1Molecular and serological surveillance of Getah virus in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China,2017–2020显示文摘The Getah virus(GETV),a mosquito-borne RNA virus,is widely distributed in Oceania and Asia.GETV is not the only pathogenic to horses,pigs,cattle,foxes and boars,but it can also cause fever in humans.Since its first reported case in Chinese mainland in 2017,the number of GETV-affected provinces has increased to seventeen till now.Therefore,we performed an epidemiologic investigation of GETV in the Xinjiang region,located in northwestern China,during the period of 2017-2020.ELISA was used to analyze 3299 serum samples collected from thoroughbred horse,local horse,sheep,goat,cattle,and pigs,with thoroughbred horse(74.8%),local horse(67.3%),goat(11.7%),sheep(10.0%),cattle(25.1%)and pigs(51.1%)being positive for anti-GETV antibodies.Interestingly,the neutralizing antibody titer in horses was much higher than in other species.Four samples from horses and pigs were positive for GETV according to RT-PCR.Furthermore,from the serum of a local horse,we isolated GETV which was designated as strain XJ-2019-07,and determined its complete genome sequence.From the phylogenetic relationships,it belongs to the Group III lineage.This is the first evidence of GETV associated to domestic animals in Xinjiang.Overall,GETV is prevalent in Xinjiang and probably has been for several years.Since no vaccine against GETV is available in China,detection and monitoring strategies should be improved in horses and pigs,especially imported and farmed,in order to prevent economic losses.Ning Shi Xiangshu Qiu Xinyu Cao Zhanhai Mai Xiangyu Zhu Nan Li He Zhang Jinyong Zhang Zhuoxin Li Nuerlan Shaya Huijun Lu Ningyi Jin 2022Virologica Sinica2022,37,2:5
2Experimental Study on Metal Transfer and Welding Spatter Characteristics of Cellulose Electrode显示文摘Welding spatter cause many problems during the welding process and this issue is particularly important for cellulose electrode welding.The hot flying spatter balls often deteriorate the working environment,and decrease the welding efficiency.Many factors affect the welding spatter,and metal transfer behavior is one of the main factors.Many studies concerning the spatter mechanism in arc welding process were made;most of them focused on the solid wire welding and the study on cellulose electrode is rarely reported.In this paper the metal transfer behavior and the weld spatter characteristics of three commercial cellulose electrodes were studied experimentally by using a high speed camera for visually capturing the metal transfer.The relationship between the metal transfer and the welding spatter was analyzed experimentally by comparing the spatter loss coefficient,which is for quantitative evaluation of welding spatter,with the statistical analysis of the large droplet transfer mode.The results showed that short circuiting transfer,large droplet spray transfer,fine droplet spray transfer and explosive transfer govern the metal transfer modes in cellulose electrode welding.Weld spatter occurred mainly in the deflection of large droplet process,explosive transfer process and fine droplet spraying process.Different metal transfer modes lead to different spatter.The deflection of large droplet and explosive transfer are the main factors of the spatter formation.Minimizing the droplet size and reducing the deflection of large droplet and explosive transfer leads to the reduction the amount of spatter in cellulose electrode welding.LIU Haiyun LI Hui LI Zhuoxin SHI Yaowu 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,6:4
3Tribological Performance of TiB_2-Ni Composite Coating Deposited by APS显示文摘TiB2-Ni composite powders were prepared by pressurized hydrogen reduction cladding with different proportion of TiB2.The coatings were then prepared by APS.The microstructures and the phase composition of the powders as well as the deposited coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The coatings were tested using a ring-on-disc tribometer from ambient temperature to 300°C.A sprayed Cr3C2-NiCr coating was tested as a reference.The morphologies of the worn surface of the coatings were observed and analyzed.It is found that the TiB2-Ni composite coatings present higher friction coefficient than that of the Cr3C2-NiCr coating at room temperature due to the adhesive wear mechanism,whereas the main wear mechanism of Cr3C2-NiCr coating is rupture and exfoliation.However,at high temperature,the friction coefficient of the TiB2-Ni composite coating decreases as a result of B2O3 solid lubricant,which alleviates the adhesive wear on coatings.Furthermore,the TiB2-Ni composite coating greatly reduces the mass loss of the boron cast iron.Zhu Hongbin,Li Hui,Li Zhuoxin Beijing University of Technology,Beijing 100124,China 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:2

