3A High-Resolution Earth’s Gravity Field Model SGG-UGM-2 from GOCE,GRACE,Satellite Altimetry,and EGM2008显示文摘This paper focuses on estimating a new high-resolution Earth’s gravity field model named SGG-UGM-2 from satellite gravimetry,satellite altimetry,and Earth Gravitational Model 2008(EGM2008)-derived gravity data based on the theory of the ellipsoidal harmonic analysis and coefficient transformation(EHA-CT).We first derive the related formulas of the EHA-CT method,which is used for computing the spherical harmonic coefficients from grid area-mean and point gravity anomalies on the ellipsoid.The derived formulas are successfully evaluated based on numerical experiments.Then,based on the derived least-squares formulas of the EHA-CT method,we develop the new model SGG-UGM-2 up to degree 2190 and order 2159 by combining the observations of the Gravity Field and Steady-State Ocean Circulation Explorer(GOCE),the normal equation of the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment(GRACE),marine gravity data derived from satellite altimetry data,and EGM2008-derived continental gravity data.The coefficients of degrees 251–2159 are estimated by solving the block-diagonal form normal equations of surface gravity anomalies(including the marine gravity data).The coefficients of degrees 2–250 are determined by combining the normal equations of satellite observations and surface gravity anomalies.The variance component estimation technique is used to estimate the relative weights of different observations.Finally,global positioning system(GPS)/leveling data in the mainland of China and the United States are used to validate SGG-UGM-2 together with other models,such as European improved gravity model of the earth by new techniques(EIGEN)-6C4,GECO,EGM2008,and SGG-UGM-1(the predecessor of SGG-UGM-2).Compared to other models,the model SGG-UGM-2 shows a promising performance in the GPS/leveling validation.All GOCE-related models have similar performances both in the mainland of China and the United States,and better performances than that of EGM2008 in the mainland of China.Due to the contribution of GRACE data and the new marine gravity anomalies,SGG-UGM-2 is slightly better than SGG-UGM-1 both in the mainland of China and the United States.Wei Liang Jiancheng Li Xinyu Xu Shengjun Zhang Yongqi Zhao 2020Engineering2020,6,8:8
4Optimization of tensile strength for new type acetone-urea-formaldehyde furan resin using uniform design显示文摘In this study,the 24 h tensile strength of new type acetone-urea-formaldehyde furan resin (nitrogen content 3%) was investigated by uniform design optimization.Four independent variables such as acetone:formaldehyde molar ratio (mol/mol),solution pH value,reaction temperature (℃) and reaction time (min) were considered in the experiments.U13(134) uniform design was employed and the equation of 24 h tensile strength model was obtained after 13 experimentations.The 24 h tensile strength was optimized by applying single factor experiments and stepwise non-linear regression analysis.Minitab (Minitab 15 trial version) and MATLAB (R2010a trial version) were used for data analysis.The t-value and p-value indicate that the major impact factors include the interaction effect of solution pH value and reaction temperature (X2X3),the linear terms of acetone:formaldehyde molar ratio (X1),reaction time (X4) followed by the square effects of acetone/formaldehyde molar ratio (X1X1).The optimized results were achieved with the acetone:formaldehyde molar ratio (mol/mol) at 3:1,solution pH value at 6.0,reaction temperature at 70℃,and reaction time at 140 min,respectively.This method can not only significantly reduce the number and cost of the tests,but also provide a good experimental design strategy for the development of furan resin.The investigation shows that the predicted results of 24 h tensile strength are consistent well with the experimental ones.Lin Shengjun Zhao Wei Li Yuancai Tong Siyi Wang Wenqing 2011China Foundry2011,8,1:5
