1A Dual-driven Intelligent Combination Control of Heat Pipe Space Cooling System显示文摘Effective thermal control systems are essential for reliable operation of spacecraft.A dual-driven intelligent combination control strategy is proposed to improve the temperate control and heat flux tracking effects.Both temperature regulation and heat flux tracking errors are employed to generate the final control action;their contributions are adaptively adjusted by a fuzzy fusing policy of control actions.To evaluate the control effects,describe a four-nodal mathematical model for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the controlled heat pipe space cooling system(HP-SCS) consisting of an aluminum-ammonia heat pipe and a variable-emittance micro-electromechanical-system(MEMS) radiator.This dynamical model calculates the mass flow-rate and condensing pressure of the heat pipe working fluid directly from the systemic nodal temperatures,therefore,it is more suitable for control engineering applications.The closed-loop transient performances of four different control schemes have been numerically investigated.The results conclude that the proposed intelligent combination control scheme not only improves the thermal control effects but also benefits the safe operation of HP-SCS.LI Yunze LI Mingmin LEE Kok Meng 2012Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2012,25,4:4
2Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bushenantai granules(补肾安胎颗粒) in promoting angiogenesis at the maternal-fetal interface of recurrent spontaneous abortion mice显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the effects of Bushenantai(BSAT)granule(补肾安胎颗粒)on angiogenesis-related factors[E2,P,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)]at the maternal-fetal interface of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)mice,and to evaluate the role of BSAT in promoting angiogenesis at the maternal-fetal interface by influencing the expression of sex hormones,and VEGF.METHODS:A mouse model with normal pregnancy and another with Clark’s classic RSA were established.The RSA mice were randomly assigned to six groups:normal,model,progesterone,high-doseBSAT granule(BSAT-H),medium-dose-BSAT granule(BSAT-M),and low-dose-BSAT granule(BSAT-L)(n=10 for each group).The embryo loss rate and the histopathological changes in the decidual tissues were measured.Serum levels of estrogen(E2),progesterone(P),and VEGF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The m RNA and protein expressions of estradiol receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),VEGF,and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR2)in the decidual tissues were identified by immunohistochemistry,Western blotting,and quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:The embryo loss rate in all groups that received BSAT treatment was reduced,while the number of blood vessels at decidual tissues was increased.The serum levels of E2,P and VEGF were elevated,and the m RNA and protein expressions of ER,PR,VEGF,and VEGFR2 in the decidual tissues were enhanced.CONCLUSION:BSAT can improve angiogenesis at the maternal-fetal interface and reduce the embryo loss rate,which may be associated with its ability to increase the serum levels of estrogen,progesterone,and VEGF,in addition to up-regulation of m RNA and protein expression of ER,PR,VEGF,and VEGFR2 in the decidual tissues.LI Yuanqi LI Weili YU Xinhui WU Hua WANG Yuanzhong JIN Ya HAO Lele LIU Mingmin SONG Xiaoge 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,4:3
3Preparation and application of iron oxide/persimmon tannin/graphene oxide nanocomposites for efficient adsorption of erbium from aqueous solution显示文摘Rare earth elements(REEs)are used for the developme nt of new energy materials owing to their intrinsic physicochemical property.However,excess REEs in water threaten the safety of animals,plants and humans.An efficient way to separate REEs from the water is therefore needed.In this study,a biosorbent consisting of iron oxide(Fe3 O4),persimmon tannin(PT),and graphene oxide(GO)as Fe3 O4/PT/GO was prepared,and the adsorption of trivalent erbium(Er3+)ions from aqueous solution was investigated.The adsorption process for Er3+ions conforms to pseudo-second order kinetic and the Langmuir isotherm model behavior.Thermodynamic studies indicate that the adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy;Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)analysis,and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)were used to assess the adsorption mechanism of Er3+ions onto the Fe3 O4/PT/GO biosorbent.A combination of electrostatic interactions,redox reactivity and chelation are responsible for adsorption of Er3+ions on the Fe3 O4/PT/GO biosorbent,The magnetic Fe3 O4/PT/GO biosorbent can be easily separated under the magnetic field for effective recycle of Er3+ions from aqueous solution.Therefore,this new biomass composite holds great promise for wastewater treatment.Lin Gao Zhongmin Wang Chaoke Qin Zhenming Chen Mingmin Gao Na He Xi Qian Zhide Zhou Guiyin Li 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,12:3