10Influence of Plasma Spray Parameters on the Microstructure and Property of ZrO_2-7 wt%Y_2O_3 Coating显示文摘The plasma sprayed ZrO2-7 wt%Y2O3(7YSZ)coating has been widely applied in aircraft engine as a thermal barrier coating.In this study,the duplex TBC system(MCrAlY+7YSZ)were deposited onto 304 stainless steel substrate by APS.Four principal spraying parameters during the deposition of 7YSZ coating were optimized by using orthogonal experimental design,including the stand-off distance,plasma power,preheating temperature and powder feeding rate.Their influences on the coating's microstructure,adhesion and its mechanical properties were studied and the optimized parameters were finally obtained.The results showed that the dependence of the spraying parameters on the properties of 7YSZ coating is highly correlated to the melting condition of the in-flight particles.Li Hui,Wang Benpeng,Wei Qi,Ji Xiaojian,Li Zhuoxin College of Materials Science and Engineering,Beijing University and Technology,Beijing 100124,China 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:1
11Self-healable electroluminescent devices显示文摘Electroluminescent(EL)devices have been extensively integrated into multi-functionalized electronic systems in the role of the vitally constituent light-emitting part.However,the lifetime and reliability of EL devices are often severely restricted by concomitant damage,especially when the strain exceeds the mechanical withstanding limit.We report a self-healable EL device by adopting a modified self-healable polyacrylic acid hydrogel as the electrode and a selfhealable polyurethane as a phosphor host to realize the first omni-layer-healable light-emitting device.The physicochemical properties of each functionalized layer can be efficiently restored after experiencing substantial catastrophic damage.As a result,the luminescent performance of the self-healable EL devices is well recovered with a high healing efficiency(83.2%for 10 healing cycles at unfixed spots,and 57.7%for 20 healing cycles at a fixed spot).In addition,inter-device healing has also been developed to realize a conceptual“LEGO”-like assembly process at the device level for light-emitting devices.The design and realization of the self-healable EL devices may revive their performance and expand their lifetime even after undergoing a deadly cut.Our self-healable EL devices may serve as model systems for electroluminescent applications of the recently developed ionically conductive healable hydrogels and dielectric polymers.Guojin Liang Zhuoxin Liu Funian Mo Zijie Tang Hongfei Li Zifeng Wang Venkateshwarlu Sarangi Abhijit Pramanick Jun Fan Chunyi Zhi 2018Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1:0
12The ABA-induced NAC transcription factor MdNAC1 interacts with a bZIP-type transcription factor to promote anthocyanin synthesis in red-fleshed apples显示文摘Anthocyanins are valuable compounds in red-fleshed apples.The MdMYB10 transcription factor is an important regulator of the anthocyanin synthesis pathway.However,other transcription factors are key components of the complex network controlling anthocyanin synthesis and should be more thoroughly characterized.In this study,we used a yeast-based screening technology to identify MdNAC1 as a transcription factor that positively regulates anthocyanin synthesis.The overexpression of MdNAC1 in apple fruits and calli significantly promoted the accumulation of anthocyanins.In binding experiments,we demonstrated that MdNAC1 combines with the bZIP-type transcription factor MdbZIP23 to activate the transcription of MdMYB10 and MdUFGT.Our analyses also indicated that the expression of MdNAC1 is strongly induced by ABA because of the presence of an ABRE cis-acting element in its promoter.Additionally,the accumulation of anthocyanins in apple calli co-transformed with MdNAC1 and MdbZIP23 increased in the presence of ABA.Therefore,we revealed a novel anthocyanin synthesis mechanism involving the ABA-induced transcription factor MdNAC1 in red-fleshed apples.Wenjun Liu Zhuoxin Mei Lei Yu Tingting Gu Zhiqiang Li Qi Zou Shuhui Zhang Hongcheng Fang Yicheng Wang Zongying Zhang Xuesen Chen Nan Wang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,5:0
13Microstructural Characteristics and Heat Transfer of Flattened Millimeter-size Nickel Droplet显示文摘The splat is the fundamental unit of thermally sprayed coatings,which has been one of the hottest issues for decades.In order to study the splat formation,an experiment was designed and conducted,in which a millimeter-size nickel metal droplet fell freely and impacted on aluminum and stainless steel substrate.The microstructural characteristics of the splat and the heat conduction and solidification processes during the flattening process have been studied numerically and experimentally.The effect of the droplet temperature,impact velocity as well as the substrate temperature was investigated.The phenomenon of substrate melting was observed after the spreading of nickel droplet,which became more pronounced when the initial substrate temperature increased.Increasing the impact velocity of droplet resulted in a decrease in the interfacial temperature between droplet and substrate.Li Hui Wang Benpeng Wei Qi Li Zhuoxin 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:0
