| 1 | The Cretaceous tectonic event in the Qiangtang Basin and its implications for hydrocarbon accumulation显示文摘The tectonic event during Cretaceous and its relationship with hydrocarbon accumulation in the Qiangtang Basin is discussed based on zircon U-Pb dating and the study of deformation, thermochronology and hydrocarbon formation. LA-ICPMS zircon U-Pb dating indicates that the tectonic event took place during the Early-Late Cretaceous (125-75Ma). The event not only established the framework and the styles of structural traps in the basin, but also led to the cessation of the first hydrocarbon formation and the destruction of previous oil pools. | 2 | Multiobjective optimization using an immunodominance and clonal selection inspired algorithm显示文摘Based on the mechanisms of immunodominance and clonal selection theory,we propose a new multiobjective optimization algorithm,immune dominance clonal multiobjective algorithm(IDCMA).IDCMA is unique in that its fitness values of current dominated individuals are assigned as the values of a custom distance measure,termed as Ab-Ab affinity,between the dominated individuals and one of the nondominated individuals found so far.According to the values of Ab-Ab affin-ity,all dominated individuals(antibodies) are divided into two kinds,subdominant antibodies and cryptic antibodies.Moreover,local search only applies to the sub-dominant antibodies,while the cryptic antibodies are redundant and have no func-tion during local search,but they can become subdominant(active) antibodies during the subsequent evolution.Furthermore,a new immune operation,clonal proliferation is provided to enhance local search.Using the clonal proliferation operation,IDCMA reproduces individuals and selects their improved maturated progenies after local search,so single individuals can exploit their surrounding space effectively and the newcomers yield a broader exploration of the search space.The performance comparison of IDCMA with MISA,NSGA-Ⅱ,SPEA,PAES,NSGA,VEGA,NPGA,and HLGA in solving six well-known multiobjective function optimization problems and nine multiobjective 0/1 knapsack problems shows that IDCMA has a good performance in converging to approximate Pareto-optimal fronts with a good distribution. | GONG MaoGuo JIAO LiCheng MA WenPing DU HaiFeng | 2008 | Science in China(Series F)2008,51,8: | 6 |

| 4 | Intelligent multi-user detection using an artificial immune system显示文摘Artificial immune systems (AIS) are a kind of new computational intelligence methods which draw inspiration from the human immune system. In this study, we introduce an AIS-based optimization algorithm, called clonal selection algorithm, to solve the multi-user detection problem in code-division multipleaccess communications system based on the maximum-likelihood decision rule. Through proportional cloning, hypermutation, clonal selection and clonal death, the new method performs a greedy search which reproduces individuals and selects their improved maturated progenies after the affinity maturation process. Theoretical analysis indicates that the clonal selection algorithm is suitable for solving the multi-user detection problem. | 6 | Immunodominance and clonal selection inspired multiobjective clustering显示文摘The biological immune system is a highly parallel and distributed adaptive system. The information processing abilities of the immune system provide important insights into the field of computation. Based on immunodominance in the biological immune system and the clonal selection mechanism, a novel data mining method, Immune Dominance Clonal Multiobjective Clustering algorithm (IDCMC), is presented. The algorithm divides an individual population into three sub-populations according to three different measurements, and adopts different evolution and selection strategies for each sub-population. The update of each sub-population, however, is not carried out in isolation. The periodic combination operation of the analysis of the three sub-populations represents considerable advantages in its global search ability. The clustering task is a multiobjective optimization problem, which is more robust with respect to the variety of cluster structures of different datasets than a single-objective clustering algorithm. In addition, the new algorithm can determine the number of clusters automatically, which should identify the most promising clustering solutions in the candidate set. | 18 | BP neural network model for material distribution prediction based on variable amplitude anti-blocking screening DEM simulations显示文摘The material feeding changing of combine harvester is easy to cause accumulation and blockage of the vibrating screen,which seriously affects the harvest operation.In order to alleviate such accumulation and blockages on the vibrating screen surface,the guide chute rotation angle of the improved variable amplitude screening mechanism was selected as the target variable,and EDEM-RecurDyn was employed to simulate the anti-blocking process of the variable amplitude under a changing feeding quantity(0.5 kg/s abnormal,0.2 kg/s normal)of materials(rice grain and stem mixture).A BP(an error back propagation algorithm)neural network was designed and the prediction model of the material distribution was subsequently constructed on the variable screening surface under different chute angles during abnormal feeding.The results revealed a continuous decrease in the quality and time of the material blockage at the front end of the screen surface with the increasing guide chute angle.At the guide chute angle of 20°-45°and adjustment time of 3-6 s,the blocked and accumulated materials at the front-end screen surface was be moved back to Grid 6 for screening.However,overtime,the screen surface materials continued to move back under the chute angle of 40°-45°,which had a great impact on the screening performance.At the guide chute angle of 30°-35°and adjustment time of 4 s,the materials on the screen surface were evenly distributed in Grid 1-6.This was able to alleviate the accumulation and blockage of the screen surface materials.The R of the material distribution prediction model(BP neural network)on the screen surface was determined as 0.97,indicating the high reliability and accuracy of the material distribution model on the screen surface based on the BP neural network.This work provides an important reference for the variable amplitude intelligent control of screen surface material anti-blocking. | Zheng Ma Yongle Zhu Zhiping Wu Souleymane Nfamoussa Traore Du Chen Licheng Xing | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,4: | 0 |

| 20 | Trans-dimensional Bayesian geoacoustic inversion in shallow water显示文摘To deal with the inversion problem when the spatial structure of seaffoor sediments is unknown, a trans-dimensional particle filter method is proposed, where the cross-spectral density of the pressure field is used to estimate the sediment layering structure and geoacoustic parameters. The simulation results show that the number of sediment layers and geoacoustic parameters can be effectively estimated using the proposed method, and the parallel particle calculation makes this method more efficient than reversible jump Monte Carlo Markov chain(rjMCMC) sampling. A linear frequency-modulated signal received by a vertical line array in the South China Sea is processed using the proposed trans-dimensional particle filter. The inversion results of the sediment layers and geoacoustic parameters are similar to those acquired by rjMCMC inversion.
