1不同精粗比饲粮对雷州山羊生长性能、血液生化指标和瘤胃微生物多样性的影响显示文摘【目的】研究不同精粗比对雷州山羊舍饲效果的影响。【方法】选择6月龄公母各半的雷州山羊24只,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理6只(公母各半)。其中D_0组为对照组,饲喂皇竹草,D_(10)、D_(20)、D_(30)分别饲喂混合精料与皇竹草按干物质质量比10∶90、20∶80:和30∶70的混合饲粮,进行分组饲喂,每周测定各组羊只体质量、血液生理指标和瘤胃微生物多样性。【结果】D_(10)、D_(20)、D_(30)的平均日增重分别为33.28、82.58、81.80 g/d,分别较D_0组高出111.97%、425.99%、421.02%(P<0.05)。试验组的白细胞总数(WBC)总数均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的红细胞总数(RBC)总数、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞总数(RBC)压积均高于对照组,且D_(20)组的均与对照组呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。试验所用3种皇竹草和精料比例的混合饲粮对舍饲雷州山羊瘤胃细菌的多样性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。【结论】精粗比20∶80日粮,可降低雷州山羊血液WBC总数,显著提高雷州山羊平均日增重(ADG)、RBC总数、Hb和RBC压积。尹福泉 吴征敏 王志敬 吴浩浩 Aamir Nawab 庄桂锋 钟耿杰 黄昇 2018广东海洋大学学报2018,38,1:15
2姜黄素对罗曼蛋鸡血液和组织抗氧化性能的影响显示文摘[目的]探讨日粮中添加不同剂量姜黄素对罗曼蛋鸡血液和组织抗氧化性能的影响。[方法]选取25周龄健康、生产性能相近的罗曼粉壳蛋鸡288只,分为对照组(CK)和5个处理组(C1、C2、C3、C4、C5),每组4个重复,每个重复12只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组饲喂基础日粮+不同剂量(100、150、200、250、300 mg/kg)姜黄素,分析姜黄素对蛋鸡血液、组织抗氧化性能的影响。[结果]在血液抗氧化方面,试验期间在各处理组添加不同剂量的姜黄素均能显著提高过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05);C3、C4和C5组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),C5组的GSH-Px活性最高;在试验后期各处理组的GSH-Px活性均显著提高(P<0.05);各处理组的丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各处理组的超氧化物酶(SOD)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),C4组SOD活性最高。在组织抗氧化方面,试验期间C3组肝脏中SOD活性和T-AOC显著提高(P<0.05);C2组肝脏中MDA含量最低。各处理组心脏的SOD活性均显著提高(P<0.05),C4组SOD活性最高;C3组心脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)最高;C4组心脏中MDA含量最低;C3、C4组肺脏中SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各处理组肺脏GSH-Px的活性均显著提高(P<0.05),C3组GSH-Px活性最高。[结论]姜黄素可以提高抗氧化酶CAT、SOD以及GSH-Px的活性,不同剂量姜黄素均能起到改善蛋鸡机体抗氧化性能的作用。饲粮中添加200 mg/kg姜黄素时抗氧化效果较好。李光辉 钟秀伶 Aamir Nawab 赵一 效梅 刘文超 兰瑞霞 吴江 安立龙 2018安徽农业科学2018,46,21:11

4Molecular signaling mechanisms of apoptosis in hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer显示文摘Colorectal cancer is the second most leading cause of cancer related deaths in the western countries. One of the forms of colorectal cancer is hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC), also known as 'Lynch syndrome'. It is the most common hereditary form of cancer accounting for 5%-10% of all colon cancers. HNPCC is a dominant autosomal genetic disorder caused by germ line mutations in mismatch repair genes. Human mismatch repair genes play a crucial role in genetic stability of DNA, the inactivation of which results in an increased rate of mutation and often a loss of mismatch repair function. Recent studies have shown that certain mismatch repair genes are involved in the regulation of key cellular processes including apoptosis. Thus, differential expression of mismatch repair genes particularly the contributions of MLH1 and MSH2 play important roles in therapeutic resistance to certain cytotoxic drugs such as cisplatin that is used normally as chemoprevention. An understanding of the role of mismatch repair genes in molecular signaling mechanism of apoptosis and its involvement in HNPCC needs attention for further work into this important area of cancer research, and this review article is intended to accomplish that goal of linkage of apoptosis with HNPCC. 