果 对照组和缺血后处理组再灌注心律失常频发室性早搏发生率分别为52.9%(18/34)和26.7%(8/30,P<0.05),短阵室性心动过速的发生率分别为58.8%(20/34)和23.3%(7/30,P<0.05),CK峰值分别为(1732±480)U/L和(1162±548)U/L(P<0.01),CK-MB峰值分别为(280±99)U/L和(165±70)U/L(P<0.01),CTFC分别为(26.97±3.42)帧和(22.23±3.81)帧(P<0.05),WMSI分别为1.82±0.83和1.27±0.52(P<0.05),LVEF分别为0.47 ±0.10和0.55±0.08(P<0.05),心肌梗死面积分别为(14.65±6.88)%和(10.60±4.97)%(P<0.05),MBG分别为1.47±0.61和2.27±0.64(P<0.05).结论 心肌缺血后处理能显著减轻STEMI患者心肌再灌注损伤,有显著的心肌保护作用. | 刘同库 Ajay K.Mishra 丁福祥 | 2011 | 中华心血管病杂志2011,39,1: | 24 |
| 2 | Effect of abiotic factors on understory community structures in moist deciduous forests of northern India显示文摘Understory vegetation controls, in a significant way, the regeneration of overstory trees, carbon sequestration and nutrient retention in tropical forests. Development and organization of understory vegetation depend on climate, edaphic and biotic factors which are not well correlated with plant community structures. This study aimed to explore the relationships between understory vegetation and abiotic factors in natural and planted forest ecosystems. A non-metric multidimensional scaling(NMS) ordination technique was applied to represent forest understory vegetation among five forest communities, i.e., a dry miscellaneous forest(DMF), a sal mixed forest(SMF), a teak plantation(TP), a low-land miscellaneous forest(LMF) and a savanna area(SAV) of the Katerniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary, located in northern India. Microclimatic variables, such as photosynthetically active radiation(PAR), air temperature(AT), soil temperature(ST), ambient atmospheric CO 2 concentration, absolute air humidity(AH), physical and chemical soil properties as well as biological properties were measured. Understory species were assessed via 100 random quadrats(5 m × 5 m) in each of the five forests in which a total of 75 species were recorded encompassing 67 genera from 37 families, consisting of 32 shrubs and 43 plant saplings. DMF was the most dense forest with 34,068 understory individuals per ha of different species, whereas the lowest understory population(13,900 per ha) was observed in the savanna. | 4 | Free fatty acid-induced miR-22 inhibits gluconeogenesis via SIRT-1-mediated PGC-1α expression in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease显示文摘Background and aims:Free fatty acids(FFAs)are one of the important regulators of the progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.The FFAs are shown to modulate the metabolic status of the liver by modulating several cellular pathways in hepatocytes.Here,we elucidated the role of miR-22 in modulating FFAs-mediated gluconeogenesis.Methods:Huh7 and WRL68 cells were transfected with nonspecific miRNA,miR-22 premiRs or anti-miR-22 oligos followed by incubation with palmitic acid,oleic acid,and linoleic acid(300μM each)for 48 and 72 h after transfection.The expression of miR-22 was performed using real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blots were performed for SIRT-1,PGC-1α,PEPCK,and glucose-6-phosphatase.Three groups of C57BL/6 mice(6 mice per group)were fed with standard diet,choline sufficient L-amino acid defined diet or choline-deficient L-amino acid defined(CDAA)diet for 6,18,32,or 54 weeks.Triglycerides content was measured in the serum.Expression of miR-22 and the protein expression of gluconeogenic enzymes were analyzed in the tissue samples.Results:Incubation of miR-22-transfected cells with FFAs inhibited the expression of SIRT-1,PGC-1α,PEPCK,and glucose-6-phosphatase,while miR-22 expression was increased.These changes were reversed when the cells were transfected with anti-miR-22 oligos.CDAA-fed mice showed the significant increase in triglycerides content and miR-22 expression,while there was an inhibition of SIRT-1,PGC-1α,PEPCK,and glucose-6-phosphatase expression in CDAA-fed mice. | Ajay K.Yadav Teja Naveen Sata Daksh Verma Amrendra K.Sah Amit K.Mishra Mrinalini Md.Musa Hossain Kishor Pant Senthil K.Venugopal | 2023 | iLIVER2023,2,1: | 1 |
