| 1 | Predicting suitable habitat of an invasive weed Parthenium hysterophorus under future climate scenarios in Chitwan Annapurna Landscape,Nepal显示文摘Chitwan-Annapuma Landscape(CHAL)in central Nepal is known for its rich biodiversity and the landscape is expected to provide corridors for species range shift in response to climate change.Environmental assessments have identified biological invasions and other anthropogenic activities as major threats to the biodiversity in the CHAL.One of the rapidly spreading Invasive Alien Plant species(IAPs)in the CHAL is Parthenium hysterophorus L.,a neotropical invasive weed of global significance.This study aimed to investigate the current and future projected suitable habitat of P.hysterophorus in the CHAL using MaxEnt modelling in three'Representative Concentration Pathways'(RCPs 2.6,4.5 and 8.5)corresponding to different greenhouse gases emissiontrajectories for the year 2050 and 2070.A total of 288species occurrence points,six bioclimatic variablesmean diurnal range,isothermality,annual precipitation,precipitation of driest month,precipitation seasonality,precipitation of driest quarter and two topographic variables(aspect and slope)were selected for MaxEnt modelling.Potential range shift in terms of increase or decline in the suitable habitat areas under the projected scenarios were calculated.Slope and annual precipitation were the most important variables that explained the current distribution of P.hysterophorus.Twenty percent of the total area of CHAL was predicted to be suitable habitat for the growth of P.hysterophorus in the current climatic condition.Highest gain in the suitable habitat of this noxious weed was found under RCP 4.5 scenario in 2050 and 2070.whereas there will be a loss in thesuitable habitat under RCP 8.5 scenario in 2050 and2070.Out of four physiographic regions present in CHAL,three regions-Siwalik,Middle Mountain and High Mountain have suitable habitat for P.hysterophorus under current climatic condition.The mountainous region is likely to be affected more than the Siwalik region by further spread of P.fhysteropfhorus in the future under low(RCP 2.6)to medium(RCP 4.5)emission scenarios.The suitable habitat for this weed is likely to increase in the protected areas of mountain regions(Langtang National Park,Annapurna Conservation Area and Manaslu Conservation Area)in the future.The results have revealed a risk of spreading P.hysterophorus from present localities to non-invaded areas in the current and future climatic condition.Such risk needs to be considered by decision makers and resource managers while planning for effective management of this weed to reduce its ecological and economic impacts in the CHAL. | MAHARJAN Seerjana SHRESTHA Bharat Babu JOSHI Mohan Dev DEVKOTA Anjana MUNIAPPAN Rangaswamy ADIGA Abhijin JHA Pramod Kumar | 2019 | Journal of Mountain Science2019,16,10: | 1 |
| 2 | 广州市黄埔区与加德满都谷地食品安全监管模式及现状的对比研究(英文)显示文摘目的研究广州市黄埔区与尼泊尔加德满都谷地在食品安全监管模式上的异同,对比分析两地的食品安全现状,为当地政府尤其加德满都的食品安全监管提出科学建议。方法通过查阅相关政策、法规和行业标准,与相关官员进行深度交流,了解两地食品安全监管的模式;收集各机构2011-2013年度的食品检测结果,分析两地的食品安全现状,并通过Pearson卡方检验或Fisher精确概率法比较两地重点食品的未达标率。结果中国的食品安全监管经历了一个由单部门到多部门再到单部门主导负责的发展历程,尼泊尔的食品安全监管工作目前也涉及到十多个国家部门,但主要由农业发展部统筹;在具体工作部门上,加德满都食品工艺与质量控制局更侧重于食品检验等职能部门的设置,而黄埔区食品药品监督管理局更侧重于行政管理;在人员配备上,加德满都食品工艺与质量控制局的技术工作人员明显不能满足实际工作的需要。2012年,加德满都从11个食品大类中抽取了807份样品进行检查,而黄埔区仅在5个食品大类中就抽取了5 199份样品进行检查。2012年加德满都脂肪油类产品未达标率26.76%,高于黄埔区的8.57%(P=0.03);水果蔬菜类未达标率3.33%,高于黄埔区的1.11%(P=0.03);谷类产品未达标率14.98%,高于黄埔区的3.74%(P=0.001),饮用水未达标率65.82%,高于黄埔区的7.69%(P<0.001);2013年脂肪油类产品未达标率29.17%,高于黄埔区的1.05%(P<0.001),谷类产品未达标率13.64%,高于黄埔区的0%(P<0.001)。结论与黄埔区的食品安全现状相比,加德满都的情况稍显落后,但黄埔区在食品安全方面也存在待提高之处,双方在食品安全的监管仍需进一步加强。 | Kalawati Shrestha 张应涛 Prem Raj Shrestha 张文东 刘丽珊 Pramod Koirala Mohan Krishna Maharjan 陆家海 | 2016 | 热带医学杂志2016,16,3: | 0 |
