2An overview of laser-based multiple metallic material additive manufacturing: from macro- to micro-scales显示文摘Additive manufacturing(AM)is an emerging customized three-dimensional(3D)functional product fabrication technology.It provides a higher degree of design freedom,reduces manufacturing steps,cost and production cycles.However,existing metallic component 3D printing techniques are mainly for the manufacture of single material components.With the increasing commercial applications of AM technologies,the need for 3D printing of more than one type of dissimilar materials in a single component increases.Therefore,investigations on multi-material AM(MMAM)emerge over the past decade.Lasers are currently widely used for the AM of metallic components where high temperatures are involved.Here we report the progress and trend in laser-based macro-and micro-scale AM of multiple metallic components.The methods covered in this paper include laser powder bed fusion,laser powder directed energy deposition,and laser-induced forward transfer for MMAM applications.The principles and process/material characteristics are described.Potential applications and challenges are discussed.Finally,future research directions and prospects are proposed.Chao Wei Zhizhou Zhang Dongxu Cheng Zhe Sun Menghui Zhu Lin Li 2021International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2021,3,1:7
3INCREASING RETURNS TO SCALE,DYNAMICS OF INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE AND SIZE DISTRIBUTION OF FIRMS显示文摘A multi-agent model is presented to discuss the market dynamics and the size distribution of firms. The model emphasizes the effects of increasing returns to scale and gives the description of the born and death of adaptive producers. The evolution of market structure and its behavior under the technological shocks are investigated. Its dynamical results are in good agreement with some empirical “stylized facts” of industrial evolution. With the diversity of demand and adaptive growth strategies of firms, the firm size in the generalized model obeys the power-law distribution. Three factors mainly determine the competitive dynamics and the skewed size distributions of firms: 1. Self-reinforcing mechanism; 2. Adaptive firm growing strategies; 3. 4Improved Relief Grinding Method of Gear Hob with Equal Relief Angle显示文摘The regrinding error is the main factor affecting the eligible length of hob tooth,how to decrease the regrinding error is a hot issue in the research area of hob grinding.At present,researches focus on changing the trajectory of relief moving,because of no unified relief grinding path planning method,the research result is restricted in the practical application.For solving the problem,the calculation model of the hob relief angle is established with the Archimedes relieving motion to analyze the interaction between the increasing relief angle of the hob and the accelerating tooth profile errors.Based on it,the improved relief grinding method of gear hob is proposed with equal relief angle(ERA).Furthermore,the relief grinding method with ERA is developed with the following two steps.Firstly,the convergence numerical solution algorithm of the tooth top curve is designed to form the wheel motion path which is compared with that of traditional grinding.The second step is to establish the solution model of ERA grinding wheel.In order to verify the effect of the method,hob grinding simulation system of 3D solid was built under the AutoCAD environment.The regrinding errors is analyzed by intercepting the hob axial profiles of the various regrinding angles with Boolean operations and further converting it to basic rack tooth,then the simulation example of zero rake straight flute hob is used to compare the regrinding errors between ERA grinding and traditional grinding.Finally,the experiments were implemented on the five-axis CNC relief grinder with the relief motion of ERA grinding driven by cam.The results of experiments show that the method can effectively reduce the regrinding errors of hob and grind expediently gear hob of AA rank and over.This research provide an effective model of relief moving path plan reducing regrinding error,and have practicable value in CNC relief grinder.LI Guolong SUN Menghui LI Xianguang LIU Fei HUANG Chao 2011Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,5:4
5Highly sensitive integrated flexible tactile sensors with piezoresistive Ge2Sb2Te5 thin films显示文摘Flexible tactile sensor has been extensively investigated as a key component for emerging electronics applications such as robotics,wearable devices,computer hardware,and security systems.Tactile sensors based on various one-dimensional materials have been widely explored.However,precise control of the direction and distribution of these nanomaterials remains a great challenge,and it has been difficult to scale down the device.Here,we introduce highly sensitive integrated flexible tactile sensors based on uniform phase-change Ge_(2)Sb_(2)Te_(5)(GST)thin films that can scale device size down,at least,to micrometer range.Significant piezoresistive effect has been observed in GST-based sensors,showing a giant gauge factor of 338.A proof of concept 5×5 sensor array functioning as a touch panel has been demonstrated.Also,the flexible GST tactile sensor has been utilized for monitoring of radial artery pulse.In addition to the well-known tunable electrical and optical properties,the piezoresistive GST films provide a versatile platform for the integration of sensing,recording,and displaying functions.Zhiguang Wang Cunzheng Dong Xinjun Wang Menghui Li Tianxiang Nan Xianfeng Liang Huaihao Chen Yuyi Wei Haomiao Zhou Mohsen Zaeimbashi Syd Cash Nian-Xiang Sun 2018npj Flexible Electronics2018,2,1:2
6Systemic Vasculitis:An Important and Underestimated Cause of Malignant Hypertension显示文摘Objectives:Malignant hypertension(MHT)is defi ned as severe hypertension accompanied by ischemic failure of one or more organs.The aims of this study were to evaluate the current clinical and etiologic profi les of MHT.Methods:As a retrospective study,we selected all patients admitted to our center from January 2013 to December 2016.Seventy patients with MHT were included.Results:The average age of the patients was 40 years,and more than half of the patients were male(78.57%).There were 24 patients with essential hypertension,accounting for 34.29%of the patients,and 46 with secondary hypertension,accounting for 65.71%of the patients.For secondary MHT,systemic vasculitis(25.57%)was the most common cause,followed by severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(15.71%),primary renal parenchymal hypertension(11.43%),primary aldosteronism(7.14%),and Cushing syndrome(1.43%)and nutcracker phenomenon(1.43%).Twenty patients with systemic vasculitis were characterized by severe hypertension accompanied by damage to two or more target organs of differing severity.The levels of white blood cells,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,serum creatinine,and 24-hour urinary protein were above their normal range.Conclusion:Systemic vasculitis may be one of the main causes of MHT,and has been underestimated in the past.In future clinical work,clinicians need to pay more attention to patients with systemic vasculitis.Qing Zhu Shasha Liu Mulalibieke Heizhati Xiaoguang Yao Menghui Wang Qin Luo Lei Wang Delian Zhang Guijuan Chang Nanfang Li 2019Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2019,,B07:2
