| 2 | Reinforcement learning based energy efficient robot relay for unmanned aerial vehicles against smart jamming显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)with limited energy resources,severe path loss,and shadowing to the ground base stations are vulnerable to smart jammers that aim to degrade the UAV communication performance and exhaust the UAV energy.The UAV anti-jamming communication performance,such as the outage probability,degrades if the robot relay is not aware of the jamming policies and the UAV network topology.In this paper,we propose a robot relay scheme for UAVs against smart jamming,which combines reinforcement learning with a function approximation approach named tile coding,to jointly optimize the robot moving distance and relay power with the unknown jamming channel states and locations.The robot mobility and relay policy are chosen based on the received jamming power,the robot received signal quality,location and energy consumption,and the bit error rate of the UAV messages.We also present a deep reinforcement learning version for the robot with sufficient computing resources.It uses three deep neural networks to choose the robot mobility and relay policy with reduced sample complexity,so as to avoid exploring dangerous policies that lead to the high outage probability of the UAV messages.The network architecture of the three networks is designed with fully connected layers instead of convolutional layers to reduce the computational complexity,which is analyzed by theoretical analyses.We provide the performance bound of the proposed schemes in terms of the bit error rate,robot energy consumption and utility based on a game-theoretic study.Simulation results show that the performance of our proposed relay schemes,including the bit error rate,the outage probability,and the robot energy consumption outperforms the existing schemes. | Xiaozhen LU Jingfang JIE Zihan LIN Liang XIAO Jin LI Yanyong ZHANG | 2022 | Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,1: | 1 |
| 3 | Recrystallization nucleation under close-setδphase in a nickel-based superalloy during annealing显示文摘Annealing is one of the most efficient heat treatment to refine the grain microstructure in metal alloys.Prior to the annealing,an aging treatment can be implemented to precipitate the second phases for more nucleation sites in deformed mixed grains during subsequent recrystallization.However,the underlying mechanism behind the second phases and recrystallization has not yet been fully understood.Taking a typical deformed nickel(Ni)-based(GH4169)superalloy as an exapmle,this research aims to clairfy the connections between the recrystallization and delta(δ)phase(Ni_(3)Nb) during annealing.All deformed samples were also treated by aging and then annealing.The results show that the microstructure and component ofδphase dominated the recrystallization nucleation in the Ni-based alloy.Moreover,there was the presence of theδphase interval limiting nucleation(PILN)andδphase protecting nucleation(PPN),when a high content of close-set phase was precipitated from the matrix.The PILN determined the primary condition for the recrystallization nucleation that happended at the interval ofδphase larger than the critical nucleation size.The peak nucleation occurred in the PPN,where the recrystallization nucleus were free of the penetration by the adjacent grains,before the nucleation incubation time was reached.Thus,a new feasible JNtheory was proposed to determine the maximum domain of recrystallization nucleation under close-set precipitated phases.All the possible nucleation sites were assumed under PPN in the JNtheory.As such,the original microstructure can be expected to design for the annealing via the aging process.A quantitative evaluation of recrystallization nucleation can also achieved in the Ni-based alloys during aging. | Guanqiang Wang Mingsong Chen Yongcheng Lin Hongbin Li Yuqiang Jiang Yanyong Ma Chengxu Peng Jinliang Cai Quan Chen | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,20: | 1 |
| 4 | A novel annealing method to uniformly refine deformed mixed grain microstructure of a solution-treated Ni-based superalloy显示文摘Increasing static recrystallization(SRX)nucleation rate and decreasing grain growth rate are the main ways to obtain uniform and fine grain microstructure by annealing treatment.However,it is contradictory to raise the SRX nucleation rate and reduce grain growth rate during isothermal annealing treatment.This is because the increase of the SRX nucleation rate needs to raise annealing temperature,while the decline of grain growth rate needs to reduce the annealing temperature.To solve the contradiction,a novel method named cooling recrystallization annealing treatment(CRT)is designed and verified.For the CRT,the relatively high annealing temperature in the primary stage can promote SRX nucleation,and the gradually decreased annealing temperature can reduce the growth rate of SRX grains.Besides,an aged treatment is first carried out to precipitate high content of theδphase before the CRT.Enoughδphases not only provide large numbers of sites for SRX nucleation but also limit the grain growth due to the pinning effect,especially in the primary high-temperature stage.The results show that the novel method can refine deformed mixed grain microstructure well when the suitable cooling rate,start and final recrystallization annealing temperatures are employed.The deformed mixed grain can be uniformly refined to an average size of 8.26μm with the route of 900℃×12 h+1020℃→970℃×20 min. | WANG GuanQiang CHEN MingSong LIN YongCheng LI HongBin ZENG WeiDong MA YanYong CAI JinLiang PENG ChengXu ZOU FenYang | 2021 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,8: | 1 |

| 9 | Intracerebroventricular transplanted bone marrow stem cells survive and migrate into the brain of rats with Parkinson's disease显示文摘In this study,6-hydroxydopamine was stereotaxically injected into the right substantia nigra compact and ventral tegmental area of rats to establish Parkinson's disease models.The rats then received a transplantation of bone marrow stromal cells that were previously isolated,cultured and labeled with 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine in vitro.Transplantation of the bone marrow stromal cells significantly de-creased apomorphine-induced rotation time and the escape latency in the Morris water maze test as compared with rats with untreated Parkinson's disease.Immunohistochemical staining showed that,5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine-immunoreactive cells were present in the lateral ventricular wall and the choroid plexus 1 day after transplantation.These immunoreactive cells migrated to the surrounding areas of the lateral cerebral ventricle along the corpus callosum.The results indicated that bone marrow stromal cells could migrate to tissues surround the cerebral ventricle via the cerebrospinal fluid circulation and fuse with cells in the brain,thus altering the phenotype of cells or forming neuron-like cells or astrocytes capable of expressing neuron-specific proteins.Taken together,the present findings indicate that bone marrow stromal cells transplanted intracerebroventricularly could survive,migrate and significantly improve the rotational behavior and cognitive function of rats with experimentally induced Parkinson's disease. | Ping Gu Zhongxia Zhang Dongsheng Cui Yanyong Wang Lin Ma Yuan Geng Mingwei Wang | 2012 | Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,13: | 0 |
