Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb ages of the “Xinghuadukou Group” in Hanjiayuanzi and Xinlin areas and the “Zhalantun Group” in Inner Mongolia,Da Hinggan Mountains显示文摘A report is presented of SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating data of meta-igneous and meta-sedimentary rocks of the Xinghuadukou Group(Xinlin-Hanjiayuanzi area,Heilongjiang Province)and meta-volcanic rocks of the Zhalantun Group(Zhalantun district,Inner Mongolia). The SHRIMP analyses show that the meta-igneous rocks from the Xinghuadukou Group formed at 506±10―547±46 Ma,belonging to Early-Middle Precambrian, whereas the meta-sedimentary rocks yielded detrital zircons, with ages of 1.0―1.2,1.6―1.8 and 2.5―2.6 Ga,indicative of deposition age at least<1.0 Ga. Meta-basic volcanic rocks from the Zhalantun Group have a formation age of 506±3 Ma.These data suggest that both the Xinghuadukou and Zhalantun Groups formed during Cambrian and/or Neoproterozoic time, rather than Paleoproterozoic time as previously thought.Early Precambrian inherited zircons in the meta-igneous rocks and numerous Precambrian detrital zircons in the meta-sedimentary rocks imply that these rocks were formed proximal to older crust. It is inferred that the Xinghuadukou and Zhalantun Groups represent Cambrian and/or Neoproterozoic vol- cano-sedimentary sequences formed in an active continental margin setting.MIAO LaiCheng LIU DunYi ZHANG FuQin FAN WeiMing SHI YuRuo XIE HangQiang 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,8:86
Early Paleozoic subduction of the Paleo-Asian Ocean: Geochronological and geochemical evidence from the Dashizhai basalts, Inner Mongolia显示文摘Zircon U-Pb results of basalt from the Dashizhai Town in Inner Mongolia, NE China, shows that the basaltic lava was erupted at 439±3 Ma, much older than the 'Permian basalts' as previously thought. These rocks show arc-type trace element patterns (i.e., Nb-Ta depletion and light REE and large ion lithophile element enrichment) and unradiogenic Sr and highly radiogenic Nd and Hf isotope compositions. They can be subdivided into two petrogenetic groups: Group 1 basalts have relatively high TiO2, MgO and compatible elements and low Sr and Th, characterized by mid-oceanic ridge basalt (MORB)-type Sr-Nd-Hf isotope compositions (87Sr/86Sr(i)=0.7028―0.7032, εNd(t)=+9.8-+11.2, εHf(t)=+16.1- +18.4). Group 2 has lower TiO2, MgO and compatible elements and higher Sr and Th, and relatively evolved Sr-Nd-Hf isotope compositions (87Sr/86Sr(i)=0.7037-0.7038, εNd(t)=+5.7-+7.3, εHf(t)=+12.6- +13.0). Both groups were interpreted as melts derived from a metasomatized mantle wedge formed during the subduction of Paleo-Asian Ocean. The mantle source for Group 1 was probably a highly isotopically depleted oceanic mantle modified by predominant slab fluids; whereas subducted sediments had an important contribution to the melting source for Group 2. The petrogenesis of the Dashizhai basalts provides clear evidence for early Paleozoic subduction of the Paleo-Asian Ocean, and the highly radiogenic Nd and Hf compositions in these rocks suggest that these lavas and their possible intrusive counterparts were one of the important components for Phanerozoic crustal growth. Our and previous studies on the 'Dashizhai Formation' volcanic rocks yield an unrealistic eruption range of 440-270 Ma for different rock types, we thus advise to disassemble the previously defined 'Dashizhai Formation' into multiple lithologic units and to reinterpret the spatial and temporal distributions of different volcano-sedimentary associations.GUO Feng FAN WeiMing LI ChaoWen MIAO LaiCheng ZHAO Liang 2009Science China Earth Sciences2009,52,7:37
Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating of meta-diorite from the basement of the Songliao Basin and its geological significance显示文摘The basement of the Songliao Basin mainly contains low-grade metamorphic rocks and granites. It has been long disputed whether the basin has Precambrian metamorphic basement. This is a report of zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating results of a meta-diorite sample, which was taken from the Si-5 drilling hole in the southern portion of the Songliao Basin. The SHRIMP analyses indicate that the meta-diorite with a weighted mean 207Pb/206Pb age of 1839±7 Ma (2σ, n = 8) was emplaced during Paleo-Proterozoic time. Additionally, the meta-diorite has old Nd model ages (TDM1: 2999Ma; TDM2: 2849Ma). These data suggest that the south- ern part of the Songliao Basin do possess Precambrian base- ment.WANG Ying ZHANG Fuqin ZHANG Dawei MIAO Laicheng LI Tiesheng XIE Hangqiang MENG Qingren LIU Dunyi 2006Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,15:35

