1H2O2处理后的黄铜矿和黄铁矿对黄药的吸附作用及其浮选分离(英文)显示文摘通过一系列浮选试验和矿物表面分析技术研究H2O2处理对黄药浮选分离黄铜矿与黄铁矿的影响。浮选试验结果表明,H2O2对两种矿物的浮选行为具有一定影响,H2O2对黄铁矿的抑制效果强于黄铜矿。在一定H2O2浓度条件下,黄铜矿在pH 9.0时可从黄铁矿中选择性分离出来,此时黄铜矿的回收率达84%以上,而黄铁矿回收率低于24%。Zeta电位、紫外-可见分光光谱以及红外光谱等分析结果表明,H2O2处理后的两种矿物对捕收剂的吸附量不同,黄铜矿表面对黄药的吸附量远远大于黄铁矿表面对黄药的吸附量。红外光谱和XPS分析结果表明,H2O2处理可大幅度提高黄铁矿表面的亲水性,从而抑制捕收剂的吸附,使其可浮性下降;而黄铜矿对H2O2不产生吸附,因此对黄药的吸附和对二黄原酸的氧化效果较好,黄铜矿的浮选回收率较高。Sultan Ahmed KHOSO 胡岳华 吕斐 高雅 刘润清 孙伟 2019Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2019,29,12:21
2复配捕收剂从白云石中选择性浮选菱锌矿(英文)显示文摘将苯甲羟肟酸(BHA)与油酸钠(NaOL)混合,制备一种新的复配捕收剂(BHOA),并将其应用于从白云石中浮选分离菱锌矿。浮选结果表明,单独使用油酸钠对菱锌矿和白云石均有较好的捕收性能,但选择性较差。在BHA/NaOL摩尔比为2:1的复配体系中,菱锌矿与白云石的回收率分别为90%和5%左右。表面张力分析表明,由于协同效应,复配捕收剂BHOA的表面活性高于单一油酸钠。Zeta电位和XPS测量结果显示,在复配捕收剂BHOA存在的情况下,BHA与NaOL在菱锌矿表面发生共吸附,白云石表面仅观察到油酸钠。王丽 胡广艳 孙伟 Sultan Ahmed KHOSO 刘润清 张祥锋 2019Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2019,29,5:7
3煅烧-水化处理提高脱硫石膏转化为α-半水石膏的相变活性(英文)显示文摘湿法石灰石-石膏烟气脱硫过程中产生的脱硫石膏的大量堆积不仅会浪费土地而且会对周边环境造成严重污染。制备α-半水石膏是高附加值利用脱硫石膏的重要途径。目前,常压甘油-水溶液法被认为是一种制备α-半水石膏的优良方法,但是在这种溶液体系中二水石膏转化效率不高。用煅烧-水化预处理方法活化脱硫石膏使其能够比较容易地完成相变转化。预处理后脱硫石膏的结晶性变差并形成细碎的无规则薄片状晶体,这大幅度地提高了脱硫石膏的比表面积。另外,预处理还将大部分吸附在脱硫石膏表面的有机物去除。结晶性变差、比表面积提高以及表面有机物的消除大幅度地提高了脱硫石膏的相变反应活性,有利于二水石膏的溶解和α-半水石膏的成核结晶,最终促进脱硫石膏向α-半水石膏的转化。管青军 孙伟 官长平 余伟健 朱向楠 Sultan Ahmed KHOSO 王平 彭文庆 2019Journal of Central South University2019,26,12:4
4碳纳米管/聚合物温差发电复合纺织材料的制备及其性能显示文摘为得到一种新型的柔性可穿戴温差发电织物,通过聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)与聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT/PSS)将碳纳米管(CNTs)均匀分散,采用浸渍-烘干法,制备CNTs/PEDOT/PSS温差发电复合材料。借助扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪表征了该温差发电复合纺织材料的表面形貌和结晶情况,测试了不同质量分数CNTs下的Seebeck系数、电导率和热导率,通过计算热电优值讨论了其热电性能,并研究了透湿性、折皱回复性等服用性能。结果表明:随着CNTs质量分数的增加,Seebeck系数和电导率增大,热导率保持在较低的水平,热电优值增加,热电性能逐渐增强,透湿性稍有下降,折皱回复性得到提高;在CNTs质量分数为0.4%时,热电优值达到2.99×10^(-9)。谢娇 王家俊 俞秋燕 KHOSO Nazakat Ali 赵佳佳 2018纺织学报2018,39,11:3
5高分子有机物与硅胶混凝处理浮选尾矿(英文)显示文摘采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺与硅胶作为絮凝剂成功实现尾矿混合絮凝,考察了有机高分子絮凝剂分子量、电荷密度、溶液pH值等参数对絮凝沉降速度的影响。通过动电位、红外光谱研究了混凝剂絮凝尾矿的作用机理,结果表明:1)硅胶作为尾矿颗粒的粘结剂,先将尾矿形成第一集合颗粒;高分子絮凝剂絮凝第一集合颗粒并形成较大的絮团,同时加速尾矿沉降;2)动电位与红外光谱分析结果表明硅胶与有机高分子组合对尾矿的沉降速度效果明显优于单一絮凝剂,主要原因是混凝剂同时兼具中和电荷和桥联作用。考察了混凝处理尾矿回水对白钨矿浮选指标的影响,试验结果表明:采用回水能够提高白钨矿回收率2%,且每天能够为企业节约108.75美元的成本。殷志刚 Sultan Ahmed KHOSO 孙伟 胡岳华 翟计划 高跃升 张谌虎 刘润清 2018Journal of Central South University2018,25,8:2
6黑麦草在赤泥堆场复垦潜能的初步评价(英文)显示文摘赤泥是氧化铝工业生产的副产品,由于存在大量的碱和各种重金属离子,在过去几十年中逐渐引起了人们对环境的关注。目前,有关赤泥大宗消纳利用的研究还比较少。本文主要从生长指标和重金属离子在黑麦草和植物体内的转移来探讨利用黑麦草在赤泥堆场上进行复垦的可能性。盆栽试验表明,通过酸中和脱碱,可以实现赤泥的修复。元素分析表明,除铁、锰、铅外,大部分元素在植物根系中是稳定的,而黑麦草几乎不能吸收镉。但是,一些重金属如铜在植物体内富集,这在赤泥的植物修复中应引起重视。吕斐 孙宁 孙伟 Sultan Ahmed KHOSO 唐鸿鹄 王丽 2019Journal of Central South University2019,26,2:2

10Effect mechanism of nonane-1,1-bisphosphonic acid as an alternative collector in monazite flotation:Experimental and calculational studies显示文摘Monazite((Ce,La)PO_(4))is one of the major types of light rare earth minerals from which the light rare earth elements cerium(Ce)and lanthanum(La)are economically extracted.Flotation is extensively used to recover fine-grained monazite.Sodium oleate(NaOL)is considered as the collector with strong collecting ability for monazite flotation.However,this study shows that its collecting ability is still limited.In this paper,a phosphonic acid,nonane-1,1-bisphosphonic acid(C9-BPA),was employed as the novel collector in place of NaOL.Flotation experiments show that even when the C9-BPA dosage is less than one-fifth of the NaOL dosage,the monazite recove ry using C9-BPA as the collector is approximately 22 wt%higher than that using NaOL.The mechanism by which C9-BPA adsorbs