1INTEGRATION OF NON-UNIFORM RATIONAL B-SPLINES GEOMETRY AND RATIONAL ABSOLUTE NODAL COORDINATES FORMULATION FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS显示文摘This investigation is intended to develop a computer procedure for the integration of NURBS geometry and the rational absolute nodal coordinate formulation(RANCF) finite element analysis. A linear transformation is given that can be used to convert the NURBS curve to RANCF cable element mesh retaining the same geometry and the same degree of continuity, including the discussion of continuity control and mesh refinement. 7Enhancing cartilage repair with optimized supramolecular hydrogel-based scaffold and pulsed electromagnetic field显示文摘Functional tissue engineering strategies provide innovative approach for the repair and regeneration of damaged cartilage.Hydrogel is widely used because it could provide rapid defect filling and proper structure support,and is biocompatible for cell aggregation and matrix deposition.Efforts have been made to seek suitable scaffolds for cartilage tissue engineering.Here Alg-DA/Ac-β-CD/gelatin hydrogel was designed with the features of physical and chemical multiple crosslinking and self-healing properties.Gelation time,swelling ratio,biodegradability and biocompatibility of the hydrogels were systematically characterized,and the injectable self-healing adhesive hydrogel were demonstrated to exhibit ideal properties for cartilage repair.Furthermore,the new hydrogel design introduces a pre-gel state before photo-crosslinking,where increased viscosity and decreased fluidity allow the gel to remain in a semi-solid condition.This granted multiple administration routes to the hydrogels,which brings hydrogels the ability to adapt to complex clinical situations.Pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMF)have been recognized as a promising solution to various health problems owing to their noninvasive properties and therapeutic potentials.PEMF treatment offers a better clinical outcome with fewer,if any,side effects,and wildly used in musculoskeletal tissue repair.Thereby we propose PEMF as an effective biophysical stimulation to be 4th key element in cartilage tissue engineering.In this study,the as-prepared Alg-DA/Ac-β-CD/gelatin hydrogels were utilized in the rat osteochondral defect model,and the potential application of PEMF in cartilage tissue engineering were investigated.PEMF treatment were proven to enhance the quality of engineered chondrogenic constructs in vitro,and facilitate chondrogenesis and cartilage repair in vivo.All of the results suggested that with the injectable self-healing adhesive hydrogel and PEMF treatment,this newly proposed tissue engineering strategy revealed superior clinical potential for cartilage defect treatment.Yucong Li Linlong Li Ye Li Lu Feng Bin Wang Ming Wang Haixing Wang Meiling Zhu Yongkang Yang Erik IWaldorff Nianli Zhang Ingmar Viohl Sien Lin Liming Bian Wayne Yuk-Wai Lee Gang Li 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,4:1

10Kinematic Characteristics Analysis and Parametric Solving of Snow Melting Agent Throwing Mechanism with Variable Crank Length显示文摘Variable crank length cam⁃linkage mechanism has attracted much attention due to its compact overall structure when realizing complex motion laws.According to the special trajectory requirements,the kinematic characteristics and parameters of the mechanism have been analyzed and solved,which lays foundation for the implementation of the variable crank length snow melting agent throwing mechanism designed in this paper.Based on the trajectory equation of the point,the mathematical model of the throwing mechanism was established,and the theoretical trajectory of the end point of the throwing mechanism was obtained by programming.The parametric modeling and trajectory drawing were carried out by computer aided three⁃dimensional interactive application(CATIA),and the correctness of the mathematical model was verified by comparison.The regional trajectory distribution characteristics of the end points of the throwing mechanism were studied by using the trajectory region location method,and the influence of various parameters on the trajectory was investigated by using the numerical cycle comparison method.The human⁃computer interaction system of snow melting agent throwing mechanism with variable crank length was constructed by using Microsoft Visual Basic(VB)software.Based on the restriction conditions,the optimum combination of structural adjustment parameters and operational parameters suitable for Harbin first⁃class roads was obtained by using orthogonal test table,which provides an effective method to solve the parameters of the variable crank length cam mechanism with smooth impulse trajectory.Wenwu Liu Nianli Lu Hongxin Liu 2021Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2021,28,4:0

12Overexpression of RBM34 Promotes Tumor Progression and Correlates with Poor Prognosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma显示文摘Background and Aims:Emerging evidence suggests that RNA-binding motif(RBM)proteins are involved in hepatocarcinogenesis and act either as oncogenes or tumor suppressors.The objective of this study was to investigate the role of RBM34,an RBM protein,in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:We first examined the expression of RBM34 across cancers.The correlation of RBM34 with clinicopathological features and the prognostic value of RBM34 for HCC was then investigated.Functional enrichment analysis of RBM34-related differentially expressed genes(DEGs)was performed to explore its biological function.RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)was applied to identify downstream genes and pathways affected upon RBM34 knockout.The correlation of RBM34 with immune characteristics was also analyzed.The oncogenic function of RBM34 was examined in in vitro and in vivo experiments.Results:RBM34 was highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma and correlated with poor clinicopathological features and prognosis.RBM34 was positively associated with tumor immune cell infiltration,biomarkers of immune cells,and immune checkpoint expression.A positive correlation was also observed between RBM34,T cell exhaustion,and regulatory T cell marker genes.Knockout of RBM34 significantly inhibited cell proliferation,migration,and xenograft tumor growth,and sensitized HCC cells to sorafenib treatment.RBM34 inhibition reduced FGFR2 expression and affected PI3K-AKT pathway activation in HCC cells.Conclusions:Our study suggests that RBM34 may serve as a new prognostic marker and therapeutic target of HCC.Wei Wang Rui Zhang Ning Feng Longzhen Zhang Nianli Liu 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,2:0

14Sustainable Development of Export: Theoretical Meaning, Evaluation Model, and Empirical Research显示文摘With the effect of the human trade doctrine in the international trade field, almost all the countries have paid more attention to the sustainable development of international trade. This article chose the export sustainable development as the research object. On the basis of the analysis of the theoretical connotation of the export sustainable development, this article tried to establish an evaluation indices system and set up an evaluation model of the export sustainable development level, and finally made some empirical research on China. The result indicates that the comprehensive level of the export sustainable development in China showed a tendency to rise from 1985 to 2003 and the export sustainable development level of China in these years can be divided into four grades: excellent, good, moderate and poor. In most years, the social economic benefits of export was obtained at the cost of the deterioration of environment and the depletion of resources, and the economic profit of export did not increase with the enlargement of the export scale because of the deterioration of the terms of trade.
