2Climate change over the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin during 1961-2005显示文摘The Yarlung Zangbo River (YR) is the highest great river in the world, and its basin is one of the centers of human economic activity in Tibet. Using 10 meteorological stations over the YR basin in 1961–2005, the spatial and temporal characteristics of temperature and precipitation as well as potential evapotranspiration are analyzed. The results are as follows. (1) The annual and four seasonal mean air temperature shows statistically significant increasing trend, the tendency is more significant in winter and fall. The warming in Lhasa river basin is most significant. (2) The precipitation is decreasing from the 1960s to the 1980s and increasing since the 1980s. From 1961 to 2005, the annual and four seasonal mean precipitation is increasing but not statistically significant, especially in fall and spring. The increasing precipitation rates are more pronounced in Niyangqu and Palong Zangbo river basins, the closer to the upper YR is, the less precipitation increasing rate would be. (3) The annual and four seasonal mean potential evapotranspiration has decreased, especially after the 1980s, and most of it happens in winter and spring. The decreasing trend is most significant in the middle YR and Nianchu river basin. (4) Compared with the Mt. Qomolangma region, Tibetan Plateau, China and global average, the magnitudes of warming trend over the YR basin since the 1970s exceed those areas in the same period, and compared with the Tibetan Plateau, the magnitudes of precipitation increasing and potential evapotranspiration decreasing are larger, suggesting that the YR basin is one of the most sensitive areas to global warming.YOU Qinglong KANG Shichang WU Yanhong YAN Yuping 2007Journal of Geographical Sciences2007,17,4:25

4Optoelectronic and photocatalytic properties of I–III–VI QDs: Bridging between traditional and emerging new QDs显示文摘Due to the quantum size effect and other unique photoelectric properties,quantum dots(QDs)have attracted tremendous interest in nanoscience,leading a lot of milestone works.Meantime,the scope and scientific connotation of QDs are constantly expanding,which demonstrated amazing development vitality.Besides the well-developed Cd-containing Ⅱ-Ⅵ semiconductors,QDs of environmentally friendly Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ(Ⅰ=Cu,Ag;Ⅲ=Ga,In;Ⅵ=S,Se)chalcogenides have been a hot spot in the QDs family,which are different from traditional Ⅱ-Ⅵ QDs in terms of multi-composition,complex defect structure,synthetic chemistry and optical properties,bringing a series of new laws,new phenomena and new challenges.The composition of Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ chalcogenides and their solid solutions can be adjusted within a very large range while the anion framework remains stable,giving them excellent capability of photoelectric property manipulation.The important features of Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ QDs include wide-range bandgap tuning,large Stokes shift and long photoluminescence(PL)lifetime,which are crucial for biological,optoelectronic and energy applications.This is due to the coexistence of two or more metal cations leading to a large number of intrinsic defects within the crystal lattice also known as deep-donor-acceptor states,besides the commonly observed surface defects in all QDs.However,a profound understanding of their structure and optoelectronic properties remains a huge challenge with many key issues unclear.On one hand,the achievements and experience of traditional QD research are expected to provide vital value for further development of Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ QDs.On the other hand,the understanding of the emerging new QDs,such as carbon and other 2D materials,are even more challenging because of the dramatically different composition and structure from Ⅱ-Ⅵ semiconductors.For this,Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ QDs,as a close relative to Ⅱ-Ⅵ QDs but with much more complex composition and structure variation,provide a great opportunity as a gradual bridge to make up the big gap between traditional QDs and emerging new QDs,such as carbon dots.Here,we hope to compare the research progress of Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ QDs and Ⅱ-Ⅵ QDs,in an effort to comprehensively understand their structure,synthetic chemistry,optical electronic and photocatalytic properties.We further give insights on the key potential issues of Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ QDs from the perspective of bridging between traditional QDs and emerging carbon dots,especially the profound principles behind synthetic chemistry,PL mechanism and optoelectronic applications.Yanhong Liu Fenghua Li Hui Huang Baodong Mao Yang Liu Zhenhui Kang 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,9:2