| 5 | NiCo2O4 decorated PANI–CNTs composites as supercapacitive electrode materials显示文摘Hierarchical Ni Co_2O_4/PANI/CNTs hybrid composites were designed and fabricated having a layer of Ni Co_2O_4 on the surface of PANI encapsulated CNTs with different morphologies. Physicochemical attributes of the synthesized composites were examined by FTIR, UV–visible and X-ray diffraction(XRD)techniques. Morphological aspects were evaluated by field-emission scanning microscopy(FESEM),electron diffraction spectroscopy(EDS), high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) and selected area electron diffraction(SAED) studies. Electrochemical measurements revealed an improved specific capacitance of 2250 F/g at a scan rate of 5 m V/s and 2000 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g with good rate capability using a three-electrode system. METHODS:Lipinski rule of five has been calculated;failure to Lipinski rule was not observed.Docking was performed through AutoDock Vina.Molecules have been screened out through docking.Compounds were synthesized and characterized through IR,1HNMR,13C NMR,Mass and elemental analysis.The anticonvulsant activity of the synthesized compounds was assessed using the Maximal Electroshock Seizure (MES)model,ln-silico biological activity spectrum,toxicological studies, predicted oral rats LD50were performed. RESULTS:Docking studies showed good interaction with lyase (Oxo-acid)-human carbonic anhydrase-I (1AZM).The in- silico studies proved them to be with good drug-likeness properties,especially 4-(3-Acetyl-phenylamino)-methyl)- benzenesulfonamide (2g).These results revealed that the synthesized compounds (la-lc,2a-2q)exhibited promising anticonvulsant effect against MES model for inhibition of Lyase-Human Carbonic Anhydrase-I. | 8 | Effect of Interplanetary Transients on Cosmic Ray Anisotropic Variations显示文摘In the present work the cosmic ray intensity data recorded with ground-based neutron monitor at Deep River has investigated taking into account the associated interplanetary magnetic field and solar wind plasma data during 1981—1994.A large number of days having abnormally high/low amplitudes for successive number of five or more days as compared to annual average amplitude of diurnal anisotropy have been taken as high/low amplitude anisotropic wave train events(HAE/LAE).The amplitude of the diurnal anisotropy of these events is found to increase on the days of magnetic cloud as compared to the days prior to the event and it found to decrease during the later period of the event as the cloud passes the Earth.The High-Speed Solar Wind Streams(HSSWS)do not play any significant role in causing these types of events. The interplanetary disturbances(magnetic clouds)are also effective in producing cosmic ray decreases.Hαsolar flares have a good positive correlation with both amplitude and direction of the anisotropy for HAEs, whereas PMSs have a good positive correlation with both amplitude and direction of the anisotropy for LAEs. | 9 | Studies on metals and pesticide content in some Ayurvedic formulations containing Bacopa monnieri L.显示文摘OBJECTIVE:Ayurvedic formulations are preferred over other formulations as well as commercialized on broad level to treat various ailments.The World Health Organization has established certain guidelines for quality control of heavy metals and pesticide residues.Bacopa monnieri,a popular herb with immunomodulator and memory-enhancing properties is the chief constituent of several Ayurvedic formulations,which include Brahmi Vati(BV),Brahmi Ghrita(BG)and Saraswat Churna(SC),etc.In view of the World Health Organization guidelines,two products of each formulation from six different manufacturers were purchased from Ayurvedic Pharmacy,Bulanala-Varanasi,India for testing heavy metal and pesticide residue.METHODS:In the present study,all the formulations —BV,BG and SC—were selected for estimation of four heavy metals namely lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),chromium(Cr)and nickel(Ni)by a plasma emission spectrophotometer.Organochlorine pesticidal residues were estimated for dichlorodiphenyl trichloroethane,isomers of hexachlorocyclohexane(HCH)and α-endosulfan,etc.in total 12 samples of test formulations containing Bacopa monnieri L.using gas chromatography technique.RESULTS:Out of 12 samples,Pb,Cd,Cr and Ni were present in all samples but below the permissible limit.Although atrazine,aldrin,dialdrin were in below detection limit,but other pesticides were detected in some samples as oxamyl,hexachlorocyclohexanes(α-HCH,β-HCH and γ-HCH),dichlorodiphenyl trichloroethane and dichlorodiphenyl dichloroethylene.CONCLUSION:The presence of heavy metals in the formulations was low to cause toxicity.However evaluation of heavy metals and pesticide residue in every batch is necessary. | Amrita Mishra Arun K.Mishra Om Prakash Tiwari Shivesh Jha | 2016 | Journal of Integrative Medicine2016,14,1: | 0 |