15Modulate the electronic structure of Cu_(7)S_(4)nanosheet on TiO_(2)for enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘TiO_(2)is a promising photocatalyst due to its high thermodynamic stability and non-toxicity.However,its applications have been still limited because of the high recombination rate of electron-hole pairs.Herein,we show that by combining heterojunction construction and electronic structure regulation,the electron-hole pairs in TiO_(2)can be effectively separated for enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen evolution.The optimized Cu_(7)S_(4)nanosheet decorated TiO_(2)achieves much enhanced H_(2)evolution rate(11.5 mmol·g−1·h−1),which is 13.8 and 4.2 times of that of TiO_(2)and Cu_(7)S_(4)/TiO_(2),respectively.The results of photoluminescence spectroscopy,transient photocurrent spectra,ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectra,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy collectively demonstrate that the enhanced photocatalytic performance of Air-Cu_(7)S_(4)/TiO_(2)is attributed to the effective separation of charge carriers and widened photoresponse range.The electron paramagnetic resonance and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicate that the increase of Cu2+in the Cu_(7)S_(4)nanosheet after calcination can promote the charge transfer.This work provides an effective method to improve the electron migration rate and charge separation of TiO_(2),which holds great significance for being extended to other material systems and beyond.Wenqiang Liu Huiping Peng Leigang Li Mingmin Wang Hongbo Geng Xiaoqing Huang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
16A novel dephosphorylation targeting chimera selectively promoting tau removal in tauopathies显示文摘Intraneuronal accumulation of hyperphosphorylated tau is a hallmark pathology shown in over twenty neurodegenerative disorders,collectively termed as tauopathies,including the most common Alzheimer's disease(AD).Therefore,selectively removing or reducing hyperphosphorylated tau is promising for therapies of AD and other tauopathies.Here,we designed and synthesized a novel DEPhosphorylation TArgeting Chimera(DEPTAC)to specifically facilitate the binding of tau to Ba-subunit-contalning protein phosphatase 2A(PP2A-Ba),the most active tau phosphatase in the brain.The DEPTAC exhibited high efficiency in dephosphorylating tau at multiple AD-associated sites and preventing tau accumulation both in vitro and in vivo.Further studies revealed that DEPTAC significantly improved microtubule assembly,neurite plasticity,and hippocampus-dependent learning and memory in transgenic mice with inducible overexpression of truncated and neurotoxic human tau N368.Our data provide a strategy for selective removal of the hyperphosphorylated tau,which sheds new light for the targeted therapy of AD and related-tauopathies.Jie Zheng Na Tian Fei Liu Yidian Zhang Jingfen Su Yang Gao Mingmin Deng Linyu Wei Jingwang Ye Honglian Li Jian-Zhi Wang 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,8:0
17The high-quality sequencing of the Brassica rapa‘XiangQingCai’genome and exploration of genome evolution and genes related to volatile aroma显示文摘‘Vanilla’(XQC,brassica variety chinensis)is an important vegetable crop in the Brassica family,named for its strong volatile fragrance.In this study,we report the high-quality chromosome-level genome sequence of XQC.The assembled genome length was determined as 466.11 Mb,with an N50 scaffold of 46.20 Mb.A total of 59.50%repetitive sequences were detected in the XQC genome,including 47570 genes.Among all examined Brassicaceae species,XQC had the closest relationship with B.rapa QGC(‘QingGengCai’)and B.rapa Pakchoi.Two whole-genome duplication(WGD)events and one recent whole-genome triplication(WGT)event occurred in the XQC genome in addition to an ancient WGT event.The recent WGT was observed to occur during 21.59-24.40 Mya(after evolution rate corrections).Our findings indicate that XQC experienced gene losses and chromosome rearrangements during the genome evolution of XQC.The results of the integrated genomic and transcriptomic analyses revealed critical genes involved in the terpenoid biosynthesis pathway and terpene synthase(TPS)family genes.In summary,we determined a chromosome-level genome of B.rapa XQC and identified the key candidate genes involved in volatile fragrance synthesis.This work can act as a basis for the comparative and functional genomic analysis and molecular breeding of B.rapa in the future.Zhaokun Liu Yanhong Fu Huan Wang Yanping Zhang Jianjun Han Yingying Wang Shaoqin Shen Chunjin Li Mingmin Jiang Xuemei Yang Xiaoming Song 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,10:0