5Fast Secret Key Generation Based on Dynamic Private Pilot from Static Wireless Channels显示文摘In static or quasi-static wireless channel environments, secret key generation(SKG) based on wireless channels is vulnerable to active attacks due to the openness and invariance of public pilot, especially man-inthe-middle(MITM) attacks, where attacker acts as a transparent relay to manipulate channel measurements and derive the generated keys. In order to fight against this attack, a dynamic private pilot is designed, where both private pilot and secret key are derived from the characteristics of wireless channels and private to third party. In static or quasi-static environments, we use singular value decomposition techniques to reconstitute the wireless channels to improve the randomness of the wireless channels. Private pilot can encrypt and authenticate the wireless channels, which can make channel state information intercepted by MITM attacker reduced to zero and the SKG rate close to that without attacks. 7Development of HEP-XXMF Series Hall Thrusters in BICE显示文摘Hall thruster is a type of electric propulsion thruster which is often regarded as a moderate specific impulse space propulsion technology and is used primarily for station keeping and orbit maintenance tasks. Magnetic field is the most important aspect in Hall thruster's design. Each time the performance improvement of Hall thrusters is accompanied with the regeneration of magnetic field design. Now, all the major space nations treat the magnetic field design as the key technology for Hall thrusters, and many Hall thrusters have emerged in recent years, for example, BPT-4000 and NASA-173 M. In China, based on magnetic focus technology, the Beijing Institute of Control Engineering(BICE) has been developing Hall thrusters ranged from hundreds of watts to 5 kilowatts, including the 1500 W HEP-100 MF and the 5 k W HEP-140 MF Hall thrusters. This paper briefly reviews the development of the HEP-XXMF series Hall thruster. 10An asymmetric coplanar waveguide(ACPW)resonant antenna based on the composite right/left-handed transmission line显示文摘An asymmetric coplanar waveguide(ACPW)resonant antenna based on a composite right/lefthanded transmission line(CRLH TL)is presented.The proposed antenna consists of an asymmetric coplanar waveguide feeding line and mushroom unit cells.Based on the fundamental structure,an improvement on the antenna is implemented.Two novel structures including a strip-shaped extended ground plane and a rectangular extended ground plane are studied.The antenna with the strip-shaped extended ground plane exhibits bandwidth enhancement characteristics.The operating bandwidths with 10 dB return loss over 210MHz(1.57–1.78 GHz)is obtained.The fractional bandwidth is enhanced from 0.31%to 12.5%,an improvement factor of approximately 40.32.Meanwhile,the antenna with the rectangular extended ground plane presents broadband features.From measured results,the impedance bandwidth over 3.19 GHz(2.65–5.84 GHz)was occupied.It covers WiMAX 3.5/5.5 GHz and WLAN 5.2/5.8 GHz bands,and therefore could well apply to WiMAX/WLAN systems.Further,the radiation patterns,peak gain and radiation efciency are also presented and discussed.WEI ShengJun FENG QuanYuan 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,12:1

15When immunotherapy meets liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma: A bumpy but promising road显示文摘Liver transplantation(LT)is a highly curative therapy for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,due to the shortage of donor livers and rapid progression of HCC,a majority of patients are dropped out from the waitlist.Recently,immunotherapy has shown great promise in the treatment of advanced HCC.However,the use of immunotherapy is limited in LT mainly due to the potentially increasing risk of graft rejection.One of the main challenges for researchers is the protection of donor graft from an immunotherapy-boosted immune response mounted by the host.Besides,the safety,availability,and costs of immunotherapy are other challenges that need to be addressed.Here,we reviewed the literature involving patients who received immunotherapy prior to transplant to avoid waitlist dropouts and following transplantation to prevent the progression of tumor recurrence and metastasis.Statistically,the incidence of rejection was 25.0%pre-transplant and 18.5%post-transplant.Based on the review of these clinical studies,we can conclude that conducting clinical trials on the safety and efficacy of currently available immunotherapy drugs and identifying novel immunotherapy targets through extensive research may be promising for patients who do not meet the selection criteria for LT and who experience post-transplant recurrence.To date,the clinical experience on the use of immunotherapy before or after LT comes from individual case studies.Although some of the reported results are promising,they are not sufficient to support the standardized use of immunotherapy in clinical practice.Yufeng Gu Shengjun Xu Zhengxin Wang Jiayin Yang Shusen Zheng Qiang Wei Zhikun Liu Xiao Xu 2023Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2023,35,2:0
