| 1 | 中国企业海外投资的政治风险及其管控——以“一带一路”沿线国家为例显示文摘国际投资中的政治风险是指由政治因素引起的不连续性出现于商业环境中,导致一个国际投资的利润潜力或资产损失的任何类型的政治事件,如战争、恐怖活动、政府变化和第三国干预等。通常我们可以从常规、影响层次、风险来源、'传统'与'非传统'等角度将政治风险加以分类。伴随着'一带一路'战略的推进,中国企业在沿线国家的国际直接投资领域、范围和规模还将不断扩大。与此同时,在地缘政治上,目前在欧亚大陆由东向西正在逐渐形成一个'社会政治动荡风险弧',包括中南半岛、南亚、中亚、西亚及北非,地缘上与我国'一带一路'战略及多个海外投资重点地区重合,推升了我国海外投资企业面临的政治风险。因此,对政治风险进行管控在中国企业'走出去'过程中的作用举足轻重,我国亟需制定有效的相关政策,对面临的政治风险提前做出详细评估,并及早制定风险防范措施。 | 黄河 Starostin Nikita | 2016 | 深圳大学学报(人文社会科学版)2016,33,1: | 46 |

| 6 | Estimating steatosis and fibrosis: Comparison of acoustic structure quantification with established techniques显示文摘AIM:To compare ultrasound-based acoustic structure quantification(ASQ) with established non-invasive techniques for grading and staging fatty liver disease.METHODS:Type 2 diabetic patients at risk of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(n = 50) and healthy volunteers(n = 20) were evaluated using laboratory analysis and anthropometric measurements, transient elastography(TE), controlled attenuation parameter(CAP), proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS; only available for the diabetic cohort), and ASQ.ASQ parameters mode, average and focal disturbance(FD) ratio were compared with:(1) the extent of liver fibrosis estimated from TE and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) fibrosis scores; and(2) the amount of steatosis, which was classified according to CAP values.RESULTS:Forty-seven diabetic patients(age 67.0±8.6 years;body mass index 29.4±4.5 kg/m2)with reliable CAP measurements and all controls(age 26.5±3.2 years;body mass index 22.0±2.7 kg/m2)were included in the analysis.All ASQ parameters showed differences between healthy controls and diabetic patients(P<0.001,respectively).The ASQ FD ratio(logarithmic)correlated with the CAP(r=-0.81,P<0.001)and 1H-MRS(r=-0.43,P=0.004)results.The FD ratio[CAP<250 d B/m:107(102-109),CAP between 250 and 300 d B/m:106(102-114);CAP between 300 and 350 d B/m:105(100-112),CAP≥350 d B/m:102(99-108)]as well as mode and average parameters,were reduced in cases with advanced steatosis(ANOVA P<0.05).However,none of the ASQ parameters showed a significant difference in patients with advanced fibrosis,as determined by TE and the NAFLD fibrosis score(P>0.08,respectively).CONCLUSION:ASQ parameters correlate with steatosis,but not with fibrosis in fatty liver disease.Steatosis estimation with ASQ should be further evaluated in biopsy-controlled studies. | Thomas Karlas Joachim Berger Nikita Garnov Franziska Lindner Harald Busse Nicolas Linder Alexander Schaudinn Bettina Relke Rima Chakaroun Michael Trltzsch Johannes Wiegand Volker Keim | 2015 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,16: | 9 |
| 7 | Visceral hypersensitivity in inflammatory bowel diseases and irritable bowel syndrome: The role of proteases显示文摘Proteases, enzymes catalyzing the hydrolysis of peptide bonds, are present at high concentrations in the gastrointestinal tract. Besides their well-known role in the digestive process, they also function as signaling molecules through the activation of protease-activated receptors(PARs). Based on their chemical mechanism for catalysis, proteases can be classified into several classes: serine, cysteine, aspartic, metallo- and threonine proteases represent the mammalian protease families. In particular, the class of serine proteases will play a significant role in this review. In the last decades, proteases have been suggested to play a key role in the pathogenesis of visceral hypersensitivity, which is a major factor contributing to abdominal pain in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases and/or irritable bowel syndrome. So far, only a few preclinical animal studies have investigated the effect of protease inhibitors specifically on visceral sensitivity while their effect on inflammation is described in more detail. In our accompanying review we describe their effect on gastrointestinal permeability. On account of their promising results in the field of visceral hypersensitivity, further research is warranted. | 8 | Retinol-binding protein, acute phase reactants and Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma显示文摘AIM: To determine the serum levels of c-reactive protein (CRP), transferrin (TRF), a2-macroglobulin (A2M),ceruloplasmin (CER), a1-acid glycoprotein (AAG), prealbumin (P-ALB) and retinol-binding protein (RBP) in gastric carcinoma patients and to explore their possible correlation with underlying Helicobacter pylori (H pylon)infection.METHODS: We measured the serum levels of CRP, TRF,A2M, CER, AAG, P-ALB, and RBP in 153 preoperative patients (93 males; mean age: 63.1±11.3 years) with non-cardia gastric adenocarcinoma