1Transformation of erythromycin during secondary effluent soil aquifer recharging:Removal contribution and degradation path显示文摘Erythromycin(ERY),a widely used antibiotic,has recently been detected in municipal secondary effluents and poses serious threats to human health during wastewater reusing.In this study,the removal,fate,and degradation pathway of ERY in secondary effluent during soil aquifer treatment was evaluated via laboratory-scale SAT tests.Up to a 92.9%reduction of ERY in synthetic secondary effluent was observed in 1.0 m depth column system,which decreased to 64.7%when recharged with wastewater treatment plant secondary effluent.XRD-fractionation results demonstrated that the transphilic acid and hydrophobic acid fractions in secondary effluent compete for the adsorption sites of the packed soil and lead to a declined ERY removal.Moreover,aerobic biodegradation was the predominant role for ERY removal,contributing more than 60%reduction of ERY when recharged with synthetic secondary effluent.Destruction of 14-member macrocyclic lactone ring and breakdown of two cyclic sugars(L-cladinose and D-desosamine) were main removal pathways for ERY degradation,and produced six new intermediates.Liangliang Wei Kena Qin Ningbo Zhao Daniel R.Noguera Wei Qiu Qingliang Zhao Xiangjuan Kong Weixian Zhang Felix Tetteh Kabutey 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,1:4
2A review of ARGs in WWTPs:Sources,stressors and elimination显示文摘Antibiotic re sistance genes(ARGs)in aquatic enviro nments,which seriously endanger human health and ecological safety,have become a worldwide concern due to their easy diffusion and proliferation.Wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs),which receive resistant bacteria and ARGs from a wide variety of sources(i.e.,livestock farms,hospitals,antibiotic manufactures,and households),are regarded as important emission sources of aquatic ARGs.This review presents a quantitative profile of the majority sources of ARGs in the influent of WWTPs and discusses the potential factors that affect the concentration distribution of ARGs.Specifically,a noteworthy existence of ARGs,which ranged from 1 E+05 to 1 E+11 copies/mL,was detected in livestock breeding wastewater,and household wastewater(caused by the unlimited utilization of antibiotics)was determined to be the predominant contributor of ARGs in WWTPs.We summarized the selective pressure on ARGs and determined the positive correlation of the concentration of ARGs and the existence of many containments,including antibiotics,heavy metals(Zn and Cu were frequently reported),quaternary ammonium compounds,etc.In the last section,physical,chemical,and biological treatments for the removal of ARGs and their effluent in WWTPs are discussed and prospective future studies are summarized.Kena Qin Liangliang Wei Jianju Li Bo Lai Fengyi Zhu Hang Yu Qingliang Zhao Kun Wang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,10:2
3Fabrication,characterisation and dielectric properties of KH550 modified BST/PVDF nanocomposites with high dielectric strength显示文摘Ba_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)TiO_(3)(BST)/poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)0–3 nanocomposites with BST nanoparticle contents of 10–40 vol%were prepared by tape casting method.The BST nanoparticles with∼60 nm crystal size and accurate atomic ratio were synthesised by sol–gel method.The effect of the BST nanoparticle contents on the microstructure and dielectric properties of BST/PVDF nanocomposites were investigated.The BST/PVDF nanocomposites system declares that feasibility of applying low contents nanoparticles to form a homogeneous distribution in polymer matrix,higher dense interface connectivity,thereby providing a significant improvement to the dielectric strength and energy storage density;meanwhile,the nanocomposites possess high dielectric tunability.In this study,the maximum dielectric strength∼287.12 kV/mm and energy storage density∼5.15 J/cm^(3)were obtained in 10 vol%BST/PVDF nanocomposites,respectively.Moreover,the nanocomposite possesses high dielectric tunability∼62.6%at 58 kV/mm,which proposed the nanocomposites suitable for tunable microwave devices,supercapacitors and energy storage device applications at high-voltage environment.Li Wang Feng Gao Jie Xu Kena Zhang Min Wang Mengjie Qin 2016High Voltage2016,1,4:1
