1Protection against water or mud inrush in tunnels by grouting:A review显示文摘Grouting is a major method used to prevent water and mud inrush in tunnels and underground engineering.In this paper,the current situation of control and prevention of water and mud inrush is summarized and recent advances in relevant theories,grout/equipment,and critical techniques are introduced.The time-variant equations of grout viscosity at different volumetric ratios were obtained based on the constitutive relation of typical fast curing grouts.A large-scale dynamic grouting model testing system(4000 mm × 2000 mm × 5 mm) was developed,and the diffusions of cement and fast curing grouts in dynamic water grouting were investigated.The results reveal that the diffusions of cement grouts and fast curing grouts are U-shaped and asymmetric elliptical,respectively.A multiparameter real-time monitoring system(φ = 1.5 m,h = 1.2 m) was developed for the grouting process to study the diffusion and reinforcement mechanism of grouting in water-rich faulted zone.A high early strength cream-type reinforcing/plugging grout,a high permeability nano-scale silica gel grout,and a high-expansion filling grout were proposed for the control of water hazards in weak water-rich faulted zone rocks,water inrush in karst passages,and micro-crack water inrush,respectively.Complement technologies and equipment for industrial applications were also proposed.Additionally,a novel full-life periodic dynamic water grouting with the critical grouting borehole as the core was proposed.The key techniques for the control of water inrush in water-rich faulted zone,jointed fissures and karst passages,and micro-crack water inrush were developed.Shucai Li Rentai Liu Qingsong Zhang Xiao Zhang 2016Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2016,8,5:27
2Predicting geological hazards during tunnel construction显示文摘The complicated geological conditions and geological hazards are challenging problems during tunnel construction,which will cause great losses of life and property.Therefore,reliable prediction of geological defective features,such as faults,karst caves and groundwater,has important practical significances and theoretical values.In this paper,we presented the criteria for detecting typical geological anomalies using the tunnel seismic prediction(TSP) method.The ground penetrating radar(GPR) signal response to water-bearing structures was used for theoretical derivations.And the 3D tomography of the transient electromagnetic method(TEM) was used to develop an equivalent conductance method.Based on the improvement of a single prediction technique,we developed a technical system for reliable prediction of geological defective features by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of all prediction methods.The procedure of the application of this system was introduced in detail.For prediction,the selection of prediction methods is an important and challenging work.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was developed for prediction optimization.We applied the newly developed prediction system to several important projects in China,including Hurongxi highway,Jinping II hydropower station,and Kiaochow Bay subsea tunnel.The case studies show that the geological defective features can be successfully detected with good precision and efficiency,and the prediction system is proved to be an effective means to minimize the risks of geological hazards during tunnel construction.Shucai Li Shuchen Li Qingsong Zhang Yiguo Xue Bin Liu Maoxin Su Zhechao Wang Shugang Wang 2010Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2010,2,3:25

4A recording phase lag between ocean and continent climate changes: constrained by the Matuyama/Brunhes polarity boundary显示文摘The Matuyama/Brunhes polarity boundary (MBPB) is recorded in Chinese loess L8, which is associated with the glacial period. It is proved that loess L8 is capable of recording earth’s secular variation, and the lock-in depth in Chinese loess is no more than that of marine sediments. 5The efficiency and toxicity of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one in suppressing lithium-ion battery fire显示文摘Currently,the effective and clean suppression of lithium-ion battery(LIB)fires remains a challenge.The present work investigates the use of various inhibitor doses(Xin)of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3-one(C_(6) F_(12)O)in 300 Ah LIBs,and systematically examines the thermal and toxic hazards of the extinguished batteries via real scale combustion and gas analysis.The inhibitor is shown to be completely effective.The inhibition mechanism involves a combination of chemical inhibition and physical cooling.While the chemical inhibition effect tends to saturate with increasing Xin,the physical cooling remains effective at higher inhibitor doses.However,extinguishing the battery fire with a high Xin of C_(6)F_(12)O is found to incur serious toxicity problems.These results are expected to provide a guideline for the design of inhibitor doses for the suppression of LIB fires.Yujun Liu Kai Yang Mingjie Zhang Shi Li Fei Gao Qiangling Duan Jinhua Sun Qingsong Wang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2:10