18An improved constraint method in optimal estimation of CO2 from GOSAT SWIR observations显示文摘We propose an algorithm that combines a pre-processing step applied to the a priori state vector prior to retrievals,with the modified damped Newton method(MDNM),to improve convergence.The initial constraint vector pre-processing step updates the initial state vector prior to the retrievals if the algorithm detects that the initial state vector is far from the true state vector in extreme cases where there are CO_2 emissions.The MDNM uses the Levenberg-Marquardt parameter y,which ensures a positive Hessian matrix,and a scale factor a,which adjusts the step size to optimize the stability of the convergence.While the algorithm iteratively searches for an optimized solution using observed spectral radiances,MDNM adjusts parameters y and a to achieve stable convergence.We present simulated retrieval samples to evaluate the performance of our algorithm and comparing it to existing methods.The standard deviation of our retrievals adding random noise was less than 3.8 ppmv.After pre-processing the initial estimate when it was far from the true value,the CO_2 retrieval errors in the boundary layers were within 1.2 ppmv.We tested the MDNM algorithm's performance using GOSAT L1b data with cloud screening.Our preliminary validations comparing the results to TCCON FTS measurements showed that the average bias was less than 1.8 ppm and the correlation coefficient was approximately 0.88,which was larger than for the GOSAT L2 product.ZOU MingMin CHEN LiangFu LI ShenShen FAN Meng TAO JinHua ZHANG Ying 2017Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,2:0
19Experimental Investigations on NO_(x) Emission and Combustion Dynamics in an Axial Fuel Staging Combustor显示文摘Axial Fuel Staging(AFS)technology is an advanced low-emission combustion method in modem gas turbine,which divides the combustor into two axially arranged combustion zones.For revealing the characteristics of axial staged combustion,an industrial-grade combustor was designed and built.The distribution of temperature and velocity field in the combustor was presented with numerical simulation.And an Atmospheric Combustor Test Rig for axial staged combustion was built.The flow resistance characteristics of the combustor were measured at first.Then the effects of the equivalent ratio and the preheating temperature on the pollutant emission and combustion instability were investigated.The results show that the total pressure recovery coefficient in cold state is always above 98%;starting the secondary combustion at low load can reduce NO emissions by 50%,and can suppress the combustion oscillation amplitude of the combustor.At the design point with φ=0.62 and preheating temperature=400°C,NO emission and CO emission are 15.68 and 4.22 mg/m^(3)(@15%O_(2)).LI Yuze JIA Yuliang JIN Ming ZHU Xutong GE Bing MAO Ronghai REN Lilei CHEN Mingmin JIAO Guangyun 2022Journal of Thermal Science2022,31,1:0
20DGConv: A Novel Convolutional Neural Network Approach for Weld Seam Depth Image Detection显示文摘We propose a novel image segmentation algorithm to tackle the challenge of limited recognition and segmentation performance in identifying welding seam images during robotic intelligent operations.Initially,to enhance the capability of deep neural networks in extracting geometric attributes from depth images,we developed a novel deep geometric convolution operator(DGConv).DGConv is utilized to construct a deep local geometric feature extraction module,facilitating a more comprehensive exploration of the intrinsic geometric information within depth images.Secondly,we integrate the newly proposed deep geometric feature module with the Fully Convolutional Network(FCN8)to establish a high-performance deep neural network algorithm tailored for depth image segmentation.Concurrently,we enhance the FCN8 detection head by separating the segmentation and classification processes.This enhancement significantly boosts the network’s overall detection capability.Thirdly,for a comprehensive assessment of our proposed algorithm and its applicability in real-world industrial settings,we curated a line-scan image dataset featuring weld seams.This dataset,named the Standardized Linear Depth Profile(SLDP)dataset,was collected from actual industrial sites where autonomous robots are in operation.Ultimately,we conducted experiments utilizing the SLDP dataset,achieving an average accuracy of 92.7%.Our proposed approach exhibited a remarkable performance improvement over the prior method on the identical dataset.Moreover,we have successfully deployed the proposed algorithm in genuine industrial environments,fulfilling the prerequisites of unmanned robot operations.Pengchao Li Fang Xu Jintao Wang Haibing Guo Mingmin Liu Zhenjun Du 2024Computers, Materials & Continua2024,78,2:0
