| 1 | A study on 'selenium-health' database in China显示文摘A database for 'Se and health' has been established using DATA-TRIEVE data management system on a VAX-11/780 computer. Over 5000 pieces of information including 300 kinds of samples from 28 provinces in China were stored. The information relates to endemk diseases such as Keshan disease, Kaschin-Beck disease, Se-poison disease, cancers, heart disease and so on. The database can be accessed through keywords: samples, province, county, analytical method and the Se-content values can be obtained in tabulated form. The output includes primary statistics of the retrieved data sets. | 3 | Damping of Ni–Mn–Ga epoxy resin composites显示文摘By combining the advantages of effcient damping and high mechanical properties,Ni–Mn–Ga particle composites have a very good prospect for applications in damping structure design.In this paper,a ferromagnetic shape memory alloy Ni–Mn–Ga composite is prepared.Ni–Mn–Ga particle/bisphenol-A epoxy composite cantilever beam vibration tests under a magnetic feld and without the magnetic feld are conducted to analyze the structural damping ratios n.Meanwhile,the damping characteristics of the Ni–Mn–Ga composite are studied through the axial loading–unloading method and the acoustic emission signals method.The damping coeffcient of the composite for different Ni–Mn–Ga volume fractions is obtained.The interface properties of the composite are discussed by micro examination and axial loading.The relationships between the damping of the composite and that of the component materials are discussed.The specifc damping capacity(SDC)and acoustic emission counts diagram of different specimens with different Ni–Mn–Ga volume fractions are analyzed. | Wei Liang He Yu Liu Yufeng Yang Naibin | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,6: | 1 |
| 4 | Host-guest co-assembly triggered turn-on and ratiometric sensing of berberine and its detoxicating显示文摘Fluorescent sensing for specific detection of berberine is an important issue in view of its potential jeopardization to food safety and human health,but remains less investigated.To the best of our knowledge,there is no fluorescence turn-on and ratiometric sensors available for specific detection of berberine.In this study,calix[4]carbazole(3)has been synthesized and its property of recognizing berberine ha s been evaluated by UV-vis,fluorescence,NMR,DLS and TEM techniques.The results show that 3 selectively recognizes berberine among the tested drugs and detects it with turn-on and ratiometric fluorescence due to their co-assembly nature.Moreover,3 is not only low toxic and can reduce toxicity of berberine to human normal liver L02 cell,but also can release berberine to tumor HepG2 cells at acid micro-environment.It therefore holds a great potential for further exploration。 | Chuanfeng Liu Zhixin Li Hai Yu Naibin Cui Xiaoyu Liao Haibin Zhang Zhengning Shu Peng Yang | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,4: | 1 |

| 7 | Regional air quality prediction models using the knowledge-based system approach显示文摘In order to predict of regional air quality,a knowledge-based system approach is presented. It il- lustrated by Gaussian puff model,the Gaussian plume model,the box model,the K-model and other special models. Using an approach which requires rules to choose the proper model.Each model in those cases where it is applicable were utilized. This system has been implemented in an expert system for regional air quality as- sessment to perform automated model selection and analysis. The results of a preliminary test using the air chemistry data from Tianjin Environmental Monitoring Station are also presented in this paper. | 8 | Correlation Analysis between Body Size and Slaughter Performance in F-_1 Hybrid Offspring of Princess Chicken and Kirin Chicken显示文摘In order to study the meat development value of princess chicken,the body size traits and slaughter performance of 12-week-old F1 hybrid offspring of princess chicken(♂) and kirin chicken(♀) were measured and the correlations between different traits were analyzed. The results showed that body length,keel length and shank length of male F1 hybrid offspring were significantly higher than those of female chickens(P < 0. 05). The live weight,carcass weight,semi-eviscerated weight,semi-eviscerated ratio,eviscerated weight,chest muscle weight,the leg muscle weight and heart weight of male chickens were extremely significantly higher than that of female chickens(P < 0. 01),and the leg muscle ratio and wings weight were significantly higher than that of female chickens(P < 0. 05),but sebum thickness of male chickens was extremely significantly lower than that of female chickens(P < 0. 01). Other indicators failed to reach the significant difference level. There were extremely significant or significant correlations between the slaughter performance and body size in F1 hybrid offspring. The regression equations between different indicators were identified and developed. | 9 | Regulatory Effect of JAK2/STAT3 on the Immune Function of Endotoxin-tolerant Dendritic Cells and its Involvement in Acute Liver Failure显示文摘Background and Aims:Acute liver failure(ALF)is a potentially fatal clinical syndrome with no effective treatment.This study aimed to explore the role of Janus kinase 2/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(JAK2/STAT3)pathway in modulating the phenotype and immune function of endotoxin-tolerant dendritic cells(ETDCs).In addition,we explored the use of EDTCs in an experimental model of ALF and investigated the associated mechanisms.Methods:In the in vitro experiment,ETDCs were transfected with adenovirus to induce SOCS1^(+/+)ETDCs and SOCS1^(−/−)ETDCs.Thereafter,costimulatory molecules and mixed lymphocyte reaction were assessed.Experimental mice were randomly divided into normal control,ALF,ALF+mock-ETDCs,ALF+SOCS1^(+/+)ETDCs,ALF+AG490,and ALF+AG490+SOCS1^(+/+)ETDCs groups.We examined the therapeutic effect of adoptive cellular immunotherapy by tail-vein injection of target ETDCs 12 h before ALF modeling.AG490,a JAK2/STAT3 inhibitor,was used in the in vivo experiment to further explore the protective mechanism of SOCS1^(+/+)ETDCs.Results:Compared with control ETDCs,SOCS1^(+/+)ETDCs had lower expression of costimulatory molecules,weaker allostimulatory ability,lower levels of IL-6 and TNF-αexpression and higher IL-10 secretion.SOCS1^(−/−)ETDCs showed the opposite results.In the in vivo experiments,the ALF+SOCS1^(+/+)ETDCs and ALF+AG490+SOCS1^(+/+)ETDCs groups showed less pathological damage and suppressed activation of JAK2/STAT3 pathway.The changes were more pronounced in the ALF+AG490+SOCS1^(+/+)ETDCs group.Infusion of SOCS1^(+/+)ETDCs had a protective effect against ALF possibly via inhibition of JAK2 and STAT3 phosphorylation.Conclusions:The SOCS1 gene had an important role in induction of endotoxin tolerance.SOCS1^(+/+)ETDCs alleviated lipopolysaccharide/D-galactosamine-induced ALF by downregulating the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway. | Yukai Chen Chaochen Hou Naibin Yang Yanyan Yang Youran Chen Deyong Kong Yuchun Jiang Minghao Lin Sijie Zheng Shanshan Li Mingqin Lu | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,5: | 0 |
