1生物炭及海藻肥对烟草生长、土壤性状及青枯病发生的影响显示文摘为研究不同用量生物炭及海藻肥对烟草生长及青枯病的影响,以烟草 NC102 为试验材料,在常年青枯病发生较严重的地块采用完全随机设计,在常规施肥基础上,设置处理 CK(空白对照)、 BC1(9000 kg/hm2生物炭)、 BC2(15 000 kg/hm2生物炭)、BC3(22 500 kg/hm2生物炭)、SW(2250 kg/hm2海藻肥)、BC2+SW(15 000 kg/hm2生物炭+2250 kg/hm2海藻肥)。结果发现,海藻肥和生物炭单一或混合施用均能促进烟草生长,最大量生物炭的处理虽然抑制烤烟团棵期生长,但可以促进烤烟旺长期的生长。生物炭和海藻肥单一或混合施用均显著提高了土壤 pH 及部分土壤养分含量,降低了烟草青枯病发病率及病情指数,有利于提高烤烟产量和中上等烟比例,协调烟叶化学成分,提升烤后烟叶内在品质。利用 Pearson 相关系数分析了不同处理土壤理化性质与烟草青枯病病情指数之间的关系,结果发现,适当提高土壤酸碱度可作为酸性土壤主产区防控烟草青枯病、提高烤烟产质量的重要策略。张广雨 褚德朋 刘元德 牛纪军 陈芊如 Naila Ilyas 韦建玉 李义强 2019中国烟草科学2019,40,5:24
2生物炭对根际土壤微生态的调控及对烟草青枯病的防控作用显示文摘【目的】探究不同用量的生物炭对根际土壤微生态的调控及对烟草青枯病的防控作用【方法】采用稀释平板法,研究生物炭对青枯菌的吸附作用及对其生长和运动性的影响;盆栽试验研究生物炭对烟草生长及青枯病发病情况和土壤基本理化性质的影响;利用高通量测序技术,比较各处理土壤细菌群落差异。【结果】(1)生物炭对青枯菌具有抑制作用,可吸附青枯菌、抑制其生长及运动性,用量超过1.5%时效果显著;(2)生物炭提高了土壤pH、有机质、速效磷和速效钾含量,利于烟草的生长。相关性分析发现,生物炭对土壤pH和化学性质的改善,是抑制烟草青枯病发生的主要原因;(3)生物炭提高了根际土壤微生物群落的Alpha多样性和放线菌门中链霉菌属的相对丰度;(4)根际土壤细菌结构的多样性与土壤理化性质有一定的相关性,其中有效钾影响最大。【结论】生物炭通过对青枯菌的抑制作用和对土壤微生态的改善,创造了利于烟草生长的环境条件,减少了烟草青枯病的发生。张广雨 胡志明 褚德朋 戴永平 尹绍静 严明雄 段焰 孙康 Naila Ilyas 尤祥伟 李义强 2020中国烟草学报2020,26,6:18
3大豆与海藻有机肥对烤烟生长和土壤细菌群落的影响显示文摘【目的】探究不同有机肥施用对烤烟生长和土壤细菌群落的影响。【方法】用烤烟品种中烟100进行田间试验,比较分析了大豆和海藻有机肥不同施用量对烤烟生长发育以及烟叶中氮、磷、钾含量的影响,并且从土壤理化性质以及土壤微生物群落结构的角度,分析了施用两种有机肥对烟叶生长、土壤理化性质和土壤微生物群落结构的影响。【结果】(1)与对照相比,大豆和海藻有机肥的施用,促进了团棵期和旺长期烟株的生长发育(450 kg/hm^(2)处理最佳),提高了土壤有机质和氮磷钾含量。(2)由16 S V3-V4区域扩增子测序可知,有机肥的施入改变了土壤细菌群落的丰富度和多样性,Sphingomonas、Actinospica、Pseudonocardia等有益细菌丰度增加。(3)土壤细菌群落与土壤理化性质存在一定相关性,其中土壤pH值、速效钾(AK)、硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)和铵态氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)是主要环境影响因子。【结论】大豆和海藻有机肥的施用改善了土壤理化性质,并影响了土壤细菌群落丰富度和多样性,促进了烟株生长发育。褚德朋 陈芊如 邰振益 赵福彬 张鑫 张广雨 尹绍静 杜本林 贾海江 尚宪超 ILYAS Naila 尤祥伟 黄崇峻 李义强 2021中国烟草学报2021,27,6:6
4Differential gene expression of chemokines in KRAS and BRAF mutated colorectal cell lines:Role of cytokines显示文摘AIM:To study KRAS/BRAF mutations in colorectalcancer(CRC)that influences the efficacy of treatment.To develop strategies for overcoming combination of treatment.METHODS:Five colonic cell-lines were investigated:DLD-1 with KRAS(G13D)mutation,HT 29 and Colo205 with BRAF(V600E)mutation as well as the wild type(Wt)cell-lines Caco2 and Colo-320.DLD-1(KRAS),HT-29(BRAF)and Caco2(Wt)cell lines were treated with cytokines(TNFα50 ng,IL-1β1 ng and IFNγ50ng)and harvested at different time points(1-24 h).KRAS inhibition was performed by the siRNA-approach.Two colorectal cancer cells DLD-1 and Caco2 were used for KRAS inhibition.About 70%confluency were confirmed before transfection with small interferring RNA(siRNA)oligonucleotides.All the synthetic siRNA sequences were designed in our laboratory.Total RNA and protein was isolated from the cells for RT-PCR and Western blotting.Densitometry of the Western blotting was analyzed with the Image J software(NIH).Results are shown as mean±SD.RESULTS:RT-PCR analysis in non-stimulated cells showed a low basal expression of TNFαand IL-1βin the DLD-1 KRAS-mutated cell-line,compared to Caco2wild type.No detection was found for IL-6 and IFNγin any of the studied cell lines.In contrast,pro-angiogenic chemokines(CXCL1,CXCL8)showed a high constitutive expression in the mutated cell-lines DLD-1(KRAS),HT-29 and Colo205(BRAF),compared to wild type(Caco2).The anti-angiogenic chemokine(CXCL10)showed a high basal expression in wild-type,compared to mutated cell-lines.KRAS down-regulation by siRNA showed a significant decrease in CXCL1 and CXCL10gene expression in the DLD-1(KRAS)cell-line in comparison to wild type(Caco2)at 72 h after KRAS silencing.In contrast,the specific KRAS inhibition resulted in an up-regulation of CXCL1 and CXCL10.The results of our study show a higher expression of pro-angiogenic chemokines at basal level in mutated cell-lines,which was further increased by cytokine treatment.CONCLUSION:To summarize,basal chemokine gene expression for pro-angiogenic chemokines was high in mutated as compared to wild type cell-lines.This reflects the likely existence of a different microenvironment in tumours consistent of wild type or mutated cells.This may help to rationalize the choice of molecular targets for suitable therapeutic investigation in clinical studies.Sajjad Khan Silke Cameron Martina Blaschke Federico Moriconi Naila Naz Ahmad Amanzada Giuliano Ramadori Ihtzaz Ahmed Malik 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,11:6