| 10 | Variability in physical properties of plantation-grown progenies of Melia composita and determination of a kiln-drying schedule显示文摘Plantation-grown progenies of Melia composita Willd.were studied for variability in several physical properties: density,radial and tangential shrinkage,longitudinal permeability of heartwood and sapwood.Furthermore,flat-sawn planks from each of the progeny were subjected to a quick-drying test for determination of kilndrying schedule.The mean density of the species was 0.39 g cm^(-3) and the wood may be categorized as light wood.Mean radial shrinkage(%) for the species was 2.8% with progeny-wise variation in radial shrinkage from 1.56 to 4.11%.Mean tangential shrinkage(%) for the species was 5.54% with progeny-wise variation in tangential shrinkage from 3.69 to 7.71%.The resultant tangentialradial shrinkage ratio was 1.98(less than two),which suggests that the wood is relatively stable with respect to drying behavior.Mean sapwood and heartwood longitudinal permeability of the species were 3.38 and 2.02 Darcy,respectively.Higher longitudinal permeability of sapwood and heartwood indicate better drying and preservative properties of the species.Terazawa quick-drying test method suggests that the species is less susceptible to drying defects.During the test,only moderate checks and cracks were observed.A tentative kiln-drying schedule was recommended based on these results. | Shailendra Kumar Bhushan U.Kelkar Ajit K.Mishra Susanta K.Jena | 2018 | Journal of Forestry Research2018,29,5: | 0 |
| 11 | Mini versus ultra-mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy in a paediatric population显示文摘Objective:To evaluate whether there would be a difference in outcome when the smaller ultra-mini 12 Fr sheath was used instead of the mini 16 Fr sheath for percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)in paediatric patients for stones less than 25 mm.Methods:This was a prospective cohort study of patients who underwent PCNL in our hospital in a 2-year period from July 2016 to June 2018 by a single surgeon.PCNL was performed in a prone position and tract was dilated to the respective size using single step dilatation.Laser was used to fragment the stone.Stone-free outcome was defined as absence of stone fragment at 3 months on kidney,ureter,and bladder X-ray.Results:There were 40 patients in each group.Mean stone size was comparable between the two groups(14.5 mm vs.15.0 mm).The procedure was completed faster in the 16 Fr group compared to 12 Fr group(24.5 min vs.34.6 min).Stone clearance was highly successful in both groups(97.5%vs.95.0%).There was no difference in complications between the two groups.The decrease in hemoglobin was minimal in both groups(0.2 g/dL vs.0.3 g/dL).Conclusion:We found that the success rates were similar in both mini PCNL and the smaller ultra-mini PCNL groups.No significant difference in bleeding was noted in our pilot study,however,operative time was longer in the ultra-mini group as compared to the mini sheath group. | Dilip K.Mishra Sonia Bhatt Sundaram Palaniappan Talamanchi V.K.Reddy Vinothkumar Rajenthiran Y.L.Sreeranga Madhu S.Agrawal | 2022 | Asian Journal of Urology2022,9,1: | 0 |
| 12 | In-house preparation and characterization of an Ayurvedic bhasma:Praval bhasma显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To prepare the Praval bhasma(PB) and to perform its characterization.METHODS:The preparation was performed strictly as per method prescribed in Ayurvedic formulary of India followed by preliminary tests including Nischandratva,Rekhapurnatvam,Varitaramtavm,Nisvadutvam and Amla pariksha.The physicochemical characterization was done with the use of instrumental techniques such as Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X ray diffraction(XRD),and energy dispersive X-ray(EDAX).RESULTS:The FTIR bands appearing in final product spectra showed a significant shift in infrared vibration frequency as well as intensity when compared with the raw material,which was indicative of formulation of bhasma.The XRD analysis revealed that raw material contained CaCO_3 whereas in case of final product of bhasma,CaO was identified.SEM analysis revealed the difference in particles size of bhasma(10-15 μm) and raw material(100-150 μm).The EDAX analysis showed presence of different concentration of carbon in both the samples.CONCLUSION:It may be concluded that modern analytical techniques may be involved to evaluate the quality aspects of PB.The findings of the present research work may be helpful for further formulation and standardization of PB in routine analysis. | Amrita Mishra Arun K.Mishra Om Prakash Tiwari Shivesh Jha | 2014 | Journal of Integrative Medicine2014,12,1: | 0 |
