2Thermal–structure coupling analysis and multi-objective optimization of motor rotor in MSPMSM显示文摘With the high speed, the rotor of magnetically suspended permanent magnet synchronous motor(MSPMSM) suffers great thermal stress and mechanical stress resulting from the temperature rise problem caused by rotor losses, which leads to instability and inefficiency.In this paper, the mechanical–temperature field coupling analysis is conducted to analyze the relationship between the temperature field and structure, and multi-objective optimization of a rotor is performed to improve the design reliability and efficiency. Firstly, the temperature field is calculated by the 2 D finite element model of MSPMSM and the method of applying the 2 D temperature result to the 3 D finite element model of the motor rotor equivalently is proposed. Then the thermal–structure coupling analysis is processed through mathematic method and finite element method(FEM),in which the 3 D finite element model is established precisely in a way and approaches the practical operation state further. Moreover, the impact produced by the temperature and structure on the mechanical strength is analyzed in detail. Finally, the optimization mathematical model of the motor rotor is established with Sequential Quadratic Programming-NLPQL selected in the optimization scheme. 4Powder metallurgical Ti-Mg metal-metal composites facilitate osteoconduction and osseointegration for orthopedic application显示文摘In this work,TieMg metal-metal composites(MMCs)were successfully fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS).In vitro,the proliferation and differentiation of SaOS-2 cells in response to TieMg metal-metal composites(MMCs)were investigated.In vivo,a rat model with femur condyle defect was employed,and TieMg MMCs implants were embedded into the femur condyles.Results showed that TieMg MMCs exhibited enhanced cytocompatibility to SaOS-2 cells than pure Ti.The micro-computed tomography(Micro-CT)results showed that the volume of bone trabecula was significantly more abundant around TieMg implants than around Ti implants,indicating that more active new-bone formed around TieMg MMCs implants.Hematoxylin-eosin(H&E)staining analysis revealed significantly greater osteointegration around TieMg implants than that around Ti implants.Sihui Ouyang Qianli Huang Yong Liu Zhengxiao Ouyang Luxin Liang 2019Bioactive Materials2019,4,1:4

8Genetically-encoded voltage indicators显示文摘A holy grail in neuroscience is to understand how brain functions arise from neural network-level electrical activities. Voltage imaging allows for the direct visualization of electrical signaling at high spatial and temporal resolutions across a large neuronal population. Central to this technique is a palette of genetically-encoded fluorescent probes with fast and sensitive voltage responses. In this review, we chronicle the development and applications of genetically-encoded voltage indicators(GEVIs) over the past two decades, with a primary focus on the structural design that harness the power of fluctuating transmembrane electric fields. 17Combustion synthesis of radioactive waste immobilization显示文摘Using chromium oxide (CrO3) as an oxidant, the immobilization of simulating radioactive waste in perovskite (CaTiO3) structure by a combustion synthesis (CS) method was tested. The products were characterized by Archimedes liq-uid displacement technique, microhardness technique, X-ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy.
