| 3 | Hd1,Ghd7,and DTH8 synergistically determine the rice heading date and yield-related agronomic traits显示文摘Heading date determines the seasonal and regional adaptation of rice(Oryza sativa L.)varieties and is mainly controlled by photoperiod sensitivity(PS).The core heading date genes Hd1,Ghd7,DTH8,and PRR37 act synergistically in regulating the PS.In this study,we systematically analyze the heading date,PS,and agronomic traits of eight homozygous lines with various combinations of Hd1,Ghd7,and DTH8 alleles in the prr37 background under long-day(LD)and short-day(SD)conditions,respectively.We find that Hd1 alone promotes heading,regardless of the day length.However,under LDs,Hd1 suppresses flowering,in coordination with functional Ghd7 or with Ghd7 and DTH8.These loci cooperate to negatively regulate the Ehd1-Hd3 a/RFT1 pathway and delay heading.Under SDs,Hd1 competes with various heading suppressors to promote heading.Therefore,the dual function of Hd1 is vital for PS.The lines carrying Hd1 alone show reduced plant height with fewer primary and secondary branches in panicles.Lines carrying Ghd7 and DTH8(with hd1)show delayed heading and improve agronomic traits.Overall,our results reveal the regulation of rice PS flowering by the core heading date genes and their effects on agronomic traits,providing valuable information for the selection of rice varieties for adaptation to different light and temperature conditions. | Kangli Sun Minghui Huang Wubei Zong Dongdong Xiao Chen Lei Yanqiu Luo Yingang Song Shengting Li Yu Hao Wanni Luo Bingqun Xu Xiaotong Guo Guangliang Wei Letian Chen Yao-Guang Liu Jingxin Guo | 2022 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,5: | 4 |

| 5 | Cross-scene passive human activity recognition using commodity WiFi显示文摘With the development of the Internet of Things(IoT)and the popularization of commercial WiFi,researchers have begun to use commercial WiFi for human activity recognition in the past decade.However,cross-scene activity recognition is still difficult due to the different distribution of samples in different scenes.To solve this problem,we try to build a cross-scene activity recognition system based on commercial WiFi.Firstly,we use commercial WiFi devices to collect channel state information(CSI)data and use the Bi-directional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)network to train the activity recognition model.Then,we use the transfer learning mechanism to transfer the model to fit another scene.Finally,we conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of our system,and the experimental results verify the accuracy and robustness of our proposed system.For the source scene,the accuracy of the model trained from scratch can achieve over 90%.After transfer learning,the accuracy of cross-scene activity recognition in the target scene can still reach 90%. | Yuanrun FANG Fu XIAO Biyun SHENG Letian SHA Lijuan SUN | 2022 | Frontiers of Computer Science2022,16,1: | 1 |
| 6 | Elodexanthones A—J, Isoprenylated Xanthone Derivatives with Diverse Skeletons and Bioactivities from Hypericum elodeoides显示文摘Elodexanthones A—J (1—10), two pairs of rearranged isoprenylated xanthone enantiomers with an unprecedent 6/6/5/6 tetracyclic core (1—2) along with seven new isoprenylated xanthones (3—9) and a pair of phenylpropanoid xanthones (10), were purified and enantio-separated from the whole plant of Hypericum elodeoides. Their structures including absolute configurations were characterized by the comprehensive analysis of NMR, HRESIMS, NMR calculations, and ECD calculations. Through Bayer-Villiger oxidation, Claisen condensation and electrophilic addition, the rearranged skeletons of elodexanthones A—B (1—2) were generated from isoprenylated xanthone precursors. | 12 | Unraveling the Effect of Stacking Configurations on Charge Transfer in WS_(2) and Organic Semiconductor Heterojunctions显示文摘Photoinduced interfacial charge transfer plays a critical role in energy conversion involving van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures constructed of inorganic nanostructures and organic materials.However,the effect of molecular stacking configurations on charge transfer dynamics is less understood.In this study,we demonstrated the tunability of interfacial charge separation in a type-Ⅱ heterojunction between monolayer(ML)WS_(2) and an organic semiconducting molecule[2-(3″′,4′-dimethyl-[2,2′:5′,2′:5″,2″′-quaterthiophen]-5-yl)ethan-1-ammonium halide(4Tm)]by rational design of relative stacking configurations.The assembly between ML-WS_(2) and the 4Tm molecule forms a face-to-face stacking when 4Tm molecules are in a selfaggregation state.In contrast,a face-to-edge stacking is observed when 4Tm molecule is incorporated into a 2D organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite lattice.The face-to-face stacking was proved to be more favorable for hole transfer from WS_(2) to 4Tm and led to interlayer excitons(IEs)emission.Transient absorption measurements show that the hole transfer occurs on a time scale of 150 fs.On the other hand,the face-to-edge stacking resulted in much slower hole transfer without formation of IEs.This inefficient hole transfer occurs on a similar time scale as A exciton recombination in WS_(2),leading to the formation of negative trions.These investigations offer important fundamental insights into the charge transfer processes at organic−inorganic interfaces. | Shuchen Zhang Dewei Sun Jiaonan Sun Ke Ma Zitang Wei Jee Yung Park Aidan H.Coffey Chenhui Zhu Letian Dou Libai Huang | 2023 | Precision Chemistry2023,1,7: | 0 |
| 13 | Remarkable mechanochromism and force-induced thermally activated delayed fluorescence enhancement from white-light-emitting organic luminogens with aggregation-induced emission显示文摘The development of organic materials with white-light emission and thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)properties in the solid state remain a challenge.Herein,a series of white-light-emitting organic luminogens have been developed and are found to show aggregation-induced delayed fluorescence(AIDF)characteristics.The AIDF emitters present dual-emission consisted of prompt fluorescence and TADF in the crystalline state.Their white-light emissions can be easily tuned by altering the chemical structure and connecting position of the heterocyclic aromatic substituent.Under the stimuli of mechanical force and solvent vapor,the compounds exhibit remarkable and reversible mechanochromism,in which their emission colors are switchable between white and yellow.Upon grinding,they also display linearly tunable luminescence colors,as well as force-induced TADF enhancement,which may be associated with the more compact molecular packing and the restriction of intramolecular motions.The results from time-resolved emission scanning and theoretical calculation suggest that the dual-emission of the AIDF luminogens likely results from the twisted intramolecular charge transfer transitions of the molecules,and the reversible mechanochromism properties probably stem from the interconversion of the quasi-axial and the quasi-equatorial conformations. | Yitao Zheng Lingqi Zuo Letian Zhang Zihao Huang Shufeng Li Zhan Yang Zhu Mao Suilian Luo Cong Liu Fengqiang Sun Guang Shi Zhenguo Chi Bingjia Xu | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,10: | 0 |