16Binding of Divalent H-2K^(d)/IgG2aFc Fusion Protein to Murine Macrophage via Fc-FcR Interaction显示文摘Peptide-MHC class I complex (pMHC) is a specific ligand for TCR recognition, and important for CD8+ T cell activation. Here we described a genetically engineered divalent class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule, H-2Kd/IgG2aFc, a fusion protein consisting of the extracellular domains of H-2Kd, a murine MHC class I molecule, and the Fc region of IgG2a. This fusion protein is expected to attach the H-2Kd molecule to the surface of murine macrophage (Mφ) through its Fc portion binding to Fc receptor (FcR) of Mφ. cDNAs coding for the extracellular domains of H-2Kd and the Fc region of IgG2a were cloned respectively, and then recombined into plasmid pcDNA3.1(+). The H-2Kd/IgG2aFc protein was expressed by the plasmid-transfected cell line J558L, and purified from its supernatant with a Staphylococcal Protein A (SPA) column. The fusion protein showed a 58.4 kDa band as revealed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting with murine IgG-specific antibody, which consists with that expected for extracellular domains of H-2Kd heavy chain plus the Fc region of IgG2a. The sandwich ELISA assay with antibodies specific for Fc portion and for H-2Kd indicated the fusion protein consists of both Fc portion and H-2Kd. Peritoneal Mφ of C57BL/6 (H-2Kb) can be stained with H-2Kd specific monoclonal antibody (mAb) after incubated with the H-2Kd/IgG2aFc fusion protein. 18Red blood cell distribution width improves the prediction of 28-daymortality for patients with sepsis-induced acute kidney injury:A retrospective analysis from MIMIC-IV database usingpropensity score matching显示文摘Background:The predictive value of red blood cell distribution width(RDW)for mortality in patients withsepsis-induced acute kidney injury(SI-AKI)remains unclear.The present study aimed to investigate the potentialassociation between RDW at admission and outcomes in patients with SI-AKI.Methods:The Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care(MIMIC)-IV(version 2.0)database,released in Juneof 2022,provides medical data of SI-AKI patients to conduct our related research.Based on propensity scorematching(PSM)method,the main risk factors associated with mortality in SI-AKI were evaluated using Coxproportional hazards regression analysis to construct a predictive nomogram.The concordance index(C-index)and decision curve analysis were used to validate the predictive ability and clinical utility of this model.Patientswith SI-AKI were classified into the high-and low-RDW groups according to the best cut-off value obtained bycalculating the maximum value of the Youden index.Results:A total of 7574 patients with SI-AKI were identified according to the filter criteria.Compared withthe low-RDW group,the high-RDW group had higher 28-day(9.49%vs.31.40%,respectively,P<0.001)and7-day(3.96%vs.13.93%,respectively,P<0.001)mortality rates.Patients in the high-RDW group were moreprone to AKI progression than those in the low-RDW group(20.80%vs.13.60%,respectively,P<0.001).Basedon matched patients,we developed a nomogram model that included age,white blood cells,RDW,combinedhypertension and presence of a malignant tumor,treatment with vasopressor,dialysis,and invasive ventilation,sequential organ failure assessment,and AKI stages.The C-index for predicting the probability of 28-day survivalwas 0.799.Decision curve analysis revealed that the model with RDW offered greater net benefit than that withoutRDW.Conclusion:The present findings demonstrated the importance of RDW,which improved the predictive ability ofthe nomogram model for the probability of survival in patients with SI-AKI.Honghao Lai Guosheng Wu Yu Zhong Guangping Chen Wei Zhang Shengjun Shi Zhaofan Xia 2023Journal of Intensive Medicine2023,3,3:0
