1低阶煤与生物质在热溶剂提质萃取过程中的相互作用(英文)显示文摘作者前期工作中提出了一种针对生物质废弃物或低阶煤的热溶提质萃取方法,该方法可以在350℃下实现生物质或低阶煤的提质及多级分离,获得高附加值的萃取物。与生物质的热溶提质萃取比较,低阶煤的萃取物收率较低。本研究提出对生物质和低阶煤混合物进行热溶提质萃取,通过两者的物理化学相互作用,来提高其萃取收率。研究结果表明,对两者混合物热溶剂提质分离得到萃取物的产率及元素组成与理论计算结果略有不同,理论计算结果是假设生物质与煤之间无交互作用而得到的。煤中的矿物质对生物质热分解起催化作用,导致收率有所增加。煤、生物质及其混合物通过热溶剂提质分离得到的萃取物的元素组成、分子量分布、化学结构、热分解和热塑性非常相似。总体而言,低阶煤与生物质在热溶剂提质萃取过程的交互作用较小。但是,本研究证明了热溶提质萃取方法不仅适用于煤或生物质,也适用于它们的混合物。这意味着热溶剂提质萃取法可以在不改变任何工艺条件参数的情况下,以煤、生物质及其混合物作为原料。坚一明 李显 朱贤青 芦田隆一 WORASUWANNARAK Nakorn 胡振中 罗光前 姚洪 钟梅 刘景梅 马凤云 三浦孝一 2019燃料化学学报2019,47,1:6

3Hexadecanoic acid-enriched extract of Halymenia durvillei induces apoptotic and autophagic death of human triple-negative breast cancer cells by upregulating ER stress显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of the hexane solvent fraction of Halymenia durvillei(HDHE)on triple-negative breast cancer.Methods:The phytochemical profile of HDHE was investigated by GC-MS.The cytotoxicity of HDHE against MDA-MB-231 cells was determined.The apoptotic and autophagic effects of HDHE were analyzed.The expression of molecular markers controlling apoptosis,autophagy,DNA damage,and endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress was determined.Results:HDHE contains a mixture of fatty acids,mainly hexadecanoic acid.HDHE at a cytotoxic concentration induced apoptotic death of MDA-MB-231 cells through mitochondrial membrane dysfunction,and induction of apoptosis markers,and increased the expression of proteins related to DNA damage response.HDHE also induced the expression of LC-3,a marker of autophagic cell death at a cytotoxic concentration.Moreover,HDHE modulated the expression of ER stress genes.Conclusions:The hexadecanoic acid-enriched extract of Halymenia durvillei promotes apoptosis and autophagy of human triple-negative breast cancer cells.This extract may be further explored as an anticancer agent for triple-negative breast cancer.Kant Sangpairoj Rapeewan Settacomkul Tanapan Siangcham Krai Meemon Nakorn Niamnont Nilubon Sornkaew Montakan Tamtin Prasert Sobhon Pornpun Vivithanaporn 2022Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2022,12,3:2

16Degradative solvent extraction of low-rank coal:Role of water on pyrolysis mechanism of low-rank coal in a highly-dispersed medium显示文摘A degradative solvent extraction(DSE)method was proposed to upgrade low-rank coals(LRC)for their cascaded utilizations in a highly-dispersed medium.The derived products exhibited well improved properties in comparison to the raw LRCs.Previously,the LRCs were pre-dried to eliminate the potential impact of the varied water content of raw LRCs,but in light of the abundant water in fresh coals,the hydrolyzing effect of water on coals under heating,and the energy cost to pre-dry the LRCs,it is consequently essential to clarify the effect of water so as to verify the necessity of pre-drying process.In this study,the roles of inherent water and extra-added water were respectively investigated,using dried,raw and wet coals from two typical LRCs.The results show that increasing the moisture content of raw LRCs contributed to the extraction ability of DSE method without noticeably changing the elemental composition,chemical structure and thermal decomposition behavior of extractable products,thus pre-drying of LRCs before DSE treatment was proven unnecessary.Additionally,the roles of the inherent water were concluded as:1)leading to the formation of stable covalent bond during drying process;and 2)acting as H donor to promote extraction ability,while the added water can only function as H donor.Since excessive water will increase the pressure during DSE treatment and lead to the waste water treatment,the LRCs with a water content between 10%and 30%were consequently recommended for the practical application of DSE treatment.Zhenzhong Hu Xu Zhang Xian Li Weixiang Qian Guangqian Luo Huan Liu Hongyun Hu Nakorn Worasuwannarak Hong Yao 2022Carbon Resources Conversion2022,5,2:1