6Lineage tracing of direct astrocyte-to-neuron conversion in the mouse cortex显示文摘Regenerating functional new neurons in the adult mammalian central nervous system has been proven to be very challenging due to the inability of neurons to divide and repopulate themselves after neuronal loss.Glial cells,on the other hand,can divide and repopulate themselves under injury or diseased conditions.We have previously reported that ectopic expression of NeuroD1 in dividing glial cells can directly convert them into neurons.Here,using astrocytic lineage-tracing reporter mice(Aldh1l1-CreERT2 mice crossing with Ai14 mice),we demonstrate that lineage-traced astrocytes can be successfully converted into NeuNpositive neurons after expressing NeuroD1 through adeno-associated viruses.Retroviral expression of NeuroD1 further confirms that dividing glial cells can be converted into neurons.Importantly,we demonstrate that for in vivo cell conversion study,using a safe level of adeno-associated virus dosage(10^10–10^12 gc/mL,1μL)in the rodent brain is critical to avoid artifacts caused by toxic dosage,such as that used in a recent bioRxiv study(2×10^13 gc/mL,1μL,mouse cortex).For therapeutic purpose under injury or diseased conditions,or for non-human primate studies,adeno-associated virus dosage needs to be optimized through a series of dose-finding experiments.Moreover,for future in vivo gliato-neuron conversion studies,we recommend that the adeno-associated virus results are further verified with retroviruses that mainly express transgenes in dividing glial cells in order to draw solid conclusions.The study was approved by the Laboratory Animal Ethics Committee of Jinan University,China(approval No.IACUC-20180330-06)on March 30,2018.Zongqin Xiang Liang Xu Minhui Liu Qingsong Wang Wen Li Wenliang Lei Gong Chen 2021Neural Regeneration Research2021,16,4:9
7Soybean AP1 homologs control flowering time and plant height显示文摘Flowering time and plant height are key agronomic traits that directly affect soybean(Glycine max)yield.APETALA1(AP1)functions as a class A gene in the ABCE model for floral organ development,helping to specify carpel,stamen,petal,and sepal identities.There are four AP1 homologs in soybean,all of which are mainly expressed in the shoot apex.Here,we used clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)–CRISPR-associated protein 9 technology to generate a homozygous quadruple mutant,gmap1,with loss-of-function mutations in all four GmAP1 genes.Under short-day(SD)conditions,the gmap1 quadruple mutant exhibited delayed flowering,changes in flower morphology,and increased node number and internode length,resulting in plants that were taller than the wild type.Conversely,overexpression of GmAP1a resulted in early flowering and reduced plant height compared to the wild type under SD conditions.The gmap1 mutant and the overexpression lines also exhibited altered expression of several genes related to flowering and gibberellic acid metabolism,thereby providing insight into the role of GmAP1 in the regulatory networks controlling flowering time and plant height in soybean.Increased node number is the trait with the most promise for enhancing soybean pod number and grain yield.Therefore,the mutant alleles of the four AP1 homologs described here will be invaluable for molecular breeding of improved soybean yield.Liyu Chen Haiyang Nan Lingping Kong Lin Yue Hui Yang Qingsong Zhao Chao Fang Haiyang Li Qun Cheng Sijia Lu Fanjiang Kong Baohui Liu Lidong Dong 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,12:9

