1Microstructure and corrosion resistance of sintered NdFeB magnet modified by intergranular additions of MgO and ZnO显示文摘Microstructure and corrosion resistance of sintered Nd15Dy1.2Fe77Al0.8B6 and Nd22Fe71B7 magnets modified by intergranular addi- tion of MgO and ZnO were investigated. Both the remanence and sintering density of the magnets increased slightly with intergranular addi- tions of MgO and ZnO. There was a remarkable increase in coercivity of Nd22Fe71B7 after addition. Besides, the effects on magnetic proper- ties and an improved corrosion resistance were observed. Compared with the native magnets without addition, corrosion potential of the magnets with MgO and ZnO additives was more positive and the current density in the anodic branch of the polarization curve was reduced. Corrosion resistance resulting from autoclave testing (2×105 Pa of steam pressure, 120 °C) showed that the corrosion rate of NdFeB magnets reduced with the increase of additive amount. Microstructure observation revealed that MgO and ZnO additives were incorporated into the intergranular phases in the magnets. With the introduction of MgO and ZnO, more intergranular phase with high oxygen content was formed while keeping the volume fraction of all the intergranular phases almost unchanged, which may contribute to improved corrosion resistance. 2Giant primary angiosarcoma of the small intestine showing severe sepsis显示文摘Primary malignant tumors of the small intestine are rare,comprising less than 2%of all gastrointestinal tumors.An 85-year-old woman was admitted with fever of 40℃ and marked abdominal distension.Her medical history was unremarkable,but blood examination showed elevated inflammatory markers.Abdominal computed tomography showed a giant tumor with central necrosis,extending from the epigastrium to the pelvic cavity.Giant gastrointestinal stromal tumor of the small intestine communicating with the gastrointestinal tract or with superimposed infection was suspected.Because no improvement occurred in response to antibiotics,surgery was performed.Laparotomy revealed giant hemorrhagic tumor adherent to the small intestine and occupying the peritoneal cavity.The giant tumor was a solid tumor weighing 3490 g,measuring24 cm×17.5 cm×18 cm and showing marked necrosis.Histologically,the tumor comprised spindle-shaped cells with anaplastic large nuclei.Immunohistochemical studies showed tumor cells positive for vimentin,CD31,and factorⅧ-related antigen,but negative for c-kit and CD34.Angiosarcoma was diagnosed.Although no postoperative complications occurred,the patient experienced enlargement of multiple metastatic tumors in the abdominal cavity and died 42 d postoperatively.The prognosis of small intestinal angiosarcoma is very poor,even after volume-reducing palliative surgery.Mizuna Takahashi Masanori Ohara Noriko Kimura Hiromitsu Domen Takumi Yamabuki Kazuteru Komuro Takahiro Tsuchikawa Satoshi Hirano Nozomu Iwashiro 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,43:5
3Anatomically realistic multiscale models of normal and abnormal gastrointestinal electrical activity显示文摘One of the major aims of the International Union of Physiological Sciences (IUPS) Physiome Project is to develop multiscale mathematical and computer models that can be used to help understand human health. We present here a small facet of this broad plan that applies to the gastrointestinal system. Specifically, we present an anatomically and physiologically based modelling framework that is capable of simulating normal and pathological electrical activity within the stomach and small intestine. The continuum models used within this framework have been created using anatomical information derived from common medical imaging modalities and data from the Visible Human Project. These models explicitly incorporate the various smooth muscle layers and networks of interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) that are known to exist within the walls of the stomach and small bowel. Electrical activity within individual ICCs and smooth muscle cells is simulated using a previously published simplified representation of the cell level electrical activity. This simulated cell level activity is incorporated into a bidomain representation of the tissue, allowing electrical activity of the entire stomach or intestine to be simulated in the anatomically derived models. 4A regression model-based method for indoor positioning with compound location fingerprints显示文摘This paper proposed and evaluated an estimation method for indoor positioning.The method combines location fingerprinting and dead reckoning differently from the conventional combinations.It uses compound location fingerprints,which are composed of radio fingerprints at multiple points of time,that is,at multiple positions,and displacements between them estimated by dead reckoning.To avoid errors accumulated from dead reckoning,the method uses short-range dead reckoning.The method was evaluated using 16 Bluetooth beacons installed in a student room with the dimensions of 11×5 m with furniture inside.The Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI)values of the beacons were collected at 30 measuring points,which were points at the intersections on a 1×1 m grid with no obstacles.A compound location fingerprint is composed of RSSI vectors at two points and a displacement vector between them.Random Forests(RF)was used to build regression models to estimate positions from location fingerprints.The root mean square error of position estimation was 0.87 m using 16 Bluetooth beacons.This error is lower than that received with a single-point baseline model,where a feature vector is composed of only RSSI values at one location.The results suggest that the proposed method is effective for indoor positioning.Tomofumi Takayama Takeshi Umezawa Nobuyoshi Komuro Noritaka Osawa 2019Geo-Spatial Information Science2019,22,2:2
