2Modeling multiple chemical equilibrium for reactive extraction of naproxen enantiomers with HP-β-CD as hydrophilic selector显示文摘Reactive extraction is an emerging technology for large-scale continuous resolution of drug enantiomers.The enantioselective extraction of R,S-naproxen by hydrophilic HP-β-CD in 1,2-dichloroethane was studied at 5 °C.The experimental data were described by a reactive extraction model with a homogeneous aqueous phase reaction of R,S-naproxen with HP-β-CD which couples a complete description of chemical equilibria in aqueous phase with the overall phase equilibria of the system.Important parameters of this model were determined experimentally.The physical distribution coefficients for molecular and ionic NAP were 0.041 and 1.730,respectively.Here we show that the efficiency of extraction depends strongly on two process variables including pH and HP-β-CD concentration.The model predictions are compared graphically with the results of previous experiments and there is a good agreement between each other.By the use of modeling and experiment,an optimized extraction condition with pH of 2.5 and HP-β-CD concentration of 0.1 mol/L was obtained with high enantioselectivity(α) of 1.59 and performance factor(pf) of 0.049.The model gives a good means of predicting enantiomers partitioning over a range of experimental conditions.TANG KeWen ZHANG PanLiang PAN ChunYue LI HongJian 2011Science China Chemistry2011,54,7:2

6Spintronics intelligent devices显示文摘Intelligent computing paradigms have become increasingly important for the efficient processing of massive amounts of data.However,using traditional electronic devices to implement these intelligent paradigms is currently mismatched and limited by their energy,area,and speed.Spintronics,which exploits the magnetic and electrical properties of electrons,could break through these limitations and bring new possibilities to electrical devices.In particular,the tunneling magnetoresistance effect,merging quantum and spintronics,enables spintronic devices to be compatible with standard integrated circuits with a magnetic tunnel junction(MTJ)design,showing great potential for implementing hardware-based intelligent frameworks.In this review,we introduce the specific capabilities of MTJs,including nonvolatility,stochasticity,plasticity,and nonlinearity,which are highly favorable in artificial intelligence algorithms.We then present how these devices could impact the development of intelligent computing,including in-memory computing,probabilistic computing,and neuromorphic computing.Finally,we discuss their challenges and perspectives in intelligent hardware implementations.Wenlong Cai Yan Huang Xueying Zhang Shihong Wang Yuanhao Pan Jialiang Yin Kewen Shi Weisheng Zhao 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,11:0
7Study on extraction kinetics ofα-cyclopentylmandelic acid enantiomers with hydroxyethyl-β-cyclodextrin as chiral selector显示文摘In this work,the kinetic study on reactive extraction ofα-cyclopentylmandelic acid(α-CPMA)enantiomers was performed in a Lewis cell using hydroxyethyl-β-cyclodextrin(HE-β-CD)as chiral selector.The enantioselective complexation equilibrium between HE-β-CD andα-CPMA enantiomers was studied by phase solubility method.The important process parameters affecting the initial extraction rate were separately studied and the reaction rate equations were deduced.The optimal conditions for kinetic study were as follows:stirring speed of 75 r·min^(-1),interfacial area of 12.56 cm^2,pH of 2.5,initial HE-β-CD concentration of 0.05 mol·L^(-1),initialα-CPMA concentration of 5 mmol·L^(-1),and temperature of 278 K.The reaction has been found to be first order inα-CPMA and second order in HE-β-CD with the forward rate constants of 2.056×10^(-3)m^6·mol^(-2)·s^(-1)and 1.459×10^(-3)m^6·mol^(-2)·s^(-1)for(S)-α-CPMA and(R)-α-CPMA,respectively.The complexation equilibrium constants were evaluated as 61 L·mol^(-1) and 117 L·mol^(-1)for(S)-α-CPMA and(R)-α-CPMA,and the intrinsic enantioselectivity is estimated as 1.92.Panliang Zhang Pan Jiang Weifeng Xu Yu Liu Biquan Xiong Yunren Qiu Kewen Tang 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,1:0
8A direct laser-synthesized magnetic metamaterial for low-frequency wideband passive microwave absorption显示文摘Microwave absorption in radar stealth technology is faced with challenges in terms of its effectiveness in low-frequency regions.Herein,we report a new laser-based method for producing an ultrawideband metamaterial-based microwave absorber with a highly uniform sheet resistance and negative magnetic permeability at resonant frequencies,which results in a wide bandwidth in the L-to S-band.Control of the electrical sheet resistance uniformity has been achieved with less than 5%deviation at 400Ωsq^(-1)and 6%deviation at 120Ωsq^(-1),resulting in a microwave absorption coefficient between 97.2%and 97.7%within a1.56–18.3 GHz bandwidth for incident angles of 0°–40°,and there is no need for providing energy or an electrical power source during the operation.Porous N-and S-doped turbostratic graphene 2D patterns with embedded magnetic nanoparticles were produced simultaneously on a polyethylene terephthalate substrate via laser direct writing.The proposed low-frequency,wideband,wide-incident-angle,and high-electromagnetic-absorption microwave absorber can potentially be used in aviation,electromagnetic interference(EMI)suppression,and 5G applications.Yihe Huang Yize Li Kewen Pan Yixian Fang Kai Chio Chan Xiaoyu Xiao Chao Wei Kostya S Novoselov John Gallop Ling Hao Zhu Liu Zhirun Hu Lin Li 2023International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2023,5,3:0
9A COMPARATIVE RESEARCH OF ZYMOGRAMS OF LACTATE DEHYDROGENASE IN DIFFERENT TISSUES 0F 25 SPECIES OF VERTEBRATES显示文摘The distribution and characteristics of LDH isoenzymes in different tissues of 25spe-cies of vertebrats were comparativety analysed by discontinuous polyacrylamide gel diskelectrophoresis,combined with experiments on heat and urea inhibition.The result showed that indifferent tissues of Cienopharyngodon idellus,Carassius,ayratus,Trichiurus haumete and Miichihysmiiuy in addition to the distribution of LDH isoenzymes,composed of A and B subuits,a E4isoenzyme band,moving very fast to the positive pole,was detectedin the eye tissue of Trichiurushaumele and a F4 isoenzyme hand,moving very slow to the positive pole,was found in liver andkidney of Cienopharyngodon idellus.The A4 isoenzyme band was found in different tisseues ofPleuronichlhys cornulus,inhabiting on the bottom of the ocean.From the amphition to the mammal,with the exception of Hyta arboreu immaculata,Chinnemys reevesii,Trioyx sinensis,Gallus gallusdomeslicus and Corvus macrorhynchos,which have special electrophoretic behaviours.InChen Fengying (1) Zeng Kewen (1) Pan Shi (1) Yang Mingfei (1) 1991Journal of Northeast Forestry University1991,2,1:0
