Spatial-Temporal Distribution, Geological Characteristics and Ore-Formation Controlling Factors of Major Types of Rare Metal Mineral Deposits in China显示文摘Rare metals including Lithium(Li),Beryllium(Be),Rubidium(Rb),Cesium(Cs),Zirconium(Zr),Hafnium(Hf),Niobium(Nb),Tantalum(Ta),Tungsten(W)and Tin(Sn)are important critical mineral resources. In China, rare metal mineral deposits are spatially distributed mainly in the Altay and Southern Great Xingán Range regions in the Central Asian orogenic belt;in the Middle Qilian,South Qinling and East Qinling mountains regions in the Qilian-Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt;in the Western Sichuan and Bailongshan-Dahongliutan regions in the Kunlun-Songpan-Garze orogenic belt, and in the Northeastern Jiangxi,Northwestern Jiangxi, and Southern Hunan regions in South China.Major ore-forming epochs include Indosinian(mostly 200-240 Ma,in particular in western China)and the Yanshanian(mostly 120-160 Ma,in particular in South China). In addition,Bayan Obo,Inner Mongolia, northeastern China, with a complex formation history, hosts the largest REE and Nb deposits in China. There are six major rare metal mineral deposit types in China:Highly fractionated granite;Pegmatite;Alkaline granite;Carbonatite and alkaline rock;Volcanic;and Hydrothermal types. Two further types, namely the Leptynite type and Breccia pipe type, have recently been discovered in China, and are represented by the Yushishan Nb-Ta-(Zr-Hf-REE)and the Weilasituo Li-Rb-Sn-W-Zn-Pb deposits.Several most important controlling factors for rare metal mineral deposits are discussed, including geochemical behaviors and sources of the rare metals, highly evolved magmatic fractionation, and structural controls such as the metamorphic core complex setting, with a revised conceptual model for the latter. | JIANG Shaoyong SU Huimin XIONG Yiqu LIU Tao ZHU Kangyu ZHANG Lu | 2020 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,6: | 9
Two VOZ transcription factors link an E3 ligase and an NLR immune receptor to modulate immunity in rice显示文摘Nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat(NLR)proteins play critical roles in plant immunity. However, how NLRs are regulated and activate defense signaling is not fully understood. The rice(Oryza sativa)NLR receptor Piz-t confers broad-spectrum resistance to the fungal pathogen Magnaporthe oryzae and the RING-type E3 ligase AVRPIZ-T INTERACTING PROTEIN 10(APIP10)negatively regulates Piz-t accumulation. In this study,we found that APIP10 interacts with two rice transcription factors,VASCULAR PLANT ONEZINC FINGER 1(OsVOZ1)and OsVOZ2,and promotes their degradation through the 26S proteasome pathway.OsVOZ1 displays transcriptional repression activity while OsVOZ2 confers transcriptional activation activity in planta. The osvoz1 and osvoz2 single mutants display modest but opposite M.oryzae resistance in the non-Piz-t background. However, the osvoz1 osvoz2 double mutant exhibits strong dwarfism and cell death, and silencing of both genes via RNA interference also leads to dwarfism, mild cell death, and enhanced resistance to M.oryzae in the non-Piz-t background. Both OsVOZ1 and OsVOZ2 interact with Piz-t.Double silencing of OsVOZ1 and OsVOZ2 in the Piz-t background decreases Piz-t protein accumulation and transcription, reactive oxygen species-dependent cell death, and resistance to M.oryzae containing AvrPiz-t.Taken together, these results indicate that OsVOZ1 and OsVOZ2 negatively regulate basal defense but contribute positively to Piz-t-mediated immunity. | Jiyang Wang Ruyi Wang Hong Fang Chongyang Zhang Fan Zhang Zeyun Hao Xiaoman You Xuetao Shi Chan Ho Park Kangyu Hua Feng He Maria Bellizzi Kieu Thi Xuan Vo Jong-Seong Jeon Yuese Ning Guo-Liang Wang | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021,14,2: | 8
Insights into Enhanced Capacitive Behavior of Carbon Cathode for Lithium Ion Capacitors: The Coupling of Pore Size and Graphitization Engineering显示文摘The lack of methods to modulate intrinsic textures of carbon cathode has seriously hindered the revelation of in-depth relationship between inherent natures and capacitive behaviors, limiting the advancement of lithium ion capacitors(LICs).Here,an orientateddesigned pore size distribution(range from 0.5 to 200 nm)and graphitization engineering strategy of carbon materials through regulating molar ratios of Zn/Co ions has been proposed, which provides an effective platform to deeply evaluate the capacitive behaviors of carbon cathode.Significantly, after the systematical analysis cooperating with experimental result and density functional theory