| 1 | 新疆塔什库尔干野生动物自然保护区马可波罗盘羊潜在生态廊道识别显示文摘识别野生动物的适宜生境并在适宜生境之间构建生态廊道能够提高生境连通性,有利于加强种群间基因交流并缓解生境破碎化带来的不利影响。本研究基于生境适宜性评价结果确定了塔什库尔干野生动物自然保护区内马可波罗盘羊(Ovis polii)的核心生境斑块,运用廊道设计模型Linkage Mapper识别最低成本廊道并确定其优先级。结果表明,马可波罗盘羊适宜生境主要分布在保护区西北部,核心生境斑块少且破碎化明显,夏冬两季核心生境斑块均为28个,潜在生态廊道分别为45和47条。采用成本加权距离与欧几里得距离之比(CWD:EucD)以及成本加权距离与最低成本路径长度之比(CWD:LCP)两种度量方法评估了生态廊道的质量与重要性。以CWD:EucD来衡量,夏季质量最高的4条廊道分别是皮斯岭至帕日帕克、同库至马尔洋、科克吐鲁克至帕日帕克,以及哈尔努孜至同库;冬季质量最高的3条廊道分别是其克尔克尔至亚希洛夫、萨提曼至依西代尔、其克尔克尔至科克吐鲁克。CWD:LCP分析表明,夏季质量最高的廊道分别是哈尔努孜至阔克加尔和阔克加尔至马尔洋;冬季质量最高的廊道分别是爱勒米希至塔萨拉、沙尔比列西南至依西代尔。利用流中心性评估各核心生境斑块和廊道的重要性表明,帕日帕克、塔萨拉和马尔洋这三个斑块在促进马可波罗盘羊迁移扩散方面的贡献值最高。夏季皮斯岭至帕日帕克、同库至马尔洋和马拉特至其克尔克尔这3条廊道的贡献值最高;冬季爱勒米希至塔萨拉、沙尔比列至沙尔比列西南和铁尔布尔列至沙尔比列这3条廊道的贡献值最高,上述核心生境斑块和生态廊道在维持保护区马可波罗盘羊种群迁徙扩散中发挥着关键作用。此外,赞坎、沙尔比列等斑块虽然面积小、贡献值低,但起到了维持景观中重要斑块连通的踏脚石作用,其重要性也不可忽略。研究结果可为塔什库尔干野生动物保护区马可波罗盘羊有效保护、保护区功能区划优化以及当地基础建设项目的规划选址提供科学指导。 | 陈强强 李美玲 王旭 Faisal Mueen Qamer 王鹏 杨建伟 汪沐阳 杨维康 | 2019 | 生物多样性2019,27,2: | 10 |
| 2 | Forest Cover Change Assessment in Conflict-affected Areas of Northwest Pakistan: the Case of Swat and Shangla Districts显示文摘This study examines the spatial and temporal forest cover changes in Swat and Shangla districts to understand the deforestation pattern in context of the recent security conflict in these districts. We used multi-resolution satellite images to assess the long term deforestation from 2001 to 2009 and also to identify episodic forest cutting areas appeared during the conflict period of Oct. 2007 - Oct. 2008. There are only 58 ha of deforestation identified during the conflict period while 1268 ha of gross annual deforestation were assessed during last eight years. Most of the deforestation patches persist around the administrative boundaries at sub-district levels (tehsils) which can be attributed to ambiguity in unclear jurisdiction between the forest official. The results highlight that the forest cutting appeared in Swat and Shangla during the conflict period is not as significant when compared with the long term deforestation pattern in the area. On the one side the results of the study are supportive to the picture that emerges from international studies which report high rate of deforestation in the country and on the other side it negates any relation between the security situation and the increasing deforestation in the north western Pakistan. | 3 | Rice molecular markers and genetic mapping:Current status and prospects显示文摘Dramatic changes in climatic conditions that supplement the biotic and abiotic stresses pose severe threat to the sustainable rice production and have made it a difficult task for rice molecular breeders to enhance production and productivity under these stress factors. The main focus of rice molecular breeders is to understand the fundamentals of molecular pathways involved in complex agronomic traits to increase the yield. The availability of complete rice genome sequence and recent improvements in rice genomics research has made it possible to detect and map accurately a large number of genes by using linkage to DNA markers. Linkage mapping is an effective approach to identify the