6氧化锌纳米颗粒的形貌控制合成及其体外抗菌活性显示文摘在不使用任何表面活性剂或模板的情况下,采用可控沉淀法在水溶液中成功合成形貌均匀的分层花状和纳米棒状氧化锌(ZnO)。为了阐明纳米颗粒的生长机理,系统研究pH、反应时间和温度对纳米颗粒形貌的影响。采用SEM、FT-IR和XRD等表征手段对样品进行分析。XRD谱证实合成的粉末具有良好的结晶性。此外,对比研究合成的花状(ZnO-1)和纳米棒状(ZnO-2)的ZnO纳米颗粒与商业ZnO(ZnO-Com)颗粒的体外抗菌活性。结果表明,在实验条件下,ZnO-2比ZnO-1对受试菌具有更高的抗菌活性,而商业ZnO则没有抗菌活性。当ZnO-2的浓度从0.25升高到0.75μg/μL时,对变异链球菌的抑菌环从约30 mm扩大到33 mm,对大肠杆菌的抑菌环从约28mm增大到30mm。研究表明,合成的氧化锌纳米颗粒作为抗菌剂,可能在生物医学方面有效抑制某些致病菌。Naila ZUBAIR Khalida AKHTAR 2020Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2020,30,6:4

11A system dynamics model for billion trees tsunami afforestation project of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan:Model application to afforestation activities显示文摘As part of the global effort to plant billion trees,an afforestation project is launched in Pakistan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa(KP)province to conserve existing forests and to increase area under forest cover.The present study is designed to build a Systems'model by incorporating major activities of the Billion Tree Tsunami Afforestation Project(BTTAP)with special focus on afforestation activities to estimate the growth in forest area of KP.Availability of complete dataset was a challenge.To fix the model,the raw data taken from the project office has been utilized.Planning Commission Form 1-Phase I&II helped us with additional information.We relied on the data available for one and half period of the project as rest of the data is subject to the completion of the project.Our results show that the project target to enhance area under forest differs from the target to afforest area under the project.The system dynamics'model projection shows that the forest area of KP would be 23.59 million hectares at the end of the BTTA project,thus having an increase of 3.29%instead of 2%that has been initially proposed.However,the results show that the progress to meet the target in some afforestation classes is slow as compared to other categories.Farm forestry,plantation on communal lands and owners'plantation need special focus of the authority.Deforestation would affect 0.02 million hectares area of the project.The model under study may be used as a reference model that can be replicated to other areas where billion tree campaigns are going on.Naila NAZIR Aqsa FAROOQ Sajjad AHMAD JAN Aftab AHMAD 2019Journal of Mountain Science2019,16,11:1

20Epidemiology of inflammatory bowel disease in racial and ethnic migrant groups显示文摘AIM To summarise the current literature and define patterns of disease in migrant and racial groups.METHODS A structured key word search in Ovid Medline and EMBASE was undertaken in accordance with PRISMA guidelines. Studies on incidence, prevalence and disease phenotype of migrants and races compared with indigenous groups were eligible for inclusion. RESULTS Thirty-three studies met the inclusion criteria. Individual studies showed significant differences in incidence, prevalence and disease phenotype between migrants or race and indigenous groups. Pooled analysis could only be undertaken for incidence studies on South Asians where there was significant heterogeneity between the studies [95% for ulcerative colitis(UC), 83% for Crohn's disease(CD)]. The difference between incidence rates was not significant with a rate ratio South Asian: Caucasian of 0.78(95%CI: 0.22-2.78) for CD and 1.39(95%CI: 0.84-2.32) for UC. South Asians showed consistently higher incidence and more extensive UC than the indigenous population in five countries. A similar pattern was observed for Hispanics in the United States. Bangladeshis and African Americans showed an increased risk of CD with perianal disease. CONCLUSION This review suggests that migration and race influence the risk of developing inflammatory bowel disease. This may be due to different inherent responses upon exposure to an environmental trigger in the adopted country.