calculation,it is uncovered that the size of solvated PF6-ion is about 1.5 nm.Moreover, the capacitive behaviors of carbon cathode could be enhanced attributed to the controlled pore size of 1.5-3 nm.Triggered with synergistic effect of graphitization and appropriate pore size distribution, optimized carbon cathode(Zn90Co10-APC)displays excellent capacitive performances with a reversible specific capacity of^50 mAh g-1at a current density of 5 A g-1.Furthermore,the assembly pre-lithiated graphite(PLG)//Zn90Co10-APC LIC could deliver a large energy density of 108 Wh kg-1 and a high power density of 150,000 W kg-1 as well as excellent long-term ability with 10,000 cycles. This elaborate work might shed light on the intensive understanding of the improved capacitive behavior in LiPF6 electrolyte and provide a feasible principle for elaborate fabrication of carbon cathodes for LIC systems. | Kangyu Zou Peng Cai Baowei Wang Cheng Liu Jiayang Li Tianyun Qiu Guoqiang Zou Hongshuai Hou Xiaobo Ji | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,9: | 4
Rapid Detection of Wheat Blast Pathogen Magnaporthe oryzae Triticum Pathotype Using Genome-Specific Primers and Cas12a-mediated Technology显示文摘Wheat blast, caused by the fungus Magnaporthe oryzae Triticum(MoT)pathotype,is a devastating disease persistent in South America and Bangladesh.Since MoT generally fails to cause visual symptoms in wheat until the heading stage when the infection would have advanced, disease control by fungicide application solely based on the detection of visual symptoms is ineffective. To develop an accurate and sensitive method to detect MoT at the seedling and vegetative stages for disease control,we sequenced the genomes of two MoT isolates from Brazil and identified two DNA fragments,MoT-6098 and MoT-6099,that are present in the MoT genome but not in the genome of the rice-infecting Magnaporthe oryzae Oryzae(MoO)pathotype.Using polymerase chain reaction(PCR),we confirmed the specificity of the two markers in 53 MoT and MoO isolates from South America and Bangladesh. To test the efficiency of the two markers,we first established a loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)method to detect MoT at isothermal conditions, without the use of a PCR machine.Following this,we used the Cas12a protein and guide RNAs(gRNAs)to target the MoT-6098 and MoT-6099 sequences. The activated Cas12a showed indiscriminate single-stranded deoxyribonuclease(ssDNase)activity. We then combined targetdependent Cas12a ssDNase activation with recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)and nucleic acid lateral flow immunoassay(NALFIA)to develop a method that accurately, sensitively, and cost-effectively detects MoT-specific DNA sequences in infected wheat plants. This novel technique can be easily adapted for the rapid detection of wheat blast and other important plant diseases in the field. | Houxiang Kang Ye Peng Kangyu Hua Yufei Deng Maria Bellizzi Dipali Rani Gupta Nur Uddin Mahmud Alfredo S.Urashima Sanjoy Kumar Paul Gary Peterson Yilin Zhou Xueping Zhou Md Tofazzal Islam Guo-Liang Wang | 2021 | Engineering2021,7,9: | 4
HASN:A Hierarchical Attack Surface Network for System Security Analysis显示文摘Attack surfaces, as one of the security models, can help people to analyse the security of systems in cyberspace, such as risk assessment by utilizing various security metrics or providing a cost-effective network hardening solution. Numerous attack surface models have been proposed in the past decade, but they are not appropriate for describing complex systems with heterogeneous components. To address this limitation, we propose to use a two-layer Hierarchical Attack Surface Network(HASN) that models the data interactions and resource distribution of the system in a component-oriented view. First, we formally define the HASN by extending the entry point and exit point framework. Second, in order to assess data input risk and output risk on the HASN, we propose two behaviour models and two simulation-based risk metrics. Last, we conduct experiments for three network systems. Our experimental results show that the proposed approach is applicable and effective. | Kangyu Huang Lin Yang Renfang Fu Shengli Zhou Zheng Hong | 2019 | China Communications2019,16,5: | 1