5早期认知障碍患者的认知功能和双重任务步态的临床研究显示文摘目的:探索早期认知障碍患者双重任务下步态参数与认知功能之间的关系。方法:本研究共纳入轻度认知障碍者(MCI)20例,主观认知下降者(SCD)34例,认知功能正常者(NC)24例,均采用三维运动捕捉系统及建模仿真分析软件进行单任务及双重任务下步态参数(步长、步速、步频、步态周期)的采集与分析。结果:双重任务下MCI组步频(步/min)(102.173±11.941)小于SCD组步频(110.500±10.435)(P<0.01);MCI组步态周期(s)(1.209±0.133)较NC组步态周期(1.122±0.117)和SCD组步态周期长(1.116±0.102)(P<0.01)。NC组在双重任务下步长(m)及步速(m/s)下降(P<0.01);SCD组在双重任务下步长、步速及步频均下降(P<0.05);MCI组在双重任务下步速、步频及步态周期均下降(P<0.01)。相关性分析显示步速与记忆和语言功能存在正性相关(P=0.005,r=0.312;P=0.014,r=0.277;P=0.005,r=0.317),步频与记忆功能存在正性相关(P=0.010,r=0.289;P=0.012,r=0.283),步态周期与记忆功能存在负性相关(P=0.001,r=﹣0.354),与执行功能存在正性相关(P=0.022,r=0.258)。结论:双重任务下步态参数可作为早期评估认知功能的辅助指标。钟倩 朱奕 吴含 高雅新 孙翠云 Nawab Ali 吴希希 王彤 2021中国康复医学杂志2021,36,5:6
6不同认知任务对轻度认知障碍老年人步行速度和双重任务消耗的影响研究显示文摘目的:探索不同认知任务对轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)和正常老年人(normal cognition,NC)步行速度和双重任务消耗(dual-task costs,DTC)的影响。方法:根据最新诊断标准入组MCI和NC老年人,采用2m长的电子步道进行双重任务步态采集。每位受试者完成一项单任务步行和4项不同认知任务的双重任务步行(步行+计算,步行+说动物名,步行+记忆故事,步行+记忆词语)。计算不同任务下的步行速度和DTC并分析其组间差异。DTC是指单任务和双重任务步行速度之间差异的百分比:[(单任务速度-双重任务速度)/单任务速度]×100%。结果:本研究入组MCI老年人18人和NC老年人25人。两组间年龄、性别、教育年限等基线数据组间没有差异(P>0.05)。MCI和NC的四个不同认知任务之间存在显著性差异(P=0.004,P=0.010)。MCI仅有记忆单词下双重任务步行速度的DTC显著高于NC组(P=0.034)。结论:MCI和NC老年人不同认知任务下的DTC存在显著性差异。MCI老年人记忆单词的双重任务DTC显著高于正常老年人。朱奕 钟倩 马锦辉 周秋敏 沈滢 吴含 高雅新 Ali Nawab 吴希希 孙翠云 余滨宾 王彤 2020中国康复医学杂志2020,35,12:5
7Crohn's disease with gastroduodenal involvement: Diagnostic approach显示文摘Crohn's disease(CD) is a chronic idiopathic inflammatory disease of gastrointestinal tract characterizedby segmental and transmural involvement of gastrointestinal tract. Ileocolonic and colonic/anorectal is a most common and account for 40% of cases and involvement of small intestine is about 30%. Isolated involvement of stomach is an extremely unusual presentation of the disease accounting for less than 0.07% of all gastrointestinal CD. To date there are only a few documented case reports of adults with isolated gastric CD and no reports in the pediatric population. The diagnosis is difficult to establish in such cases with atypical presentation. In the absence of any other source of disease and in the presence of nonspecific upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and histological findings, serological testing can play a vital role in the diagnosis of atypical CD. Recent studies have suggested that perinuclear anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody and anti-Saccharomycescervisia antibody may be used as additional diagnostic tools. 8ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸抗肿瘤新途径——抑制具核梭杆菌黏附宿主细胞显示文摘【背景】大量文献报道ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸尤其是二十二碳六烯酸(Docosahexaenoic Acid,DHA)与二十碳五烯酸(Eicosapentaenoic Acid,EPA)具有抗肿瘤作用,但是其抗肿瘤机制还不够完善。【目的】探究ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸、具核梭杆菌以及结直肠癌三者之间的关联。【方法】在检测二十二碳六烯酸、二十碳五烯酸、α-亚麻酸(α-Linolenic Acid,ALA)等ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对人结直肠腺癌细胞Caco-2、正常结肠上皮细胞NCM460生长影响的基础上,检测DHA等3种多不饱和脂肪酸对具核梭杆菌黏附人体细胞以及Fap2、FadA、RadD等具核梭杆菌毒力关键基因表达的影响。【结果】30μg/mL的DHA、EPA、ALA对Caco-2生长抑制分别为9.09%、4.95%、7.52%,而对NCM460生长抑制达31.15%、25.48%、29.11%,而且相关抑制作用仅具有浓度依赖性而无时间依赖性。经30μg/mL的DHA、EPA、ALA预处理的具核梭杆菌黏附Caco-2细胞的能力分别下降81.04%(P=0)、93.63%(P=0)和68.63%(P=0);而共培养时加入DHA、EPA、ALA对具核梭杆菌黏附Caco-2细胞的能力没有显著影响。