on monazite was investigated using zeta potential,infrared(IR)spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)measurements as well as first-principles calculations.Zeta potential measurements show a more significant decrease in the zeta potentials of monazite after the addition of C9-BPA compared to those after the addition of NaOL.For C9-BPA-treated monazite,the characteristic peaks of C9-BPA are observed in the IR and C 1 s XPS spectrum,whereas for monazite treated by NaOL,no characteristic peak of NaOL was observed.Experimental results show that C9-BPA has a stronger affinity towards the monazite surface than NaOL as confirmed by the higher adsorption energy of CP-BPA on the monazite surface(-204.22 kJ/mol)than NaOL(-48.48 kJ/mol).This study demonstrates an extensive application value and prospect of C9-BPA in monazite flotation and helps design novel collectors with strong collecting ability for monazite flotation.Zhao Cao Xu Wu Sultan Ahmed Khoso Wenbo Zhang Yuling Liu Mengjie Tian Jieliang Wang 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,5:1

13Effects of Convolvulus arvensis Water Extract on Germination of Okra Under Different Seed Sizes显示文摘Convolvulus arvensis is a toxic allelopathic weed that suppresses germination and growth of crops.The prime object of present study was to investigate effect of Convolvulus arvensis water extract on germination and performance of okra with different seed sizes.The seeds of okra variety pusa green were separated into three different sizes,viz large size(4.00-5.00 mm),medium size(3.00-3.50 mm)and small size(2.00-3.50 mm),and then soaked in allelopathic plant bindweed water extract and kept in patrisdishes for germination into the germinator at 15℃.The experiment was laid out using Complete Randomized Design(CRD)with three replications.The results showed that after sowing of 12 days the highest germination was observed in non-treated seeds as compared to seeds treated in Convolvulus arvensis water extract for 1 h,further non-treated large seeds produced maximum plants as compared to treated small seeds after sowing of 24 days.Meanwhile,root length,shoot length,root fresh and dry weight,shoot fresh and dry weight were recorded higher in non-treated large seeds as compared to small seeds soaked for 1 h in Convolvulus arvensis allelopthic water extract.It could be found that Convolvulus arvensis affected germination,seed growth and overall performance of okra,further presence Convolvulus arvensis in crops could cause negative impact on germination and integrity of okra crops.Abid Hussain Khoso Ghulam Mustafa Laghari Aziz Ahmed Laghari Ali Muhammad Bozdar Asif Ali Kaleri Nasir Ali 2017Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2017,24,1:0
14Histological Features of Parotid Gland of Albino Rats Exposed to. Smokeless Tobacco显示文摘Smokeless tobacco is very common personal habit of people living in various areas of Asia which is an alarming sign for the development of different oral diseases in such people.The aim of present study was to investigate effects of smokeless tobacco on parotid glands of the Aalbano rats by using various percentages of the smokeless tobacco.The rats were divided into three different groups,control group(A) no smokeless tobacco,experimental group(B) 5%smokeless tobacco and experimental group(C) 10%of smokeless tobacco with different feeds required according parameters.Weekly weight gain and partid gland were analyzed through student P test and histological structures were recorded through HE stain and Retculin stain.The results showed that