SHRIMP U-Pb zircon age of the Jinbaoshan ultramafic intrusion,Yunnan Province,SW China显示文摘SHRIMP U-Pb zircon dating gives ages of 260.6 ± 3.5 Ma and 260.7 ± 5.6 Ma for serpentinised wehrlite and plag-hornblendite in the Jinbaoshan ultramafic intrusion, respectively. The results indicate that the Jinbaoshan intrusion was emplaced at ca.260 Ma and contemporaneous with the Emeishan continental flood basalts (ECFB),similar to other mafic-ultramafic intrusions of the Emeishan large igneous prov-ince (LIP). The new ages provide a geochronological constraint on the origin of the Jinbaoshan ul-tramafic intrusion. It confirms that the Jinbaoshan ultramafic intrusion belongs to the Emeishan LIP that formed at ca. 260 Ma.TAO Yan MA YanSheng MIAO LaiCheng ZHU FeiLin 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,1:16

SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating of the Gangou granitoids,Central Tianshan Mountains,Northwest China and tectonic significances显示文摘Two types of granitoids, highly deformed augen granitoids and undeformed fine-grained granitoids, are widely distributed in Gangou area,Central Tianshan Mountains,Northwest China. The augen granitoids are high-K calc-alkaline characterized by high K2O,Rb,Y and Th,and low Sr and Sr/Y. They also have high contents of large ion lithophile elements (LILE),such as Ba,Rb,K and Th,and relatively low con-tents of high field strength elements (HFSE),such as Zr,Y and Nb. The fine-grained granitoids are calc-alkaline characterized by high Sr,low Y and HREE,similar to adakitic rocks, and with Na2O/K2O<2 (1.76―1.91),high ISr (0.70689―0.70981),and negative εNd(t ) (-2.4―-5.3). High-precision SHRIMP U-Pb zircon dating results indicate that the Gangou augen granitiods were formed at 428 ± 10 Ma,and the fine-grained granitoids were emplaced at 361―368 Ma. These geochemical and U-Pb zircon data have significant implications for the timing of closure of the Mishigou-Gangou Ocean and the evolution of the Central Tianshan orogenic belt.SHI YuRuo LIU DunYi ZHANG Qi JIAN Ping ZHANG FuQin MIAO LaiCheng 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,11:10
Gold mineralization age of the Anjiayingzi gold deposit in Chifeng County, Inner Mongolia and implications for Mesozoic metallogenic explosion in North China显示文摘The Anjiayingzi gold deposit in Chifeng County, Inner Mongolia is located in the central part of the gold mineralization belt of the northern margin of the North China Craton (NCC), and is adjacent to the Paleozoic Inner Mongolia-Da Hinggan Mountains orogenic belt in the north. The Chifeng-Kaiyuan fault, which separates the NCC from this orogenic belt, is considered to be a regional ore-controlling structure. The Anjiayingzi gold deposit is a mediate-size quartz lode-gold deposit and is hosted by the Anjiayingzi quartz monzonite that was emplaced into the basement composed of early Precambrian gneisses. Rhyolitic and porphyritic dikes are generally associated with the gold mineralization. Zircon U-Pb analyses suggest that the Anjia- yingzi granite was emplaced from 132 Ma to 138 Ma, while the rhyolitic dikes that occupy the same fracture system as the gold-bearing quartz veins and locally crosscut the gold lodes crystallized from 125 Ma to 127 Ma. These results constrain the mineralization age between 126 Ma and 132 Ma, early Cretaceous time for the Anjiayingzi gold deposit. This mineralization age is consistent with that of the gold deposits in other major gold-bearing areas of the NCC, such as the Jiaodong Peninsula and the Xiaoqinling Mountain, and specially is roughly coeval with the geodynamic reversion of the NCC in Mesozoic. This coincidence probably indicates that the gold deposits in the NCC, including the Anjiayingzi deposit, formed in a similar geodynamic setting characterized by large-scale thinning of the lithosphere underlying the NCC.LI Yonggang ZHAI Mingguo YANG Jinhui MIAO Laicheng GUAN Hong 2004Science China Earth Sciences2004,47,2:7
Control Effects of Jinggangmycin and Its Compounded Reagents against Rice Sheath Blight显示文摘The control effects of six kinds of reagents against rice sheath blight were compared in the test. The results showed that 24% thifluzamide SC 300 mL /hm 2 and 20% Jinggangmycin.prochloraz WP 750 g /hm 2 had good control effect against rice sheath blight, and their control effects after spraying for 7 and 14 d were 72.16%,77.91% and 66.52%,71.08%,respectively.The control effects of both reagents were significantly better than other test reagents and control reagent Jinggangmycin, and they had no adverse effect on growth and development of rice.Considering from the aspects of control effect and economy,20% Jinggangmycin.prochloraz WP was suggested to be used to control rice sheath blight, its recommended dosage was 600-750 g /hm 2,and the reagent volume was 750kg with coarse spraying.Zhaolin SHU Dongbing HE Kebing YAO Laicheng ZHAO Kang MIAO Hongfu YANG Muxiang JI 2012Plant Diseases and Pests2012,3,3:2
Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating for gabbro at Chaotiehe in the Haicheng area, eastern Liaoning显示文摘Chaotiehe gabbroic intrusion in the eastern part of Liaoning Province was dated by the zircon SHRIMP U-Pb technique. The results gave an emplacement age of 126±4 Ma, indicating that the intrusion thus formed during the lithospheric thinning of the North China Craton (NCC) in the Early Cretaceous rather than in a rifting setting during the Paleoproterozoic as previously thought. The gabbroic intrusion contains abundant old zircons with Paleoproterozoic (2.10-2.46 Ga and ca. 1.87 Ga) and Neoproterozoic (747-969 Ma) ages. The Paleoproterozoic zircons were probably derived from NCC itself, whereas the Neoproterozoic ones were likely from materials of the Yangtze Craton that had previously been subducted beneath NCC. These geochronological dates are of important implications for understanding the Mesozoic crustal evolution of NCC.MIAO LaiCheng ZHANG FuQin LIU DunYi SHI YuRuo XIE HangQiang 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,4:2

Geochemical and Nd-Sr Isotopic Compositions of Hypabyssal Adakites in the Torud-Ahmad Abad Magmatic Belt,Northern Central Iran Zone:Analysis of Petrogenesis and Geodynamic Implications显示文摘Eocene intermediate to felsic subvolcanic rocks of the Torud-Ahmad Abad magmatic belt(TAMB),in the northern part of the Central Iran zone, are exposed between the Torud and Ahmad Abad regions in South-Southeast Shahrood. These igneous rocks include hypabyssal dacite,trachyte,andesite,trachy-andesite,and basaltic andesite;they are mainly composed of phenocrysts and microcrystalline groundmass of pyroxene, amphibole, and plagioclase, with minor biotite and titanomagnetite;they form domal structures(plugs and stocks),dikes, and sills that intruded into Neoproterozoic to cogenetic Eocene volcano-sedimentary sequences.Based on isotopic analysis of these intermediate to acidic rocks, initial ratios of^(143)Nd/^(144)Nd range from 0.512775 to 0.512893 and initial ratios of^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr range from 0.703746 to 0.705314,with quite positiveε_(Nd(i))values of+3.69 to+6.00.They are enriched in light rare earth elements and large ion lithophile elements and depleted in heavy rare earth elements and high-field strength elements, the SiO_(2) content is(52-62)wt.%,and Na_(2)O content>3 wt.%,Al_(2)O_(3) content>16 wt.%,Yb<1.8 ppm,and Y<18 ppm. These geological, geochemical, and Sr and Nd isotopic data are consistent with adakitic signatures originating by partial melting of the subducted Neo-Tethys oceanic slab(Sabzevar branch)and lithospheric suprasubduction zone mantle. The mantle signatures typifying the rapidly emplaced adakitic rocks(slab(high-silica adakite)and suprasubduction zone(low-silica adakite)melts)together with their locally voluminous extent are evidences that support a locally extensional geodynamic setting;and the evidence is consistent with an evolution to local transpression in the Late Eocene in this convergent margin are environment to rifting(basalts to adakites)towards submarine conditions in the Neogene.Fazilat Yousefi Ryan D.Mills Mahmoud Sadeghian David R.Lentz Christina Wanhainen Habibollah Ghasemi Laicheng Miao 2021Journal of Earth Science2021,32,6:0
Heterogenous zircons from Mesozoic igneous rocks in the North China Craton and their tectonic implications显示文摘Based on a synthesis of zircon inheritance from Mesozoic igneous rocks in the eastern portion of the North China Craton (NCC), it is proposed that inherited zircons with Neoproterozoic ages identified from these rocks are of a heterogenous derivation from the Yangtze/South China block, rather than from the NCC itself. The mechanism that introduces these zircons incorporated into the NCC is likely by tectonic underplating during the Triassic continental subduction of the Yangtze block beneath the NCC. Tectonic addition of abundant crustal materials represented by the heterogenous zircons into the NCC, probably along Moho or weak interfaces within the NCC’s crust, led to the crustal thickening in the NCC. These heterogenous materials, either as (partial) source rocks or as contaminants of the magmas generated during an extension environment following the crustal thickening, were reworked and therefore have significant contribution to petrogenesis of the Mesozoic igneous rocks. The crustal thickening resulted from the tectonic underplating, as indicated by the distribution extent of the heterogenous zircons, is spatially similar to that of the lithospheric thinning, with both mainly occurring in the eastern segment of the NCC. This is probably suggestive of an intrinsic relation between the thickening and thinning events during the Mesozoic evolution of the NCC.MIAO Laicheng FAN Weiming ZHANG Fuqin LIU Dunyi 2009Global Geology2009,12,3:0