Methods of improving the initial Coulombic efficiency and rate performance of both anode and cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) have gained more scientists’ interest, owing to some facts such as the natural abundance of Na, the similarities of physicochemical characteristics between Li and Na. The irreversible Na+ions consumption during the first cycle of charge/discharge process(due to the formation of the solid electrolyte interface(SEI) on the electrode surface and other irreversible reactions) is the factor that determines high performance SIBs and largely reduces the capacity of the full cell SIBs. Thus, the initial coulombic efficiency(ICE) of SIBs for both anode and cathode materials, is a key parameter for high performance SIBs, and the point is to increase the transport rate of the Na+ions. Therefore, developing SIBs with high ICE and rate performance becomes vital to boost the commercialization of SIBs. Here we provide a review on the methods to improve the ICE and the rate performance, by summarizing some methods of improving the ICE and rate performance of the anode and cathode materials for SIBs, and end by a conclusion with some perspectives and recommendations. | Nkongolo Tshamala Aristote Kangyu Zou Andi Di Wentao Deng Baowei Wang Xinglan Deng Hongshuai Hou Guoqiang Zou Xiaobo Ji | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,2: | 1
Anaerobic digestion of sludge by different pretreatments:Changes of amino acids and microbial community显示文摘Many studies have investigated the effects of different pretreatments on the performance of anaerobic digestion of sludge. However, the detailed changes of dissolved organic nitrogen, particularly the release behavior of proteins and the byproducts of protein hydrolysis-amino acids, are rarely known during anaerobic digestion of sludge by different pretreatments. Here we quantified the changes of three types of proteins and 17 types of amino acids in sludge samples solubilized by ultrasonic, thermal, and acid/alkaline pretreatments and their transformation during anaerobic digestion of sludge.Tryptophan protein, aromatic protein I,aromatic protein II,and cysteine were identified as the key dissolved organic nitrogen responsible for methane production during anaerobic digestion of sludge, regardless of the different pretreatment methods.Different from the depletion of other amino acids, cysteine was resistant to degradation after an incubation period of 30 days in all sludge samples.Meanwhile, the“cysteine and methionine metabolism(K00270)”was absent in all sludge samples by identifying 6755 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes assignments of genes hits.Cysteine contributed to the generation of methane and the degradation of acetic, propionic, and n-butyric acids through decreasing oxidation-reduction potential and enhancing biomass activity. This study provided an alternative strategy to enhance anaerobic digestion of sludge through in situ production of cysteine. | Keke Xiao Zecong Yu Kangyue Pei Mei Sun Yuwei Zhu Sha Liang Huijie Hou Bingchuan Liu Jingping Hu Jiakuan Yang | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,2: | 1

A New Type of Li Deposit:Hydrothermal Crypto-Explosive Breccia Pipe Type显示文摘Lithium is one of the important strategic energy metals, which is in short supply in China. There are three major types of lithium deposits:brine and salt lake type, highly differentiated granite or pegmatite type, and carbonate-clay type.In recent years, some new types of lithium deposits have also begun to receive great attention and subject recent research. There are many crypto-explosive breccia pipe type deposits in the world, including copper, gold, lead, zinc, tungsten and tin deposits, but little is known about this type of lithium deposit. This paper introduces the latest research results of the Weilasituo Sn-Li-Rb polymetallic deposit in Inner Mongolia(NE China),which occurs in the middlesouthern section of the Great Xing’an Range metallogenic belt.A remarkable feature of this deposit is the coexistence of various mineralization types, including granite type Rb and Sn-Zn,hydrothermal crypto-explosive breccia pipe type Li-Rb,quartz vein type Sn-Zn and sulfide vein type Pb-Zn-Ag mineralization.Among them, hydrothermal crypto-explosive breccia pipe type Li-Rb deposit is currently very rare at home and abroad, which is likely a new type of rare metal deposit that worthy of our attention. This paper systematically summarizes the geology, alteration and mineralization, geochemistry, isotopes and geochronology of the Weilasituo deposit, and establishes a new petrogenic and metallogenic model. | Shao-Yong Jiang Huimin Su Xinyou Zhu Kangyu Zhu Zhenpeng Duan | 2022 | Journal of Earth Science2022,33,5: | 1
