1Quantitative proteomics analysis of Fructus Psoraleae-induced hepatotoxicity in rats显示文摘Fructus Psoraleae,which is commonly consumed for the treatment of osteoporosis,bone fracture,and leucoderma,induces liver injury.This study investigated the pathogenesis of the ethanol extract of Fructus Psoraleae(EEFP)-induced liver injury in rats.EEFP(1.35,1.80,and 2.25 g·kg^–1)was administrated to Sprague Dawley(SD)rats for 30 d.We measured liver chemistries,histopathology,and quantitative isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation(iTRAQ)-based protein profiling.EEFP demonstrated parameters suggestive of liver injury with changes in bile secretion,bile flow rate,and liver histopathology.iTRAQ analysis showed that a total of 4042 proteins were expressed in liver tissues of EEFP-treated and untreated rats.Among these proteins,81 were upregulated and 32 were downregulated in the treatment group.KEGG pathway analysis showed that the drug metabolic pathways of cytochrome P450,glutathione metabolism,glycerolipid metabolism,and bile secretion were enriched with differentially expressed proteins.The expression of key proteins related to the farnesoid X receptor(FXR),i.e.,the peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor alpha(PPAR-α),were downregulated,and multidrug resistance-associated protein 3(MRP3)was upregulated in the EEFP-treated rats.Our results provide evidence that EEFP may induce hepatotoxicity through various pathways.Furthermore,our study demonstrates changes in protein regulation using iTRAQ quantitative proteomics analysis.LI Zhi-Jian Abudumijiti Abulizi XU Deng-Qiu Youlidouzi Maimaiti Silafu Aibai JIANG Zhen-Zhou ZHAO Guo-Lin WANG Tao Aiximujiang Refukati Zulikaer Maimaiti Yiliyaer Simayi CAO Chun-Yu ZHANG Lu-Yong 2020Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2020,18,2:7
2Characterizing urban expansion of Korla City and its spatial-temporal patterns using remote sensing and GIS methods显示文摘Cities provide spatial contexts for populations and economic activities. Determining the spatial-temporal patterns of urban expansion is of particular significance for regional sustainable development. To achieve a better understanding of the spatial-temporal patterns of urban expansion of Korla City, we explore the urban expansion characteristics of Korla City over the period 1995–2015 by employing Landsat TM/ETM+ images of 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, and 2015. Urban land use types were classified using the supervised classification method in ENVI 4.5. Urban expansion indices, such as expansion area, expansion proportion, expansion speed, expansion intensity, compactness, and fractal dimension, were calculated. The spatial-temporal patterns and evolution process of the urban expansion(e.g., urban gravity center and its direction of movement) were then quantitatively analyzed. The results indicated that, over the past 25 years, the area and proportion of urban land increased substantially with an average annual growth rate of 15.18%. Farmland and unused land were lost greatly due to the urban expansion. This result might be attributable to the rapid population growth and the dramatic economic development in this area. The city extended to the southeast, and the urban gravity center shifted to the southeast as well by about 2118 m. The degree of urban compactness tended to decrease and the fractal dimension index tended to increase, indicating that the spatial pattern of Korla City was becoming loose, complex, and unstable. 3Low-pressure pneumoperitoneum with abdominal wall lift in laparoscopic total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer:initial experience显示文摘AIM To evaluate the safety and feasibility of a new technology combining low-pressure pneumoperitoneum(LPP) and abdominal wall lift(AWL) in laparoscopic total mesorectal excision(TME) for rectal cancer.METHODS From November 2015 to July 2017,26 patients underwent laparoscopic TME for rectal cancer using LPP(6-8 mm Hg) with subcutaneous AWL in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University,Jinan,China.Clinical data regarding patients' demographics,intraoperative monitoring indices,operation-related indices andpathological outcomes were prospectively collected.RESULTS Laparoscopic TME was performed in 26 cases(14 anterior resection and 12 abdominoperineal resection) successfully,without conversion to open or laparoscopic surgery with standard-pressure pneumoperitoneum.Intraoperative monitoring showed stable heart rate,blood pressure and paw airway pressure.The mean operative time was 194.29 ± 41.27 min(range:125-270 min) and 200.41 ± 20.56 min(range:170-230 min) for anterior resection and abdominoperineal resection,respectively.The mean number of lymph nodes harvested was 16.71 ± 5.06(range:7-27).There was no positive circumferential or distal resection margin.No local recurrence was observed during a median follow-up period of 11.96 ± 5.55 mo(range:5-23 mo).CONCLUSION LPP combined with AWL is safe and feasible for laparoscopic TME.The technique can provide satisfactory exposure of the operative field and stable operative monitoring indices.Ping-Tian Xia Maimaiti Yusofu Hai-Feng Han Chun-Xiao Hu San-Yuan Hu Wen-Bin Yu Shao-Zhuang Liu 2018World Journal of Gastroenterology2018,24,11:4
