| 1 | Time-Domain Analysis of Underground Station-Layered Soil Interaction Based on High-Order Doubly Asymptotic Transmitting Boundary显示文摘Based on the modified scale boundary finite element method and continued fraction solution,a high-order doubly asymptotic transmitting boundary(DATB)is derived and extended to the simulation of vector wave propagation in complex layered soils.The high-order DATB converges rapidly to the exact solution throughout the entire frequency range and its formulation is local in the time domain,possessing high accuracy and good efficiency.Combining with finite element method,a coupled model is constructed for time-domain analysis of underground station-layered soil interaction.The coupled model is divided into the near and far field by the truncated boundary,of which the near field is modelled by FEM while the far field is modelled by the high-order DATB.The coupled model is implemented in an open source finite element software,OpenSees,in which the DATB is employed as a super element.Numerical examples demonstrate that results of the coupled model are stable,accurate and efficient compared with those of the extended mesh model and the viscous-spring boundary model.Besides,it has also shown the fitness for long-time seismic response analysis of underground station-layered soil interaction.Therefore,it is believed that the coupled model could provide a new approach for seismic analysis of underground station-layered soil interaction and could be further developed for engineering. | Tingjin Liu Siyuan Zheng Xinwei Tang Yichao Gao | 2019 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2019,,9: | 2 |
| 2 | Occurrence,removal,and environmental risks of pharmaceuticals in wastewater treatment plants in south China显示文摘Pharmaceutically active compounds in wastewater released from human consumption have received considerable attention because of their possible risks for aquatic environments.In this study,the occurrence and removal of 10 pharmaceuticals in three municipal wastewater treatment plants in southern China were investigated and the environmental risks they posed were assessed.Nifedipine, atenolol,metoprolol,valsartan and pravastatin were detected in the influent wastewater.The highest average concentration in the inftuents was observed for metoprolol (164.6ng/L),followed by valsartan (120.3ng/L)in August,while median concentrations were higher in November than in August.The total average daily mass loadings of the pharmaceuticals in the three plants were 289.52μg/d/person, 430.46μg/d/person and 368.67μg/d/person,respectively.Elimination in the treatment plants studied was incomplete,with metoprolol levels increasing during biological treatment.Biological treatment was the most effective step for PhACs removal in all of the plants studied.Moreover,the removal of PhACs was observed with higher effieiencies in August than in November.The WWTP equipped with an Unitank process exhibited similar removals of most PhACs as other WWTPs equipped with an anoxic/oxic (A/O)process or various anaerobic-anoxic-oxic (A^2/O)process.The environmental risk assessment concluded that all of the single PhAC in the effluents displayed a low risk (RQ <0.1)to the aquatic environments. | Huang Huang Jie Wu Jian Ye Tingjin Ye Jia Deng Yongmei Liang Wei Liu | 2018 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2018,12,6: | 2 |
| 3 | The dependence of cumulative ^(238)U(n,f) fission yield on incident-neutron energy显示文摘This work is aim at studying the dependence of fission yields on incident neutron energy, so as to produce evaluated yield sets of the energy dependence. Experimental data at different neutron energies for gas fission products 85m,87,88Kr and 138Xe resulting from the 238U(n, f) reaction are processed using codes AVERAGE for weighed average and ZOTT for simultaneous evaluation. Energy dependence of the cumulative fission product yields on the incident neutron is presented. The evaluated curve of product yield is compared with the results calculated by the TALYS-0.64 code. The present evaluation is consistent with other main libraries in error permission. The fit curve of 87,88Kr can be recommended to predict the unmeasured fission yields. | 5 | The role of DNA methylation in the maintenance of phenotypic variation induced by grafting chimerism in Brassica显示文摘Grafting facilitates the interaction between heterologous cells with different genomes,resulting in abundant phenotypic variation,which provides opportunities for crop improvement.However,how