9Transformative hyaluronic acid-based active targeting supramolecular nanoplatform improves long circulation and enhances cellular uptake in cancer therapy显示文摘Hyaluronic acid(HA) is a natural ligand of tumor-targeted drug delivery systems(DDS) due to the relevant CD44 receptor overexpressed on tumor cell membranes. However, other HA receptors(HARE and LYVE-1) are also overexpressing in the reticuloendothelial system(RES). Therefore,polyethylene glycol(PEG) modification of HA-based DDS is necessary to reduce RES capture.Unfortunately, pegylation remarkably inhibits tumor cellular uptake and endosomal escapement,significantly compromising the in vivo antitumor efficacy. Herein, we developed a Dox-loaded HA-based transformable supramolecular nanoplatform(Dox/HCVBP) to overcome this dilemma. Dox/HCVBP contains a tumor extracellular acidity-sensitive detachable PEG shell achieved by a benzoic imine linkage.The in vitro and in vivo investigations further demonstrated that Dox/HCVBP could be in a 'stealth' state at blood stream for a long circulation time due to the buried HA ligands and the minimized nonspecific interaction by PEG shell. However, it could transform into a 'recognition' state under the tumor acidic microenvironment for efficient tumor cellular uptake due to the direct exposure of active targeting ligand HA following PEG shell detachment. 10Selective laser melting of near-α titanium alloy Ti-6Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V:Parameter optimization, heat treatment and mechanical performance显示文摘This paper presents a comprehensive study conducted to optimize the selective laser melting(SLM)parameters and subsequent heat-treatment temperatures for near-α high-temperature titanium alloy Ti-6 Al-2 Zr-1 Mo-1 V(TA15),which is widely used in the aerospace industry.Based on the surface morphology and relative density analysis,the optimized process parameters were:laser power from 230 W to 380 W,scan speed from 675 mm/s to 800 mm/s,scan spacing of 0.12 mm,and layer thickness of0.03 mm.The effects of the laser power and the layer thickness on the phase constitutions,microstructure features,as well as room-temperature and high-temperature(500℃) tensile properties,were then studied to obtain an in-depth understanding of SLM-built TA15.Six typical temperatures(650,750,850,950,1000 and 1100℃) covering three representative temperature ranges,i.e.,martensite partial decomposition temperature range,martensite complete decomposition temperature range and above βtransus temperature,were subsequently selected as heat-treatment temperatures.The heat treatmentmicrostructure-mechanical property relationships of SLM-built TA15 were elucidated in detail.These results provide valuable information on the development of SLM-built TA15 alloy for industrial applications,and these findings are also beneficial to additive manufacturing of other near-α Ti alloys with desirable high-temperature properties.Chao Cai Xu Wu Wan Liu Wei Zhu Hui Chen Jasper Chu Dong Qiu Chen-Nan Sun Jie Liu Qingsong Wei Yusheng Shi 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,54,22:7
11Co-doping effects on magnetism and superconductivity in the 112-type EuFeAs2 system显示文摘The discovery of EuFeAs_(2),currently the only charge-neutral parent phase of the 112-type iron-pnictide system,provides a new platform for the study of elemental doping effects on magnetism and superconductivity(SC).In this study,a series of polycrystalline EuFe_(1-y)Co_(y)As_(2)and Eu_(0.9)Pr_(0.1)Fe_(1-y)Co_(y)As_(2)samples are synthesized through solid-state reaction,and the evolutions of SC and magnetism with Co doping in EuFeAs_(2)and Eu_(0.9)Pr_(0.1)FeAs_(2)are investigated by electrical transport and magnetic susceptibility measurements.For EuFe_(1-y)Co_(y)As_(2),the Eu-related antiferromagnetic(AFM)transition around 40 K is barely affected by Co doping,while the Fe-related spin density wave(SDW)transition temperature drops rapidly.Meanwhile,SC is induced by a trace amount of Co doping,with a highest transition temperature T_(c)~28 K found in EuFe0.9Co0.1As_(2).For the Eu_(0.9)Pr_(0.1)Fe1-yCo_(y)As_(2)series,the magnetism and superconductivity show similar evolutions upon Co doping,and the highest T_(c)is enhanced to 30.6 K with an optimum doping level y~0.07.Our results shed light on the competition between SC and SDW with Co doping in the 112-type EuFeAs_(2)system.Jia Yu Tong Liu BinBin Ruan Kang Zhao QingSong Yang MengHu Zhou ZhiAn Ren 2021Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,6:7
