1Medium Optimization for Antifungal Active Substance Production from Streptomyces Lydicus Using Response Surface Methodology显示文摘Response surface methodology was used to optimize the medium for antifungal active substance production from Streptomyces lydicus E12 in flask cultivation.Initially,the component factors,which influence antifungal substance production,were studied by varying one factor at a time.Starch,soybean cake powder,K_2HPO_4·3H_2O and MgSO_4·7H_2O were found to have a significant effect on the production of antifungal substances by the traditional design.Then,a Box-Behnken design was applied for further optimization.A quadratic model was found to fit antifungal active substance production.The analysis revealed that the optimum values of the tested variable were starch 84.96 g/L,soybean cake powder 4.13 g/L,glucose 5 g/L,MgSO_4·7H_2O 1.23 g/L,K_2HPO_4·3H_2O2.14 g/L and NaCl 0.5 g/L.The test result of 67.44%antifungal inhibition agreed with the prediction and increased by 14.28%in comparison with the basal medium.Yan Zhao Yingquan Liang Lei Liu Jingsheng Cheng Yingjin Yuan 2017Transactions of Tianjin University2017,23,1:5
2Advances in organic field-effect transistors and integrated circuits显示文摘Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) have received significant research interest because of their promising applications in low cast, lager area, plastic circuits, and tremendous progress has been made in materials, device performance, OFETs based circuits in recent years. 33D printing of high-performance micro-supercapacitors with patterned exfoliated graphene/carbon nanotube/silver nanowire electrodes显示文摘Micro-supercapacitors(MSCs)show great potential as on-chip energy storage devices for portable electronics.The major flaw of thin-film MSCs is their low energy density.To improve the energy density,thicker electrodes are required.However,the fabrication of MSCs with thick electrodes remains a challenge.In this work,a novel 3D printing method is employed to fabricate high-performance MSCs with interdigitated exfoliated graphene(EG)/carbon nanotube(CNT)/silver nanowire(Ag NW)electrodes.The nanowelding of Ag NW junction plays a critical role in the realization of 3D printing.To enhance the electrochemical performances of EG,phosphorus atoms are incorporated into the carbon framework with 1.7 at%.The areal capacitance of the 3D printed MSC is 21.6 mF cm^(-2)at a scan rate of 0.01 V s^(-1).The areal energy density of the MSC ranges from 0.5 to 2μWh cm^(-2)with a maximum power density of 2.5 mW cm^(-2).LIU Lang LU JunYong LONG XinLin ZHOU Ren LIU YingQuan WU YiTing YAN KangWei 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,5:4

5Performance of industrial dough mixers and its effects on noodle quality显示文摘The effects of different types of industrialized dough mixing units on the characteristics of noodle dough and noodle quality were investigated.The study involved four mixing units,including two horizontal mixers with double shafts and two continuous high-speed mixers.Of the four mixing modes,mixing mode I,which used a horizontal pin-mixer with a constant mixing speed,provided the worst performance.This finding was indicated by worse mixing uniformity and noodle quality,larger-sized dough crumbs,lower hardness and chewiness of cooked noodles,and lower sensory scores of both color and elasticity.Mixing mode II,which used a horizontal mixer with angled,large surface-area blades and adjustable-speed mixing,gave the best performance.The flour hydration was observed to be even,and smaller even-sized dough crumbs were formed.During boiling of the dried noodles,there was lower water uptake,less cooking loss,and the cooked noodles showed better stickiness scores with higher hardness and chewiness of TPA compared to the other mixing modes.Mixing mode III involved a vertical continuous high-speed mixer with a speed of 970 r/min and had better mixing uniformity compared to mixing mode IV,which involved a horizontal high-speed mixer and a higher mixing speed of 1440 r/min.No single mixer performed best over all three flours.Therefore,the final choice of mixing modes should be based on the major flour type used by the noodle manufacturer.Liu Rui Wei Yimin Lu Yangyang Xing Yanan Zhang Yingquan 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,1:0

7Theoretical model of lithium iron phosphate power battery under high-rate discharging for electromagnetic launch显示文摘Due to the large error of the traditional battery theoretical model during large-rate discharge for electromagnetic launch,the Shepherd derivative model considering the factors of the pulse cycle condition,temperature,and life is proposed by the Naval University of Engineering.The discharge rate of traditional lithium-ion batteries does not exceed 10C,while that for electromagnetic launch reaches 60C.The continuous pulse cycle condition of ultra-large discharging rate causes many unique electrochemical reactions inside the cells.The traditional model cannot accurately describe the discharge characteristics of the battery.The accurate battery theoretical model is an important basis for system efficiency calculation,precise discharge control,and remaining capacity prediction.To this purpose,an experimental platform for electromagnetic launch is built,and discharge characteristics of the battery under different rate,temperature,and life decay are measured.Through the experimental test and analysis,the reason that the traditional model cannot accurately characterize the large-rate discharge process is analyzed.And a novel battery theoretical model is designed with the help of genetic algorithm,which is integrated with the electromagnetic launch topology.Numerical simulation is compared with the experimental results,which verifies the modeling accuracy for the large-rate discharge.On this basis,a variety of discharge conditions are applied to test the applicability of the model,resulting in better results.Finally,with the continuous cycle-pulse condition in the electromagnetic launch system,the stability and accuracy of the model are confirmed.Ren Zhou Junyong Lu Xinlin Long Yiting Wu Lang Liu Yingquan Liu 2021International Journal of Mechanical System Dynamics2021,1,2:0
