| 1 | A Fast Evolutionary Learning to Optimize CNN显示文摘Deep neural networks(DNNs)show great performance in lots of applications.Convolutional neural network(CNN)is one of the classic DNNs,and various modified CNNs have been brought up,such as DenseNet,GoogleNet,ResNet,etc.For diverse tasks,a unique structure of CNN may show its advantage.However,how to design an effective CNN model for a practical task is a puzzle.In this paper,we model the architecture optimization of CNN as an optimization problem and design a Genetic network programming based Fast evolutionary learning(GNP-FEL)to optimize CNN.GNP-FEL contains three main ideas:First GNP is adopted to optimize CNN architecture and hyperparameters,which can build diverse network structures and make network parameters selfevolve;Second multi-objective optimization is designed by balancing both CNN model efficiency and structure compactness;Last a novel incremental training method is proposed to train offspring CNN models in GNP,which is capable of reducing time complexity sharply.Experiments have validated that GNP-FEL can quickly evolve a CNN classifier with a sufficiently compact architecture.And the classifier has a comparable classification effect to state-ofthe-art CNN model. | CHEN Jinyin LIN Xiang GAO Shangtengda XIONG Hui ZHANG Longyuan LIU Yi XUAN Qi | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,6: | 2 |

| 8 | AIM2 deficiency in B cells ameliorates systemic lupus erythematosus by regulating Blimp-1-Bcl-6 axis-mediated B-cell differentiation显示文摘Absent in melanoma 2(AIM2)has been reported to be a component of inflammasomes in innate immune cells.Surprisingly,AIM2 is expressed by B cells,and higher AIM2 expression is observed in the B cells from lupus patients.To date,the inflammasome-indepe ndent functi on of AIM2 in B cells remai ns un clear.Here,we report in creased expressi on of AIM2 in human tonsil memory and germinal center(GC)B cells and in memory B cells and plasma cells from the circulation and skin lesions of lupus patients.Conditional knockout of AIM2 in B cells reduces the CD19^(+)B-cell frequency in lymph nodes and spleens,and dampens KLH-induced lgG1-antibody production.In a pristane-induced mouse model of lupus,AIM2 deficiency in B cells attenuates lupus symptoms and reduces the frequency of GC B cells,T follicular helper(Tfh)cells,plasmablast cells,and plasma cells.Furthermore,the loss of AIM2 in human B cells leads to the increased expression of Blimp-1 and reduces the expression of Bcl-6.However,the silendng of Blimp-1 and Bcl-6 has no significant effect on AIM2 expression,indicating that AIM2 might be the upstream regulator for Blimp-1 and Bcl-6.In addition,IL-10 is found to upregulate AIM2 expression via DNA demethylation.Together,our findings reveal that AIM2 is highly expressed in the B cells of lupus patients and promotes B-cell differentiation by modulating the Bcl-6-Blimp-1 axis,providing a novel target for SLE treatment. | Ming Yang Di Long Longyuan Hu Zhidan Zhao Qianwen Li Yunkai Guo Zhenghao He Ming Zhao Liwei Lu Fen Li Hai Long Haijing Wu Qianjin Lu | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,10: | 1 |

| 15 | Caveolin-1-deficient fibroblasts promote migration,invasion,and stemness via activating the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway in breast cancer cells显示文摘Cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)represent one of the main components in the tumor stroma and play a key role in breast cancer progression.Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)has been established to mediate breast cancer metastasis by regulating the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)and stemness of cancer cells.Caveolin-1(CAV-1)is a scaffold protein of caveolae that is related to the proliferation and metabolism of cancer cells.It is now well demonstrated that CAV-1 deficiency in the tumor stroma is positively correlated with distant metastasis,but the mechanism remains unclear.Here,we explore whether CAV-1-deficient fibroblasts play an essential role in the EMT and stemness of breast cancer cells(BCCs)through TGF-βsignaling.We establish a specific small interfering RNA(siRNA)to inhibit CAV-1 expression in fibroblasts and coculture them with BCCs to investigate the effect of CAV-1-deficient fibroblasts and the tumor microenvironment on breast cancer progression.This study refreshingly points out that CAV-1 deficiency in fibroblasts enhances TGF-β1 secretion and then activates the TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway of BCCs,thus promoting the metastasis and stemness of BCCs.Collectively,our findings indicate an unexpected role of CAV-1 deficiency in fibroblasts and the tumor microenvironment as a permissive factor,which is regulated by the TGF-β1 signaling pathway in BCCs. | Qingyun Huang Longyuan Wu Yi Wang Xinyu Kong Xinhua Xiao Qiyuan Huang Miao Li Yujia Zhai Fuxiu Shi Ruichen Zhao Junpei Zhong Lixia Xiong | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,11: | 1 |

| 17 | On the Vibration Reduction Effect of Offshore Platform Vibration Distribution Structure显示文摘Based on the Bohai ocean environment characteristics, a new platform vibration distribution structure is designed to reduce the platform vibration due to flowing ice. The effect of the earthquake wave and ocean wave load on this vibration distribution structure is considered in the design. The principal idea of this new vibration distribution structure is dividing the platform main column into the inner tube and the outer tube. The outer tube is connected with the leg pontoon by braces, while the inner tube is used to support the platform deck. The inner tube and outer tube can be connected or disconneted in the region near the water line. For evaluating the vibration reduction effect of such a structure, tests are carried out on a steel model, and the external load of flowing ice, earthquake wave and ocean wave are simulated by concentated random load applied to different points of the model.