同时,30μg/mLDHA处理导致F.nucleatum的Fap2基因显著下降10.22%(P=0.027);30μg/mL EPA处理导致FadA、Fap2基因分别显著下降23.49%(P=0)、15.09%(P=0.003);30μg/mL ALA处理导致FadA基因显著下降26.75%(P=0.012)。【结论】综合上述实验结果以及DHA、EPA、ALA仅能短时间抑制具核梭杆菌生长等文献报道,我们认为,DHA、EPA等ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸并非简单地直接杀伤或抑制肿瘤细胞和F.nucleatum;抑制FadA、Fap2等黏附相关基因表达,降低F.nucleatum黏附宿主细胞能力是其抗肿瘤作用的关键组成部分。ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸等活性物质对F.nucleatum等在结直肠肿瘤发生、发展中发挥重要作用的肠道细菌的影响与机制应深入开展研究。其力格尔 Sadia Nawab 范殊璇 曹博 李雨昕 田明振 张商浩 马伟 邓子新 2021微生物学通报2021,48,3:4
9生姜粉与中草药复方联合作用对高温环境中蛋鸡心脏和肝脏结构与功能的影响显示文摘为探究生姜粉与中草药复方联合作用对高温环境中蛋鸡心脏和肝脏结构和功能的影响,将25周龄罗曼粉壳蛋鸡240只随机分为6组,即常温对照组(NC,25±1℃)、高温对照组(HC,32±1℃)以及4个试验组(0D、LD、MD、HD,32±1℃),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0、5、10、15 g/kg生姜粉+3.32 g/kg中草药复方合剂,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。结果表明:高温环境能显著提高蛋鸡血清中LDH-L、AST的含量(P<0.05),提高CK-MB、α-HBDH、ALT、ALP的含量(P>0.05),四个处理组均能不同程度地降低蛋鸡血清中心、肝功能酶的含量,MD组的作用效果最好(P<0.05);四个剂量组均能较好地改善持续高温对心、肝组织细胞的损伤,MD和HD组的效果较好(P<0.05);持续高温引起肝脏细胞发生脂肪变性、颗粒变性,细胞膨大,空泡化,细胞轮廓模糊等,四个处理组均能够改善高温对蛋鸡肝脏的损伤,MD和HD组基本上能使细胞损伤恢复到正常状态。李光辉 Aamir NAWAB 吴江 刘文超 赵一 兰瑞霞 效梅 安立龙 2019家畜生态学报2019,40,12:3
10阿尔茨海默病临床前期患者步行+词语记忆双重任务下步行能力与认知功能的相关性研究显示文摘背景研究表明,双重任务步态检测认知功能较为敏感,尤其针对认知障碍症状不明显的患者。但以往常用的双重任务方案如步行+计算、步行+说动物名对于轻度认知障碍(MCI)和主观认知下降(SCD)患者并不敏感,考虑阿尔茨海默病(AD)相关认知障碍首先损伤的是记忆能力,故本研究采用步行+词语记忆双重任务方案。目的分析AD临床前期患者步行+词语记忆双重任务下步行能力与认知功能的相关性,为步行+词语记忆双重任务用于AD临床前期认知障碍的筛查提供依据。方法2019年6—10月,通过报纸、新媒体等形式招募到95例受试者,根据纳入与排除标准最终纳入73例受试者,分别为MCI组18例、SCD组30例、认知正常(NC)组25例。采用2 m长的电子步道进行步行数据采集,要求每例受试者完成单任务及步行+词语记忆双重任务;采用听觉词语学习测验华山版(AVLT-H)、连线测试A-B(TMT A-B)、动物词语流畅性测验(AFT)和波士顿命名测验(BNT)评估受试者认知功能,并采用Pearson相关分析或Spearman秩相关分析探讨MCI和SCD患者单任务下步行速度及步行+词语记忆双重任务下步行速度、双重任务消耗(DTC)与认知功能指标的相关性。结果三组受试者单任务下步行速度及步行+词语记忆双重任务下步行速度、DTC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MCI组患者步行+词语记忆双重任务下DTC高于NC组(P<0.05)。在MCI和SCD患者中,单任务下步行速度仅与长延迟回忆评分呈正相关(P<0.05);步行+词语记忆双重任务下步行速度与长延迟回忆评分、AFT评分呈正相关,与TMT-A用时、TMT-B用时呈负相关(P<0.05);步行+词语记忆双重任务下DTC与TMT-A用时、TMT-B用时呈正相关,与AFT评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论步行+词语记忆双重任务下DTC可能用于区分MCI和NC,且步行+词语记忆双重任务下步行速度、DTC与AD前期患者记忆、执行及语言功能有关。孙翠云 朱奕 吴含 钟倩 高雅新 马锦辉 周秋敏 沈滢 Ali Nawab 吴希希 彭丽君 余滨宾 王彤 2021实用心脑肺血管病杂志2021,29,3:3
11Extremely unusual case of gastrointestinal trichobezoar显示文摘Trichobezoars(hair ball) are usually located in the stomach, but may extend through the pylorus into the duodenum and small bowel(Rapunzel syndrome). Rapunzel syndrome remains uncommon; with fewer than 40 cases reported. To the best of our knowledge, this case may be the first well-documented case with a length of 75 cm. They are almost always associated with trichotillomania and trichophagia or other psychiatric disorders. In the literature several treatment options are proposed, including removal by conventional laparotomy, laparoscopy and endoscopy. Herein, we are reporting an interesting case of an 18-year mentally retarded girl with history of trichotillomania and trichophagia who presented to our emergency department with a history of central abdominal pain associated with vomiting and constipation for five days. An examination showed a trichobezoar requiring emergent surgical intervention, and indicating the need for psychiatric treatment. 