2A BLIND SNR ESTIMATOR FOR DIGITAL BANDPASS SIGNALS显示文摘A subspace-based blind Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) estimation algorithm for digital bandpass signals in Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel is discussed. The lower bounds of the mean and variance of the estimation are derived, and simulations are performed for the commonly used digital bandpass signals, such as MPSK (M=2, 4, 8), MFSK (M=2, 4) and MQAM (M=16, 64, 128, 256) signals. Theoretical analyses and simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm is ef- fective even when the SNR is below 0dB. Furthermore, the algorithm can provide a blind estimator in that it needs neither the parameters of the received signals, such as the carrier frequency, symbol rate and modulation scheme, nor the synchronization of the system.Sui Dan Ge Lindong 2008Journal of Electronics(China)2008,25,1:4
3Regulation of the cellular uptake of nanopartides by the orientation of helical polypeptides显示文摘Controlling the cellular interactio n and internal izatio n of polymer-modified nan oparticles (NPs) is of central importa nee to the developme nt of promisi ng nano medici nes. Here, we describe the use of synthetic polypeptides for NP surface coati ng and regulati on of their cellular uptake behaviors by simply switching the conformation and anchoring orientation. Our results show that gold NPs (AuNPs) coated with a helical poly(Y-(2-(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)esteryl「glutamate)(L-P(EG3Glu)5o) from the C-terminus ((L-C)-AuNPs) exhibit greater zeta potential and more cellular uptake (2.0-5.5 fold higher) than those coated with the same polypeptide but anchored from the N-terminus ((L-N)-AuNPs), or from both the C- and N-terminus at a 1/1 molar ratio ((L-C/L-N)-AuNPs). A similar orientation-regulated cellular internalization pattern is observed in D-P(EG3Glu)50 but not the unstructured DL-P(EG3Glu)5o-rnodified AuNPs, suggesting an important and universal role of the helix-derived macrodipole in cellular uptake. Moreover, this orientation-governed internalization is successfully reproduced in P(EG3Glu)50-coated gold nano rods (AuNRs), and applied to the desig n of doxorubici reloaded polypeptide micelles. Simulation study offers time-resolved in sights regarding the NP-membrane in teracti ons and membrane remodeling. Thus, our study provides a delicate way of regulating the surface chemistry of NPs and the subsequent NP-cell interactions. 4Review of Cellulose Smart Material: Biomass Conversion Process and Progress on Cellulose-Based Electroactive Paper显示文摘Cellulose is a renewable biomass material and natural polymer which is abundantly available on Earth,and includes agricultural wastes,forestry residues,and woody materials.The excellent and smart characteristics of cellulose materials,such as lightweight,biocompatibility,biodegradability,high mechanical strength/stiffness and low thermal expansibility,have made cellulose a highpotential material for various industry applications.Cellulose has recently been discovered as a smart material in the electroactive polymers family which carries the name of cellulose-based electroactive paper(EAPap).The shear piezoelectricity in cellulose polymers is able to induce large displacement output,low actuation voltage,and low power consumption in the application of biomimetic sensors/actuators and electromechanical system.The present study provides an overview of biomass pretreatment from various lignocellulosic cellulose(LC)resources and nanocellulose production via TEMPO-mediated oxidation reaction,followed by the production of different types of EAPap versus its performance,and lastly the applications of EAPap in different areas and industries.Specifically,LC biomass consists mainly of cellulose having a small content of hemicelluloses and lignins which form a defensive inner structure against the degradation of plant cell wall.Thus,selective approaches are discussed to ensure proper extraction of cellulosic fibers from complex biomass for further minimization to nano-dimensions.In addition,a comprehensive review of the development of cellulose-based EAPap as well as fabrication,characterization,performance enhancement and applications of EAPap devices are discussed herein.S.H.Hassan Lee Hwei Voon T.S.Velayutham Lindong Zhai Hyun Chan Kim Jaehwan Kim 2018Journal of Renewable Materials2018,6,1:3

12Composition-tuned oxidation levels of Pt-Re bimetallic nanoparticles for the etherification of allylic alcohols显示文摘The catalytic performance of metal nanoparticles is often affected by surfaceoxidation levels. Instead of post-synthesis oxidation/reduction, we propose anefficient method to modulate the oxidation levels by tuning the composition ofbimetallic nanoparticles. Here we report a series of Pt-Re bimetallic nanoparticlessynthesized via a facile thermal co-reduction process, with a uniform size ofapproximately 3 nm. The investigation of the growth of the Pt-Re nanoparticlessuggests that the Re atoms were enriched on the surface, as confirmed by X-rayphotoelectron spectroscopy. Furthermore, X-ray absorption spectroscopy showedthat metallic Re was decreased and high-valency ReOx species were increased inparticles with higher Re/Pt ratios. In the etherification of allylic alcohols catalyzedby Pt-Re nanoparticles of different compositions under ambient conditions,particles with higher Re/Pt ratios exhibited significantly better performances. 13Control method of unfavorable speed interval for high-speed trains显示文摘In tests on dynamic performance of high-speed trains, it is found that there is an unfavorable speed interval for some vehicles, which would be harmful to the daily operation of the vehicle. By analyzing the relationship of vibration frequencies of the vehicle and its running speed, this paper finds that the unfavorable speed interval is caused by the vibration superposition of the natural frequency of the vehicle system with the frequency of external excitation. Taking some electric multiple units (EMUs) as examples, we proposed an approach to obtaining the unfavorable speed interval of vehicles. By analyzing the relation between vibration frequencies and the running speed of the vehicle, the natural frequencies of the vehicle system and the external excitations are distinguished. 19Experimental study on the failure factors of the O-ring for long-term working显示文摘The O-ring in the rotary dynamic sealing system of gas meters should have outstanding long-term sealing performance under the conditions of high and low temperature,which can ensure the safety of gas meters.In this paper,based on the O-ring sealing mechanism,taking the compression set as the main sealing index,a finite element simulation method is used to analyze the failure charac-teristics under different conditions according to the constitutive relation of nitrile rubber.Then,using the orthogonal test method for the O-ring sealing performance index,the main factors which affect the law of long-term test are analysed,and the orthogonal regression mathematical model that can predict the compression set is obtained.Finally,the O-ring is improved according to the model,and the test results show that the performance of the new O-rings with high and low temperature resistance is greatly improved and meets the expected target requirements.孙远韬 ZHANG Min YUAN Lindong 2023High Technology Letters2023,29,3:0
20A Method for Reducing Ocean Wave-Induced Magnetic Noises in Shallow-Water MT Data Using a Complex Adaptive Filter显示文摘In shallow-water areas,the marine magnetotelluric(MT)method faces a challenge in the investigation of seabed conductivity structures due to electrical and magnetic noises induced by ocean waves,which seriously contaminate MT data.Ocean waves can affect electric and magnetic fields to different extents.In general,their influence on magnetic fields is considerably greater than that on electric fields.In this paper,a complex adaptive filter is adopted to reduce wave-induced magnetic noises in the frequency domain.The processing results of synthetic and measured MT data indicate that the proposed method can effectively reduce wave-induced magnetic noises and provide reliable apparent resistivity and phase data.WU Yunju LUO Ming LI Yuguo GE Jiaqi PAN Lindong 2023Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,1:0
