1实时剪切波弹性成像技术对A型肉毒毒素治疗扭转型痉挛性斜颈的应用评价显示文摘目的探讨实时剪切波弹性成像评价A型肉毒毒素治疗扭转型痉挛性斜颈疗效的临床应用价值。方法选取扭转型痉挛性斜颈患者46例(观察组)及健康志愿者50例(对照组),观察组进行A型肉毒毒素治疗,于治疗前及治疗后2周进行Tsui评分,同时应用实时剪切波超声弹性成像技术测量观察组及对照组的胸锁乳突肌、头夹肌杨氏模量值,对2组结果进行统计分析。结果观察组治疗后Tsui评分较治疗前下降(P <0. 01),治疗后胸锁乳突肌、头夹肌杨氏模量值较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01),与对照组同名肌比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论实时剪切波超声弹性成像技术有助于评价A型肉毒毒素治疗扭转型痉挛性斜颈肌痉挛的疗效。宋烨 张天杰 李园 Malam Djibo Issa 高源 2019河北医药2019,41,2:3
2西非209例中国人恶性疟临床分析显示文摘目的探讨近年到西非的中国人感染恶性疟的临床特点及治疗方法。方法收集西非国家209例实验室确诊的中国人恶性疟病例,对其临床表现、实验室检查结果、治疗方案及效果进行回顾性分析。结果209例恶性疟临床表现不典型、复杂多样,可伴有头痛、咽痛、肌肉痛、怠倦等症候群、咳嗽、咳痰等呼吸道症状以及腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等消化道症状,采用青蒿素衍生物和奎宁类药物早期、联合、分级、系统抗疟治疗后症状均消失,无恶性疟重症病例发生,仅3例实验室复查仍有少量疟原虫,成为无症状带虫者。结论恶性疟临床表现复杂多样,疟疾高发区应予给高度重视和警惕,早期、联合、分级、系统抗疟治疗效果满意,可以有效减少和避免重症恶性疟的发生。杨景毅 谢福生 Issa Malam Djibo 2013中国热带医学2013,13,1:2
