1Zero Watermarking Algorithm for Medical Image Based on Resnet50-DCT显示文摘Medical images are used as a diagnostic tool, so protecting theirconfidentiality has long been a topic of study. From this, we propose aResnet50-DCT-based zero watermarking algorithm for use with medicalimages. To begin, we use Resnet50, a pre-training network, to draw out thedeep features of medical images. Then the deep features are transformedby DCT transform and the perceptual hash function is used to generatethe feature vector. The original watermark is chaotic scrambled to get theencrypted watermark, and the watermark information is embedded into theoriginal medical image by XOR operation, and the logical key vector isobtained and saved at the same time. Similarly, the same feature extractionmethod is used to extract the deep features of the medical image to be testedand generate the feature vector. Later, the XOR operation is carried outbetween the feature vector and the logical key vector, and the encryptedwatermark is extracted and decrypted to get the restored watermark;thenormalized correlation coefficient (NC) of the original watermark and therestored watermark is calculated to determine the ownership and watermarkinformation of the medical image to be tested. After calculation, most ofthe NC values are greater than 0.50. The experimental results demonstratethe algorithm’s robustness, invisibility, and security, as well as its ability toaccurately extract watermark information. 3A Co-Verification Interface Design for High-Assurance CPS显示文摘Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS)tightly integrate cyber and physical components and transcend traditional control systems and embedded system.Such systems are often mission-critical;therefore,they must be high-assurance.Highassurance CPS require co-verification which takes a comprehensive view of the whole system to verify the correctness of a cyber and physical components together.Lack of strict multiple semantic definition for interaction between the two domains has been considered as an obstacle to the CPS co-verification.A Cyber/Physical interface model for hierarchical a verification of CPS is proposed.First,we studied the interaction mechanism between computation and physical processes.We further classify the interaction mechanism into two levels:logic interaction level and physical interaction level.We define different types of interface model according to combinatorial relationships of the A/D(Analog to Digital)and D/A(Digital to Analog)conversion periodical instants.This interface model has formal semantics,and is efficient for simulation and formal verification.The experiment results show that our approach has major potential in verifying system level properties of complex CPS,therefore improving the high-assurance of CPS.Yu Zhang Mengxing Huang Hao Wang Wenlong Feng Jieren Cheng 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,1:1

5Attention Guided Multi Scale Feature Fusion Network for Automatic Prostate Segmentation显示文摘The precise and automatic segmentation of prostate magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)images is vital for assisting doctors in diagnosing prostate diseases.In recent years,many advanced methods have been applied to prostate segmentation,but due to the variability caused by prostate diseases,automatic segmentation of the prostate presents significant challenges.In this paper,we propose an attention-guided multi-scale feature fusion network(AGMSF-Net)to segment prostate MRI images.We propose an attention mechanism for extracting multi-scale features,and introduce a 3D transformer module to enhance global feature representation by adding it during the transition phase from encoder to decoder.In the decoder stage,a feature fusion module is proposed to obtain global context information.We evaluate our model on MRI images of the prostate acquired from a local hospital.The relative volume difference(RVD)and dice similarity coefficient(DSC)between the results of automatic prostate segmentation and ground truth were 1.21%and 93.68%,respectively.To quantitatively evaluate prostate volume on MRI,which is of significant clinical significance,we propose a unique AGMSF-Net.The essential performance evaluation and validation experiments have demonstrated the effectiveness of our method in automatic prostate segmentation.Yuchun Li Mengxing Huang Yu Zhang Zhiming Bai 2024Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,2:0

8Multiresolution generative adversarial networks with bidirectional adaptive-stage progressive guided fusion for remote sensing image显示文摘Remote sensing image(RSI)with concurrently high spatial,temporal,and spectral resolutions cannot be produced by a single sensor.Multisource RSI fusion is a convenient technique to realize high spatial resolution multispectral(MS)images(spatial spectral fusion,i.e.SSF)and high temporal and spatial resolution MS images(spatiotemporal fusion,i.e.STF).Currently,deep learning-based fusion models can only implement SSF or STF,lacking models that perform both SSF and STF.Multiresolution generative adversarial networks with bidirectional adaptive-stage progressive guided fusion(BAPGF)for RSI are proposed to implement both SSF and STF,namely BPF-MGAN.A bidirectional adaptive-stage feature extraction architecture infine-scale-to-coarse-scale and coarse-scale-to-fine-scale modes is introduced.The designed BAPGF introduces a previous fusion result-oriented cross-stage-level dual-residual attention fusion strategy to enhance critical information and suppress superfluous information.Adaptive resolution U-shaped discriminators are implemented to feed multiresolution context into the generator.A generalized multitask loss function unlimited by no-reference images is developed to strengthen the model via constraints on the multiscale feature,structural,and content similarities.The BPF-MGAN model is validated on SSF datasets and STF datasets.Compared with the state-of-the-art SSF and STF models,results demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed BPF-MGAN model in both subjective and objective evaluations.Yuanyuan Wu Yuchun Li Mengxing Huang Siling Feng 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
