1Bisphenol A in combination with TNF-a selectively induces Th2 cell-promoting dendritic cells in vitro with an estrogen-like activity显示文摘Bisphenol A(BPA)is a monomer used in manufacturing a wide range of chemical products,including epoxy resins and polycarbonate.BPA,an important endocrine disrupting chemical that exerts estrogen-like activities,is detectable at nanomolar levels in human serum worldwide.The pregnancy associated doses of 17b-estradiol(E2)plus tumor-necrosis factor-a(TNF-a)induce distorted maturation of human dendritic cells(DCs)that result in an increased capacity to induce T helper(Th)2 responses.The current study demonstrated that the presence of BPA during DC maturation influences the function of human DCs,thereby polarizing the subsequent Th response.In the presence of TNF-a,BPA treatment enhanced the expression of CC chemokine ligand 1(CCL1)in DCs.In addition,DCs exposed to BPA/TNF-a produced higher levels of IL-10 relative to those of IL-12p70 on CD40 ligation,and preferentially induced Th2 deviation.BPA exerts the same effect with E2 at the same dose(0.01–0.1 mM)with regard to DC-mediated Th2 polarization.These findings imply that DCs exposed to BPA will provide one of the initial signals driving the development and perpetuation of Th2-dominated immune response in allergic reactions.Hongchuan Guo Tianyi Liu Yasushi Uemura Shunchang Jiao Deqing Wang Zilin Lin Yayoi Narita Motoharu Suzuki Narumi Hirosawa Yasuko Ichihara Osamu Ishihara Hirosato Kikuchi Yasushi Sakamoto Satoru Senju Qiuhang Zhang Feng Ling 2010Cellular & Molecular Immunology2010,7,3:6
2Pedunculated Brunner's gland hamartoma of the duodenum causing upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage显示文摘A case of pedunculated Brunner's gland hamartoma(BGH) of the duodenum causing upper gastrointestinal(GI) hemorrhage is reported.The patient was a 47-year-old man who visited our hospital for further evaluation of tarry stools and shortness of breath.Endoscopic examination of the upper digestive tract revealed a large peduncular polyp with bleeding,about 30 mm in diameter,arising from the wall of the second portion of the duodenum.GI bleeding occurred from the base of the stalk of the polyp.Endoscopic polypectomy was performed.Histological examination of the specimen revealed that the main body of the polyp contained several lobules of mature Brunner's gland with areas of cystic dilatation.The surface epithelium consisted of normal duodenal mucosa with areas of focal ulceration.This polyp was diagnosed as a BGH.The symptom of tarry stools resolved after endoscopic resection.Our case shows that treatment is necessary for duodenal BGH if GI bleeding occurs.Shoji Hirasaki Motoharu Kubo Atsushi Inoue Yasuyuki Miyake Hisako Oshiro 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,3:3
3Jejunal small ectopic pancreas developing into jejunojejunal intussusception:A rare cause of ileus显示文摘Intussusception is rare in adults. We describe a 62-year-old man with jejunal ectopic pancreas that led to jejunojejunal intussusception and ileus. The patient was admitted to our hospital because of intermittent abdominal pain. Plain abdominal radiography showed some intestinal gas and fluid levels. Abdominal CT scan demonstrated a target sign suggesting bowel intussusception. Jejunography using a naso-jejunal tube showed an oval-shaped mass about 15 mm in diameter with a smooth surface in the jejunum, which suggested a submucosal tumor (SMT), and edematous mucosa around the mass. Partial jejunal resection was carried out and the resected oval-shaped tumor, 14 mm×11 mm in size, was found to be covered with normal jejunal mucosa. The tumor was histologically diagnosed as type ectopic pancreas according to the classification proposed by Heinrich.Abdominal pain resolved postoperatively.This case reminds us that jejunal ectopic pancreas should be included in the differential diagnosis of intussusception caused by an SMT in the intestine.Shoji Hirasaki Motoharu Kubo Atsushi Inoue Yasuyuki Miyake Hisako Oshiro 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,31:3

19“嫦娥一号”卫星观测近月太阳风离子特征(英文)显示文摘'嫦娥一号'卫星的太阳风离子探测器(SWIDs)的科学目标是研究太阳风与月球的相互作用以及相应的近月空间等离子体环境。文章利用'嫦娥一号'卫星SWIDs探测器在2007年12月30日的观测数据对近月太阳风等离子体环境,包括向阳侧太阳风离子、'拾起'离子以及在月球尾迹边界处的太阳风离子的特征进行分析,得到以下主要观测结果:1)在慢速太阳风中观测到双峰结构,分别为太阳风中的氢离子和二价氦离子;2)在行星际磁场具有明显昏向(+By)分量期间,在月球向阳侧持续观测到有月表散射或反射后被拾起的太阳风离子;3)与入射的太阳风离子不同,这些拾起的太阳风离子具有明显的角度分布特征;4)在行星际磁场昏向(晨向)期间,太阳风中的氢离子在月球尾迹北半球的边界处呈现减速(加速)特征并进入尾迹;而并未发现氦离子进入尾迹的特征。'嫦娥一号'卫星的这些观测数据对于认识近月空间等离子体环境有着重要的意义。钟俊 谢伦 濮祖荫 焦维新 Motoharu Nowada 王馨悦 张贤国 王世金 2013航天器环境工程2013,30,3:1