4Enriching the Transfer Learning with Pre-Trained Lexicon Embedding for Low-Resource Neural Machine Translation显示文摘Most State-Of-The-Art(SOTA) Neural Machine Translation(NMT) systems today achieve outstanding results based only on large parallel corpora.The large-scale parallel corpora for high-resource languages is easily obtainable.However,the translation quality of NMT for morphologically rich languages is still unsatisfactory,mainly because of the data sparsity problem encountered in Low-Resource Languages(LRLs).In the low-resource NMT paradigm,Transfer Learning(TL) has been developed into one of the most efficient methods.It is difficult to train the model on high-resource languages to include the information in both parent and child models,as well as the initially trained model that only contains the lexicon features and word embeddings of the parent model instead of the child languages feature.In this work,we aim to address this issue by proposing the language-independent Hybrid Transfer Learning(HTL) method for LRLs by sharing lexicon embedding between parent and child languages without leveraging back translation or manually injecting noises.First,we train the High-Resource Languages(HRLs) as the parent model with its vocabularies.Then,we combine the parent and child language pairs using the oversampling method to train the hybrid model initialized by the previously parent model.Finally,we fine-tune the morphologically rich child model using a hybrid model.Besides,we explore some exciting discoveries on the original TL approach.Experimental results show that our model consistently outperforms five SOTA methods in two languages Azerbaijani(Az) and Uzbek(Uz).Meanwhile,our approach is practical and significantly better,achieving improvements of up to 4:94 and 4:84 BLEU points for low-resource child languages Az ! 5Entanglement concentration with strong projective measurement in an optomechanical system显示文摘In this work, we study an entanglement concentration scheme in a 3-mode optomechanical system. The scheme is based on phonon counting measurements, which can be performed through photon counting of an auxiliary cavity connected to the mechanical resonator. The amount of entanglement between the two cavity output modes is found to increase logarithmically with the number of detected phonons(photons). Such an entanglement concentration scheme is deterministic since, independently of the number of detected phonons(photons), the measurement always leads to an increase in output entanglement. 6The Cotton Stalk and Its Utilization as Ruminant Feed Resource in Xinjiang显示文摘Two separate experiments were carried out: the first one involved a study of the chemical and some intrinsic feed characteristics of raw cotton stalk( CS) and the efficiency of chemical,biological treatments on the improvement of the feed value of CS. CS was treated with chemical treatment by mixing 3% Ca( OH)2( CS + Ca),3% urea( CS + U),3% urea +3% Ca( OH)2( CS + Ca + U). Moreover,CS was treated with biological treatment by inoculation of either Lentinus edodes( CS + Po) or Pleurotus ostreatus( CS + Pl) or crushing CS by adding minor ingredient processed into pellet feed,samples from all treatment were analyzed for the nutrients,In vitro dry matter digestibility( INDMD) and free gossypol detoxification rate. The second investigated was the use of crushed or granulation CS as a test feed followed by voluntary feed intake and preference test with sheep. CS + Ca + U treatment can reach up the CP and IVDMD to 9% and 36%,respectively. CS + Po decreased the fiber component and improved CP content and IVDMD. The free gossypol content declined and the free gossypol detoxification rate reached more than 50%. By feeding sheep under the same level of concentrate and corn silage,the voluntary feed intake and daily weight gain in granulation group is higher than in crushing group( P < 0. 05). 16Extraction and Separation of Oxysophocarpine from Sophora alopecuroides by Reverse Three-phase Membrane Cycle Method显示文摘[Objectives] To establish the high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) determination method for oxysophocarpine and optimize the extraction and purification technology of oxysophocarpine from Sophora alopecuroides by inverse three-phase membrane cycle.[Methods]Based on the single-factor experiment,the effects of aqueous phase and organic phase volume ratio,the concentration of sodium hydroxide,concentration of hydrochloric acid and extraction cycle time on extraction process of oxysophocarpine were investigated using orthogonal design method,to determine the optimal extraction process. [Results]The oxysophocarpine was determined by Shim-pack VP-ODS chromatographic column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was methanol-0. 2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution( 7∶ 93),gradient elution,flow rate was 1 m L/min,the sample size was 5 μm,column temperature was 30℃,detection wavelength was 221 nm. Aqueous phase and organic phase volume ratio was 1∶ 1,hydrochloric acid concentration was 0. 3 mol/L,sodium hydroxide concentration was 0. 75 mol/L,water pump flow rate was 6 m L/min,60 min cycle time. The extraction rate of oxysophocarpine 98. 21 % within 60 min under the best experimental conditions. Oxysophocarpine has good linearity relationship within the range of 0. 01-0. 7 mg/m L( r^2= 0. 9978,n = 6),the respective average recovery rate was 97. 47%( RSD = 1. 95%).