9Mixed Attention Densely Residual Network for Single Image Super-Resolution显示文摘Recent applications of convolutional neural networks(CNNs)in single image super-resolution(SISR)have achieved unprecedented performance.However,existing CNN-based SISR network structure design consider mostly only channel or spatial information,and cannot make full use of both channel and spatial information to improve SISR performance further.The present work addresses this problem by proposing a mixed attention densely residual network architecture that can make full and simultaneous use of both channel and spatial information.Specifically,we propose a residual in dense network structure composed of dense connections between multiple dense residual groups to form a very deep network.This structure allows each dense residual group to apply a local residual skip connection and enables the cascading of multiple residual blocks to reuse previous features.A mixed attention module is inserted into each dense residual group,to enable the algorithm to fuse channel attention with laplacian spatial attention effectively,and thereby more adaptively focus on valuable feature learning.The qualitative and quantitative results of extensive experiments have demonstrate that the proposed method has a comparable performance with other stateof-the-art methods.Jingjun Zhou Jing Liu Jingbing Li Mengxing Huang Jieren Cheng Yen-Wei Chen Yingying Xu Saqib Ali Nawaz 2021Computer Systems Science & Engineering2021,39,10:0
10Adaptive Noise Detector and Partition Filter for Image Restoration显示文摘The random-value impulse noise(RVIN)detection approach in image denoising,which is dependent on manually defined detection thresholds or local window information,does not have strong generalization performance and cannot successfully cope with damaged pictures with high noise levels.The fusion of the K-means clustering approach in the noise detection stage is reviewed in this research,and the internal relationship between the flat region and the detail area of the damaged picture is thoroughly explored to suggest an unique two-stage method for gray image denoising.Based on the concept of pixel clustering and grouping,all pixels in the damaged picture are separated into various groups based on gray distance similarity features,and the best detection threshold of each group is solved to identify the noise.In the noise reduction step,a partition decision filter based on the gray value characteristics of pixels in the flat and detail areas is given.For the noise pixels in flat and detail areas,local consensus index(LCI)weighted filter and edge direction filter are designed respectively to recover the pixels damaged by the RVIN.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed noise detection method is more than 90%,and is superior to most mainstream methods.At the same time,the proposed filtering method not only has good noise reduction and generalization performance for natural images and medical images with medium and high noise but also is superior to other advanced filtering technologies in visual effect and objective quality evaluation.Cong Lin Chenghao Qiu CanWu Siling Feng Mengxing Huang 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,5:0
11Optimization of Resource Allocation in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Based on Swarm Intelligence Algorithms显示文摘Due to their adaptability,Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)play an essential role in the Internet of Things(IoT).Using wireless power transfer(WPT)techniques,an UAV can be supplied with energy while in flight,thereby extending the lifetime of this energy-constrained device.This paper investigates the optimization of resource allocation in light of the fact that power transfer and data transmission cannot be performed simultaneously.In this paper,we propose an optimization strategy for the resource allocation of UAVs in sensor communication networks.It is a practical solution to the problem of marine sensor networks that are located far from shore and have limited power.A corresponding system model is summarized based on the scenario and existing theoretical works.The minimum throughputmaximizing object is then formulated as an optimization problem.As swarm intelligence algorithms are utilized effectively in numerous fields,this paper chose to solve the formed optimization problem using the Harris Hawks Optimization and Whale Optimization Algorithms.This paper introduces a method for translating multi-decisions into a row vector in order to adapt swarm intelligence algorithms to the problem,as joint time and energy optimization have two sets of variables.The proposed method performs well in terms of stability and duration.Finally,performance is evaluated through numerical experiments.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method performs admirably in the given scenario.Siling Feng Yinjie Chen Mengxing Huang Feng Shu 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,5:0