5Formation of drug-loaded electrospun twin fibers显示文摘Electrospinning is a well-known process for producing submicrometer fibers, which have wide applications in many fields, especially in tissue engineering scaffolds and drug-delivery systems. This paper presents the formation of drug-loaded electrospun twin fibers. The correlations between the twin fiber formation and the polymer materials or the loaded drugs were studied by using poly(l-lactide) and poly(l-lactide-co-glycolide) as electrospinning materials, and rifampin and paclitaxel as loaded drugs. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the formation of twin fibers is significantly affected by the loaded drug but not the polymer material. 7Diagnostic efficacy of whole-body diffusion-weighted imaging in the detection of tumour recurrence and metastasis by comparison with 18F-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose positron emission tomography or computed tomography in patients with gastrointestinal cancer显示文摘Objective:The primary aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of whole-body diffusion-weighted imaging(WB-DWI)in detecting tumour recurrence and metastasis of gastrointestinal cancers by comparison with 18F-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-Dglucose positron emission tomography or computed tomography(18F-FDG-PET/CT).A secondary aim was to evaluate the change of apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)value between metastases and normal tissues.Methods:Twenty-eight previously confirmed gastrointestinal cancer patients with suspected tumour recurrence or metastasis were recruited.WB-DWI and PET/CT images were evaluated by two radiologists and a nuclear medicine physician.Agreement between WB-DWI and PET/CT for detective efficacy was compared using kappa statistics.Additionally,diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value(NPV),and positive predictive value(PPV)were also statistically analysed.ADC values between metastatic and normal tissues were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the overall diagnostic performances of PET/CT(accuracy 98.9%;sensitivity 95.2%;specificity 99.8%;PPV 98.9%;NPV 98.9%)and WB-DWI(accuracy 95.9%;sensitivity 81.7%;specificity 99.1%;PPV 95.0%;NPV 96.1%).WB-DWI showed agreement with PET/CT(j=0.877)for detecting recurrence and distant metastases.A statistically significant difference in ADC value was observed between tissues of normal healthy volunteers and metastases in lymph nodes,liver and bones(P<0.05).Conclusions:WB-DWI is reliable in detecting tumour recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer and offers the same diagnostic performance as 18F-PET/CT without ionizing radiation.The quantitative value of ADC provides extra information to determine cancer metastasis.Jiaying Gong Wuteng Cao Zhanwen Zhang Yanhong Deng Liang Kang Pan Zhu Zhengjun Liu Zhiyang Zhou 2015Gastroenterology Report2015,3,2:1

10青藏高原东北部39种阔叶草本植物叶大小随海拔增加而减少显示文摘种间或种内的叶大小随环境变化存在很大的差异,但这些差异如何随海拔变化一直都在争论。我们在青藏高原东北缘的冷龙岭和达坂山,沿海拔3200–4400 m的山坡上选取生长在开阔环境下的39种阔叶草本植物,观测了叶大小、叶长、叶宽和比叶重。研究结果表明,随海拔增加叶片显著减小,而且叶片面积的减小主要受叶片长度的影响,即随海拔增加叶长度减小明显。此外,叶片面积与海拔之间的关系随物种、叶倾角和叶表面特征而不同。利用局地环境观测数据驱动的能量平衡模型分析发现:叶温能更密切地追随气温变化,叶大小变化对叶温的影响在高海拔更为强烈。同时,基于上述能量平衡的计算结果,我们认为青藏高原东北部阔叶草本植物的海拔分布上限大约为5400 m。Xinran Ke Huixing Kang Yanhong Tang 2022Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,6:1
11A feasible and effective solution-processed PCBM electron extraction layer enabling the high VOC and efficient Cu_(2)ZnSn(S, Se)_(4) devices显示文摘Photo-generated carrier recombination loss at the CZTSSe/Cd S front interface is a key issue to the opencircuit voltage(V_(OC)) deficit of Cu_(2)ZnSnS_(x)Se_(4-x)(CZTSSe) solar cells. Here, by the aid of an easy-handling spin-coating method, a thin PCBM([6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester) layer as an electron extraction layer has been introduced on the top of CdS buffer layer to modify CZTSSe/CdS/ZnO-ITO(In_(2)O_(3):Sn) interfacial properties. Based on Sn^(4+)/DMSO(dimethyl sulfoxide) solution system, a totalarea efficiency of 12.87% with a VOC of 529 m V has been achieved. A comprehensive investigation on the influence of PCBM layer on carrier extraction, transportation and recombination processes has been carried out. It is found that the PCBM layer can smooth over the Cd S film roughness, thus beneficial for a dense and flat window layer. Furthermore, this CZTSSe/Cd S/PCBM heterostructure can accelerate carrier separation and extraction and block holes from the front interface as well, which is mainly ascribed to the downward band bending of the absorber and a widened space charge region. 15Deletion of Gab2 in mice protects against hepatic steatosis and steatohepatitis:a novel therapeutic target for fatty liver disease显示文摘Fatty liver disease is a serious health problem worldwide and is the most common cause for chronic liver disease and metabolic disorders.The major challenge in the prevention and intervention of this disease is the incomplete understanding of the underlying mechanism and thus lack of potent therapeutic targets due to multifaceted and interdependent disease factors.In this study,we investigated the role of a signaling adaptor protein,GRB2-associated-binding protein 2(Gab2),in fatty liver using an animal disease model.Gab2 expression in hepatocytes responded to various disease factor stimulations,and Gab2 knockout mice exhibited resistance to fat-induced obesity,fat-or alcohol-stimulated hepatic steatosis,as well as methionine and choline deficiency-induced steatohepatitis.Concordantly,the forced expression or knockdown of Gab2 enhanced or diminished oleic acid(OA)-or ethanol-induced lipid production in hepatocytes in vitro,respectively.During lipid accumulation in hepatocytes,both fat and alcohol induced the recruitment of PI3K or Socs3 by Gab2 and the activation of their downstream signaling proteins AKT,ERK,and Stat3.Therefore,Gab2 may be a disease-associated protein that is induced by pathogenic factors to amplify and coordinate multifactor-induced signals to govern disease development in the liver.Our research provides a novel potential target for the prevention and intervention of fatty liver disease.Shuai Chen Yujia Kang Yan Sun Yanhong Zhong Yanli Li Lijuan Deng Jin Tao Yang Li Yingpu Tian Yinan Zhao Jianghong Cheng Wenjie Liu Gen-Sheng Feng Zhongxian Lu 2016Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2016,8,6:0