genetic markers which are co-segregating with target traits within the family. The ideas of genetic diversity, quantitative trait locus(QTL) mapping, and marker-assisted selection(MAS) are evolving into more efficient concepts of linkage disequilibrium(LD) also called association mapping and genomic selection(GS), respectively. The use of cost-effective DNA markers derived from the fine mapped position of the genes for important agronomic traits will provide opportunities for breeders to develop high-yielding, stress-resistant, and better quality rice cultivars. | 8 | Sensibility of male rats fertility against olive oil, Nigella sativa oil and pomegranate extract显示文摘Objective:To clarify the modulatory effects of daily consumption of pomegranate extract(PE),olive oil(OO)andNagilla sativaoil(NSO)on antioxidant activity,sperm quality and pituitary-testicular axis of adult male wistar rats.Methods:Thirty-two adult male Wistar rats were dividedinto four equal groups,eight rats each.Using rat gastric tubes,1.0 mL distilled water,1.0 mL PE,0.4mL NSO and 0.4 mL OO were orally administered daily for 6 weeks in the first,second,third andfourth groups,respectively.Reproductive organs,body weight,sperm criteria,testosterone,FSH,LH,inhibin-B,lipid peroxidation,and antioxidant enzyme activities were investigated.At the endof the study protocol,analyses occurred at the same time.Data were analysed by ANOVA test and P<0.05 was considered to be a significant value.Results:In all studied groups,malondialdehydelevel was significantly decreased accompanied with an increases in glutathione peroxidase andglutathione.Rats treated with PE showed an increase in catalase activities accompanied withan increase in sperm concentration which was also observed in NSO group.In PE treated group,sperm motility was also increased accompanied with decreased abnormal sperm rate.NSO,OOand PE treated groups shows an insignificant effect on testosterone,inhibin-B,FSH and LH incomparison with control group.Conclusions:These results show that administration of PE,NSOand OO could modify sperm characteristics and antioxidant activity of adult male wistar rats. | Sherif W. | 20 | 大豆根部水压胁迫耐逆指数遗传体系解析显示文摘大豆是重要的植物蛋白质和植物油脂来源,干旱是影响大豆产量的重要环境因子之一。为解析大豆耐旱性的遗传基础,本研究在PEG水压胁迫条件下,对由409个家系组成的巢式关联作图群体(具有1个共同亲本的2个重组自交系群体组成)进行叶片脯氨酸含量测定,通过限制性二阶段多位点全基因组关联分析(restrictivetwo-stagemultilocus genome-wide association study,RTM-GWAS),解析了大豆根部水压胁迫耐逆指数(root hydraulic stress tolerance index,RHSTI)的遗传体系。结果表明,在春季和夏季环境下,3个亲本蒙8260(共同亲本)、通山薄皮黄豆甲和正阳白毛平顶在RHSTI上均存在显著差异,其衍生群体RHSTI表型变异丰富,变幅分别为0.11~2.94和0.03~1.93,遗传力分别为97.7%和97.9%;2个环境联合分析发现,家系遗传力和家系与环境互作遗传力分别为37.9%和60.1%,说明群体RHSTI的变异受遗传和环境共同控制。通过RTM-GWAS方法,共检测到45个与RHSTI相关的QTL,分布在大豆18条染色体上,可以解释37.58%的表型变异,其中7个QTL的表型贡献率超过1%,为大贡献位点;这些QTL中,有34个位点与环境存在显著互作,可以解释12.50%的表型变异。结合PEG胁迫下大豆转录组数据,在定位区间500kb范围内共筛选到38个差异表达基因,可归为ABA响应因子、逆境响应因子、转录因子、发育因子、蛋白代谢因子、未知功能和其他等7类,其中逆境响应因子、转录因子和发育因子是最大的3类;其中位于主效位点的6个基因,与ABA响应因子、逆境响应因子、转录因子相关,应为主要候选基因。上述结果表明,大豆耐旱性是一个由多位点、多基因控制的复杂数量性状,且与环境存在互作,遗传基础复杂。研究结果为大豆耐旱性分子育种提供了依据。 | 王吴彬 童飞 KHAN Mueen Alam 张雅轩 贺建波 郝晓帅 邢光南 赵团结 盖钧镒 | 2021 | 作物学报2021,47,5: | 0 |