as compared to control group body,weight of the rats was decreased in groups B and C having smokeless tobacco percentage in the diet.Weight of parotid gland as compared to control group was decreased in groups B and C with diet of smokeless tobacco.Further,histological observation under HE stain showed that parotid gland of group B showed mild narrowing of ductal lumen,collapse of vessels and stromal was also increased,in group C parenchymal tissues with loss of acini found damaged and glandular dystrop and lymphatic infiltration were determined moderate to severe.Meanwhile,reticulin stain showed that vascular collapses were shown because of increasing in stromal glandular atrophy in group C as compared to control group.In conclusion,this study showed that smokeless tobacco caused serious injuries in the tissue level in parotid gland with high percentage of smokeless tobacco which highlight health hazards on its consumption.Sana Murtaza Khoso Pervez Ahmed Khoso Navaid Qazi Mir Hassan Khoso Ahmed Sultan Jatoi Ubedullah Kaka 2016Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2016,23,3:0
15囊泡运输和细胞骨架在植物发育和环境适应中的协同作用显示文摘微管和微丝构成的植物细胞骨架对于植物发育和响应环境刺激至关重要。细胞骨架是高度动态且严格调控的网络,为胞内和胞间的交流与生理活动提供微环境。植物内膜系统由内质网、高尔基体、内体、液泡等膜封闭的细胞器组成。这些细胞器相互联系,完成囊泡运输、增殖、免疫、胁迫应答等细胞活动。内质网是蛋白质合成的平台和分泌途径起始位点。内质网形态和功能的维持主要依赖微丝骨架。真核生物普遍具有内质网-质膜接触位点(EPCS),其功能与内膜动力学、细胞骨架排列以及胞间信号转导密切相关。EPCS还是响应环境刺激的信号平台。由皮层微管和皮层微丝构成的皮层细胞骨架与质膜、细胞壁、植物激素协同作用,调控植物细胞分裂、形态建成和防御。细胞结构与信号之间的相互作用受多种因素以及信号通路的严格调控。简言之,内膜系统与细胞骨架网络协同调控植物发育及其响应并适应环境刺激。本文综述了植物细胞骨架网络和内膜系统在植物发育和防御中的协同作用。寇晓月 KHOSO Muneer Ahmed 宋扬 李立新 2022植物生理学报2022,58,6:0
16Anti-tumor Effect of Newcastle Disease Virus Expressing IL-2 in Lung Cancer Model显示文摘Recombinant Newcastle disease virus(rNDV)has shown an anti-cancer effect in preclinical studies,but has never been tested for lung cancer models.This study explored the anti-cancer activity of genetically modified NDV expressing IL-2(rNDV–IL-2)in lung cancer models.This study used Lewis lung carcinoma cell line(LLC)to create tumor models in C57 female mice,the tumor-bearing mice were treated with rNDV-IL-2,rNDV and phosphate-buffered saline(PBS),respectively.In vitro results revealed that rNDV effectively infected malignant cells and expressed IL-2,in vivo results revealed that rNDV expressing IL-2 was highly efficient in inhibiting lung cancer tumors,with an average tumor size of 291.255 mm^3 in rNDV-IL-2 group compared to 763.068 mm^3 in rNDV group and 1101.68 mm^3 in PBS group.For the survival studies,treatment with rNDV-IL-2 enhanced the survival rates of tumor-bearing mice by 36%compared to those of rNDV treated mice and by 80%compared to those of vehicle-treated mice(survival rate:12 out of 15 for rNDV-IL-2 group;seven out of 15 for rNDV group and zero out of 15 for vehicle group).These results demonstrated that rNDV-expressed IL-2 enhanced the intrinsic anti-tumor ability of Newcastle disease virus in lung cancer models by further restrain of lung tumor growth and improvement of the survival rates of the tumor-bearing mice.The genetically modified rNDV-IL-2 was a good candidate for lung cancer therapy.Li De-shan Jiang Shan Liu Yun-ye Rasoul Lubna He Jin-jiao Mir Hassan Khoso Cao Hong-xue Yang Jiarui Yin He Yin Jie-chao 2020Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2020,27,2:0
17硬质合金磨削废料拌酸熟化保湿法工艺优化显示文摘采用拌酸熟化保湿工艺处理硬质合金磨削废料,考察了加水量、硫酸用量、熟化温度、熟化时间等参数对钴浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:水用量12%、硫酸用量20%、熟化温度100℃、熟化时间3小时,磨削料中钴浸出率可达到99%。该试验采用浓硫酸熟化保湿浸出技术,避免了高能耗和高污染的焙烧工艺,具有无烟尘、能耗低、工艺流程简单、钴浸出率高、环境友好等优点。陈广 陈思竹 熊平 羊坤 Sultan Ahmed Khoso 2023四川有色金属2023,,1:0
