| 1 | Spatio-temporal rupture process of the 2008 great Wenchuan earthquake显示文摘Focal mechanism and dynamic rupture process of the Wenchaun Ms8.0 earthquake in Sichuan province on 12 May 2008 were obtained by inverting long period seismic data from the Global Seismic Network (GSN), and characteristics of the co-seismic displacement field near the fault were quantitatively ana-lyzed based on the inverted results to investigate the mechanism causing disaster. A finite fault model with given focal mechanism and vertical components of the long period P-waves from 21 stations with evenly azimuthal coverage were adopted in the inversion. From the inverted results as well as after-shock distribution, the causative fault of the great Wenchuan earthquake was confirmed to be a fault of strike 225°/dip 39°/rake 120°, indicating that the earthquake was mainly a thrust event with right-lateral strike-slip component. The released scalar seismic moment was estimated to be about 9.4×1020―2.0×1021 Nm, yielding moment magnitude of Mw7.9―8.1. The great Wenchuan earthquake occurred on a fault more than 300 km long, and had a complicated rupture process of about 90 s duration time. The slip distribution was highly inhomogeneous with the average slip of about 2.4 m. Four slip-patches broke the ground surface. Two of them were underneath the regions of Wenchuan-Yingxiu and Beichuan, respectively, with the first being around the hypocenter (rupture initiation point), where the largest slip was about 7.3 m, and the second being underneath Beichuan and extending to Pingwu, where the largest slip was about 5.6 m. The other two slip-patches had smaller sizes, one having the maximum slip of 1.8 m and lying underneath the north of Kangding, and the other having the maximum slip of 0.7 m and lying underneath the northeast of Qingchuan. Average and maximum stress drops over the whole fault plane were estimated to be 18 MPa and 53 MPa, respectively. In addition, the co-seismic displacement field near the fault was analyzed. | 4 | THE IMPACT OF RELATIVE HUMIDITY ON THE RADIATIVE PROPERTY AND RADIATIVE FORCING OF SULFATE AEROSOL显示文摘With the data of complex refractive index of sulfate aerosol, the radiative properties of the aerosol under 8 relative humidity conditions are calculated in this paper. By using the concentration distribution from two CTM models and LASG GOALS/AGCM, the radiative forcing due to hygroscopic sulfate aerosol is simulated. The results show that: (1) With the increase of relative humidity, the mass extinction coefficiency factor decreases in the shortwave spectrum: single scattering albedo keeps unchanged except for a little increase in longwave spectrum, and asymmetry factor increases in whole spectrum. (2) Larger differences occur in radiative forcing simulated by using two CTM data, and the global mean forcing is -0. 268 and -0. 816 W/m2,respectively. We retrieve and use the apparent source time functions (ASTFs) to stabilize the rupture process inversion, aiming to get the rupture process results correctly and quickly. | 6 | Rupture process of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake from the joint inversion of teleseismic and GPS data显示文摘Teleseismic and GPS data were jointly inverted for the rupture process of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake. | 8 | Which velocity model is more suitable for the 2017 M_S7.0 Jiuzhaigou earthquake?显示文摘On Aug.8, 2017, an M_S 7.0 earthquake struck Jiuzhaigou, a county of Sichuan province, China. A number of investigations and studies have been conducted, some of which involved local velocity models. However, the suitability of these models has not been properly addressed. Here we collect 11 already-existing models, including those used in studies of the 2017 M_S 7.0 Jiuzhaigou earthquake,choose 10 local stations surrounding the earthquake, and employ the same technique(TRIT) to relocate the hypocenter. And furthermore, we choose a more suitable model from the 11 already-existed models by analyzing the relocation process and the relocated results for reasonability. | 9 | Human RBCs blood group conversion from A to O using a novel α-N-acetylgalactosaminidase of high specific activity显示文摘α-N-acetylgalactosaminidase (αNAGA) can convert group A human red blood cells (RBCs) to group O. One novel αNAGA gene was cloned by PCR from Elizabethkingia meningosepticum isolated from a domestic clinical sample. Pure recombinant αNAGA was obtained by genetic engineering and protein purification with a calculated molecule of 49.6 kD. αNAGA was selective for terminal α-N-acetylgalacto-samine residue with a high specific activity. αNAGA could completely remove A antigens of 1 U (about 100 mL) group A1 or A2 RBCs in 1 h at pH 6.8 and 25℃ with a consumption of 1.5 or 0.4 mg recombinant