Research and Evaluation on Key Technological Indicators for Airborne and Shipborne Gravimetry显示文摘Gravimetry technical guides are the scientific basis for air-sea gravimetry. However, the existing technical guides in China are behind the application requirements. This study analyzed the most important indicators of air-sea gravimetry, including the density of survey lines, gravimetry accuracy and space resolution, stability and reliability of the air-sea gravimeter, and proposed a gravimetry accuracy assessment system consisting of gravity RMS of error, systematic error and mean error, and an assessment system for the gravimeter stability consisting of the relative accuracy of the scale value, monthly zero-drift, RMS of the monthly nonlinear zero-drift variation and the threshold of the monthly nonlinear zero-drift variation. The mathematic models for the measurement point determination in shipborne gravimetry, E tv s correction for airborne gravimetry, platform tilt correction and evaluation air-sea gravimetry were also analyzed and modified. This work will provide technology support for the composition of the military-civil air-sea gravimetry technical guides. | Motao HUANG Kailiang DENG Taiqi WU Xiuping LU Guojun ZHAI Yongzhong OUYANG Xin CHEN Min LIU | 2019 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2019,2,3: | 6
Data Fusion Technique for Multibeam Echosoundings显示文摘On the basis of an analysis of the error sources in multibeam echosounding system,a data processing method for compensating systematic errors in multibeam survey is proposed. In order to improve the accuracy of overall swath,a data fusion technique using single beam survey data as control information for single beam and multibeam echosounding is then presented. Some questions involved in solving the adjustment problem, such as its feasibility and the numerical stability, are discussed in detail, and a two_step adjustment method is suggested. Finally,a practical survey data set is used as a case study to prove the efficiency and reliability of the proposed methods. | HUANG Motao ZHAI Guojun OUYANG Yongzhong LIU Yanchunsenior engineer,Tianjin Institute of Hydrographic Surveying and Charting,40 Youyi Road,Tianjin 300061,China. | 2002 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2002,5,3: | 2
Rank-Defect Adjustment Model for Survey-Line Systematic Errors in Marine Survey Net显示文摘In this paper, the structure of systematic and random errors in marine survey net are discussed in detail and the adjustment method for observations of marine survey net is studied,in which the rank_defect characteristic is discovered first up to now.On the basis of the survey_line systematic error model, the formulae of the rank_defect adjustment model are deduced according to modern adjustment theory. An example of calculations with really observed data is carried out to demonstrate the efficiency of this adjustment model. Moreover,it is proved that the semi_systematic error correction method used at present in marine gravimetry in China is a special case of the adjustment model presented in this paper. | LIU Yanchun LI Mingsan HUANG Motao | 2002 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2002,5,4: | 2

ON THE EVALUATION OF DEFLECTIONS OF THE VERTICAL USING FFT TECHNIQUE显示文摘There exist three types of convolution formulae for the efficient evaluation of gravity field convolution integrals,i.e.,the planar 2D convolution, the spherical 2D convolution and the spherical 1D convolution. The largest drawback of both the planar and the spherical 2D FFT methods is that, due to the approximations in the kernel function, only inexact results can be achieved.Apparently, the reason is the meridian convergence at higher latitudes. As the meridians converge, the Δ φ ,Δ λ blocks do not form a rectangular grid,as is assumed in 2D FFT methods. It should be pointed out that the meridian convergence not only leads to an approximation error in the kernel function, but also causes an approximation error during the implementation of 2D FFT in computer. In order to meet the increasing need for precise determination of the vertical deflections, this paper derives a more precise planar 2D FFT formula for the computation of the vertical deflections. After having made a detailed comparison between the planar and the spherical 2D FFT formulae,we find out the main source of errors causing the loss in accuracy by applying the conventional spherical 2D FFT method. And then,a modified spherical 2D FFT formula for the computation of the vertical deflections is developed in this paper.A series of numerical tests have been carried out to illustrate the improvement made upon the old spherical 2D FFT.The second part of this paper is to discuss the influences of the spherical harmonic reference field, the limited capsize, and the singular integral on the computation of the vertical deflections. The results of the vertical deflections over China by applying the spherical 1D FFT formula with different integration radii have been compared to the astro_observed vertical deflections in the South China Sea to obtain a set of optimum deflection computation parameters. | Huang Motao Zhai Guojun Guan Zheng Quyang Yongzhong | 2001 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2001,4,1: | 1

Recovery of Bathymetry from Altimeter Data显示文摘At present, there exist two methods used to recover the bathymetry from altimeter data,i.e.the deterministic method and the stochastic method. In this paper, the principles of the two methods are introduced first. Then according to the theory of least_square collocation,a modified statistical model for recovering bathymetry from altimeter data is proposed. The new model has been used for computing the ocean depth in the South China Sea from altimeter_derived gravity anomalies. Finally the predicted depths are compared with the ship_borne depth. It shows that they agree with each other very well. | HUANG Motao ZHAI Guojun OUYANG Yongzhong BIAN Shaofeng | 2003 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2003,6,1: | 0
Regulating metalloimmunology with nanomedicine for cancer therapy显示文摘Metals are essential components of both micronutrients and macronutrients in living organisms and are involved in a variety of immune processes in the forms of free ions or protein-coupled complexes(metalloproteins).Multiple aspects of the immune system, from the structural and functional control of immune-related proteins to the cellular responses to immunotherapy, could be affected by metals. Therefore, the employment of metal for the regulation of immunity, termed as metalloimmunology,is gaining interest as a prevalent and efficacious approach to combating cancer. However, the manipulation of metalloimmunology using traditional drugs presents several challenges, including limited bioavailability, adverse effects, and a lack of targeting specificity. This review provides an overview of the latest findings in metal and metal-regulatory therapeutic agents for the treatment of cancer.Essential trace metal elements, such as iron, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium, and calcium,as well as heavy metal drugs and their mechanisms of action, will be discussed with a particular focus on their roles in regulating the tumor-immune interplay. The latest nanotechnology employed in the administration of metal-regulatory drugs and the design concepts for tailored therapeutic interventions will be discussed. These concepts and information offer promising clinical possibilities of modulating cancer immunology by targeting metal metabolism. | Saibo Ma Lin Chen Muhammad Hamza Jing Chang Motao Zhu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,12: | 0
