| 2 | Peripheral nerve regeneration and intraneural revascularization显示文摘Peripheral nerves are particularly vulnerable to injuries and are involved in numerous pathologies for which specific treatments are lacking. This review summarizes the pathophysiological features of the most common traumatic nerve injury in humans and the different animal models used in nerve regeneration studies. The current knowledge concerning Wallerian degeneration and nerve regrowth is then described. Finally, the involvement of intraneural vascularization in these processes is addressed. As intraneural vascularization has been poorly studied, histological experiments were carried out from rat sciatic nerves damaged by a glycerol injection. | 4 | 长期施肥对土壤颗粒粘粒矿物组成及其演变特征的影响显示文摘在湖北省武穴市长期定位试验的基础上,取不同施肥处理(施氮磷钾处理/NPK,氮磷钾-秸秆配施处理/NPKS)和荒地(HD)的土样,分离其耕层土壤(0~20 cm)不同粒级(<2000 nm与450~2000、100~450和25~100 nm三个粒级)的土壤颗粒,并分析各粒级颗粒中粘粒矿物组合和氧化物的差异,揭示不同施肥措施下农田土壤颗粒中粘粒矿物的变化特征。结果表明,不同施肥处理土壤粘粒矿物的组成一致,均以高岭石为主,并都含有蛭石、HIV(1.4 nm过渡矿物)和伊利石,且随颗粒粒径减小矿物从2:1型向1:1型过渡;与荒地土壤相比,施氮磷钾处理中伊利石和蛭石减少,HIV增加,而氮磷钾-秸秆配施处理中则是伊利石减少,蛭石和HIV增加。随粒径减小,3种土壤颗粒中SiO2和Fe2O3含量逐渐降低,Al2O3含量逐渐增加,其中各粒级颗粒的硅铝率和硅铁铝率也逐渐降低;与荒地土壤比,施氮磷钾和氮磷钾-秸秆配施处理各粒级颗粒的元素组成无明显变化,而硅铝率和硅铁铝率却有明显提高。3种土壤颗粒中游离态铁、铝含量的顺序为HD>NPKS>NPK,与铁游离度的变化规律一致,但非晶形铁、铝含量和铁的活化度变化不明显。各形态铁、铝氧化物的含量均随粒径减小而逐渐增大,与铁的游离度和活化度的变化规律一致。 | 刘智杰 黄丽 李峰 Ndzana Georges Martial 周方亮 李小坤 鲁剑巍 | 2018 | 矿物学报2018,0,5: | 10 |
| 5 | 经皮穿刺桡动脉冠状动脉腔内成形术和支架术123例报告显示文摘目的:探讨经桡动脉进行冠状动脉介入治疗的可行性、安全性和介入材料的选择。 方法:选择经桡动脉冠状动脉造影成功的123例冠心病患者为研究对象。88处左冠状动脉病变中,56例使用了Judkins左冠导管,16例使用了Voda左冠导管门4例使用了Amplatz左冠导管,另2例分别使用了人Amplatz左冠导管和MAC导管。45处右冠状动脉病变中,26例使用了Judkins右冠导管,12例使用了Amplatz右冠导管,6例使用了Amplatz左冠导管,l例使用了MAC指引导管。 结果:共对123例患者的138处病变(左主干1例,左前降支53例,左回旋支34例,右冠状动脉45例,冠状动脉旁路移植血管5例)进行了治疗。其中,对4处病变进行了单纯的经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA),65处进行了直接支架术,69处进行了PTCA加支架术。123例中119例获得成功(96.7%)。支架置入前后血管平均狭窄程度分别为83.4%和 5.8%。共置入支架 131枚,其中 2.5 mm的11枚,2.75 mm的 5枚,3.0 mm的 50枚,3.5mm的 51枚,4.0 mm的 13枚,5mm的1枚。 结论:经桡动脉进行冠状动脉介入治疗是一种安全? | 赵全明 田 军 李慧平 Martial Homon Gilles Grollier | 2001 | 中国循环杂志2001,16,4: | 9 |

| 9 | 栗精胺对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠肾脏损伤保护作用的研究显示文摘目的探讨栗精胺(CS)对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠肾损伤的保护作用及其可能的分子机理。方法将24只SPF级成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(SO组)、SAP组和CS组,每组8只大鼠。采用逆行胰胆管注射5%牛磺胆酸钠溶液(1 mL/kg)的方法建立大鼠SAP肾损伤模型。CS组大鼠在SAP建模后立即经腹腔注射CS生理盐水溶液(200 mg/kg)。SO组大鼠开腹后仅翻动十二指肠及胰腺后关腹。建模后12 h处死大鼠,采集3组大鼠的血清、胰腺及肾脏组织标本。采用全自动多功能生化分析仪检测大鼠血清中的尿素氮(BUN)水平、肌酐(Cr)水平及淀粉酶(AMY)活性;采用HE染色并在光镜下观察大鼠胰腺及肾脏组织的病理学改变;采用免疫组织化学染色法检测3组大鼠肾脏组织中核因子-κB(NF-κB)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)及含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶-3(Caspase-3)蛋白的表达。结果 (1)在胰腺及肾脏病理损伤程度方面,SAP组大鼠较SO组严重,但CS组大鼠却较SAP组有所减轻。(2)与SO组比较,SAP组大鼠的血清Cr水平、BUN水平及AMY活性均较高(P<0.05);与SAP组比较,CS组大鼠的血清Cr水平、BUN水平及AMY活性均较低(P<0.05)。(3)与SO组比较,SAP组大鼠肾脏组织中NF-κB、TNF-α、ICAM-1及Caspase-3蛋白的积分光密度值(IOD值)均较高(P<0.05);与SAP组比较,CS组大鼠肾脏组织中NF-κB、TNF-α、ICAM-1及Caspase-3蛋白的IOD值均较低(P<0.05)。结论 CS可减轻SAP大鼠的急性肾损伤,其机制可能是通过抑制NF-κB的活化,下调下游炎性介质如TNF-α和ICAM-1蛋白的表达,以及抑制凋亡蛋白Caspase-3的表达来发挥保护作用的。 | Nodjimadji Tamlengar Martial 洪育蒲 赵亮 项明伟 李满 陈辰 王卫星 | 2017 | 中国普外基础与临床杂志2017,24,10: | 2 |