grafting-induced variation occurs and is transmitted to progeny remains elusive.A graft chimera,especially a periclinal chimera,which has genetically distinct cell layers throughout the plant,is an excellent model to probe the molecular mechanisms of grafting-induced variation maintenance.Here we regenerated a plant from the T-cell layer of a periclinal chimera,TCC(where the apical meristem was artificially divided into three cell layers–from outside to inside,L1,L2,and L3;T=Tuber mustard,C=red Cabbage),named rTTT0(r=regenerated).Compared with the control(rsTTT,s=self-grafted),rTTT0 had multiple phenotypic variations,especially leaf shape variation,which could be maintained in sexual progeny.Transcriptomes were analyzed and 58 phenotypic variation-associated genes were identified.Whole-genome bisulfite sequencing analyses revealed that the methylome of rTTT0 was changed,and the CG methylation level was significantly increased by 8.74%.In rTTT0,the coding gene bodies are hypermethylated in the CG context,while their promoter regions are hypomethylated in the non-CG context.DNA methylation changes in the leaf shape variation-associated coding genes,ARF10,IAA20,ROF1,and TPR2,were maintained for five generations of rTTT0.Interestingly,grafting chimerism also affected transcription of the microRNA gene(MIR),among which the DNA methylation levels of the promoters of three MIRs associated with leaf shape variation were changed in rTTT0,and the DNA methylation modification of MIR319 was maintained to the fifth generation of selfed progeny of rTTT0(rTTT5).These findings demonstrate that DNA methylation of coding and non-coding genes plays an important role in heterologous cell interaction-induced variation formation and its transgenerational inheritance. | Ke Liu Tingjin Wang Duohong Xiao Bin Liu Yang Yang Kexin Xu Zhenyu Qi Yan Wang Junxing Li Xun Xiang Lu Yuan Liping Chen | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,3: | 0 |

| 7 | Warming‑induced changes of broccoli head to cauliflower‑like curd in Brassica oleracea are regulated by DNA methylation as revealed by methylome and transcriptome co‑profiling显示文摘Increasingly warming temperature impacts on all aspects of growth and development in plants.Flower development is a complex process that is very sensitive to ambient temperature,and warming temperatures often lead to abnor-mal flower development and remarkably reduce the quality and yield of inflorescent vegetables and many other crops,which can be exemplified by Brassica oleracea cv.Green Harmony F1,a broccoli cultivar,whose floral develop-ment is ceased at inflorescence meristem(at 28℃)or floral primordium stage(at 22℃),forming a cauliflower-like curd(28℃)or intermediate curd(22℃)instead of normal broccoli head at 16℃.However,the underlying molecular regulatory mechanisms are not well understood.Here we report that warming temperature(28℃ or 22℃)induced hypermethylation of the genome,especially the promoter regions of such sets of genes as ribosome biogenesis-related and others,leading to the suppression of the apex-highly-expressed distinctive genes,subsequently resulting in the abnormal floral development,as revealed by methylome and transcriptome co-profiling.The regulation of warming-induced abnormal floral development in broccoli was further verified by the fact that the DNA methylation inhibitor 5-azacytidine(5-azaC)released the expression of genes from the warming temperature-induced suppres-sion,and restored the broccoli development to normalcy at warming temperature.The research provided new approaches to breeding broccoli and other crops for growing in wider or warmer temperature zones. | Zilei Yao Lu Yuan Ke Liu Tingjin Wang Bin Liu Yan Zhao Susheng Gan Liping Chen | 2022 | Molecular Horticulture2022,2,1: | 0 |
| 8 | Fission Yield Data Systematics for^(238)U显示文摘Based on the mass distribution data up to 200 MeV measured by Zoller with kinetic energy method (corrected), the systematics on dependence of chain yield on incident neutron energy for each mass number A with a linear and quadric function was studied. And also the systematics of mass distribution on mass A and incident neutron energy was investigated by using 5 (or 3 ) Gaussian model. A code of nonlinear squared least method was developed and the parameters were deduced by fitting the experimental data. The calculated results with the parameters obtained could reproduce the experimental data used well. But comparisons with the data measured by radiochemistry method show some systematical difference.
