1Self-Assembled Silane Film and Silver Nanoparticles Coating on Magnesium Alloys for Corrosion Resistance and Antibacterial Applications显示文摘Contamination resulting from microbial adhesion on magnesium alloys is very common in many applications.Self-assembly technology was employed to prepare an antibacterial composite coating by fixing silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)onto the surface of magnesium alloys.The AgNPs were immobilized on the surface of3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(APTMS)-modified magnesium alloy AZ31(APTMS/Mg)through electrostatic inter-attraction between partially protonated amino groups and negatively charged citrate-capped AgNPs,resulting in the AgNPs attached APTMS/Mg(AgNPs/APTMS/Mg)substrate.The prepared Ag colloid and functionalized AZ31 alloy were characterized by ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis)spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and electrochemical methods.Finally,the bactericidal activity of AgNPs/APTMS/Mg substrate against Escherichia coli was assessed by the inhibition zone.The results demonstrated that Si-O-Si covalent bonds existed on the substrate with the formation of inorganic Si-O-Mg bonds.AgNPs were immobilized and well-dispersed,forming a uniform submonolayer on the silane film in two dimensions.The AgNPs/APTMS-pretreated AZ31 alloys exhibited better corrosion resistance and excellent antibacterial performance.Rongchang ZENG Lijun LIU Shuoqi LI Yuhong ZOU Fen ZHANG Yanan YANG Hongzhi CUI En-hou HAN 2013Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,6:8
2Recyclable bifunctional aluminum salen catalyst for CO2 fixation:the efficient formation of five-membered heterocyclic compounds显示文摘A variety of unique Al(salen) complexes functionalized by imidazolium-based ionic liquid(IL) moieties with the salen ligand at the two sides of 3,3′-position have been successfully prepared, rather than familiar 5,5′-position reported previously.The catalytic activity obtained by these bifunctional catalysts could be superior to those of the binary type catalysts in the formation of five-membered heterocyclic compounds from the cycloaddition reaction of CO_2 and three-membered heterocyclic compounds(including terminal epoxides and N-substituted aziridines), presumably due to the distinguished intramolecularly synergistic catalysis, which might lead to perform the cycloaddition reaction at ambient conditions and retain excellent yield and unprecedented chemo-or regioselectivity. Moreover, the polyether-based trifunctional Al(salen) catalysts with the best catalytic performance could be regenerated and reused at least eight times without any obvious decreases in catalytic activity. 5基于凝集素基因对部分隐孢子虫种类的分子鉴定显示文摘目的为了解隐孢子虫凝集素基因在不同分离株的序列差异及其遗传进化关系,以SSU rRNA基因作参照,评价Lectin基因位点作为隐孢子虫基因分型和进化关系分析的可行性。方法采用巢式PCR,分别在Lectin和SSU rRNA位点处对本实验室分离保存的多个隐孢子虫分离株进行PCR的扩增。用Clustalx对扩增序列与参考序列进行比对,用MEGA5中的邻近法(Neighbor joining method NJ),进行进化树的构建。结果基于Lectin基因位点,在C.parvum、C.hominis、C.cuniculus及其在SSU rRNA处与人源C.hominis极为相近的horse genotype、驴源C.hominis均成功扩增出了大小在450bp左右的目的条带,并进行了进化树的分析,不同种类和同种不同动物来源的隐孢子虫分布在不同的分支上。结论 Lectin基因位点可很好的区分SSU rRNA序列极为相似的几种隐孢子虫,有望为人兽共患隐孢子虫分类和遗传研究提供新的基因靶标。刘珍珍 胡苏辉 张璐 陈凯丽 张龙现 宁长申 菅复春 Rongchang YANG 2018中国人兽共患病学报2018,34,4:1
6Control of an Intermittent Outbreak Caused by an Emerging Pandrug-Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii Clone ST457 in a Tertiary Hospital显示文摘Acinetobacter baumannii is a frequent cause of nosocomial infections.Here we report an intermittent outbreak caused by the emerging carbapenem-resistant A.baumannii(CRAB)clone ST457 and assess the effectiveness of patient screening for outbreak control.CRAB isolates were collected from 74 patients admitted to the respiratory intensive care unit of a tertiary hospital between May 2018 and March 2019.Fourteen CRAB isolates were assigned to ST457,and 13 belonged to an outbreak clone,as determined by phylogenomic analysis.Strict patient screening was started at the respiratory intensive care unit on May 2019,through which a ST457-positive patient transferred from the intensive care unit was detected.No positive patients were detected within 3months onwards.The results of this study highlight the importance of rigorous infection prevention and control measures,combined with patient screening,in controlling the CRAB outbreak.Chuqiu Zhang Tingting Xu Yang Ji Wenping Zheng Jingsong Wu Yuemei Lu Huiping Li Rongchang Chen Chen Qiu Kai Zhou 2021Infectious Microbes & Diseases2021,3,4:1

9Binding of vanadium compounds perturbs conformation and aggregation state of insulin显示文摘The interactions between zinc-free insulin and vanadium compounds, NaVO3, VO(acac)2 and VO(ma)2, have been investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy, circular dichroism (CD) and Fourier-transformed infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. The results showed that binding of vanadium compounds produced a static quenching of the intrinsic fluorescence of insulin. The apparent association constants were determined to be (0.17±0.01)×104 L*mol-1 for NaVO3, (2.8±0.2)×104 L*mol-1 for VO(acac)2, and (4.0±0.1)×104 L*mol-1 for VO(ma)2, respectively. The light scattering intensity of insulin decreased upon incubation with the vanadium compounds, suggesting the disaggregation of insulin. The attenuation of the band at 273 nm of insulin CD spectra also supported the disaggregation of insulin observed above. A new band at 1650~1653 cm-1 appeared in the FT-IR spectra of insulin upon incubation with the vanadium compounds, indicating the formation of an α-helix structure at B (9-19) motif. This α-helix structure suggests a structural change of insulin from an extended conformation (T state) to a helical conformation (R state), which is essential for binding of insulin to its receptor. In conclusion, binding of vanadium compounds results in conformational changes and disaggregation of insulin.