| 3 | 在尼泊尔进行的白内障超声乳化和小切口无缝线囊外摘除疗效比较的前瞻性研究显示文摘目的比较白内障超声乳化摘除和小切口无缝线囊外摘除的疗效。对108例明显白内障患者进行前瞻性,随机比较。方法设备:显微眼外科扶贫诊所;病人:108例白内障病人随机接受白内障超声乳化摘除和小切口无缝线囊外摘除;并植入白内障手术植入人工晶体;主要检测:手术时间、手术并发症、术后视力和最好矫正视力、散光、中央角膜水肿情况。结果两种手术都有很好的手术效果而且并发症少。术后第一天,两组病例的未矫正视力无显著性差异(=0.185),而小切口组的角膜水肿发生率要低于超乳组(=0.0039)。六个月后,小切口组有89%病人未矫正视力达到20/60以上,98%病人的最好矫正视力达到20/60以上,而超乳组,这两个比例未85%和98%,两者无统计学上差异(=0.30)。在手术时间上,小切口的手术时间明显少于超乳组,二者有统计学上差异(<0.0001)。结论小切口和超乳都有很好的手术效果和低并发症。两者相比。小切口手术更快、费用低、对技术要求低。因此,小切口白内障摘除是治疗发展中国家成熟白内障的有效治疗方法。 | Sanduk Ruit Geoffrey Tabin David Chang Leena Bajracharya Daniel C.Kline William Richheimer Mohan Shrestha Govinda Paudyal 万川 | 2007 | 实用防盲技术2007,2,4: | 0 |
| 4 | Formulation,in-vitro Evaluation and Dissolution Enhancement of Griseofulvin by Solid Dispersion Method显示文摘Introduction:Griseofulvin is an antifungal drug belonging to Biopharmaceutical Classification System(BCS class II)having low solubility.Objectives:To formulate,evaluate and enhance the dissolution of poorly water soluble drug Griseofulvin by using solid dispersion method.Methods:Six formulations were prepared by solid dispersion method using Polyethylene Glycol(PEG 6000)125 mg,0 mg,62.5 mg,100 mg,25 mg,150 mg and superdisintegrants Crospovidone 0 mg,125 mg,62.5 mg,100 mg,25 mg,150 mg in all batches respectively.Findings:Satisfactory results were obtained from evaluation of physical characteristics of Griseofulvin tablets including:carr’s compressibility index(17.5±0.19%to 11.76±0.67%),Hausner ratio(1.21±0.01 to 1.13±0.02)and post compression parameters including:thickness(5.16±0.02 mm to 4.57±0.19 mm),friability(0.024%to 0.322%),hardness(4±0.28 kg/cm^(2)to 5±0.57 kg/cm^(2)),disintegration time(14-870 seconds).Conclusions:F3 was best formulation among all formulated batches with in-vitro drug release 30.05%in 10 minutes,69.21%in 30 minutes and 97.11%in 45 minutes.This indicated that formulation F3 batch with PEG 6000 of 62.5 mg and crospovidone 62.5 mg showed increased dissolution. | Gopal Pokhrel Bikash Dani Srijana Shrestha Rakshya Chaudhary Ramesh Dhami Barnabas Sunuwar Sharad Pudasaini Vijay Yadav Lalit Mohan Pant Rajan Ghimire | 2022 | Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology2022,10,4: | 0 |
| 5 | Clinical Analysis of 73 Cases of Intraspinal Nerve Sheath Tumor显示文摘Seventy-three patients with spinal nerve sheath tumor who were surgically treated in our hospital during the years 2004-2010 were retrospectively reviewed with respect to recovery of neurological function, recurrence of the tumor and occurrence of kyphotic deformities. Preoperative clinical manifestations, imaging data, surgical records and follow-up results were comprehensively analyzed. The follow-up duration was 12-60 months with an average of 32.0 months. Out of the 73 cases enrolled, 69 had gradual recovery of sensation, motor and sphincter functions 1 week to 3 months after operation. Forty-six cases had incomplete paralysis, whose American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) grades, however, were gradually increased during the follow-up period, 4 cases had no significant improvement of the clinical symptoms and no change in ASIA grades during the follow-up period. Two cases had postoperative recurrence of the tumor. There were no deaths, no spinal instability, and no kyphotic malformations found in any cases.