12Perovskite light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres for wearable LiFi communication显示文摘Light fidelity(LiFi),which is emerging as a compelling technology paradigm shifting the common means of highcapacity wireless communication technologies,requires wearable and full-duplex compact design because of its great significance in smart wearables as well as the‘Internet of Things’.However,the construction of the key component of wearable full-duplex LiFi,light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres,is still challenging because of the conflicting process between carrier separation and recombination,as well as the highly dynamic film-forming process.Here,we demonstrate light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres enabled by perovskite QDs with hybrid components.The hybrid perovskite inks endow fibres with super-smooth QD films.This,combined with the small exciton binding energy and high carrier mobility of perovskite QDs,enables successful integration of electroluminescence and photodetection into monofilaments.The bifunctional fibres possess the narrowest electroluminescence full width at half maximum of ~19 nm and,more importantly,the capability for simultaneously transmitting and receiving information.The successful fabrication of narrow emission full-duplex LiFi fibres paves the way for the fabrication and integration of low crosstalk interoperable smart wearables.Qingsong Shan Changting Wei Yan Jiang Jizhong Song Yousheng Zou Leimeng Xu Tao Fang Tiantian Wang Yuhui Dong Jiaxin Liu Boning Han Fengjuan Zhang Jiawei Chen Yongjin Wang Haibo Zeng 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:7

14Effects of uniconazole rate on agronomic traits and physiological indexes of rapeseed blanket seedling显示文摘Mechanized transplanting of rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)blanket seedling is an innovative cultivation technology.Cultivating high quality blanket seedling to ensure high survival rate of seedling after transplanting is the key of the technology.The effects of different uniconazole rates of 0,0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 mg/tray,spraying at one leaf and one heart stage,on selected agronomic traits,physiological indexes and survival rate of two rapeseed cultivars(‘Qinyou 100 and’Yangyou 90)were investigated in 2018 and 2019.Our results showed that the plant height decreased significantly with the increase of uniconazole rate.However,the collar diameter increased significantly with the increase of uniconazole rate up to 1.5 mg/tray,and the leaf area,dry weights of root and shoot increased with increased uniconazole rate up to 1.0 mg/tray.The root to shoot ratios,N concentrations of root and shoot with the uniconazole rates of 1.0 and 1.5 mg/tray were higher than those with other treatments.As uniconazole rate increasing,gibberellin(GA)and auxin(IAA)concentrations of root and shoot decreased,while abscisic acid(ABA)concentrations increased,and cytokinin(CTK)concentrations topped at uniconazole rate of 1.0 mg/tray and decreased thereafter.The seedling survival rates with 1.0 and 1.5 mg/tray were greatly higher than those in other treatments.Regression analysis suggested plant survival rate was positively related to CTK concentrations and negatively to GA concentrations of root and shoot.To achieve high survival rate after mechanized transplanting,our study revealed that the uniconazole applied at a rate of 1.0 mg/tray was recommended as the best,followed by 1.5 mg/tray.The findings would help to enhance qualities of rapeseed blanket seedling and to promote popularization of mechanized transplanting of rapeseed production.Qingsong Zuo Long Wang Jingdong Zheng Jingjing You Guang Yang Suohu Leng Jingyi Liu 2020Oil Crop Science2020,5,4:5
15Nitrogen and phosphorus balance analysis of cultivated land in Jiangsu plain,China显示文摘Jiangsu plain is located along the downstream of the Yangtze River, the north part of which is also the coast area of the Yellow Sea. The specific location makes the local environmental issues regionally important. This paper studied arable land area, plantation structure, livestock sector data, which shows that livestock sector contributes a big amount of nitrogen and phosphorus, in terms of the demand from the agriculture use in Jiangsu plain. But actually, there is still much mineral fertiliser used in agriculture, which causes the N and P produced from livestock sector being an important source of pollution to the environment. 16Influence of fault geometry and fault interaction on strain partitioning within western Sichuan and its adjacent region显示文摘There are several major active fault zones in the western Sichuan and its vicinity. Slip rates and seismicity vary on different fault zones. For example, slip rates on the Xianshuihe fault zone are higher than 10 mm/a. Its seismicity is also intense. Slip rates on the Longmenshan fault zone are low. However, Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake occurred on this fault zone in 2008. Here we study the impact of fault geometry on strain partitioning in the western Sichuan region using a three-dimensional viscoe- lastoplastic model. We conclude that the slip partitioning on the Xianshuihe-Xiaojiang fault presents as segmented, and it is related to fault geometry and fault structure. Slip rate is high on fault segment with simple geometry and structure, and vice versa. Strain rate outside the fault is localized around the fault segment with complex geometry and fault structure. Strain partitioning on the central section of the Xianshuihe-Xiaojiang fault zone is influenced by the interaction between the Anninghe-Zemuhe fault and the Daliangshan fault zone. Striking of the Longmenshan fault zone is nearly orthogonal to the direction of eastward extrusion in the Tibetan Plateau. 