Revealing dual capacitive mechanism of carbon cathode toward ultrafast quasi-solid-state lithium ion capacitors显示文摘High-performance lithium ion capacitors(LICs) have been seriously hindered by the very low capacity and unclear capacitive mechanism of carbon cathode.Herein, after the combination of experimental results and theoretical calculations,it is found that the critical pore size of 0.8 nm for PF_6~-ion adsorption decreases strong interactive repulsion of electrons and largely reduces adsorption energy barrier, which greatly improves the charge accommodation capacity in electrical double-layer behavior. Most importantly, the chemical-bond evolution process of C=O group has been firstly revealed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),indicating that the introduction of C=O group can provide abundant redox active sites for PF_6~-ion adsorption accompanied with enhanced pseudocapacitive capacity.Attributed to the synergistic effect of dual capacitive mechanism, porous carbon sheet(PCS) cathode shows a reversible specific capacity of 53.6 mAh g^(-1) even at a high current density of 50 A g^(-1).Significantly,the quasisolid-state LIC manifests state-of-the-art electrochemical performances with an integrated maximum energy density of 163 Wh kg^(-1) and an outstanding power density of 15,000 W kg^(-1).This elaborate work promotes better fundamental understanding about capacitive mechanism of PF_6~-ion and offers a rational dual-capacitive strategy for the design of advanced carbon cathodes. | Kangyu Zou Peng Cai Xinglan Deng Baowei Wang Cheng Liu Jiayang Li Hongshuai Hou Guoqiang Zou Xiaobo Ji | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,9: | 1
Influence of White Spot Syndrome Virus Infection on Hepatopancreas Gene Expression of ‘Huanghai No.2' Shrimp(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)显示文摘To elucidate the molecular response of shrimp hepatopancreas to white spot syndrome virus(WSSV) infection, microarray was applied to investigate the differentially expressed genes in the hepatopancreas of ‘Huanghai No. 2'(Fenneropenaeus chinensis). A total of 59137 unigenes were designed onto a custom-made 60 K Agilent chip. After infection, the gene expression profiles in the hepatopancreas of the shrimp with a lower viral load at early(48–96 h), peak(168–192 h) and late(264–288 h) infection phases were analyzed. Of 18704 differentially expressed genes, 6412 were annotated. In total, 5453 differentially expressed genes(1916 annotated) expressed at all three phases, and most of the annotated were either up-or down-regulated continuously. These genes function diversely in, for example, immune response, cytoskeletal system, signal transduction, stress resistance, protein synthesis and processing, metabolism among others. Some of the immune-related genes, including antilipopolysaccharide factor, Kazal-type proteinase inhibitor, C-type lectin and serine protease encoding genes, were up-regulated after WSSV infection. These genes have been reported to be involved in the anti-WSSV responses. The expression of genes related to the cytoskeletal system, including β-actin and myosin but without tubulin genes, were down-regulated after WSSV infection. Astakine was found for the first time in the WSSV-infected F. chinensis. To further confirm the expression of differentially expressed genes, quantitative real-time PCR was performed to test the expression of eight randomly selected genes and verified the reliability and accuracy of the microarray expression analysis. The data will provide valuable information to understanding the immune mechanism of shrimp's response to WSSV. | MENG Xianhong SHI Xiaoli KONG Jie LUAN Sheng LUO Kun CAO Baoxiang LIU Ning LU Xia LI Xupeng DENG Kangyu CAO Jiawang ZHANG Yingxue ZHANG Hengheng | 2017 | Journal of Ocean University of China2017,16,5: | 1
All‑Fiber Integrated Thermoelectrically Powered Physiological Monitoring Biosensor显示文摘Advanced fabric electronics for long-term personal physiological monitoring, with a self-sufficient energy source, high integrity, sensitivity, wearing comfort, and homogeneous components are urgently desired.Instead of assembling a self-powered biosensor, comprising a variety of materials with different levels of hardness, and supplementing with a booster or energy storage device, herein,an all-fiber integrated thermoelectrically powered physiological monitoring device(FPMD),is proposed and evaluated for production at an industrial scale. For the first time,an organic electrochemical transistor(OECT)biosensor is enabled by thermoelectric fabrics(TEFs)adaptively, sustainably and steadily without any additional accessories. Moreover, both the OECT and TEFs are constructed using a cotton/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfon ate)/dimethylsulfoxide/(3-glycidyloxypropyl)trimethoxysilane(PDG)yarn,which is lightweight,robust(90°bending for 1000 cycles)and sweat-resistant(ΔR/R0=1.9%).A small temperature gradient(ΔT=2.2 K)between the environment and the human body can drive the high-gain OECT(71.08 mS)with high fidelity, and a good signal to noise ratio. For practical applications, the on-body FPMD produced an enduring and steady output signal and demonstrated a linear monitoring region(sensitivity of 30.4 NCR(normalized current response)/dec,10 nM~50µM)for glucose in artificial sweat with reliable performance regarding anti-interference and reproducibility. This device can be expanded to the monitoring of various bio-markers and provides a new strategy for constructing wearable, comfortable, highly integrated and self-powered biosensors. | Xing Qing Huijun Chen Fanjia Zeng Kangyu Jia Qing Shu Jianmei Wu Huimin Xu Weiwei Lei Dan Liu Xungai Wang Mufang Li Dong Wang | 2023 | Advanced Fiber Materials2023,5,3: | 1
Recent advances in the catalytic production of bio-based diol 2,5-bis(hydroxymethyl)furan显示文摘Biomass-derived 2,5-bis(hydroxymethyl)furan(BHMF)has received great attention and interest due to its broad application prospects in polyesters and medicine.Over the past decades, the catalytic systems including thermocatalytic, biocatalytic, electrocatalytic, and photocatalytic hydrogenation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)into BHMF have been developed to a great extent. To understand the present status and challenges of BHMF production, this review systematically evaluates recent findings and developments of HMF hydrogenation through various reaction systems, with an emphasis on catalyst screening, synthesis processes, and reaction mechanism.Furthermore,a few potential research trends are also proposed,in order to provide innovative ideas for further exploration of BHMF synthesis in a simpler, efficient, and economical way. | Wenguang Zhao Feng Wang Kangyu Zhao Xianxiang Liu Xiaoting Zhu Le Yan Yuan Yin Qiong Xu Dulin Yin | 2023 | Carbon Resources Conversion2023,6,2: | 0
Capillary infiltration of liquid silicon in carbon nanotubes:A molecular dynamics simulation显示文摘In this work,by simplifying the nanopores of porous C/C preform with single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNT)or double-walled carbon nanotubes(DWCNTs),the infiltration of liquid Si in the SWCNTs and DWCNTs was studied by molecular dynamics(MD)simulations. As a result,a quantitative relationship between tube diameter and liquid Si infiltration rate was established, which has been successfully ap-plied to reproduce the available experiment result. The obtained relationship indicates that the capillary infiltration of liquid Si at the nanoscale still conforms to the classic Lucas-Washburn law, however, the liquid Si infiltration quickly stops in small tubes with a diameter of less than 3 nm due to an obvious contraction of the tube wall. This work may provide theoretical guidance for pore structure optimization of porous C/C preform to fabricate high-density C/SiC composites. | Kangyu Zhang Rida Zhao Yongqiang Yang Lichang Yin Sufang Tang | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,13: | 0
Eye-shaped keyboard for dual-hand text entry in virtual reality显示文摘We propose an eye-shaped keyboard for high-speed text entry in virtual reality (VR), having the shape of dual eyes with characters arranged along the curved eyelids, which ensures low density and short spacing of the keys. The eye-shaped keyboard references the QWERTY key sequence, allowing the users to benefit from their experience using the QWERTY keyboard. The user interacts with an eye-shaped keyboard using rays controlled with both the hands. A character can be entered in one step by moving the rays from the inner eye regions to regions of the characters. A high-speed auto-complete system was designed for the eye-shaped keyboard. We conducted a pilot study to determine the optimal parameters, and a user study to compare our eye-shaped keyboard with the QWERTY and circular keyboards. For beginners, the eye-shaped keyboard performed significantly more efficiently and accurately with less task load and hand movement than the circular keyboard. Compared with the QWERTY keyboard, the eye-shaped keyboard is more accurate and significantly reduces hand translation while maintaining similar efficiency. Finally, to evaluate the potential of eye-shaped keyboards, we conducted another user study. In this study, the participants were asked to type continuously for three days using the proposed eye-shaped keyboard, with two sessions per day. In each session, participants were asked to type for 20min, and then their typing performance was tested. The eye-shaped keyboard was proven to be efficient and promising, with an average speed of 19.89 words per minute (WPM) and mean uncorrected error rate of 1.939%. The maximum speed reached 24.97 WPM after six sessions and continued to increase. | Kangyu WANG Yangqiu YAN Hao ZHANG Xiaolong LIU Lili WANG | 2023 | Virtual Reality & Intelligent Hardware2023,5,5: | 0
