1Identification of reversible insertion-type lithium storage reaction of manganese oxide with long cycle lifespan显示文摘Recently,MnO2 has gained attention as an electrode material because of its very high theoretical capacity and abundant availability.However,the very high volumetric change caused by its conversion-type reaction results in bad reversibility of charge-discharge.In this study,δ-MnO2 of thickness 8 nm anchored on the surface of carbon nanotubes(CNT)by Mn-O-C chemical bonding is synthesized via a facile hydrothermal method.Numerous ex-situ characterizations of the lithium storage process were performed.Furthermore,density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicated thatδ-MnO2(012)thermodynamically prefers bonding with CNTs.Moreover,the interfacial interaction reinforces the connection of Mn-O and reduces the bond strength of Li-O in lithiated MnO2,which could facilitate an intercalation-type lithium storage reaction.Consequently,the as-synthesizedδ-MnO2 retains an excellent reversible capacity of 577.5 mAh g-1 in 1000 cycles at a high rate of 2 A g-1 between 0.1 V and 3.0 V.The results of this study demonstrate the possibility of employing the cost-effective transition metal oxides as intercalation lithium storage dominant electrodes for advanced rechargeable batteries.Yuxuan Zhang Fang Lian Jianhao Lu Laijun Ma Ning Chen Yanan Chen Dingguo Xia 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,7:3

3Early Intervention on the Properties of Steel Slag at High Temperature by Modifier Compound with Tailings: A Feasible Way for Comprehensive Utilization of Solid Wastes显示文摘Steel slag, a by-product of the steel production industry reaches 10%–15% of crude steel output (Motz and Geiseler, 2001). Their main application lies in the field of building materials due to some containing cementitious components, such as dicalcium silicate (C2S) and tricalcium silicate (C3S) (Waligora et al., 2010). 4Phase engineering in NaNbO_(3) antiferroelectrics for high energystorage density显示文摘The NaNbO_(3) antiferroelectrics have been considered as a potential candidate for dielectric capacitorsapplications. However, the high-electric-field-unstable antiferroelectric phase resulted in low energystorage density and efficiency. Herein, good energy storage properties were realized in (1-x)NaNbO_(3)- xNaTaO_(3) ceramics, by building a new phase boundary. As a result, a high recoverable energy density(Wrec) of 2.2 J/cm3 and efficiency (h) of 80.1% were achieved in 0.50NaNbO_(3)-0.50NaTaO_(3) ceramic at300 kV/cm. The excellent energy storage performance originates from an antiferroelectric-paraelectricphase boundary with simultaneously high polarization and low hysteresis, by tailoring the ratio ofantiferroelectric and paraelectric phases. Moreover, the 0.50NaNbO_(3)-0.50NaTaO_(3) ceramic also exhibitedgood temperature and frequency stability, together with excellent charge-discharge performance.