17Identification of the thick-layer greigite in sediments of the South Yellow Sea and its geological significances显示文摘Magnetic minerals in sediments of the continental shelf are sensitive to environmental changes.Therefore,to determine the exact phases of magnetic minerals is the prerequisite to investigate the paleoenvironmental significances.In this study,a comprehensive rock magnetic investigation,coupled with mineralogical studies,was carried out on the long core NHH01(with a length of 125.64 m)from the central continental shelf of the South Yellow Sea.Single-domain greigite was identified as the dominant magnetic carrier in sediments between44.90 and 51.80 m,and terrigenous magnetite is the major magnetic phase in the adjacent layers.The existence of greigite unambiguously indicates an anoxic environment.We tentatively interpreted that such an environment could be formed by the fast sea level changes,long-existing of the cold eddies during warm stages,or in a lake which might be related to locally tectonic uplifting.Therefore,the occurrence of the thick-layer greigite could supply a new perspective to paleoenvironmental or even tectonic studies.Jianxing Liu Xuefa Shi Shulan Ge Qingsong Liu Zhengquan Yao Gang Yang 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,22:5
18A New Method Based on Association Rules Mining and Geo-filter for Mining Spatial Association Knowledge显示文摘Association rule mining methods, as a set of important data mining tools, could be used for mining spatial association rules of spatial data. However, applications of these methods are limited for mining results containing large number of redundant rules. In this paper, a new method named Geo-Filtered Association Rules Mining(GFARM) is proposed to effectively eliminate the redundant rules. An application of GFARM is performed as a case study in which association rules are discovered between building land distribution and potential driving factors in Wuhan, China from 1995 to 2015. Ten sets of regular sampling grids with different sizes are used for detecting the influence of multi-scales on GFARM. Results show that the proposed method can filter 50%–70% of redundant rules. 20Oxygen Isotope Clue to Migration of Dolomitizing Fluid as Exampled by the Changxing Formation Dolomite at Panlongdong, Northeastern Sichuan显示文摘The Upper Permian Changxing dolomite reservoirs serves as one of the most important gas and oil reservoirs in the NE Sichuan Basin. Determining the dolomitizing fluid's pathway is regarded as the key to solve the 'dolomite problem' and further petroleum exploration. Outcrop samples from Upper Permian Changhsingian Panlongdong Section were studied using oxygen isotopic analysis, cathodoluminescence(CL) and major element analysis, in an attempt to determine the migration path way and properties of the dolomitizing fluid. Of the Changxing dolomite, the δ18O values ranged from-3.494‰ to-5.481‰, which decreased from the top layer to the bottom in the section; the MgO contents varied from 9.24% to 21.43%, CaO contents from 28.65% to 39.87%, the CaO/MgO ratio from 1.40 to 4.31 and the Mn O contents from 0.004% to 0.009 8%. The Mg O contents showed a downwardly decreasing trend in the section, while the Ca O/Mg O showed an opposite rule. All of the dolomites looked dull or dark when they were exposed to the electron beam of the cathodoluminescence device. None of the fine-to medium grained dolomite showed a banded structure. Given that dolomitizing fluid's salinity decreased during the dolomitization process in its pathway, we concluded that the dolomitizing fluid migrated downwardly in Changxing Formation after excluding the possibility of deep burial or meteoric-marine mixing-water influences. As the dolomitizing fluid's pathway has always been difficult to be determined in highly dolomitized Formation, this study showed an important application of oxygen isotope values in resolving this problem.Rui Zhao Yasheng Wu Hongxia Jiang Qingsong Liu 2017Journal of Earth Science2017,28,2:4