12Morphometry of leaf and shoot variables to assess aboveground biomass structure and carbon sequestration by different varieties of white mulberry(Morus alba L.)显示文摘Mulberry is economically important and can also play a pivotal role in mitigating greenhouse gases.Leaf and shoot traits were measured for Morus alba var.Kanmasi,M.alba var.Karyansuban,M.alba var.Latifolia,and M.alba var.PFI-1 to assess aboveground biomass(AGB)and carbon sequestration.Variety-specific and multivariety allometric AGB models were developed using the equivalent diameter at breast height(EDBH)and plant height(H).The completeharvest method was used to measure leaf and shoot traits and biomass,and the ash method was used to measure organic carbon content.The results showed significant(p<0.01)varietal differences in leaf and shoot traits,AGB and carbon sequestration.PFI-1 variety had the greatest leaf density(mean±SE:1828.3±0.3 leaves tree^(-1)),Karyansuban had the largest mean leaf area(185.94±8.95 cm^(2)).A diminishing return was found between leaf area and leaf density.Latifolia had the highest shoot density per tree(46.6±1.83 shoots tree^(-1)),total shoot length(264.1±2.32 m),dry biomass(16.69±0.58 kg tree^(-1)),carbon sequestration(9.99±0.32 kg tree^(-1))and CO_(2) mitigation(36.67±1.16 kg).The variety-specific AGB models b(EDBH)and b(EDBH)2 showed good fit and reasonable accuracy with a coefficient of determination(R^(2))=0.98-0.99,standard error of estimates(SEE)=0.1125-0.3130 and root mean square error(RMSE)=0.1084-0.3017.The multivariety models bln(EDBH)and(EDBH)0.756 showed good-fitness and accuracy with R^(2)=0.85-0.86,SEE=1.6231-1.6445 and RMSE=1.609-1.630.On the basis of these findings,variety Latifolia has good potential for biomass production,and allometric equations based on EDBH can be used to estimate AGB with a reasonable accuracy.Ghulam Ali Bajwa Muhammad Umair Yasir Nawab Zahid Rizwan 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,6:2

19Prevalent fecal contamination in drinking water resources and potential health risks in Swat, Pakistan显示文摘Fecal bacteria contaminate water resources and result in associated waterborne diseases.This study assessed drinking water quality and evaluated their potential health risks in Swat, Pakistan. Ground and surface drinking water were randomly collected from upstream to downstream in the River Swat watershed and analyzed for fecal contamination using fecal indicator bacteria(Escherichia coli) and physiochemical parameters(potential of hydrogen, turbidity, temperature, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solid, color, odor and taste). The physiochemical parameters were within their safe limits except in a few locations, whereas, the fecal contaminations in drinking water resources exceeded the drinking water quality standards of Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency(Pak-EPA),2008 and World Health Organization(WHO), 2011. Multivariate and univariate analyses revealed that downstream urbanization trend, minimum distance between water sources and pit latrines/sewerage systems, raw sewage deep well injection and amplified urban,pastures and agricultural runoffs having human and animal excreta were the possible sources of contamination.