enzyme. Enzyme-converted group A RBCs did not agglutinate after being mixed with monoclonal anti-A or sera of groups A,B,AB and O. Other blood group antigens except ABO had no change. FCM analy-sis showed that A antigens and A1 antigens disappeared while H antigens increased. It indicated that αNAGA successfully converted human blood group A RBCs to universally transfusable group O RBCs without the risk of ABO-incompatible transfusion reactions. | 10 | Experiment on Hydraulic Fracturing in Rock and Induced Earthquake显示文摘Experiment on rock hydraulic fracturing strength under different confining pressures was conducted on a series of test specimens with various pre-cracks prepared from 7 types of rock. | 11 | Association of the HTR2C-759CT polymorphism and antipsychotic-induced weight gain:a meta-analysis显示文摘Background Antipsychotic-induced weight gain(AIWG)is a crucial factor for the medication cessation of patients with schizophrenia.Multiple studies have shown that the functional polymorphism-759 C/T(rs3813929)in the HTR2C promoter region could possibly be correlated with AIWG.Aim To evaluate the genetic association of the HTR2C-759C/T polymorphism and AIWG in patients with schizophrenia with antipsychotic drugs(APDs)administration.Methods Eligible studies were identified by searching the following databases:PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,China Nation Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang Data,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)and the Airiti Library.The quality of studies was evaluated based on the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale.The pooled OR and 95%Cl were calculated for the dominant(CT/TT/T vs CC/C)mode,and subgroup analyses were performed based on ethnicity,antipsychotic medication and gender;ail statistical analyses were performed using the statistical software STATA V.12.0.Result A total of 17 studies with 3170 patients with schizophrenia were included in our meta-analysis.The result of the meta-analysis has shown that the association between the-759 C/T polymorphism and AIWG is statistically significant(OR 0.34,95%Cl:0.20 to 0.57,z=4.11,p<0.001).The subgroup analyses revealed significant correlations between the-759 C/T polymorphism and AIWG in the Caucasian population(OR 0.33,95%CI:0.14 to 0.77,z=2.55,p=0.011),the Asian population(OR 0.31,95%Cl:0.18 to 0.52,z=4.46,p<0.001),the patients with APDs administration(CT/JTfJ vs CC/C:OR 0.63,95%Cl:0.40 to 1.00,z=1.97,p=0.049)and the patients with atypical antipsychotic drug administration(CT/TT/T vs CC/C:OR 0.21,95%Cl:0.09 to 0.47,z=3.83,p<0.001).The sensitivity analysis showed that the results were stable.Begg's test(after correction z=1.07,p=0.287)and Egger's test(t=-2.41,p=0.029)show that the included articles have no significant publication bias.Conclusion There is a significant genetic association between HTR2C-759C/T and AIWG,and patients with T allele are less likely to have AIWG. | Yan Chen Yewei Wang Xinyu Fang Yi Zhang Lisheng Song Chen Zhang | 2020 | General Psychiatry2020,33,3: | 4 |
| 12 | The 2018 M_S 5.9 Mojiang Earthquake:Source model and intensity based on near-field seismic recordings显示文摘On September 8, 2018, an M_S 5.9 earthquake struck Mojiang, a county in Yunnan Province, China. We collect near-field seismic recordings(epicentral distances less than 200 km) to relocate the mainshock and the aftershocks within the first 60 hours to determine the focal mechanism solutions of the mainshock and some of the aftershocks and to invert for the finite-fault model of the mainshock.The focal mechanism solution of the mainshock and the relocation results of the aftershocks constrain the mainshock on a nearly vertical fault plane striking northeast and dipping to the southeast. The inversion of the finite-fault model reveals only a single slip asperity on the fault plane. The major slip is distributed above the initiation point, ~14 km wide along the down-dip direction and ~14 km long along the strike direction, with a maximal slip of ~22 cm at a depth of ~6 km. The focal mechanism solutions of the aftershocks show that most of the aftershocks are of the strike-slip type, a number of them are of the normal-slip type, and only a few of them are of the thrust-slip type.On average, strike-slip is dominant on the fault plane of the mainshock, as the focal mechanism solution of the mainshock suggests, but when examined in detail, slight thrust-slip appears on the southwest of the fault plane while an obvious part of normal-slip appears on the northeast, which is consistent with what the focal mechanism solutions of the aftershocks display. The multiple types of aftershock focal mechanism solutions and the slip details of the mainshock both suggest a complex tectonic setting, stress setting, or both. | 14 | Source complexity of the 2016 M_W7.8 Kaikoura (New Zealand) earthquake revealed from teleseismic and InSAR data显示文摘On November 13, 2016, an MW7.8 earthquake struck Kaikoura in South Island of New Zealand. By means of back-projection of array recordings, ASTFs-analysis of global seismic recordings, and joint inversion of global seismic data and co-seismic In SAR data, we investigated complexity of the earthquake source. The result shows that the 2016 MW7.8 Kaikoura earthquake ruptured about 100 s unilaterally from south to northeast(~N28°–33°E), producing a rupture area about 160 km long and about 50 km wide and releasing scalar moment 1.01×1021 Nm. In particular, the rupture area consisted of two slip asperities, with one close to the initial rupture point having a maximal slip value ~6.9 m while the other far away in the northeast having a maximal slip value ~9.3 m. The first asperity slipped for about 65 s and the second one started 40 s after the first one had initiated. The two slipped simultaneously for about 25 s.Furthermore, the first had a nearly thrust slip while the second had both thrust and strike slip. It is interesting that the rupture velocity was not constant, and the whole process may be divided into 5 stages in which the velocities were estimated to be 1.4 km/s, 0 km/s, 2.1 km/s, 0 km/s and 1.1 km/s, respectively. | 15 | Source process of M_s6.4 earthquake in Ning’er, Yunnan in 2007显示文摘The moment tensor solution, source time function and spatial-temporal rupture process of the MS6.4 earthquake, which occurred in Ning’er, Yunnan Province, are obtained by inverting the broadband waveform data of 20 global stations. The inverted result shows that the scalar seismic moment is 5.51×1018 Nm, which corresponds to a moment magnitude of MW 6.4. The correspondent best double couple solution results in two nodal planes of strike 152°/dip 54°/rake 166°, and strike 250°/dip 79°/ rake 37°, respectively. Considering the isoseismals and geological structures in the meizoseismal region, the first nodal plane (strike 152°/ dip 54°/ rake 166°) is preferred to be the seismogenic fault. Thus, the MS6.4 earthquake occurred mainly along a right-lateral fault striking 152°. The source time function shows that the duration time of the earthquake is about 14 s. The most of the energy releases within the first 11 s and in 11-14 s the rupture is weak. The snapshots of the slip-rate indicate that the rupture process has 3 more detailed stages. In the first stage of the first 4 s after rupture initiation, the rupture propagates simultaneously toward both strike and dip directions; in the second stage of the following 3 s, the rupture extends to down-dip direction; and in the third stage, the rupture looks to be scattering on the fault. In general, this earthquake is of bilateral rupture, and the rupture mainly takes place in strike-dip direction. The major ruptured area is in the shape of a diamond with a dimension of 19 km. On the whole fault plane, the maximum slip is about 1.2 m, the average slip is about 0.1 m, the maxi-mum slip-rate is 0.4 m/s and the average slip-rate is 0.1 m/s. | 20 | Large-scale plasma grafts voltage stabilizer on hexagonal boron nitride for improving electrical insulation and thermal conductivity of epoxy composite显示文摘Better electrical insulation and thermal management are both urgently required in integrated power semiconductors.Electrical insulation epoxy encapsulation suffers from poor heat conduction,which has increasingly become a bottleneck of power semiconductors integration.Although incorporating high thermal conductivity ceramics,such as hexagonal boron nitride(hBN),aluminium nitride etc.into epoxy promotes the thermal conductivity,the eco-friendly scalable fabrication of these composites with sufficient electrical breakdown strength remains a formidable challenge.Suitable voltage stabilizers are known to provide additional benefits to breakdown strength.Herein,a highthroughput approach combining plasma with roll-to-roll was developed.The voltage stabilizer(acetophenone)was grafted on interfaces between hBN and epoxy matrix through plasma.The high-energy electrons are consumed by the grafted interface,which leads to the significant suppression of partial discharge in Epoxy/hBN.Meanwhile,interfacial phonon scattering is repaired by grafting.Therefore,the epoxy composite concurrently exhibits improved breakdown strength(by 27.4%)and thermal conductivity(by 142.9%)at about 11.9 wt.%filler content,outperforming the pure epoxy.Consequently,a promising modification strategy for mass production is provided for the encapsulation materials in various high-power-density semiconductor devices. | Penghao Zhang Chenguo Yao Liang Yu Xuetong Zhao Lisheng Zhao Linghan Lan Shoulong Dong | 2023 | High Voltage2023,8,3: | 2 |