and 19 healthy subjects.RESULTS: The levels of CRP, CER, RBP, andAAG in cancer patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P<0.0001), while no difference was found regarding the TRF, P-ALB, and A2M levels. Cancer patients with H pylori infection had significantly lower RBP values compared to non-infected ones (P<0.0001)and also higher values of CRP and AAG (P = 0.09 and P = 0.08, respectively).CONCLUSION: High serum levels of CRP, CER and AAG in cancer patients do not seem to be related to H pylori infection. Retinol-binding protein seems to discriminate between infected and non-infected patients with gastric carcinoma. | 17 | Diversity considerations in wideband radar detection of migrating targets in clutter显示文摘Wideband radars have been proposed for detection of moving targets, with unique capability of non-ambiguous detection due to range migration. Moreover, frequency diversity has long been used for mitigating the fading effects caused by target and clutter fluctuations. The real benefits of wideband radars are difficult to analyze, since they derive from the combined effects of target resolution in range, migration over successive cells of clutter, Doppler resolution and instantaneous bandwidth, and residual ambiguities in Doppler. In order to contribute to a better understanding of the benefits of agile transmissions for detection of moving targets, clutter cancelling performances of wideband radars are examined, demonstrating clear benefits from diversity on clutter and target, primarily – but not only – obtained through target migration effects. Special attention is given to long-range surveillance and tracking, and new results on detection of moving targets in clutter will be provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of these new architectures for small targets detection at long range, in difficult environments. | 18 | Infertility Management in Men with Cystic Fibrosis显示文摘Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a multisystem autosomal recessive disorder. CF has a reported incidence of 1 in 2 500 and a carrier frequency of 1 in 25. It is caused by mutations in a gene located on the long arm of chromosome 7. With almost 50% of patients with CF now in the adult population, and a very high interest in future parenting (78% of men wanting children), there is an increasing need to be proactive in terms of advice about reproductive health. Discussion on reproduction should start in early adolescence and be regularly updated by medical staff. The recent advances in reproductive techniques have allowed the development of sperm aspiration coupled with intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Spermatozoa can be retrieved from either the epididymis or the testes. Genetic counselling is strongly recommended for both partners when congenital bilateral aplasia of vas deferens (CBAVD) is diagnosed as there is the inevitability of transmitting a mutated CFTR gene, and an increased risk of producing an affected child with serious long-term implications. Most treatment centres, with the introduction of ICSI, routinely screen all males with azoospermia caused by obstruction (other than that caused by vasectomy) or germ cell failure. Protocols usually involve screening for 28 relatively common CFTR mutations. Further advanced testing may be necessary up to a final detection level of approximately 98.5%. | 19 | Recent advances in laser self-injection locking to high-Q microresonators显示文摘The stabilization and manipulation of laser frequency by means of an external cavity are nearly ubiquitously used in fundamental research and laser applications. While most of the laser light transmits through the cavity, in the presence of some back-scattered light from the cavity to the laser, the self-injection locking effect can take place, which locks the laser emission frequency to the cavity mode of similar frequency. The self-injection locking leads to dramatic reduction of laser linewidth and noise. Using this approach, a common semiconductor laser locked to an ultrahigh-Q microresonator can obtain sub-Hertz linewidth, on par with state-of-the-art fiber lasers. Therefore it paves the way to manufacture high-performance semiconductor lasers with reduced footprint and cost. Moreover, with high laser power, the optical nonlinearity of the microresonator drastically changes the laser dynamics, offering routes for simultaneous pulse and frequency comb generation in the same microresonator. Particularly, integrated photonics technology, enabling components fabricated via semiconductor CMOS process, has brought increasing and extending interest to laser manufacturing using this method.