K_(x)C_(y) phase induced expanded interlayer in ultra-thin carbon toward full potassium-ion capacitors显示文摘Carbonaceous materials have been regarded as highly promising anode candidates for potassium storage with their cost-effectiveness and environmental benignity. However, low specific capacity and difficulty in large-scale synthesis largely hinder their further development.Herein,a thermal-induced potassium–carbon alloy phase(K_(x)C_(y))with the expanded interlayer spacing strategy is first put forward.Through in situ high-temperature X-ray diffraction,a K_(2)C_(2) phase is evoked by thermal energy during the in-situ carbonization process of carbon quantum dots intermediate derived from potassium-containing precursors, whereas no lithium or sodium–carbon alloy phase is observed from lithium/sodium-containing precursors. The asobtained ultra-thin carbon nanosheets achieve adjustable layer spacing, preparation in bulk, delivering reversible potassium storage of 403.4 mAh g^(−1) at 100 mA g^(−1) and 161.2 mAh g^(−1) even at 5.0 A g^(−1),which is one of the most impressive K-storage performances reported so far with great potential application.Furthermore, the assembled potassium-ion hybrid capacitor by combining the impressive CFMs-900 anode with the three-dimensional framework-activated carbon delivers a high energy-power density of 251.7 Wh kg^(−1) at 250Wkg^(−1) with long-term stability. This study opens a scalable avenue to realize the expanded interlayer spacing, which can be extended to other multicarboxyl potassium salts and can provide approach for the design of high-performance carbon anode materials for potassium storage. | Xinglan Deng Ye Tian Kangyu Zou Jun Chen Xuhuan Xiao Shusheng Tao Zirui Song Wentao Deng Hongshuai Hou Guoqiang Zou Xiaobo Ji | 2022 | Carbon Energy2022,4,6: | 0
Network pharmacology and experimental validation of Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of influenza virus-inducedferroptosis显示文摘Influenza is an acute viral respiratory infection that has caused high morbidity and mortality worldwide.Influenza A virus(IAV)has been found to activate multiple programmed cell death pathways, including ferroptosis.Ferroptosis is a novel form of programmed cell death in which the accumulation of intracellular iron promotes lipid peroxidation, leading to cell death. However, little is known about how influenza viruses induce ferroptosis in the host cells. In this study, based on network pharmacology,we predicted the mechanism of action of Maxing Shigan decoction(MXSGD)in IAV-induced ferroptosis, and found that this process was related to biological processes, cellular components, molecular function and multiple signaling pathways, where the hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1)signaling pathway plays a significant role.Subsequently,we constructed the mouse lung epithelial(MLE-12)cell model by IAV-infected in vitro cell experiments, and revealed that IAV infection induced cellular ferroptosis that was characterized by mitochondrial damage, increased reactive oxygen species(ROS)release, increased total iron and iron ion contents, decreased expression of ferroptosis marker gene recombinant glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4),increased expression of acyl-CoA synthetase long chain family member 4(ACSL4),and enhanced activation of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),induced nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the HIF-1 signaling pathway.Treatment with MXSGD effectively reduced intracellular viral load, while reducing ROS,total iron and ferrous ion contents, repairing mitochondrial results and inhibiting the expression of cellular ferroptosis and the HIF-1 signaling pathway. Finally, based on animal experiments,it was found that MXSGD effectively alleviated pulmonary congestion, edema and inflammation in IAV-infected mice, and inhibited the expression of ferroptosis-related protein and the HIF-1 signaling pathway in lung tissues. | HUANG Jiawang MA Xinyue LIAO Zexuan LIU Zhuolin WANG Kangyu FENG Zhiying NING Yi LU Fangguo LI Ling | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,10: | 0
